Good quality chicken meat, perfectly cooked. The best thing about Nandos has to be their sauces. That's what makes the difference between them and any other places. Being able to choose from so many flavours is a game-changer. Last time I was there I discovered their broccoli 🥦 sidedish. It's amazing! It's got small bits of garlic on it which makes it delicious! Another plus is the music played in this restaurant. It must be either Portuguese 🇵🇹 or Brazilian 🇧🇷. I don't know where its coming from but its good! Good job Nandos!

I visited on January 2nd, this was the best Nando's I've ever had. The food was so fresh, hot and tasty. Friendly staff and super quick service. I've had a lot of Nando's, often it's OK, I wish my local branch was able to serve up food this good. Textbook food 👍

Nice atmosphere. Not noisy. No wait time. Food nice as always. My issue however is I always have to ask for my dessert. The same person collecting our plates at the end of the meal should know if anything else needs to be delivered to the table they're clearing, or at least ask. They did apologise and were all polite and professional. BUT why every time at the Vauxhall Arches branch really I gotta ask for my dessert baffles me. I mean why should I have to ask... Or wait indefinitely until I can flag a waiter/waitress down. Siigh.

Not overly impressed. We were shown to our table which was still dirty and covered in grease and salt. Service was slow and staff seemed to be shouting to each other from across the restaurant and getting annoyed with each other. Food was OK but wasn't hot when we got it to our table

Came in cos phone had died and the team were just so nice: I had my sleeping baby in her pram and Charlie hustled to get me a portable charger and let me sit there for 30 mins. Then he was so sweet and playful with the baby when she woke. I bought a Nando’s to take away - standard Nando’s food - but was super grateful and impressed by how hospitable the team were. It is Nando’s so expect the same, mediocre food as in other Nando’s. I only ended up there because Vauxhall is a bit of a funny place to eat around. This joint is not super clean (toilets were in an abysmal state) and patrons seem a bit out of touch with today’s hygiene (licking their fingers, then sliding them on the neck of the bottles of sauce to taste the sauce). All in all, I would give it a miss and recommend you look for another place to eat.

It's Nandos, same everywhere lol. Good thing so about the location. That's area doesn't have many restaurants.Good place to go after climbing. Fast and clean. Not too busy and lots of seats. So overall it's nice I think.

Someone is obviously having a laugh with the supposed closing hours. Have been 3 times with over an hour to spare before the 10pm deadline and have been denied Peri Peri goodness all 3 times. However If you make it inside the opaque operating hours its a great dining experience in a unique setting with excellent food. Update your opening hours or be true to yourself.

Can't complain food came out perfect and fast too we sat outside and it was fairly clean for a London street, staff there were very friendly and everyone was compliant with covid rules. Their new way to serve the consumer is quite great, table service should have been implemented a while ago. However, due to the current so I do feel bad about the waiters having to go back and forth when ordering a free refillable soda. Their new coconut and lemon does have a good taste to their food. It makes the overall food a tad bit better. Despite their new spices their mashed potatoes is nothing to brag about as it tasted like its been heated up after being out for 24 hours. Their desert- salted caramel brownie is still a treat!

The only take away I have is from Nando's, we had from Nando's in Vauxhall yesterday. The chicken was excellently cooked, very juicy and succulent, unlike other Nando's both near Victoria where chicken is always dry and stiff. I will be returning to Vauxhall. The lady on the phone was also very friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed my 2 visits here. The social distancing and adherence to COVID regulations was great. Had to wait a very long time as the restaurant was very popular but the Walk In app made the experience easier to track. Chicken was top notch as Nando's always is.

I grew up in this neighbourhood for 10 years and a Nando's is such a perfection addition to the area with the nearest other one being in Brixton I believe. Perfect location right under the station local to other stores and a couple of pubs shall you want to have a few drinks or chill out after your meal. I visited with my children and my sister and her son and although we didn't get in because they had reached their maximum intake, the staff (2 mixed race gentlemen) were ever so polite and attentive to us and everyone one else. They helped us complete a order for take out which we collected in store and enjoyed at home.

We were seated straight away on a busy Saturday night. There was only a short wait to order food even though the restaurant was busy. Food came out quickly and was well cooked. The decor ia really nice quirky because it fits under the railway bridge. Good selection of food. Burgers, chicken, wraps etc.

Staff were friendly. The menu is reduced of course due to Covid and staffing. To order food you have to scan a qr code and order the food on your phone. The drink machines are currently broken so there is only water and ice tea available for free. If you need anything like sauces or drinks etc you have to put your hand up for assistance. Restaurant was tidy and clean and they have distanced customers due to social distancing

We loved the decor. On arriving foe the 1st time here, were greeted by a young lady and i asked if we could sit in a certain area that would be good to have my granddaughters buggy. She insisted on an area that she wanted to put us so another lady took over and was happy to listen. The food was lovely and hot amd not over cooked. On My second visit, my chicken was so dry and burnt and the attitude of some staff was rude. Id still come back, but staff need some customer training.

The staff here are warm, welcoming and very friendly. One of the better tasting nandos branches that's for sure. My sister and I walked in dancing and one of the guys Ricardo done a little two step and joined in. It was close to closing time and dispite me sitting there chatting away with food on my plate we were not rushed once or told "we're closing now" thanks guys for your great hospitality and good food.

I have visited various Nando’s over the years but none of my experiences was like the Vauxhall branch. The staff was so friendly and the Food was well presented and cooked to excellent standards. Am a big fan of Nandos, food is decent for what it is and a bit healthier than the fried chicken outlets. You pay a premium for the food but overall I've never really had any complaints about it. Staff have always been friendly, only downfall is it can get really busy, this can mean it takes forever to get your food, but you eventually get used to that. Overall, apart from the new price rise, it is still just very nice chicken.

Buried underneath the train is a unique Nando's experience. It's almost as if they made a Periperi flavoured bomb shelter, and dressed it up to the nines. We visited during the late late evening, and service afforded us patience and help. The beer was cold. The chicken was hot. The staff chatted while they could, then rushes off to assist the next crowd of friends who came to find some grub.

The manager kindly offered him a voucher for next time but on this occasion he missed out on eating the same as us. Chicken, good 😄 A pretty nice Nandos, under a railway arch. Some train noise occasionally, but the standard Nandos ambience isn't exactly quiet anyway. With the background music you don't really notice the occasional rumble. It's well-decorated and every time I've been has been a positive experience. Staff polite and efficient. Usually Nandos has been hard to get wrong but this one does. The girl behind the till took my order like I was some massive inconvenience and that I was stopping her from going home. Many tables were left uncleared for a long period of time. Sweet potato fries were raw inside but they did get us a new order which was nice. It took forever to get served and people who arrived before us ate and left before we got our main. Not a bad experience but could do with tigethening up.

This Nandos was incredibly busy when I was there last. How they managed to serve our food so quickly was surprising. I will say I am not impressed with size of the food. I'm not sure if this is happening at all Nandos, perhaps its because they are free range now but the sizes seem significantly smaller than the last few times I went there. Given how much they charge for almost no actual cooking I think its quite important to give decent portions but they really slacked in that department.

Absolutely atrocious staff. Apparently if your food is served late and you complain, expect the apparent manager to tell you that you're not allowed to make such complaints, while then going on to accuse you of being aggressive towards his staff by literally just asking where your food that was ordered almost an hour ago. This has to be the most unprofessional, embarrassingly amateur restaurant I've ever come across. It was like walking into a Kitchen Nightmare episode where the owners are too arrogant to see their mistakes and would rather blame paying customers. Several staff members need replacing with competent workers. Until then, don't bother with this branch; it's clearly ran by clowns who can't do something as simple as serve food on time, or apologise if it's late. How someone with such little customer relation skills can be hired as a manager is beyond me - he seemed to not care at all about the customer at all and only about keeping his staff happy as he refused to give the name of the employee who had made the mistake!! Update: The beyond-useless manager was fired 🎉 and the senior manager was incredibly apologetic and understanding. So credit where it's due, while the guy should never have been put in front of customers, he no longer is and the branch is trying hard to fix itself.

Excellent staff and food as at my branch in Sevenoaks. However I dropped one star for the Mozam wrap I just ate. The chicken was good and the salad was fresh as you would expect from Nandos but the dark Garlic sauce is absolutely vile. It tastes like some kind of burnt and sour treacle. It doesn't help that there was far too much of it ruining what was probably delicious chicken. Sorry guys.

I really enjoyed my meal here. The setting is fun because you are in the old railway arches and the ceiling is domed above you. The food was your standard Nandos fare (in my opinion, not bad at all and you get what you pay for) and the staff were really great.

I'm not a Nando's fan to be honest. In my view, it's very over-priced for what essentially, is just chicken. However, I had the four chicken thighs and salted chips and it was quite nice. My only moan was the price (£14.60 for chicken, chips and a soft drink) and the fact that it was cold in there! It's so busy! Why?! It's just chicken! LOL!

I come here with the family.The building is situated in the arches at vauxhall. It has a good atmosphere, very cosmopolitan. The food is a good standard, and the staff are friendly. There is always back round music, and the children always get a Nandos inspired play page to colour in and do puzzles. If you go at peak times you will have a wait, but when it's quieter, you get served fast.

Seems like the equivalent of Chipotle in America. Promises big flavor, original recipes, and unique [hip] philosophy, but just kinda comes out as nothing too special. That being said, it's tasty, not too pricey, and quick. One thing that I found odd was their spiciness scale. I ordered medium spicy on my sandwich and was bummed to find that there was almost no discernible difference between that and my wife's extra mild (or whatever) dish. Maybe living in Arizona has spoiled my palate with spice, but you'd be safe choosing the next level up if you want any heat at all, as I had none.

One of the best Nando's I have been to. Its new so the decor is clean and modern and well lit despite not having many windows. In an arch of Vauxhall station. Booths are great if you can get one.

I don't eat meat, but Nando's is one of the better high street restaurants for vegetarians. I had the cataplana, which was decent, although the vegetable mix was placed on top of some savoury rice so it wasn't really a Portuguese cataplana at all. The Mediterranean salad is good too, as is the choice of 3 veggie burgers, though they are quite mushy in texture.

This one is built under the arches at Vauxhall. The fact that vauxhall is also second home for the Portuguese peri per it's done well in creating a u unique staggered ceiling which looks a bit like a recording studio in shades of brown. I think this helps with it looking n sounding less like a barn n u can hear yourself speak. Same fare and excellent service as other nandos. Yup will definitely go again. Conveniently located with loads of buses and the underground.
