Ordered via Kingsbury Nandos website, received a burnt whole chicken.. Called them (Kingsbury Nandos) was told to call Deliveroo who then refunded the order..

Ok so they are busy and we had to wait 30 minutes. But the food was perfect. They made a small mistake but the handled it well. I'm not sure if the frozen yogurt was working - which could be a deal breaker for some.

Went yesterday and they were super busy. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our food. Karol was so attentive. Offered us free starters. Excellent service from Karol. He genuinely cared. Cane over a few times to let us know what was happening. He was brilliant. This review goes out to Karol

Always tasty! Definitely good kitchen staff, we’re always very pleased in this particular Nando’s. Always clean as well. Sometimes there’s big groups and the acoustics aren’t great so it gets a bit noisy, other than that it’s all you want Nando’s to be!

It was busy, but food arrived quickly. A meal was forgotten and we got a sincere apology for that. Overall 5* customer service received and staff were walking around and very attentive.

On my last visit, I was served fairly quickly, even though the restaurant was fairly busy. I made a takeaway order at the till. The food took a little longer than expected. For this reason, the staff apologised and even offered a cake due to the long wait. I have been here on several occasions before, have dined in and have always been happy with the service. Staff are friendly and helpful. They are accomodating of your dietary requirements too.

First and foremost, it's nice to see Nandos back open. I decided to treat both myself and my son to dinner and the first thing that hit me when I arrived was the noise! The music, people trying to have loud conversations, because they wouldn't hear each other otherwise! Service was slow on the tills, when people were served in front of me, I had already waited 10 mins, the staff walked away without even a smile or acknowledgement of my arrival. When I did get called to a till, the woman who called me over, once again ignored me until someone else called me. I ordered my meal which came back wrong. Was I surprised? Not really, he obviously could not hear me properly over the noise. Then I had to pay for another half a chicken and wait for it to be cooked. On a positive note, the original guy who took my order was very swift at ensuring I got what I'd ordered with minimum fuss. He was so polite and friendly, I left a lot happier and enjoyed my dinner, which was pretty good! I will be back, with ear plugs!
