Have ordered food from here a number of times and it has always been good. There is plenty of seating inside and the food ordered has always been hot, well-cooked and seasoned with good peri-peri spice. The staff are friendly and helpful and have always provided service with a smile. All the offers are clearly presented on the signs and easy to understand and their garlic Mayo has to be tried as it is amazing!! Strongly recommend if you haven’t tried this chicken place!

My wife and I have tried this outlet several times and honestly it’s one of the top chicken / peri peri restaurants in the area. The food quality and taste is always consistent, the value for money is very good and the portions are generous. Malik, the manager, is always smiling and handles all the orders professionally while being ready to customize any order. Marco, the chef, is doing his magic exceptionally well in the kitchen to execute a perfect lunch or dinner. A must try if you’re around Ealing Broadway.

Lovely chicken restaurant located in Ealing, was impressed with food and service. The chicken pieces and wings were well seasoned and crunchy, better quality than somewhere like KFC.

I have to be straight, reviews here are not lying. I've ordered from this place today, and, well. To be fair, their food and portioning is decent. The chicken was tasty, and nice portions with the fried and the dips. Even the delivery driver was polite. I had to knock off two stars though. First star - because of the delay. My food was pretty late. The estimated delivery time was 30 minutes, although I've waited nearly two hours for my food We are in London, and this is fast food after all. Maximum amount of time I'm happy to wait is 45 minutes for a properly cooked, handmade pizza from a proper place. I understand if you are busy, but you have to either put more staff and delivery personnel, or optimise the whole thing. You cannot let a customer wait two hours for food. Second star -Lying. I've called you three times. Once after 45 minutes, when you've told me the driver is en route, once after 1 hour, when you told me that the driver is still en route, and once after 1 hour and 45 minuted, when you told me, that the driver will be here in 5 minutes. The food I received was piping hot, which I really appreciate, but I live a 3 minutes drive from you. You've lied to your customer two times. Not cool. I suggest a serious change of management, and this place could be as good as other Pepes places. Until that, well...

Clean and friendly environment,food is always fleshly prepared and well packed. In particular Ataul is lovely and polite, he has Amazing customer service and is always really friendly! He has advised us over the phone at times. Hightl recommend

This has turned into a regular haunt for me due to living locally. I little pricier than your average chicken shop hence the four stars. However, the food is of decent quality. I do enjoy there burgers!

Loved the wings, as someone with IBS and acid reflux, the wings weren't too spicy and had alot of flavour. The chips were long and thick which were crunchy and soft inside, however the only downside is the paper plate they served it in and the paper takeaway chips packet they put in, even though I was eating in.

Great Pepe's Peri Peri, best peri peri in London. Great prices and not far from the shopping centre or Ealing Broadway tube station. Very worthy if you are after some tasty fast food. The staff are really nice and it's now tidier than it was in the past. In the daytime it is difficult to park nearby. Delivery sometimes hit and miss for quality so best eaten fresh.

Best Pepe's I have tried, it seems different to the other ones. They have good quality chicken. I have tried a few different Pepe's in different areas and have thrown the food away however Pepe's Ealing is good quality and tasty chicken.
