Visited on a Wednesday evening just after 9pm for some food. It was quite a quiet night at the venue. Service was good. Cocktails were not of a high quality but that’s what to be expected tbh. I ordered the mixed grill. The salad was really nice and fresh however the meat lacked flavour but overall I was not disappointed as it was quite okay as far a shisha spots go

I've visited here 2 within a fortnight... It's actually not bad since the referb. The garden area at the back is for dinner and shisha.. very reasonable ranging from £25 +... Lots of nice flavours and they're not bothered about changing your coal when you ask them too. The waiting staff for the restaurant are nice. They were very attentive to me and my guests when I visited both times. The food portions are heafty and worth the money. I didn't like the chips much. You have to pay £5 on entry and ensure u carry ID as it turns into a lil dancefloor after the garden area closes. Only reason I rated them 4 stars is because of the not one once bit twice... The rude weird bar tender. He makes drinks wrong, doesn't communicate properly and when confronted about his comments he makes snardy comments which is unprofessional. Despite being in the heart of South London he should treat all customers with respect and know that he is serving individuals from all backgrounds. I would come here again. The DJ is good. Nice small vibe for a Friday or Saturday evening.

Walking in before the inside of venues was allowed still was breathtaking as it gave promise of when things would be open to be a very sophisticated and luxurious venue. The back was absolutely just as awesome and the setup was almost like that of speed dating keeping in mind the 2 metre rule for COVID which was beautiful as each division was divided with plastic board for hygiene. The service was absolutely brilliant lm forgetting the staffs name one of the guys and three of the ladies one of which l took a picture it was brilliant. The brunch setting was absolutely to die for and such good value for your money as you where getting great cuisine,cooked perfect and bottomless cocktail made to perfection it was absolutely a 10/10 experience that l would definitely do over and over again!!!!

I spent Saturday night here celebrating my sister's 40th birthday. The staff were really good, no attitudes and really made us all feel welcome. The whole place had a very relaxed and welcoming vibe to it. Honestly couldn't fault the place. I'd definitely return next time I'm in Greenwich.

It's a very nice venue inside, with a large Shisha lounge outside, they serve delicious food (seabass highly recommended), yummy sweet cocktails- love the strawberry daiquiris, and great shisha... if you're going late night they can get very busy, may want to book In advance. The service is by far top quality, thank you so much to all the staff for being, welcoming and helpful! I've had to completely change my review from 4 years ago, as I didn't enjoy it before, but now it's Fantastic!

The music was too loud and service extremely slow. It took 30 mins to bring 2 starters out. However the food (breaded prawn, chicken wings, chicken shish wrap) was good and they switched on the heater when I asked.

Over priced! Highlight where the chips and the starters, we had Breaded prawn and chicken wings. Our plates came with items missing. No onion rings, so they gave is a bowl of them. One of the starters arrived after our main meal after being told 15min when we ordered the they ran out of squid. Glad this was half price!

Then you have that amazing famous bar where you can order drinks if you choose to, the bar always reminds you to be fabulous! You walk to the back and you have this amazing space to to smoke shish and chill! But whats best about it now?? I opened the menu and omg!! Turkish dishes, now im stuffing my face!! Im sorry I made u jealous guys, but get down to the north Pole! The best family run business in the business!!!

Nice place suitable for couples or friends eating out. The food was tasty and the waiters were attentive. We went there on Sunday night when they were showing the Champions League final so there was a charge at the entrance, annoying, but I guess it was ok for football fans. Went there for a birthday drink with some friends shisha and then told to leave 10 minutes after to move from the garden upstairs to the pub the staff could have told us that they was moving 10-minutes and the security moved everyone to the pub the pub was very crowded they moved anyone from the garden into a small space not even checked for Corona or any checks or test had to leave too many people in a small space

Had few brunches in this establishment, very good atmosphere and food was lovely. Was a really nice range of cocktails and steak omg was just delicious, my friend is GF and they accommodated her request which was really nice. I was there once before lockdown and went recently again as i saw a different menu. Staff was really friendly and the lady waitress was so lovely and as it was my friend birthday they brought a mini cake with a big candle which was really nice of them. I saw reviews below regarding social distancing and all covid restrictions, and in my eyes it was all under control, staff had their masks on so as gloves. On entry we were asked to keep the mask on and put it back on once we go toilet or when leaving. So not sure why some reviewers saying the restrictions isn't on. I would definitely recommend it for a nice girls evening out!

We had a rather large and loud group the manager was very accommodating and got us 2 tables next to each other , went above and beyond to make sure we was happy , really good DJ , good food and good prices, it was my first time there but I’m definitely going back when I get the chance !! Sisha, food, environment and all others helps to make a perfect blend of great experience. The restaurant upstairs is very nice. On certain nights, you may be lucky enough to have a live pianist playing which really sets a lovely ambience. A most enjoyable place to visit. We had the Sunday roast...it was hot, cooked appropriately, very tasty and well presented....what more should I expect from a busy place to eat? The staff were great. Has all the options anyone could want to go for, great food experience should you want to go for a nice dinner, great selection of cocktails and drinks downstairs paired with the shisha experience out in the back garden, including outside heating which in this country is always a great plus plus in my opinion. Good music, live and on the speakers. Plenty of live sport to enjoy any day of the week these days! And good night life experience for those to enjoy in the later hours. Being a local it has all the options for a good day/night out right on your doorstep, fully recommend!

The member of staff incharge of sending out orders that day made sure we got replacement meals sent.... and it was soooo worth the wait (which was because of Deliveroo), THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! There was also a stag night going on too so you can imagine it was quite lively. It has a fantastic atmosphere and was really buzzing. The bar upstairs is called the North Pole and then there is a bar downstairs called the South Pole. The South Pole bar that looks like it is made out of ice; the whole disco area is supposed to replicate an ice bar and does quite a good job of it.

Interesting place. We visited utilising an online offer for 50% off the bill, which when we saw the actual prices we were very glad we had. Menu wasn't very big with four or five choices per course. For my birthday me and two other friends came here for the big brunch. I had halloumi for starters and was only given two small pieces of halloumi and the rest of the bowl was a vegetable sauce. I did tell the restaurant prior to my visit we was visiting for my birthday however this was unnoticed. The bottomless jug is suppose to be included per person however we was only given 1 jug for the table and told that it was only for 1 hour even tho it was advertised as 2? By the end of the night I did feel we was rushed of our table... even tho the restaurant was empty and no other customers were waiting. They played the same songs over and over again and the music stopped sometimes and didn’t play at all. Other than this the food was lovely for the price you can’t complain, the lobster was lovely and overall the atmosphere was good.

Good venue. Nicely decorated for the Xmas festivities and a warm feel to the venue. Drinks prices are fair in comparison to most other central London pubs these days. They olay the sports in there which is a bonus. They also have a big sized beer garden under a large marquee, loads of seats and heat lamps all around. I'd definitely pop back in there for a couple of pints when I'm next in the area.

The restaurant is located on the first floor of the North Pole public house in Greenwich. Here you will find an elegant stylish restaurant. Real table linen and napkins, green and gold is the predominant colour theme with heavy drapes, chandeliers and large black and white photos of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Peter Lawford and Sammy Davis Junior, the Rat Pack set the tone. The best is yet to come welcoming and friendly staff took our order. I had the Pan Fried Fillet of Sea Bass, with grilled funnel and courgettes, sun dried tomatoes and dill dressing which was delicious followed by the Lime cheese cake. My companion had the Corn fed chicken Ballantine served with tarragon mousse, potato and truffle purée, green veg and cep cream followed by Dark Chocolate Mousse with Grand Marnier, roasted hazelnuts and fresh strawberries. As it was a Friday Francesco the Italian piano player added to the ambiance and excellent character of this great Greenwich restaurant. To get to Greenwich from central London we took the Thames Clipper shuttle boat from the Embankment pier to Greenwich, the best way to travel in London. The restaurant is 15 minutes past the Cutty Sark through the Greenwich old town. As we left after 10.20 pm past the time of last return boat from Greenwich to the Embankment so we took the Dockland Light Railway (DLR) from the Greenwich station which is a scenic ride and the station is just 2 minutes’ walk from the restaurant and we were back at the Bank station in 20 minutes. You will really enjoy this stylish little restaurant with great food. Well worth a visit. Highly recommended and they provide a 50% discount on the food aspect of your bill on a Saturday. Live piano Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
