Clean, friendly, spacious. All staff masked up. Enjoyed my experience and great coffee too. Quit busy though, food on shelves were fresh. This morning as professional as usual. A bit crowded but it is rush hour after all.

I’m not a usual Pret customer but on this occasion this happen to be the only coffee place near the station. The coffee I ordered was great and the staff members were really pleaser. Besides being busy the staff managed each customers expectation as I watched them serve a few. Overall nothing bad to say about the place - if you want a bite or a coffee for the time you are there definitely recommend it.

It was nice but a bit crowded. The staff tried their best to fulfill orders quickly but with many customers waiting, your order does get taken by others who ordered the same thing. Understandable but it without be nice if the staff could come up with a system to better manage the customers waiting. Probably because they were too busy cause the hot chocolate i ordered wasn't that good.

Had the mango and pineapple smoothie really nice and a beef wrap with egg sandwich, I loved it. The staffs were quick to attend to customers.

I love this Pret! The staff are absolutely fantastic especially Maria, Harry, Massimo, Andrei and George. They are always so happy and welcoming. And the gorgeous 🌈 one with cropped hair 😍 I was so disappointed to read about the recent scandal regarding Prets staff pay and really glad things are now moving in the right direction. To the Board, please look after your staff. Throughout the last year these heroes have kept some of us alive! Thanks ☺️

Awesome, from enquiry to move in excellent. Amazing facilities and the sky lounge just inspiring working from home. Unfortunately you'll probably spend more time staring out of the window then doing work.lol
