Would have given 5 stars but had to give 3 stars due to the lack of mobility and accessibility for the disabled. Went with a group to celebrate a birthday lunch although the staff were great and the food was nice, the lift was out of order and two members of our group with mobility issues had a nightmare trying to climb the steep spiral chairs, to get to the table set aside for our group on the 1st floor, to make issues worst, the toilet was on the 2nd floor, which was another steep set of stairs. They needed to prewarn customers on their website. Although the rest of us enjoyed our time, but other 2 with mobility issues had a torrid time.

The food here is absolutely delicious! I've tried nandos all around the city but surprisingly you could taste the difference because here it tasted so much more fresh. I was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the food. We had the plant based, great imitator. Last time I had the burger one and it was terrible but this time I had with wrap and it's absolutely delicious! The system is still to queue up on the phone. They have three or two floors but only one floor was open which I didn't understand why and because of that, it lead us to wait for half hr to get a table and when we did get a table half of the restaurant was empty. Not sure why they making customers wait so long. If the food hadn't reached to our expectations then this nandos wouldn't have been worth it but the ambiance, food and staff were excellent.

Arrived with no booking, there was a queue outside and we were added to a virtual queue and then with 15 mins were notified to say our table was ready. Ordered easily via app. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was amazing!

Had a concert to go see... 25 minutes before the opening band started... Went in to the Nandos strictly to order a very quick single portion of Peri Chips, as take away. Ordered. Was told to sit and wait... which we did. 10 minutes later went to the counter to check... was shushed off but I insisted that we needed to leave shortly... (willing to leave the chips behind) so then the young woman taking the orders (maybe an Assistant Manager) decided to actually relay our order to the Cook. 5 more minutes and we had the chips and left promptly. There was literally one other order ahead of us. 15 minutes for a single portion of chips takes the cake. If it was McDonald's I would not tolerate it, if it was fine dining I would expect it. This was neither. Sorry but 3 out of 5 stars...just get us out faster... the food was as expected. Delicious.

A well organised chicken shop in the middle of numerous cheaper chicken shops in the fried chicken capital of the world. Lovely well cooked food. Decent eating environment. Better staff than in many food establishment. Quite expensive. Very popular amongst the local police who seem to eat nothing else than carry outs from here.

The first time I went to the O2 Nandos was on results day, food was literally perfect, staff polite, good service. More recently I came and my chicken was on verge of being cold, I asked if it could be heated up and a staff member checked and said they weren’t allowed to be taking food back to heat it up. The staff were polite, I was just disappointed with my food second time round.

My first Nando's experience. I ordered a whole chicken, cooked to perfection with a choice of spices and 4 sides. I recommend the supergrain salad from the side menue. £20.45. Decor was pretty good, very clean with some cool art on display. Staff were friendly and polite. Clientele were a little rowdy for a Tuesday but overall decent, recommended.

Entry is very much scrutinized. You have to register on a website first by scanning a qr code etc and then wait for the digital queue. Order the food from the website again while being at the table. Even for a glass of water you have to make an order on web link and they bring it to you after 10 mins. Service was delayed even for pre made items like baked desserts. Had to ask the staff to check on it. Seems understaffed to me. Food was OK though.

One of the best places to visit before any concert. They provide quick food. They have charging points. Even if they are busy, they will provide you food quickly as they have adequate number of staff. They consider the versitality of people coming for concerts so this place has food for everybody's mood.

Great place pre-concert or go on a non-event day. My girl got a 20% student discount which is great. Our order took a bit long to come and when the guy came with it he replaced all our beers for free. (Not just because of that) staff are great and really knowledgeable. Would recommend.

Nice tender juicy grilled chicken, really really liked it. Again coleslaw is a bit too heavy on mayo but the potato mash and corns are tasty. Good place for family. I just don't liked the legs on the table which makes it a bit harder to push the chair closer. Nice servicing cashier.

Just had a lovely lunch with my wife in Nandos at the O2. This time we had the boneless chicken platter which is always a great choice. This particular Nandos has been decorated brilliantly, the staff are polite and attentive and our only complaint as always is the cappuccino was cold but this happens in every Nandos.

Nice place inside the O2 complex with good staff and environment. The presentation of the food on your plate can be improved a bit as it looks like it was dropped on the plate straight the cooking surface in a hurry. The sauces and cutlery are kept in stock and are clean. The fino pita and Portobello mushroom and halloumi are my personal favourite.

This is like any Nando’s you’ll visit. The food was excellent along with service. The speed at which we got our meals was very good. The children tried the frozen yogurt but it didn’t go down as well as the ice cream usually does. Overall a lovely large clean restaurant. If you know Nando’s this one is no different. Being in the O2 it get very busy but don’t be put off. Food was great and staff were incredibly helpful when asked for help. Happy to recommend.

I'm always a fan of Nando's because you know exactly what you're getting. Great quality and delicious chicken with decent sides for a reasonable price. This was my first visit since lockdown and I was elated that it was actually open as I had visited the O2 a few times prior and it was shut. Long story short, it's table service to be covid secure with screens to separate tables etc. As before, all paid for before you eat (card only) so you can relax after stuffing your face with a medium butterfly chicken and spicy rice with chips.

Despite probably being one of the busiest Nando’s branch in the UK, they manage to keep this place lively, quick service and no issues with the food. Friendly staff and able to deal with complex orders swiftly. You are due one extra star if the washrooms were up to the standard of the rest of the restaurant!

Average Nando’s experience. Had to change my knife as the first one I took still had reminders of the last meal in its serrations. Food was quick to be delivered about 10 minutes after order although there was a bit of a queue on this random Thursday lunchtime. Staff were pleasant and venue was clean and tidy. £11+ for a main, 1 side and a drink is a bit steep however. Will try somewhere else next time I’m here.

I would just like to say this by far the best nandos I have been to. I visited the restaurant with my sister in the 8th march 2020 have to come and see the Goddess that is Halsey. When we got there there was a four minute wait to be seated but one of your severs came and said we will be right with you he was. Considering the size of the place three floors to be exact it was so clean the staffed all had walkie talkies so everything ran extremely well. The food was super delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant I will be returning soon I hope as I want to visit the outlet shops Hope everyone is safe in these hard time 👋

I stopped coming to this nandos as in the past they were very slow with bringing food out, if at all with starters never coming unless asked. Now it's vastly improved and used it a few times in the past month. Staff are much happier and more helpful and don't seem so rushed. They now include iced tea as a bottomless drink the the three times I've been it wasn't working which is a shame.

My husband & I went to Nandos while at the O2 for a concert. I have to say, we were both VERY pleasantly surprised! We were both restaurant managers at the time and immediately noticed how smoothly the place was running. From our experience, when it is busy it can become dirty and people can make mistakes but this was by far not the case! The manager seemed to have a great moral going and he was helping clean up. There was the right amount of banter going on, but most of all we couldn't help but notice how all the customers seemed really happy. The food was great too. This really made our experience that evening all the better and I can't find enough words to praise you all. Well done and than you! See you again next time we are at the O2.

The staff were friendly but didn’t speak much english and unfortunately my spanish and Portuguese are bad so it took me over 20 minutes to give my order with signs and some Spanish words i recall from school. It wasn’t a really bad experience but certainly not one of the good ones. They didn’t have soap in the restroom

I visited Nando with a friend on Sunday while we were at the o2, was the first time in any Nando s for me. Really like the ambient in the restaurant. Unfortunately for me they didn't have thighs anymore (is also true that we went there almost at closing time) but the service recovery of Chris was so good and professional that i couldn't ask for anything else. Again, this place offers all the usual goodness of Nandos. This is quite a busy branch though and there could be a wait before you get your table. I been in many Nando's but I feel I need to review this last experience. I understand if someone is under training but they shall not be left alone behind the cashier. During the order "Junior" was uninterested and I felt like I was forcing him to take my order and even that he got wrong. So I ordered extra mild chicken instead I received a spicy one. When I try to ask to change the chicken I will need to get dictionary next time. The waiter couldn't even understand what I was asking him for. So the customer service was very poor.

Very touristy place. Short of Staff. Some customers got their plates from the kitchen due to no waiters. Cashier is used to non-repeat customers and has learnt that there is no point to waste energy smiling or being polite. That or he gets paid the London minimum wage.

On pointing this out to a member of staff I was grumpily pointed to another area where I did find what appeared to be the last four available spoons. Not a big issue but I did feel the staff could have been a bit more gracious in their attitude. Won't stop me, however, from visiting nrxt time i fancy spicy chicken.

Bad crowd management, they refuse to open the floor if no official events take place even though it's crowded. Really busy place but that's no excuse for the bad attitude most staff has. Prepare your Nando's card because they won't ask you for it. Food is the same, tasty overly processed chicken. I would recommend their cheesecakes and choc-a'lot-cake (or however they call it)

What to say, it is a nando the same as all nandos. It is nice enough, clean, helpful servers. They mentioned rooibos tea available on unlimited soft drinks, but I did not see it, so that was a bit disappointing. Chicken was really delicious - not dry at all - maybe better than I've previously had in other nandos, though 👍
