Efficient service, staff all helpful. Couple of items were missing from the stand, forks being one of them. Resolved when I was able to get a member of staff. Seemed to be new members being trained but overall happy with the service and would go back. Food as always of a good standard.

So I placed my order, food didn’t arrive for 30 mins and the order wasn’t made, the staff on floor are amazing, very friendly, just wasn’t pleased that I was waiting over 30 mins for 10 wings on their own and the staff on duty cooking wasn’t making my food but was indulging in conversation with other staff. Haven’t had this experience before with Nandos.

DONT USE NANDO's AAP TO ORDER. Ordering food via app was the worst decision I did.. The counter was free and 2 or 3 table was busy. I order food via app and was waiting for my food. 20 mins(from time I got email confirmation) passed and I asked the staff they said they didn't receive the order..then they manually added the order into the system looking at our email. It took another 7 to 10 min to get the food. Not a good idea to go for a office lunch break. Apart from that Chicken was fresh and well cooked, chips and garlic bread was crunchy and tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Ok, so Nandos is a bit pedestrian but my wife and I enjoy it frequently. Had the boneless dinner which was perfect for 2. Friendly service at this location.

Very friendly staff, although nandos is not dog friendly (booo!) we sat outside. The staff were really nice, took good care of us and even offered our Charlie a peri-periless bowl of water (and let us keep the fancy bowl). Great staff at this location.

There's a good chance you've already been to Nando's, so you know what to expect. That said, this branch was exceptionally good. The staff, service and food were top notch and my partner even commented that it was "the best Nando's I've had in years". If you happen to be new to Nando's, my advice is to try the plain chicken with peri peri chips and a sauce of your that fits your spice appetite. That aside, the venue is similar to most Nando's and we had no trouble getting seated but it was a Sunday afternoon so your mileage may vary. Overall, 5 Stars! ✨

Waited 45 minutes for my Sunset Burger. We ordered a double chicken burger as well and it came cold. They refunded our order but it was quite uncomfortable waiting so long for food. The manager heard and was happy to refund us. However some of the other workers were slightly clueless.

Nicely done food, well marinated chicken, sides were superb. I'll always recommend the creamy mash from Nandos. Order also was placed at 6:45pm (ish) and ready for pick up at about 6:56pm. I was allowed to wait just inside the doors (warm restaurant) because I arrived just as I was placing the order through the app (late placing my order, my fault!) And it was freezing.

Almost always great service and food in restaurant and take away. Been a regular customer here since the day it opened. They have recently had inconsistencies with the staff making food; sometimes my pitta is bursting with food, sometimes it's quite empty - sometimes the chicken is perfect, sometimes the chicken is burnt and crisp. Most times it's my takeaway that's not quality checked.

The staff is friendly, the food is fingerlickingly delicious which is always brought by a friendly waiter/runner quite quickly to your table and I have never had to wait longer than 2mins for a table. The only nehative thing I have to mention but only because it can become a health and safety issue is the fact that the tables are too small in surface area to comfortably hold all huge plates, glassesband serving dishes that Americans love to call medium sized.

I go to Nandos fairly often as there are branches all over the place and food quality is always consistent and excellent value for money considering how decent the food is. I was at nearby Moorfields eye hospital for an appointment and wanted to have a decent lunch. In the local area this really seemed the best place to go get a filling nutritious meal in a comfy place. Service was great (friendly and fast). I also need to eat Gluten Free food and every Nandos I go to always have the manager supervise my order. They might just do chicken but they never put a foot wrong.

A Portuguese fast food joint, based on hot spiced chicken prepared in many ways. Order from the menu at the order desk and get it to the table. Portions look great and taste great. You choose how spicy things get. All in all, a good place to eat at.

Visited here after 5pm on a Sunday, was shown to my table by a gentlemen who really didn’t look fo be enjoying his career within nandos. The atmosphere was very noisy and full of hyperactive children running up and down with the parents not seeming to care. I ordered my food with a gentleman called Will who was very friendly and helpful, food arrived fairly swiftly and was to Nando’s standards. Just a shame on the atmosphere and the Male waiter being miserable.

Nice place to go, however is quite expensive for some grilled chicken with sauces. In particular 4 weeks ago when I went last time my experience was quite unpleasant, due to the till not working. We spent in there more than 1 hour only and got the food in the very last 15 minutes. there wasn't any sort of compensation and I believe that the manager should have handled that better, instead of keep more than 10 people in the queue awaiting to be served. Eventually we paid after the meal, after queuing for more than 20 minutes.

Hadn't been to Nando's for about 20 years - Last time I went I remember laughing about their menu saying, "We love vegetarians, all our chickens are vegetarian," but then I became one... So imagine my surprise when a friend suggested the place recently and with some resistance I went in, only to find a wonderful selection of vegetarian and vegan food - burgers and salads, yes, but a lot of variety. It was a delicious meal! I wasn't quite ready for the Peri-Peri super hot chili sauce to remove the skin from my mouth again yet, but I might not wait another 20 years before going back!

Just your normal regular Nando's, they have plenty amount of seating downstairs so you can come in big groups. Service is not that bad and relatively quick (around 10-15mins). One thing that annoyed me is that I asked for peri-peri chips and the lady that brought me the chips told me to go get it myself (thought that was a bit rude) when she brought me regular chips.

This nandos is rarely busy and has an upstairs and downstairs. It's recently renovated /opened (in 2017 or 2016) so is in good order, clean and presentable. The food is as you'd except, fairly good. It's a good nandos, would definitely go back.

The manager served me and was in a hurry. Fare enough you've ask how can I help u thousands of times, but don't bark it at me. He rushed my whole order. I though let me bark no and yes quick answered back at him. Then at the end I was about to be charged for my free half chicken and told him. He humbly apologised after. Then normal service resumed. One lady was really helpful service with a smile. I went to the toliet and there was only man and women and a 2 staff doors. However no where in the ladies to charge my babys bum which was annoying.

A smaller branch, with no parking, though you can park on the weekend, close by. Now generally, I mean this is Nando's nobody can really justify a negative review. Excellent BBQ chicken with peri-peri chips, it's a winner. It's like saying I don't like BBQ food. Doesn't make sense right. Anyway, my typical Nando's order consists of an extra hot half-chicken with two peri-peri chips as sides. Though as of recent I have been opting for a lighter option and generally trying to ditch the chips for the macho peas (though not sure how healthy they are since they are drenched in butter, I think).
