Been coming here since the genesis (picking up from a flat in Cannon Street). It’s grown big time with potential to become a franchise in my opinion, humble beginnings of a humble creator. The food itself is seriously addictive, it’s definitely laced with some sort of potion, what’s the Nicotine percentage in them wings!? Every time I finish a mouth burning intestine exploding spicy meal, I mumble ‘yeah this will be the last’…but 2 years on, I’m still a regular customer here and the cravings will forever persist. I love the concept and branding! The uncle’s animated face on the logo, free Palestine stickers, active social media - this place is just RELEVANT and appeals to customers of all ages. The team here are good people who take serious pride in their product (Creamy Naga wings are trade marked). Many have tried to mimic it but inevitably failed. There can only be one PhatForLife! #JAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAL

Excellent service from them. First time travelling there after hearing good things about their food. I love kebabs and I love naga chilli so this should be the perfect location for me. Went there and asked for extra hot and the brother warned me that it's actually really hot and asked if I wanted to change my mind. I said no and still went ahead and I'm now regretting it 😂. They actually make it extra hot which is what I rate. Next time I'll just get hot. Food portion was decent and it tasted really good. It's a bit pricey compared to other kebab places in the area but that's due to them using higher quality meat which you'd usually find at Turkish kebab shops. The brother also gave me a free milk make which was a really nice gesture and that also tasted amazing. Highly recommended. Would definitely visit again. Just a shame I have to travel from Kent to there but if I do make a treck this would be one of my spot to go to

Absolutely loved it! I ordered the extra hot creamy naga wings with naga chips and it was just the right amount of spice for me. My family tried some of my meal and loved it too. I'll definitely be ordering from here again and go for an extra extra hot if they do that

Finally got around to trying the Creamy Naga from Phat For Life and I was very impressed! They have a huge menu of items from different flavoured wings.. and pretty much Naga anything you can think of! Their Creamy Mango Naga Prawns are a must try.. those were possibly the best Prawns I’ve tried. The Creamy Naga Chicken Burgers are HUGE and delicious, will definitely be trying all the flavours for it. The Creamy Naga Chips are flavoursome and not soggy, Creamy Naga Chicken Bites were also very nice and tender 🙌🏽 it has definitely lived up to the hype! We were blown away at the first bite. It was definitely a very generous portion for 2 people to share. Highly recommend you order from Phat For Life you won’t be disappointed! Don’t worry they can adjust the level of spice to your need 👏🏽

Got food from here twice and was left feeling very satisfied- I do think they could give a bigger portion of solo prawns and it was slightly tooo creamy so it’s difficult to finish but all in all very delicious and flavoursome, would recommend the creamy naga donner and prawns for sure

First time trying PhatForLife and got the Ramadan Box (apart of the special menu during Ramadan) It contained all of the best bits from the normal menu with portion sizes to easily feed 2-3 people. The food was creamy, saucy and had the perfect amount of seasoning and spice. To top it all off, the service from brothers who run the place is impeccable. Nothing like this on the market - must try this out for yourself. #Jaaaaaal

I’ve discovered them two years ago when they were still quite new on Instagram. So I thought I could try it and it was the best decision because it was good the first time and it still is. I made all my friends go there and all of them loved it. The addiction is so real that I’d go out just to get PhatForLife. And the staff is so nice and helpful like this one time I forgot to order one extra meal box but they still gave me it once I got there… they made it on the spot so I wouldn’t be disappointed. Seriously best food and best staff. Love it!

I went to phat for life for the first time yesterday and what a hit it was! Flavours upon flavours. The guy also gave us free wings to try and it was banging! Lovely gesture. I've been fortunate enough to live near this little bundle of joy since its inception. I'll probably categorized as an addict, hooked. I've seen the owners grow their business day by day, week by week and soon enough year after year. The meals are not designed for the lightweights - this is something you want to devour after you've missed a meal, or had a long day, or on a Friday evening, or breaking up the week with a surprise takeaway, or a cheat meal, or a Saturday, or with the boys, or on a family occasion, or on (you get the drift..). Any excuse. It's PhatForLife. I've introduced it to couple of friends and it's now a magnet for attention. I feel cheated on when they order without me. You need it. We need it. It's shaking up local competition. In the corners of Bethnal Green, they're shaking up the game in a humble setting. The packaging, meal, mixture, the collection/delivery, social media you name it, these guys deserve good karma - not least for introducing the creamy naga. And once you've tried it, you'll understand why it's been trademarked. This review may just collect dust at the bottom of google reviews - most people probably won't pay attention. You will once you've experienced it. It's not just a hype. It's PhatForLife.

This restaurant does not have a signed shop front, they operate out of Arches cafe. They have an Instagram page and take orders over phone or do walk ins. Got treated to the creamy Naga Prawns which were lovely, the sauce was nice, prawns were a good quality. The chips had the same creamy Naga sauce and tasted nice with the first bite but were far too drenched in sauce and soggy. Food was good and the variety in the menu is simple and easy. I would definitely recommend for you to try the prawns.

Very good food this place is my spot always banging not sure if they have 2 chefs cos sometimes you can tell there is a difference in taste but nevertheless it’s still good for good food I give this place 5 start but for overall it is 3 because every time I want to order through apps for delivery it’s always closed before the normal time or they aren’t taking orders it’s such a shame it’s almost every single time this happens to me and then I would have to order and collect

phatforlife is something i’m always craving. Their flavours are the best, haven’t tried anything like it, masha’Allah they’re doing really well, I can see why. Their newest addition, the Ramadan box, exceeded my expectations, the ice colada mojito was just the cherry on top; perfect for this meal😍😍😍😍😍best iftar ever!!! i’m obsessed with their creamy naga chips too, if you haven’t tried phatforlife, you have not lived 😭😭😭

Genuinely the best burger and wings and chips and everything. I ordered the Prawn Ting (hot), the chicken bites (medium) and the Creamy Naga wings and it sent me to heaven. The sauce has the most unique flavour I’ve ever had (and I’ve had any fair share of cheesy burgers, wings and fries) so there’s nothing like it. I get iffy about hygiene and stuff with takeaway food but Phatforlife have my full trust as the food was so fresh and packed so carefully. I’ve been twice in one week and made everyone on my socials mouth’s water. Can’t wait to go again. I always said that nowhere down south will beat the food we have up north but Phatforlife changed the game. 11/10.

Great food, bought the Ramaadan box, ordered for 7pm, was ready instantly, well presented, and the food is delicious. The creamy naga is great and I recommend the prawn meal but you really cant go wrong with what you get, even their normal chicken burger is great.

10/10 for the hospitality, food being well presented and the portion were very fulfilling. The Ramadan Phatbox was amazinggg I've never been disappointed by your meals. The creamy naga wings are addictive the BEST you'll ever taste! Highly recommend. MashaAllah can't wait to order from you again.
