Best fish and chip shop in the area! The seating area was very nice to eat in. The heater outside keeps you warm despite the temperamental English weather. Also has fantastic costumer service. The staff were lovely and patient as I was choosing my order. Best fish and chips I’ve had in a while and it was good value for money. I will definitely be returning and would recommend for anyone in the area to stop by for a delicious bite to eat.

Over the last year this place seems to have changed ownership and since then hasn’t been the same. The Fish and chips used to be fresh and not greasy but the past year it’s been hit and miss. Grilled fish was even better but now it’s bland and tasteless, the salad too looks like it’s ready for the bin. If you’re thinking of trying this place go there and order in person. Delivery takes forever and the food is stone cold by the time it gets to you.

The overall presentation of the premises was inviting and clean Traditional look with a modern touch Service was quick and professional The fish and chips were Fried in matzo oil and served fresh- for £10 cod and £2.50 for chips i would say stick to your local chippy as this portion is no different . The fish was oil as it soaked through the box! The homemade mushy peas were a disappointment - no real taste to them just sweet peas there was no blend of anything. Always worth trying!

A solid average experience. I decided to visit and eat-in there; the waitress was polite (and especially patient as she had to deal with a very entitled and fussy family also eating in) so no issues with the staff. However since I was actually there to eat, I’d have expected a more prompt service, but I waited easily 40 minutes for my fish and chips. I do understand many people phoned ahead for take aways, but I always think you should prioritize those customers who are actually present. The food itself was nice, but maybe a bit ‘posh’ if this makes sense? The chips certainly didn’t need to be in a separate bowl and they lacked a bit of flavor. I realize this is personal taste and perhaps I just enjoy the old greasier types of chippies, but it was more the very long wait that bothered me.

Modern 'hygenic' fish and chip shop. The portions are huge for some dishes, like fish cakes and fish bites. Not the average cheap local chippie. The battered fish quality did vary from time to time unfortunately. It was good when the shop was less busy, e.g. at lunch hours. No comment on chips as I am not a fan of potatoes.

Not bad, quite large portion of chips, average size fish, comes in a box but no cutlery or napkin. I am not sure of the local prices in the area but 12 pounds for a fish and chips looked really expensive to me.

The best quality take away fish and chips we've had in North London. Always thought Toff's was unbeatable but this place did a takeaway delivery to just in 20 minutes and the food was cooked to perfection. The only downside was we have a vegan in the family and there was nothing for them, so a disappointment. Shame you don't do Vegan fish like so many good fish restaurants are now doing, made with Tofu or Jackfruit. Like at the Noisy Lobster: VEGAN 'FISH & CHIPS' (V+/GF) Battered Banana Blossom and chips

Busy on a Friday night, but worth the wait (we hadn't ordered ahead). Great range of grilled and battered fish - we tried and enjoyed both - good chips and salads. Not the cheapest, but worth it for the quality.

I have not been to the restaurant but last night we ordered for the first time a takeaway by phone. The person who took our order was very polite and very clear about the service that they offer. The food was delivered on time and was hot. The fish and chips were excellent. Cooked perfectly. Not covered in oil but with crisp batter and chips. The servings were large. Altogether a very enjoyable meal. Will definitely use them again.

You would have to travel far and wide to buy fish and as good as Oliver's. We ordered cod and were not disappointed with the size, The cod and chips were perfectly fried with bearly a mark of oil on the box. You won't be disappointed

As a vegetarian, i haven't had chip shop chips in over 15 years; due to chips being fried in the same oil as the fish. Oliver's, fry their fish separately, serve veggie sausages and the curry sauce is also vegetarian. Lastly, brilliant service too

I’ve eaten fish and chips from Oliver’s since they opened in 2015 and have never had an issue with the quality or quantity, the portions are so large I never managed to finish it top day, and always get two meals out of one portion😁👍😁
