They didn't have the croissant of my choice, neither do they have a facility to warm them. It was average. I have had better coffee from Paul at their other locations.

Good selection of food and drink - somewhat expensive. There are nice seats and views into the station and concourse. Staff quite stressed , would have liked them to clear the tables as we sat down.

Love this place. Doughnuts are amazing and great customer service. Nice staff who recommended the doughnuts.

Ordered chocolate cake and hot chocolate milk. Very strong taste for the chocolate milk, but still good. Can easily take the drinks on the go. Pretty expensive though

Food quality is good, but the inside could be a bit more cozy. Prices go up for dine-in. Btw, the hot chocolate is really thick, need to fill up with some water.

was at this place this morning 15th May at about 8.15 am. the gentleman who was serving was nice to me but very rude to a couple of station staff because he claims they have come close to me and entered through the exit door I didn'teven see them close. these 2 station workers were reading the cards 'paul' have placed on the table, if the Paul management does not want people standing close to the person at the counter then I believe the table with the leaflet should not be there in the first place. I felt bad for the staff members who apologised and left the shop without buying the drinks. I think the attitude of the Paul staff was bad and needs to be checked.

Hello, I purchased baguette, croissants, chocolate tart and a apricot tart slice. Very nice man serve me on my visit. Best place for bakery goods. My mum phone up and tell manager how lovely they are. well worth a purchase.

Eight of us stopped for a quick drink before catching our train. Outstanding service from the lady behind the counter- she dealt wonderfully with our order, which was complicated by some of party with 'off menu' requests. She was warm, friendly and constantly smiling- excellent customer service and a credit to the company! I'm sorry we didn't notice her name but she served us at about 4.50pm on Sunday 24th March 2019. Thank you very much.
