Amazing staff treating their customers very well. I was travelling alone and therefor eating by myself and they handled that perfectly. It’s rare to get that kind of service when eating alone in a restaurant. Dish was perfectly cooked and house wine was also very enjoyable.

Booked a table as we were catching a train from Victoria. It's very convenient as it's a short walk from the main station. We were served very quickly and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Food arrived hot and was tasty. Overall would recommend

My wife and I had a lovely meal there with friends, I can only say service was impeccable, we was being served by the lovely staff Zornitsa who was very attentive with us and super friendly, she and her team are a credit to Prezzo restaurant. Their burgers really worth trying. Also u don't wait too long for your food to be served which is another bonus.

Decent food - service was polite. Chicken in the arabiata pasta was dry, and the portion was quite cold. The food also came suspiciously quickly - doubtful it was fresh. And the positioning of the restaurant isn’t the best. There’s nothing separating it from the rest of the entrance to the station, and the fast food opposite

This restaurant is in the busy London Victoria train station. I always expect these restaurants to not deliver or provide an amazing experience but I was so surprised tonight. We had booked a table in advance and was greater with the most attentive host I have seen in a very long time. She showed us to our table and totally nailed the exact amount of time we needed to choose drinks and then delivered them exactly to the right places. These little attentions to detail made it feel really personal. Nothing was too much trouble with our order and the food was again delivered perfectly. So I have only spoken about the amazing service we received and the food matched the service. The 7 of us had really nice 3 course meals including children's menu, pizza, pasta, burgers, and a delicious array of desserts. Despite being in one of London's busiest train stations we never knew we were! I would go back there tomorrow!

Good food. Across from the Victoria palace theatre. The low rating was for the slow service. They had only one server on duty when we got here. Pictured below are a caprese salad and the avocado bacon chicken salad. Both were good.

let me just say that this is a GLUTEN FREE heaven!! They also have vegan options (vegan cheese etc) for anyone who’s dairy free as well. delicious pizza that doesn’t taste gf or df at all, actually the best gf / df pizza i have ever had...and trust me i’ve searched. will definitely come back! also has a gluten free beer option ;) only downside is that it’s located in a train station - but it is upstairs in the corner so it is still quiet and has privacy away from the bustle. nice atmosphere and very nice patient staff

Had my first date here with my partner, haven’t looked back since. Venue definitely gave a romantic yet comfortable vibe for a first date adventure. The ambiance was just right and the food was really good. Reasonably priced for a London restaurant. Located inside and upstairs of Victoria station, good choice of dishes to cater for most dietary requirements.

We didn't reserve a table (for 3) so we were shown to the table that was actually outside of the boundary of the resturant. We weren't in an argumentative mood, so we accepted the table and pulled it in closer, so we felt like we were in the resturant and not dumped outside the gold line boundry making on the ground. The staff were present , waitress was slighter friendly than the inniskilling waiter/manager, she had limited spoken English but we communicated our menu choice well. We could not however use our Prezzo voucher code becuse 1 if us ordered from main menu and two from Xmas menu, we were disappointed with that. The food was hot, the starters were the best, tasted better than the mains, which lacked in flavour, white bland chicken breast, dry and hard, presentation on the plate quite basic and sloppy. The desserts were very good, chocolate bomb, lovely rich chocolate flavour and the best part of the meal. The facilities, clean and tidy and general areas, clean and no loud music. Not sure if we would go again, but we have it a try.

Food great, value great, service top notch. Didn't think of eating here before for a quick lunch. Surprisingly it was lovely, and a cut above the rest in the station. Real food, made in house and you could tell it wasn't just reheated.

We visited today with two awkward teens and my 10 month old baby in his bulky push chair during the lunch rush. Staff were lovely, seated us appropriately, were attentive and the food was great. Although they don't have a baby changer, the staff assisted me with adapting the disabled loo to help us out! It's little touches like this that can make a visit enjoyable and relaxing. I've been here many times as my Mother gets her train home from Victoria station. I've found the food to be well priced and good quality, the staff do ok at waiting tables. It's worth signing up for emails then you receive discount vouchers

We had booked Prezzo as part of our theatre and dinner package and was plesently suprised at how lovely the menu was that was on offer, a nice selection of food available and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. What a lovely experience we had.

The food is most excellent little bit pricey but otherwise the food warm atmosphere with fun and laughter even the kiddies have something to do is good for when you seen Buckingham Palace or afterwards for a meal I go there not too often but there is choices out there and house white wine it's always good most excellent.
