J. G.We went for a meal with my daughter. The food was delicious. When we raised an issue, Tiery the Chef rectified it professionally and many thanks to him. The service from Dominykas was great, he is such a lovely young man who went out of his way to make sure that the customers were satisfied with the service provided. Well done to him 👏
A. A.Surprisingly my food was really nice, loved it! Usually there’s always something about the food but this time round it was scrumptious to eat, the staff were very friendly also and we got a table as soon as we arrived.
I got the chicken thighs, peri chips and mash🤩
M. R.This was my first Nando's experience, as I travelled to England for the first time at the end of October.
Food was actually great, I had a weird moment when I joined the queue for ordering my food as the manager (or at least I think that was the manager) asked me three times if I was ok. I guess I look weird when I walk for 20 miles.
Jokes aside, staff was nice and I enjoyed my meal there so when I'll go back to London I might probably eat there again.
D. K.Nice nandos, less busier than its nearby Westfield location. You can usually get a table straight away. Food was prepared fairly quickly. The flavours are universal but it helps when the food is cooked well, I have been disappointed previously many times at other places. The corn could have done with a bit more grilling but apart from that it was all good. Don't forget to use your loyalty card to build up rewards.

I forgot my cordless airpiece, i called the restaurant the second day, I was informed that the lady that cleaned the table found it, was then advised me to pick up.
I went to the store three times with different story, first the manager was on annual leave, to come back the following week, secondly the lady that kept the earpiece isn't on duty for the week, eventually they told me they cannot find it.
Do not leave anything behind, make sure you take all your belongings with you when leaving the restaurant.
The earpiece was a gift from my daughter & was just disappointed.
S. L.Went to buy Nando's with my partner on the 25th April, waited over 30 minutes when the manager had said to allow 10 minutes. Orders after ours were prepared before us. Went back to the counter and we both were offered a free drink. My partner declined this. Finally when we got our order. The chicken was great. But I am taking one star off for the long wait and the stale reheated fries and the chewy garlic bread. Will not buy sides to takeaway. Sides are more fresher when eating in.

Main waiter was Louie really lovely young man. Great manners/ service and infectious smile. A real ambassador for the restaurant I hope I have spelt his name correctly if not sincere apologies… he deserves his mention to be correct. Slim average height lovely flowing curly hair. He served my two grandsons, my daughter and myself. He flew around the restaurant to correct an order which came through incorrect and was so apologetic, even though that side had nothing to do with him…. Very professional an asset to the company…. watching him work it is obvious he is proud of what he does, treats all in an equally lovely way and puts in 110%… thank you so much. It felt like nothing was too much. We felt he looked happy in his role and that rubbed off on us and heightened our dining experience. The majority of people /staff we encountered tonight were lovely so thank you all … your care and attention and ability to collaborate to sort minor issues very evident and much appreciated. Thank you all. All our food was well prepared, tasty ans well received… thank you all very very much.

Please can the NHS be accepted via app… scan ID etc. It would ease the queue at tills…. Staff are doing their best in hectic situations … Nando’s is a favourite with many…but some people just take longer at the tills with queries etc.

The restaurant isn't that big but when I was there it wasn't too busy, I imagine it can be a bit cramped at very busy times. Not a great selection of beers. I was seated straightaway and my good service was very swift so no waiting around. Enjoy your chicken 🍗

L.As Nando’s goes, this place is pretty on par. I have been here a few times and it seems fine on all occasions. Staff are friendly, atmosphere as you’d expect. Good chicken and food. It’s medium sized in terms of seating. No complaints from me and overall decent. Would visit again.

S. H. (.I have been to this branch of Nando's many times since it opened and since I've moved to Greenwich I still come here as it's the easiest halal Nando's to get to.
The staff are here are great, cheery and helpful, going the extra mile in customer service and I believe more since the pandemic. The manager was also a delight to talk to when my husband wanted to personally give her feedback.
And of course the food is always good.

But I ordered to go and first I had to wait until the cashier finished with hearing the gossip from her friend, who was in the queue before me, so they talked for while; and then the guy giving away the to go orders was so concentrated on his cellphone, I had to tell him my order was ready for me, really disappointing experience.

It was your typical restaurant food, surprisingly the food came pretty fast which i liked. Good was good for the price.

H. B.Had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated even though there were a number of tables available. A worker had to leave her till station in order to seat us. Once seated we ordered our food. I ordered a Fino pitta and creamy mash, my companion ordered his usual butterfly chicken and peri salt chips.
I was very disappointed with my creamy mash which was not creamy and very dry. The Fino pitta on the other hand was very nice and freshly prepared. The chutney in the pitta was delicious and complimented the chicken and halloumi cheese.
My companion was happy with his order as it is something he usually orders.
I give 3 stars only because the Fino pitta was a nice surprise and the gentleman who served us was very polite and respectful.

R.The food was lovely, most of the staff encountered were pleasant, however on entering the restaurant we were sharply told by the member of staff who was stationed at the entrance to register using the QR code for track and trace and to enable us to order. Which my daughter did, we reentered and the staff member who had no patience or manners informed me that I should also do this. I tried to explain my daughter had and was rudely told I couldn't eat if I didn't register. I have never experienced this at any other restaurant I have been to since the pandemic began. What would be the case if I didn't have a phone or the phone capability to register? Would an elderly person or someone with a visible disability be treated in the same way. The manner of this member of staff has certainly put me off going to this particular restaurant again. There are plenty of Nandos with decent polite helpful staff but this isnt 1 of them.

Remember 1 app for eat-in, collection or delivery...it makes sense...

Our waitress, Asian short lady who was so friendly and attentive even in that busy time. Took our order very calmly and the pizzas were really good and we got our food very quickly than we expected. One thing I will say is, always double check your order is correct before you leave often sauces and sides are forgetting.

Meal was served quickly once a table was available. There was a 20 minute wait for a table that we were advised of before waiting to be seated. Please note that Saturday evenings at this Nandos branch is very busy, but customer service levels remained high as did the quality of food served.

W.Standard Nandos, the place was tidy and very busy, the staff did have one very upset customer who I don't think was sufficiently dealt with, he was correct with his issue and he wasn't dealt with appropriately, maybe some more training. Foods OK, take the sauce out it's just chicken so always a little overpriced, is why the standard 3 star.

H.We seated ourselves because nobody bothered to give us eye contact when we walked in, the drinks machine sprayed Fanta on myself and other customers; when I informed a member of staff she told me not to worry about it and did nothing to resolve this issue. I am very disappointed because I come here all the time and have never had this kind of treatment before. However the food was consistent as always and to a good standard. I hope to have a better experience next time.

H. T.Recently changed the order preference through smart phone and you must have nandos account and food will be delivered on the table provided, only draw back is once you want refill your drinks no one is there to refill because of short of staff. And ufcourse I got 10 percent nhs staff discount.

Also, be aware if you arrive at 6.30pm there's possibly a staff shift change and you're usually kept hanging until the staff come on and clear the tables and then seated

Usually go on the weekends after my shopping trip in Straford mall and Wetfeild. I prefer going to this branch compared to the Westfield branch, as the westfeild branch can get really busy and loud.

That being said, I have visited this branch on many occasions and have never had to send food back. A rarity for a chain restaurant. Only once did I have an extended wait and the staff were brilliant in making up for it! Conveniently located on the edge of Stratford Broadway, it's a very accessible location. Will continue to visit!

I recommend the chips, the halloumi & portobello mushroom wrap & the choc-a-lot cake.
But mainly I recommend this restaurant, as this was the first time seeing one of my best friends after 5 years apart & we spent from 4pm-10:00pm ish, just eating (our two courses only) & chatting. No staff bothered us to get rid of us or kept insisting we buy more, which they likely would do in other eateries.

Was given a table, then had to wait in a queue to order, the collect my own plates and drinks. The only service I got was when they tooK my money and when the asked if the food was OK at the end. For the money you pay, I would want table service. Nightmare. Don't go with young children. Especially without the wife.

A. F.The wait can be extremely long, especially on a weekend evening... I had to wait 45 minutes for a walk-in takeaway order of a half chicken and 2 roasted corn cobs... The food is very tasty and properly cooked and is as spicy as you want it to be... and you can add additional spice or condiments at your table by picking up a bottle of your favourite from the tables by the kitchen... You can get meal deals and platters to share which make the price a bit more reasonable - the prices are actually quite high, I think - but every so often I'll indulge myself... The menu is quite varied and actually quite healthy - the chicken is grilled not fried... there are a few vegetarian options, which I find very tasty... You can get alcohol to have with your meal or other drinks and some drink options include unlimited refills... The starters and the desserts are nice too... All very tropical, tasty, exciting and typically Latin American & Brasilian...
Just make a table reservation and order your meal over the phone about 30 minutes before you want to arrive and eat...

S. G.I came here in a group of 7, and we had a wonderful time. We were served by a lovely lady called Celma, who was very enthusiastic and polite, and we had a really good laugh. The food was amazing as usual!
I. B.The halloumi cheese sticks are fine when they first arrive but get cold and hard fast. Chicken was ok, better dressed up with one of the help-yourself sauces. Sides of peas, spinach and chickpeas, butternut squash and sweet potatoes were all just ok. Not a place to return to.

G.Although nandos is generally one of the tastiest and easy going dine in restaurants. It's sometimes very difficult to get a seat, coming before the evening is highly recommended otherwise it can be packed.

I really appreciate when restaurants have music that is at a pleasant volume: quiet enough to communicate with friends without raising you voice, but loud enough to balance out background table noise.
The food has consistently been good here, and that's impressive considering I must have visited over 60 times since its opening.
Even when it's at its busiest, the tables are at an appropriate distance from each other so as not to make you feel cramped.
Even though there is a good branch in Westfield close by, this is my Nandos of choice.

E. T.Interesting location, it's next to shopping outlets in Stratford and also on the ground floor of a hotel. The general area around here seems to consist of a Morrisons and tons and tons of estate agents. If you go a bit further (or 1 stop on the bus) you will hit the main Westfield shopping centre, and there is another Nandos inside, should that take your fancy.
Anyway, this place is quite big, and upon walking in after watching a movie at Picturehouse on a Sunday morning there were quite a few patrons already, showing that chicken is ever so popular in the UK. (Funnily enough, if you mention Nandos to a Portugese person and ask them whether this exists in their country, you will get laughed at...from experience).
Interesting moment before we took our seat, the lady directing us at the door says she needs another gentleman to pick our table. When he came over he said that they were pretty packed (nope, I see empty tables at the front area of the place) but he did direct us to a more empty area towards the back, for which I am grateful.
Nandos system is as usual, go order at the front counter, pay, give them your table number and they will deliver the chicken to you. It came within 5-7 mins so we were happy. We used the loyalty card to claim a whole chicken for free, and paid for sides and drinks. The portions are not as big as they used to be, even the portion of fries have shrunk and they pop it in a can now rather than putting the fries on a plate.
Nevertheless, decent chicken for lunch. Unlimited drinks on tap as usual was great to wash down the chicken.

Why are there 2 Nando's restaurants in the same area and with the same demographic offering 2 different services? It confuses customers and the brand message, and represents poor customer service. It is as vexing as it is annoying. When I visit the Westfield shopping centre, I cannot eat at the local Nando's and am forced with walking from an indoor shopping centre to an outdoor location if I want Nando's, 15 minutes away! This is as incomprehensible as it is ridiculous.
I obviously cannot be bothered to do this and choose to eat elsewhere. Why lose the custom?
This is madness. Also, have you seen the weather outside? This is Britain! The whole reason I have gone to an indoor shopping centre is to stay indoors, not go outside in the rain or cold! Why Nando's, why?
