I liked the service in the restaurant, at first the staff were really nice and friendly, the food was really delicious, the portion size was just enough for person. The only thing that I didn't like is the way they prepared the shrimp, I felt it should have been processed in a better way. They only accept cards ( no cash on here ) No parking avaliable here. Still a recommend place for Italian food lovers

Handy for many Theatres, but gets busy. Whilst we were there they were turning people away. They will reserve a certain number of tables, but leave some for 'pot luck' diners. Food itself was good, my pasta portion looked a bit small, but did the job. My chosen sweet and beer option were not available, hence the missing star.

We had a good experience here. Friendly staff, reasonably priced food (for London). Child friendly. The food isn't going to blow you away, but for pleasant evening you can't go wrong.

We visited here with a gift voucher for 3 courses. Garlic bread: a bit bland with little to no garlic on it. More like half flat bread. Pizza: very nice! Thin and crispy even in the standard size and the ingredients taste fresh. Honeycomb cheesecake: very rich but very yummy!

We had a lovely lunch at Prezzo which has always been our first choice when meeting my brother for a catch up. The food was excellent and although this particular Prezzo is generally quieter it allowed us to talk with little distraction. However the waitress was very miserable and surley and spoilt what should have been a good lunch. The four stars was for the food definitely not the staff.

We went to Granaio in Piccadilly as was astonished at how poor the service was. So off we went to Prezzo and was amazed at how lovely the staff were. Nothing was too much, prompt with offering drinks and taking orders. Happily go back any time 😊

A good prezzo close to piccadilly circus. We went ahead of a show at the Criterion Theatre. We asked if we could be served and eat in time for the show, this was about 7pm. It wasnt very busy and they were happy too. We ordered carbonara and salad. The food came quickly and was nice. The staff were friendly. We made the show with plenty of time.

It's a chain restaurant, so you always know what to expect when dining. Today's visit was good, but some dishes let the restaurant down. The calamari (at £6) was a tiny portion, but well cooked, the garlic bread was burnt underneath. The mains and puds were fine, but only that. We did try a couple of cocktails, but these again we're not high quality. Worth attending with a money off voucher, not at full price!

Visited this place daily for lunch. They have a HUGE gluten-free menu. They also delivered the food fast-less than 20 minutes each time. No 12.5% service charge. Everything was very quick, and I never had a problem getting seated without a reservation.

Excellent Glutenfree pasta! The staff here was very friendly, and provided ample service. Their menu offers multiple alternatives for many allergies and dietary preferences. I'm used to lesser quality in glutenfree products but their pasta was just as good as regular pasta, which really surprised me.

Not the prettiest location but the food here is good and the service fast, friendly and efficient. The main reason I have only given three stars is that the toilets were not good at all. If you are disabled, there is no hope of relieving yourself here: the toilets are down a series of steep stairs, badly in need if a good clean ... and when you finally reach them, you will find two filthy cubicles, one of which was out of order. It gets better though: they are adjacent to the kitchen!

This is an Italian restaurant. Not sure if it's a chain. If so this is the first one I've eaten at. Good choice of dishes. Vegetarian choices. Good selection of desserts. Choice of wine and soft drinks. Also the usual choice of coffees and teas including herbal. It's table service - not all you can eat.

I ordered the meatball pasta and was very pleasantly surprised. The dish was deceptively big and filling and the meatballs were huge. I definitely enjoyed the food, the service was fast and friendly and the restaurant was nicely quiet for a London location. Similarly priced to other Italian chain restaurants in London - a little more than outside the capital but nothing surprising to those familiar.

I have attended this chain twice now and I must first state that the first experience was by a large much more enjoyable. However... Upon taking my girlfriend for a meal I found the service to be rather lacking. Being a student and on a budget the waiter often appeared to be encouraging me to order more than I was comfortable with, such as when I ordered just bread and water for starter. We were frequently passed by and orders for water, sauce and the bill were all forgotten!!! Upon handing over a tesco voucher the waiter appeared judgmental like I was some kinda cheapskate. He then assumed it would be me paying when in fact I made my girlfriend pay due to my contribution of said tesco voucher. This was highly embarassing for all concerned.
