Reviews of Royal Nawaab London

Great place. Love the variety of food on offer. So much to choose from and not enough space in the belly to fit it all in. Oh well just have to go again soon . Highlight though was the sticky toffee pudding with apple crumble bits..🥰
Z. K.
Very good food, awesome delicious and mouth watering. The eat as much you can has very high number of varieties to choose from. Approx 100+ items to choose from starters, sides, main, breads, salads, desserts. Make sure when you go to eat here go with good empty stomach so you can enjoy all the available foods.
R. w. A.
Always enjoy coming here once in awhile, and love where it is located. Best to come here before 7pm as it gets very busy! I have noticed that their dinner buffet has steadily increased from at one time of £17 to £23.95 currently. Lot's of food available here and a good variety of it too. I particularly enjoy their starters and range of desserts!😀👌🥘🍧💯

This place is a food lovers heaven. Price has gone up but still worth it. Friendly staff and good atmosphere
W. b. A.
very clever way of making money. small plates and heavy and big cutlery. it so awkward to even eat something using fork and knife. dessert is served by people behind counter. basically serve like 1 gulab jamun in a small plate. it was a disgrace on the name of buffet. Food on the other hand was nice. only manage to go round 2 times and had like 5 spoonful of food in total. Lucky i had left over from kids. If ur looking for a good food experience i would skip it next time.
2 star was for food tasting only. whatever i manage to eat was good.
Make experience even worst. no wheel chair access. Lift doesnt work. we couldnt take the baby buggy out of the car park door as it just would not open. The Staff attitude was extremely cold. no apologies what so ever. I will Skip next time and go somewhere else.

Food is delicious 😋 as always. Even though food doesn't have 100% authentic taste but better than all other restaurants in London. Huge menu for veg and non-veg both, starters, main courses, continental and specially deaserts. Worth to go there, recommended!!!
K. K. T.
Plenty of Indian Food options. Lots of items in non veg but very few vegetarian options compared to Royal Nawabs Manchester. Very clean place , well organised. Personally we felt Royal Nawabs Manchester is better than this. Plenty of Parking available. Public transport is also available. Lots of desserts and good food , I felt little pricey as well. Highly recommended if you want to try all different kinds of Indian food.
T. A.
Love this buffet definitely the best out of all I've tried they have great food choices and desserts which I loved. The only negative is I could not try anything and was not too sure what they have so I would recommend that you ask them also their halwa Puri was nice, unfortunately they are a bit expensive and you have to pay for drinks too but worth visiting at least once.Loved desserts.
T. A.
There are slection of Indian and pakistan cuisine which come as buffet. You would have variety of meal. First you have starter which comes as selection of salad, chicken, fish, shish kebab etc followed by main meal including chicken korma, chicken butter, chicken jalferzi, chicken tika, selection of lamb meal plus chops. There is desert at the end including ice cream, kufi, flooda, khair etc. I strongly recommend this place to visit and you will not get disappointed. Value for money .

I heard alot about Royal Nawaab London that's why been there withy friends but it was not great, food was okay.
J. N.
It's a buffet style curry house with a vast selection of starters, mains and desserts. It is a bit pricey for what it is and far too busy so sitting time is limited to 2 hours. Seating arrangements are very tight to the point it's uncomfortable to move around.
M. S.
I usually avoid buffet style restaurants but I thought I will give this one ago. The venue was nice and we were seated really quickly with the waiter telling me we have 1.5 hours to eat. I am not going to run through all the pros and cons but here is my experience. I asked for tap water and the waiter said they only do bottled water. The food was okay but nothing special. If you just want variety or just want to stuff your face in a short space of time, then this is the place for you. If you want more bespoke food made to your taste then go somewhere else. FYI our bill for two was £65ish.
M. S.
Such a great environment and Delicious food as well as fantastic customer service has been received.
J. H.
Authentic buffet style food. The place is very well run, with attentive staff. Food is kept fresh. The only minor criticism is that the curry heat level is quite low, designed for more palettes. At just under £25 it's quite expensive but with the quality of food makes it a fair price.

If you want a great night out, fantastic dining experience then get yourself down here. We had been recommended Royal Nawaab and thought we'd give it a try and so glad we did. From the moment you arrive you're greeted and welcomed into this excellent lit establishment. Food on selection is mouth watering and the atmosphere is a bonus making it a great night for all to have. Location is good, helpful staff and good vibes to be had.. hence 5 star rating
A. L.
Always love the variety of foods available! I especially enjoyed gulaab jaamun & gaajar ka halwa in desserts!!!
Y. V. m.
Food was good and fresh, plenty of choices but some what rushed by the waiters hovering over the table for used plates, otherwise the family enjoyed the atmosphere and experience, alot better than others buffet places I've been to. Gets a thumbs up from me...
M.
It was very busy, even on a Monday and there were tonnes of options for both non veg and vegetarians. I would say the food was okay, we had some nice and some not so nice food and it was a little too oily for my liking. Lamb chops were apparently delicious according to the people i went with!
D. M.
Lovely food but don't like the buffet system.
ع. ح. چ.
Food was ok, I believe the price is much higher than it should be for this quality food. 3.5 Star
S. A. T.
Lots of food varieties for meat eaters, their deserts are the best I liked. The dining area was too crowded on peak time, even on COVID season and the wait time was horribly bad on my first visit. Nearly waited for 1.5hr to get seated!! No option for table booking. Hence Pre- plan your visit and if you have the patience to wait on a long queue then this place is recommended. Can’t recommend for regular dining, though.
N. I.
Food was really great and so fresh! They are opening another and I can see why. Big family table set up. Perfect for our table of 10. Long waits around 7. Buy was a little quieter around 6.
N. I.
Haven't been in a few years but a great reminder of how good the food is. I would suggest don't go mad because it's a buffet, pace yourself keep portions small so that you can try a few different things. Starters are absolutely great and moreish especially the sesame chicken-wings and the kebab variety, this time I tried the Nihari which was lovely and there are plenty of desserts on offer to top it off, Enjoy!
T.
One of the best buffets I’ve been to! Honestly the starters here are just amazing, so are the mains! It’s honestly worth it for the price. Drinks are not included with the buffet price so they have to be paid for separately. Other than that it’s a amazing buffet!
T. K. E.
Quantity over quality.
Drinks are expensive. Selection of desserts could have been better. Seekh kebabs were below average, but their other kebabs were nice.
I will give it another go...
R. A. M.
If I rate the food experience, 5* for variety. However the quality of certain itema is compromised. For instance, their pizza 🍕 is not good at all, as well as the pasta is not up to the mark. Starters are just wonderful, and in main course vegeterian dishes are just amazing and certain meat dishes top their range. Overall, it's a 4 star experience! It would be 5 star if they include hot drinks and improve the quality of the items that need improvement.
A. N. P.
Plenty of parking, right under the tesco parking. Very spacious inside the restaurant. They had plenty of food. Loved the desert options they had, bit there is a person serving the dessert which was kinda annoying. I had to keep going for more dessert.
S. K. M.
Authentic dishes ,reshami kabeb ,PAYE ,haleem , chapli kebab , fried fish , biryani too ... and kulchy and many more 😋
f. k.
I loved the ambience, customer care was amazing. Food was plenty and not extra spicy so great for kids too. Selection was great for starters, mains and deserts.
The only reason I have given it 4 stars is because I prayed after getting a table, and then was busy feeding my 3 kids rather than eating myself and then we were informed that you have a maximum time of 1.5 hours. That is perfectly fine but knowing I had a time limit at the beginning would have been better as I would have timed it accordingly and would have had some time for myself too. It should be written visibly somewhere .
D. E. (.
This place looks really impressive . The decoration is really impressive throughout. For the buffet there are loads of options and so is a good place to bring a group as everybody should be able to find something they like. The food quality is decent and it is made fresh. They do have some options which are cooked to order which is nice.
It can get very busy and there is a lot of hustle and bustle at peak times.
y. s.
When your craving desi and not sure what to eat this place is for you. Whatever desi food comes to you mind you will find it in the buffet, huge spread with superb deserts. A must try in London
S. A.
Lived upto its hype! We were recommended by our friends here in London and Ireland and it really had a nice ambience, huge buffet, courteous and prompt staff. All in all, a great dine in experience.
A. S.
We've been here a few times over the years. The buffet options are varied, plenty for adults and kids (pasta, pizza, noodles etc)
On most occasions the food has been of a good standard throughout, some items being better than others which is expected from a buffet of their size.
Cleanliness is very good, not had any issues.
4* as the customer service is non existent. You have little interaction with staff. The most is when ordering drinks and paying. The guy at the bill counter had been rude on various occasions.
Prices have changed over the years, currently it's £24pp plus drinks. For the variety it's good value for money for small groups.
S. A.
Probably one of the best Indian buffets that I have visited. Place was extremely busy but I found the place to be well presented and managed.
Pricing is higher than most but I found all the food that I tried to be fresh, hot and tasty. The range of food is huge and varied so everyone should be satisfied.
There are also freshly made product's for people to pick up on which is awesome... Would definitely revisit... great job
C. B.
What an amazing experience, so good to find authentic and traditional Asian food and so much choice and flavours. (I despair at the cheap rubbish served up by most Asian restaurants)
Place was full but everyone well behaved and courteous. I think we were the only white Europeans in there!!.
Thoroughly enjoyed our evening and cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Royal Nawab.
م. ا. ع.
Very very good food, with scrumptious choices of food between the spaghetti to the pizza! I really enjoy the decor and the water space when you first enter the special restaurant. Very affordable, with mesmerising service! I would definitely come here a lot often!
S. p.
Its ok
Prices up to £25.99 per head excluding drinks. There is just too much food to experience. Buffet has over 52 dishes.
I was stuck between the noodle bar and the starters bar.
I found the food really bloated you. I had to roll out of there like a beached whale.
I was careful of what I ate and the volume I ate. Maybe its the ingredients or cream used in the dishes
S. h.
Beautiful place, I went there with family.
Their food is very nice, they have almost every kind of Asian food there, all kind of salads and amazing dessert.
The only problem is the limited time they give you, I understand that if you’re going with a small family or a couple 2 hours should be enough, but when you are with a very large family 30+, 2 hours isn’t really enough. For bigger families they should have a time limit of 3 hours. It’s too rushed, we hardly had time to get the dessert.
I hope the management consider to change that.
P. A.
Expected more than a dining room with buffet round the side.. food was OK but would recommend going to your favourite Indian restaurant and ordering what you like rather than paying £25 per head with drinks on top. Noted that they were busy but had to wait 45 mins when told it'll be upto 30 mins, what didn't help is seeing others coming in after and getting tables before..
B. N.
Royal Indian and Pakistani food unlimited at £20 buffet. If you want to try different varieties of subcontinental food this is the best place to go. COVID restrictions and new procedures followed perfectly at all corners of the restaurant. They got their own parking on the basement of TESCO.
We 3 families visited today and enjoyed our quality time eating Brunch. Salad section was filled with small containers of filled items and different sauces. I tried the chicken lasagna, tasted nice.
Starter the Chapli Kebab and fish pakora with mint & chilli sauce was too good. Highlight in today’s stater is the Haleem, had it 2 times.
Main course had white rice, Biryani was bit ordinary, pilau rice was good. Nihari and paaya with naan was yummy. Takaa tak, Rashmi kebab and Madras chicken was tasty. Variety of desserts my favourite Gulab jamun and vanilla ice cream. Best traditional desserts Lab-e-Shireen, Khoya kheer and Gajar halwa. Funny enough for the quantity I ate afternoon I forgot about dinner, just had a glass of milk in the evening. I would highly recommend everyone to visit this restaurant if you are in London.
F. t. L.
It’s an all Pakistani-Asian cuisine with a bit of Italian, Chinese and other parts of the world available (which no one seemed to really bother with TBH).
The place is like a mini-Pakistan though with everyone dressed up like its a wedding (we’re certain, we even spotted a bride lurking about).
Book ahead though or prepare to wait in queue. It’s fully booked everyday with doors opening at 17:00.
For a buffet place, this place seems to be a pretty good one.
And at £25 a head without drinks, be prepared to fork out.
U. S.
Its my favourite restaurant. A beautifully decorated hall. Best for special occasions and the food is great and possibly the most delicious I've ever had. Great staff. And the best thing is you can take whatever you want, no waiting. I love this place and I would go here everyday if it wasn't so far away from where I live. Overall the best restaurant I've ever been to. I give this a 10/10.
M. Q. N.
Not as grand as the Manchester one but still good. The food was served well and the taste was standard. They need to invest in the furniture though.
S. M. U.
As always the best buffet food , just cannot state the service is impeccable as always. Good food, good service cannot say more..... the. Buzzer service so you dont miss out on your waiting list....
M. Y.
The restaurant seems alright. A bit pricey in my opinion. Not a lot of sea foods available which I was expecting a lot. And the music over there is crazy. Why can't people eat in peace? Most of the reviews are about those loud musics and still they haven't taken them down. A good variety of chicken and mutton options available and very few fish which are also not so good. The ambiance would be a lot better if there is no music.
A. S.
Food was VERY good and they have a very large selection of all the foods that you would expect from a buffet restaurant. Most importantly everything was very tasty. It was very busy when we went, they have a large dining hall which was packed out. Only negative is that its a little expensive. Cost £101 for 4 adults and 1 child. But out of all the buffet places I have been to, this was the best in terms of food. And at the end of the day its ALL about food. Definately worth a visit again.
G. S.
This is the best restaurant ever. Since the opening of it in Manchester me and and my family at least go 3 times a year. It’s pretty expensive but the food it worth it. It’s clean and there’s a good variety. The average wait is an hour but that’s because they need to feed thousands of people. On average people spend an hour there but some people take more time so sometimes people need to compromise. They can’t fit everyone in one room. The people in general are very nice and the food is out of the world. I don’t see how people are crying over the time limit. Like excuse me they need to feed other people too. The limit is 90minutes. Some people there are so selfish thinking that their the owners. I don’t like a lot of the people that go there but the service and all is really nice. I would recommend it to everyone. They serve a lot of food. I love my experience there and ask my parents to take me every birthday. Thanks a lot.
S. A.
Tasty food, but price per person is way too expensive, especially as 11 years old is charged same as adult price, and does not include drinks. Place is very congested as people are packed in the hall like sardines.
S. P.
Big restaurant and banqueting hall. Suitable for wedding or reception. Car parking is free and too dark and congested. Lift not working sometimes. Restaurant is too much crowded at the weekends. Food is halal, tastes average, not too many options. Service is ok. The price is too high. Desserts are good.
G.
Really good takeaway experience. Good portions, reasonable prices, milder spice level but can happily overlook this as it still tasted good. Will be my go-to from now on.
S. I.
When it comes to going to a restaurant, buffet never comes in mind as I always feel you never good selection. But this place is something special, with over 100 items which included lamb chops! Desserts were amazing too.
I especially loved the mocktails, they were delicious and so well made.
The price is fair for the selections of items you get but beware the cocktails can quickly drive up the prices and there's no drinks included with buffet (but not many places include drinks). Highly recommend it.
A.
Visited yesterday for my husband’s birthday. Amazing service, awesome food and lovely atmosphere it was !! Service is very good and staff made sure that my husband should feel special by decorating cake’s plate and singing happy birthday loudly for him. Food is amazing with lots of veg and non veg items plus desserts are heavenly delicious.
J. T.
Love the food options and the quality of food, a little busy at times however it can be enjoyed in the early hours of evening in a peaceful manner without any waiting. All the Pakistani food dishes you can think of are under one roof.
Food costs around £25 per person and drinks are on top.
D. P.
Restaurant.
Food 6/10. It is safe way of cooking, nothing too bland or too spicy. Nothing extraordinary, that's why it's a buffet, and works well for big groups or work do's
Pricing is about £21.95 per adult.
Service 7/10. Polite, helpful...but not out of their way attentive kind of place, it's a buffet.
The decor 7/10. The building itself is not very appealing from the outside, the chandeliers, however, are a big thumbs up. Everything else looks very generic for South Asian places. The flooring could do with an update.
Downsides: old carpet, lack of seafood, tables for two, tap water, steak.
At peak time table for two waiting time was 15min.
Parking was really good compared to Manchester.
Not ideal for nice dinner for two, limited tables for couples.
F. H.
It’s heaven on earth, it serves veg & non veg equally by providing variety of dishes, also worth mentioning it never compromises the quality of food. Highly recommended for family & friends gatherings.
M. P.
Delicious buffet leaves you very full. Can get very busy at times but that’s expected. Staff are incredibly efficient and clear up plates and tables within minutes. Will be back very soon!
M.
Like everyone knows it's a buffet all the food is good but can't try every single on the first visit. Have came here for wedding which was good too.
B. P.
This is as good as a Pakistani/Indian buffet can get, plenty of tasty starters, mains are lovely and fresh, rice/biriyani we're nice and fluffy. Deserts were limited but still good.
We made sure to get there for 1-1.30 for lunch, it was quite we were seated quickly. Tap water has to be collected from the bar which wasn't a problem. As it got to 1430 the restaurant started to get busy. Staff advised that venue gets packed 1500-1700 for lunch and it's super busy for dinner 1800-2200.
This place has not disappointed yet, been here 4 times over the last 3 yrs.
R. B.
Huge menu, and amazing food only for meat eaters. I am a vegetarian and absolutely felt left-alone at the place with all my friends. 1:10 is the vegetarian and meat varieties ratio to choose from. But if you eat meat, go for it. Its worth the hype.
F. T. F.
One of the best Restaurants were we can find a lot of Asian food. Specially Haleem, Paya, Biryani etc
R. A.
The reception room was a little bit small for the amount of people that it was booked for (I guess this was the fault of the party who booked the venue) but was the room itself was BEAUTIFUL! The food was exquisite and facilities were quite clean, but the servers were slightly disengaging. Not very friendly or welcoming. Parking was a little weird as it was located a way away past a Tesco parking lot, if you're wearing heels you might want to bring a change of footwear.
S. M. T.
Food was ok but atmosphere wasn’t great
They do business but must provide space and atmosphere should be smoother
Toilet facilities poor such a big outing for lot of people but only toilets for few people at a time
M. V.
Good experience, food served in a very clean and hygienic settings. Authentic Pakistani food.
Chaat(street food) n dessert n waiter service is a big let down. Each table is given 90mins that feels a little rushed in a group with kids.
Few unnecessary rules such as no tap water served on the tables but seated customer have to get it from the bar as they only serve bottled water. One single card payment, So you miss out if u collecting points on your card or have amex discounts n make sure u have funds if u have big groups to pay for.
Over all, value for money n must try.
m. f.
Food all taste the same , to many ppl in one hall , starters were the best the masala fish and reshami kebab . The nihari felt like meat was boiled and put in soup 🙄
k. k.
Food is very good with variety of choices. Desert can be better considering the charges per person. Staff are good and helpful. But £23.95 way over priced for a buffet. Drinks are expensive including bottled water. You are making profit alhumdulillah so let's not get greedy. Buffet prices need to be lowered post covid or not.
J. H.
I heard a lot of good reviews and tried to book a table for 10 people for 6pm on a Sunday, I was told they could only take bookings for either 5pm or 7pm but not 6pm, no reason given. So our group turned up at 6pm expecting to wait a while but there was a table available straight away, great. When we entered I was astonished to see how busy they were, every table packed out. There was a nice vibe, many groups, mostly Asian and some were celebrating birthdays. There was a great choice of starters, main course, desserts and salads and a few non-spicy dishes for young kids. The food quality was generally of a high standard, many of the waiters were quite young but chefs were more mature, no matter, the lads were quick to remove any used plates and cutlery. The chefs behind the food counters could have been a bit more friendly I suppose, but if they're having to deal with hoards of hungry diners each day I guess I would start to feel grumpy too. Overall good value and it compares very favourable to other buffet restaurants I've tried. My only suggestion therefore is more friendly counter staff please, thank you!
F. S.
Why removed Mutton Kuna?
Toilets needs to be cleaned also.
Very tasty food esp haleem
Y. F.
The venue is good and has the required facilities.
I felt the function facilities were disorganised, and short staffed and inexperienced probably made worse with multiple functions on the same evening. It lacked the personal touch in a way and the ability to meet some requests. I normally expect the function facilities fully set up on arrival not after the guests have arrived.
The starter were good, the main courses could do with improvement.
F. R.
Personally I feel this place is way over hyped and the food is average at best. It's basically holding a brand name. I'm heard the Manchester branch is better but the London one is not all that. Don't jump at going to this place because someone else just told you.
B. K.
Was plently of choice to eat but some foods were cold. Normal drinks were excluded and are over priced plus there was no side tissue to clean. For 11yr olds kids they charging the same price as adults which is ridiculous. 11yrs old count as adults. Blah blah blah
A. L.
Haven't been to nawaabs in 8 years but that was the Manchester branch. This one was really nice, decor is beautiful. Tried a bit of everything, the curries could be spicier, and the tikka balti had more liquid than I expected, but there was so much to try, I can't say anything about the flavour for these, as I was too full to try anymore. On a whole great experience
P. N.
Nice place to visit and food was good. There is ample parking thanks to agreements with tesco next door. We found the staff generally friendly and security at the door was great. My only dislike is the baby changing facilities. The cubicle is so small and the changing table is really high and not in a comfortable position to change..luckily i was tall enough to use this but i imagine shorter people would struggle. Not all babies are calm and sometimes being in a confined space makes it more of a harrowing experience.
A. B.
What a great experience. The atmosphere is nice and the decor is lovely. For the buffet it's about £21 per person which is a bit pricey but theres so much food there it's worth it. The variety seems endless and the dessert is good. The ice cream was very good. Love to eat the again. Come with an empty stomach lol
J. K.
Food was amazing, the place is usually busy but the food don't change. Quality and plenty of quantity of various dishes
S. S.
Excellent venue, located very conveniently walking distance from tube station. There is also parking space available.
The venue is gracefully set and provides good seating space. The food was excellent and well priced.
Not to forget very helpful staff and management. Highly recommended for weddings or other functions
I. A.
We had reserved a table of 12 but 4 people dropped out which meant they cancelled our booking and had to wait over an hour in a cram packed waiting area/stairs. They said half hour wait but waited over an hour. The place was heaving with restaurant customers as well the wedding function they were holding upstairs.
If you like hustle and bustle this is the place for you. If you dont best go elsewhere.
The car park was full and drivers all behaving lawlessly meant we got stuck in the car park when we decided we would park outside. They need a car park attendant.
As far as buffets go however, the food tasted great, with a very large variety of items ranging from grill, fried, curries and a large selection of desserts.
Look out for the stuff the chefs serve from behind the buffet counter.
They strictly enforce the 90mins eating time and start cleaning your table within seconds of you getting up. They surround the table like a patient in A&E and go to work no messing about.
People dont respect the buffet line, so you are forced to stand your ground.
Drinks are expensive, small bottle of coke £3 almost.
Overall wont rush back as I tend to avoid chaos.
S. K.
An above average buffet experience if you can brave the wait 🙂. Plenty of choice to cater both meat lovers and vegetarians.
H. B.
I was at Royal Nawaab for a wedding reception/walimah along with about 300 other people in July 2019 in the Royal Suite (2nd floor). The venue itself inside was clean and was decorated nicely although it is not known whether that was Royal Nawaab or the wedding party that had set it up.
The food was to a decent standard as the chana daal that was served had not been cooked through and was a little hard. Some of the chicken pieces served were a little pink on the inside and not fully cooked through, the meat curry was nice as was the saag paneer, the pilau rice was a bit dry and the meat therein was scarce. However, saying that the starters were very nice and included small chapli kebabs, chicken, fish bites and masala chips.
With regards to the service then I was extremely disappointed!!! On numerous occasions our table had to wait between 5 and 10 minutes for food items to be replenished including the naan bread (10 mins), saag paneer (5 mins), meat curry (5 minutes). Furthermore when the meat and saag paneer came they had hardly any meat pieces or paneer respectively. The dessert consisted of cold gajar halwa (gajrela) which was cold and served with cold kheer, again a massive disappointment and served on flat plates instead of bowls.
For the amount Royal Nawaab charged per head one would assume that they would have enough staff to ensure that the service was done to a high and timely standard, this unfortunately was neither, in addition to this the servers had no clue what they were serving and when asked could not answer questions posed to them about the dishes. For an Asian wedding one would expect RN to have some Asian serving staff who could both speak the language/communicate with the customers and know what they are serving. Any Asian staff I did see were behind 'the bar' refilling drink jugs.
Although a minor issue in my opinion the A/C was too high and when having to wait for things like naan bread to be replenished the food that was out only got cold quicker and before the naan bread got there.
With over 300 people in attendance I would have expected the toilets to be cared for throughout and tissue rolls to be replenished, again another massive failure on the part of Royal Nawaab.
On another note one question I have for Royal Nawaab, why did you only have ONE microphone for the whole building? You had sound systems set up but with one microphone it made communication with the wedding guests extremely difficult and at one point we had to wait almost half an hour for the microphone to come back up for any announcements to be made.
Overall nice interior and setting.
Food (Mains) were mediocre at best
Starters were the best part of the set menu
Dessert was disappointing due to being cold
Service was absolutely atrocious with very unfriendly, unhelpful and unknowledgeable waiting staff.
Toilets were very poorly taken care of.
Price charged per head was £20 which my understanding is, is similar to the buffet price.
U. T.
I have been here regularly with friends when visiting London, food is 10/10 and would advise you to try the lamb chops, chicken tikka, masala fish and nihari😋 these are one of the popular dishes there with other dishes. Customer service has never been a let down. Family and friends have also had weddings their the food was fresh and warm with everyone catered for. Looking to visit the Manchester branch when driving up north for a trip.
A. S.
Good location with ample parking, amazing buffet variety and tasty food. The seating is very cramped up and not much room to walk around the tables then again this was on Friday night . Drinks are not included and it’s not cheap.
s. s.
I been with my friends this weekend. They have alot of verity of food. But their prices are way high now. Even they charge for kids too. Everyone wants to go there and enjoy with family and friends but just because of their prices not all of the people can go. Well £24 per person and that is without drink???? Come on thats not fair.
S. Z.
I must say this place is lit! If you are going on weekend it will be packed and you will have to wait. If you are group of 10 you can book in advance. Food is good except ice cream. Wound be nice to have more fish options.
L. P.
Easily one of the best Indian and Pakistani Cuisine in London. Really good value for money when it comes to the lavish buffet spread. However service could be improved as you would have to wait a long time before a waiter comes to your table to clear the plates.
S. B.
we went there twice..this summef and last summer.price was £22 exclufing drink.ok so food is mainly indian and pakistani flavor .they got some continental items but not up to the mark and chats are also same..but good selection of salad, curries, starter, halim, nihari, naan, parathas are excellent.and plentyful.halwa puri, chapli kabab, reshmi kabab, fried fish, chops, nihari, haleem, tawa fish, tawa kabab, dal gost, akhni pulao, chiken biriany are the stars.u wont be disappointed..very good selection of desserts.carrot halwa, golabjamun and icecreams were best..I would definitely recommend and going back in future..give a try..customer service is good as well..toilet is clean but needs more attention.
M. M.
Very good buffet. Pakistani style food. Wide selection of curries, snacks and desserts.
Also have a selection of made to order dishes like puris, lamb chops, taki taki etc
t. a.
Very busy. Quite impersonal, like eating in a giant school dinner hall. That being said, the food was good and with a mix of Asian and European cuisine there should be something for everyone. A note of caution for those who like a drink, no alcohol allowed.
R. K.
The essential Pakistani restaurant everyone must go to at least once in their lifetime! Literally hundreds of Mouth watering dishes for a mere £20 per person all you can eat together with all kinds of sweets and even ice creams! Absolutely amazing & extremely good value!
A. K.
Best buffet menu, food is fresh and tastes great. Service is also good. Would recommend to visit
T. H.
Long waits on weekends.
Wide range of options on dishes yet mostly good quality and tasty. From starters to mains and desserts, you are sure to have a wide selection to choose from.
Busy times on weekends as it gets real busy. Avoid busy times.
M.
Amazing food all fresh worth the money had loads to eat, only bad thing is they dont give jugs of water you have to get loads of glasses or pay for a bottle
M. K.
Nice Food.. we went there after our graduation ceremony. Nice staff.. Overall a great experience
T. M.
Great organisation by Royal Nawaab. Food was delicious and service was great. Definitely worth considering for any party or wedding in the future.
S. M.
Good variety of Indian/Asian food in a buffet setting. Would be 5 stars if they had a better desert options. Parking is available so all round great family environment.
R. P.
Great food. But waiting time is too long. They should start taking bookings. So they can organise better.
B. D.
Great curry buffet. Huge amount of curries, breads, sides etc with some pizza and 'oriental' stuff. Plus dessert.
People go here for the curry and for that alone it's work the £25 for unlimited food.
The bad bits: you can't book a table and it gets super busy, especially during festivals such as Ramadan.
The place is very noisy, one huge open room with hundreds of people eating but the atmosphere is friendly and very family friendly.
One thing to note, for those who like an alcoholic drink with their meal, no alcohol served although they do good mocktails.
s. j.
Well impressed with hall and food. 4star as 1 oven was not working so food was delayed 15 minutes. Still rest was good enough to get a 4 star overall
V. S.
Best Restaurant I’ve ever been to! It has diverse foods and has a luxury feeling.Staff are excellent 👌 It has venues for birthday parties and Weddings I would come back soon
R. P.
A great variety of food choices for a reasonable price per person. Their food is very delicious 😋😍
Z. W.
My kids love to go there everytime when we plan to dine out.delicious food.each and everything is tasty.last time i tried halwa puri.omg it was amazing.still not forget.their desserts are on top.love Nawab
D. H.
We went there for a function, in the VIP area. Nice interior, and the food was very delightful - traditional Indian cuisine. The service was good.
A big car park is available.
Obviously this place is very popular, the restaurant was packed and diners were queuing in the lobby. Well done!
M. B.
Food lovely, very authentic and variety was very impressive.
Definitely not a place to for chilling and eating. The whole space is very chaotic and loud. Not ideal for a romantic dinner for two! But other than that, great place.
I. V.
We eat on Eid,but for this price is too much, even for adults, and half price for kids.
The food is ok,but sweet not,and very busy, you have to wait more than 45min for a table...
S. D.
This place is amazing! The decoration very posh. Feels like you are out in an expensive place not in a bufe. Food was delicious. I'm not a big expert in Pakistan food. I would say this was my first time. And the only thing what I was missing is information of the food spice level. Otherwise everything was great :)
F.
First visit was quite impressed, for a Monday it was still crowded. The chops were delightful, Puri what's soft and fresh made within seconds!! Soup and halim bowls could be slightly bigger!! Desserts a nice and to the evening... Sticky toffee pudding and bubblegum ice cream with jelly!!! You have to visit a few times to be able to taste everything. Not sure if I would come here with my children has it's a bit crowded.
a. k.
Went on a Friday night, table booked for 7pm but got there for 7.30pm due to the heavy traffic on the way but that's our fault.
Upon arrival, we were told our table was given to another group so had to wait about 45 minutes but ended up waiting for over an hour.
Anyway, the food was OK not something to go on about but then again most buffet places are.
Would I go there again, definitely not and this purely based on the food and not us being late and having to wait.
A. S.
Excellent food. Best Pakistani menu till now.
But little louder than what we were expecting.
Over all best experience.
M. S.
Fantastic wedding venue, great selection of tasty dishes, good service. Very busy restaurant and great atmosphere.
m. a.
Good Food. Lovely Environment. Enjoyed it.
J. D.
If you can get a table, get one. The food is superb. We went lkast month and it really is worth the visit
S.
Waited roughly an hour on a Saturday night which is fair enough as they were really busy. The food isn't that great but they have a selection of pretty much EVERYTHING you can think of. The mojitos are honestly really good.
A. J.
Visited in Sept 2021 on a Sunday. Was very impressed by the quality/ selection of the food and service. The lamb chops are great. Looking forward to trying more dishes on future visits. Many thanks to the team.
E. E.
Absolutely fantastic. So much choice of great dishes..... hundreds of them. Thoroughly recommended
C. R.
Very traditional and mixed range of food type, food is wonderful. Lots of tables, might have to wait if ur a large group. But you have to BUY water...if u want that you have to go and get it from the bar, plus you have to make sure you pay in full. You can't even pay separately.
T. H.
The food is very good with a huge variety but what let’s it down is the atmosphere. The place is extremely noisy and chaotic. It’s worth coming here just to see what the fuss is about but not worth a second visit.
Shame because if they could fix the chaos, it would be a great place to eat!!
C. S.
Very good procedures in place for cleanliness and social distancing. Food was lovely. A few more vegetarian options would be nice. But nice experience overall!
J. S.
Food is okay. Definitely recommend the lamb chops. Theyre not on display so you have to ask the chefs for some. be careful not to ask for too many as they get fiesty.
The chefs face looked as if he would be beaten up in the backroom if he added too many. No eye contact and even told me no more LOL. Ronaywalata. Quite pathetic really but it is what it is and it did ruin the experience a little. Biriayni was pretty poor but the rest of it was fine. Do recommend the nihari
A. M.
Loved the food here. So much variety but just couldn't manage to try even half the dishes. Spent a good 2 hours here. The decor is lovely and can get some lovely picture moments at the entrance. Bit pricey considering you don't even eat as much plus charged extra for drinks.
M. H.
Nice variety on buffet, very busy and crowded. Shame you only get 90 minutes at table. overall experience very good just be prepared to tackle what you can for 90 minutes lol
b. b.
For me this restaurant is one of the best open buffet venues where you feel spoilt by the wide selection of foods provided. I liked every type of food that I chose and the mango lassi was spot on. Despite all of that I noticed the level of cleanliness was not up to my expectations. Firstly I found a hair stuck to my chicken drumstick and secondly by noticing a finger prints on my water glass.
The management have to pay some attention to the floor carpet because the dirt on it puts people off.
All in all the food is amazing and worthy of trial.
N. B.
Plainty of food dishes @ one place, spices are good as Asian food must deserve, not friendly for pure veg people. Very crowded place. Good place for foodies but won’t get peaceful atmosphere.
A. S.
Very much crowded place taste is not as much good only attraction is huge buffet menu 25£ per head and you can hold that table for 90mins
M. A.
Nice hall nice food. It could be a comedy of errors, you could end up in the wrong hall, wedding. Wrong bride and groom. So many people there, you don't know who's who, all mixed up. It's like walker's mix ups you get from Tesco's.
K. P.
I really loved Royal Nawabs when I went there for the first time. I was warned about the waiting times, so we had booked it for a earlier time slot. It was a good experience. Been there for a wedding once, which was a nice experience too. They have a banquet hall for weddings and other occasions on the upper floors. Pretty decent place if you love buffets, they have quite a variety of starters, mains and desserts. ...
I. A.
Royal Nawaab cater for functions , weddings, events and deliveries but without doubt the main attraction is their great buffet with a wide selection of starters, mains and desserts all inclusive for £20 per head (+drinks from soft drinks to fancy mocktails £3-7 approx)
Upon arrival for dinner, their is usually a short wait for a table however even on a busy Saturday night our pager alerted us that our table was ready in under 15 mins. With around 150 cover seating on ground floor (double that with 1st floor function seating ) you would expect lengthy delays before playing up at the buffet, but we were pleasantly surprised to be picking up our 1st plates and back seated within 5 mins, the next 3 to 4 visits were no more than 2 or 3 mins.
You get 90 minutes to eat as much as you like from any section which is ample and ensures you won't be leaving feeling hungry or overly stuffed!
RN London is located within the listed Hoover building next to Tesco's just off the A40 and within 2 mins of the A406 North Circular / Hanger Lane junction, was clearly obvious people visited from miles afield and with the Manchester flagship branches reputation leading the way, I am aware people are willing to travel from as far as Birmingham to experience Royal Nawaab's!
If you enjoy buffets at the top end of quality, RN is most definitely worth a visit...
A. I.
Great food, however feel like they have raised their prices without informing customers beforehand. For 3 people with drinks was £77!. In the Manchester branch I paid £48 for 3 people with drinks.
s.
Good quality food, great selection and a nice place with ample parking. Not cheap but certainly one of the best value buffets around.
A. S.
Excellent food. With covid-19, they had put in place extra precautions and care for customers to enjoy the food and also feel in safe environment. Il be going back for amazing food and desserts
Good ambiance. Good seating arrangement.
Do not miss out on sweets and desserts
M. I.
I gave a 4 rating because the food was amazing the place was good and also the customer service was very on point.
However, the place is yes crowded with people because they love the food and yes it's a all day buffet so yes people will make the most of there money. So for the buffet its £20 - £26 each but they do everything u want as especially for the curry and rice lovers and the dessert lovers too.
K. P.
This was quite an amazing experience. A buffet with 50+ dishes many being made right in front of you, several appetizers and desserts too. Over 200 people in one large dining area. And now for the food it was actually really excellent. You would think such a huge buffet would lack in quality or taste but not the case. Each and every dish was delicious. Ofcourse couldn't try it all. Paya and Nihari were excellent. Lamb chops were excellent. And also service was quite decent too. Definitely a worthwhile experience.
S. H.
Good variety of food selection. Taste is ok nothing special. Can do better in taste and Customer service. Need personal touch .
R. S.
Good place for non vegetarian person . In won’t recommend for vegetarian people like me and please don’t visit on special days like we did on Christmas. It was completely packed and no place to stand also . Food quality was poor and too much rush .
D. K.
Excellent option for a group dinner. Enormous varieties of dishes. Especially mutton dishes are excellent.
However be warned you will have to wait easily atleast 30-45 mins any time you go. If it's a large group of more than 10 you could make a reservation else its lobby time.
But the food is worth the wait.
Me and my wife with even all hunger from the waiting were full on tummy after the first 2 rounds of tasting all the starters.
Do not taste biriyani or main items, the place is best tasted just with the starters.
I. T.
So crowded, expect minimum 90 minutes waiting unless you're pre-booked the tables.... plenty of foods to choose from.... majority are Pakistani Punjabi dishes....but you will enjoy....once in a while "a go place" as a family but not all the time. Start to finish will be about 90 minutes, altogether minimum time spend is about 3 hours excluding home to and from... dessert are okish...some foods you need to ask from the chefs, not available for own pickups...make sure you order your drinks so early to avoid starvation and thirst. We kind of enjoy with the family together...all the best, experience it...
A. F.
Hi, this is one of the most popular Pakistani buffet cuisine in Perivale London and they also have their main branch in Manchester however Royal Nawab is really Royal with their big mansion venue, interior and food of course. They do held parties and ceremonies in above level of their mansion. Well talk about food they do serve probably more than 80 types of dishes under one roof. Buffet will cost you £19.99 per person excluding drinks, popadoms that can be ordered separately. You get to experience entire Pakistani cuisine you could ever think of including deserts and top of it they serve Chinese and golgappa’s as well. Food will be a bit greasy but delicious obviously it’s a pure Pakistani restaurant The best part are chefs around there serving you hot food and lovely desserts unlimited times.
plenty parking available in Tesco at least for 3 hrs. Downfall about this restaurant is waiting time that can be between 10mins- 2hrs during weekends and events since it’s quiet well liked.
M. G.
What a place ! It was crazy busy so had a waiting of 45 mins. That was painful, to be honest. Food was nice. Everything under the sun u can think of was on the unlimited buffet. So if u want to be spoilt for choices - this is your stop :-)
S. S. N.
Amazing food Verity and taste.
Free Parking available.
Friendly and quick staff.
Only downside is very cramped buffet and seating area.
Ambiance was meh.
L. O.
Very good buffet food. Fantastic variety. A clean place. Only niggle is that price of £23.75 does not include soft drinks other wise a pleasant restaurant.
M. A.
The food here is top notch. Starved myself during the day after hearing the positives, was worth the fast, definitely will be returning.
The only downside was that it was REALLY packed out and very crowded.
A. M. Q.
Attended a meeting of the Society of Pakistan Physicians and Surgeons UK, at Nawab Restaurant, hospitality and food was marvelous. Very good standards were maintained.
M. K.
The food is nice different choices but it will be nice if a mixture of different cultures not only Asian food
From the photos I saw the place is lighter but it was darker lighting more on 1 side in the middle darker maybe the pictures I saw for another royal nawab I don’t know because it’s my first visit
But it’s good for family or group of people
Only for food will be perfect if it’s different cultures food because of spices not everyone can have spices health wise
Otherwise thank you it was good
k. z.
A friends of mine took us to this amazing buffet of Royal Nawaab.
Desi food in UK was a treat to the taste buds.
Spicy authentic food which every desi dream of.
I recommend everybody to visit.
Desi food away from home cooked food.
From salads to fried item like pakora samosa , to bar b q of different meat to all the desi gravy you can think of from lentils , veg and meat.. yumm yumm. They serve you mango juice ( I don't like but my family does and it was a treat to their taste buds) ending with a variety of desserts from ice creams to all desi sweets which will complementing your taste buds.
Wish I could have taken more pictures but the food was so tempting that I indulge my self having the amazing meal.
M. R. H.
Great food. Had lovely night out with family.
Very good atmosphere.
Z. I. (. S. Z.
This is an amazing place to eat Indian food.
When I visited there was many varieties of more than 85 dishes to choose and it costs only £20 per person.
Please book your table before you go otherwise you need to wait for hours as it is 9 course meal and Prople take their own time to leave.
F. I.
Food is good. Very busy and populated, most of the times. Sometimes you have to wait in a que to get in and then to get the food. Management is good. The security staff is a bit rude and bossy.
M. K.
Where seatedupstairs, so not the best experience having to go down the stairs to get food, difficult with kids. Food was not bad, very large variety but you can't see some of it on display, have to give your plate over counter to be served.
M. F.
We were there for a wedding. The place was a bit too small for the number of guests.
Starters were good but the main course and desserts were mediocre.
On the whole not a great experience
T. S.
Good selection of food. Very busy and chaotic. As we stepped into the restaurant bit felt as though we were queuing up for bangladesh biman/Pakistan airline/air India. I wish the baby changing facilities were better. The baby changing pull out was located in the women’s toilets and it blocks one cubical fully and another cubical half. There was such a long que for the toilets that I felt pressured to get my baby changed quickly. I had all the ladies in the que looking at me whilst l changed my baby’s nappy and clothes.
H. I.
Buffet style restaurant in iconic Hoover Building. Fusion food from Pakistan, India and Europe.
Food was superb, service first class and atmosphere welcoming and friendly.
A place to visit!
s. r.
Nice.
but chipped my tooth on a sort of rock like substance im my food.
probably rare. Dont blame the restaraunt probably the suppliers fault.
overall good experience.
A. F.
Good and wide variety of food.....however, it's a shame you have to pay for water on the top which is almost free in every Asian restaurant
K. A.
Lovely place to eat food lovely not too spice very busy helpful staff .
f. n.
Great place, good food. Few unpleasant waiters, but then again you can't expect things to be perfect when it's this big. Asked for some plain potatoes from the salad bar, but got a arrogant "no"
M.
Best place to get a variety of food under one roof. Simply love it.
A. A.
When we started to go in the receptionist lady was very rude stopping us from going in. Luckily another guy helped us out. It started of good until their card terminal wasn’t working, causing a back log of queues and payment issues. For an end of an evening out, there wasn’t any help or apology, just a demand to go to the Tesco ATM to withdraw money. Dessert was naff, but the main course snd starters was👌🏽
J. G. (.
Royal Nawab , the name itself says , food is Nawabi, delicious n taste is the same as we get it in India.
Loved the kebabs, fish pakora, and fish fry too. There are over 30 -40 items which I couldn't taste it all.
There are many choices in dessert too but loved sheer korma the most .
Cheers to Royal Nawab👍🏻
u. s.
Fantastic. The bridal suite is lovely. Nice stage nice tables. The entrance is cool and I like the long chandelier from the top to the bottom. The toilets are a little tricky to find. The carpet is very nice and soft. Lighting is exquisite.
D.
One of the best restaurant for Pakistani food. Very nice tasty dishes.. Fry fish, Chops, Haleem and Paya were my favourite. Over 75 dishes to chose from. A must go and value for money!
M. A. W. M.
Service is excellent
Food is good but not as good as it used to be couple of years ago
Parking is good, however, although walk from parking to restaurant is short but it is smelly and not clean.
R. G.
Everything on food side was perfect but the wait time was very long. Will be nice if they can start making authentic makki do roti as oppose to sweet corn bread
F. A.
It was good. Personally not a great fan of buffets but the food was great. Little intense environment but overall nice experience
A. K.
A hidden gem in the West London! The food is simply amazing. They mainly do buffet, which is worth the price.
M. A.
Best in town. They are one of the finest and affordable than other resturants
T. S.
Amazing food Normally
Unlimited dishes but during eat out helpout service was different to the price.
C. R.
One of the finest Pakistani restaurant in London. A buffet price of £20.95 may sound excessive to some but realistically, a 3-course meal in any good London restaurant will cost u more;
For example (approx. prices) - Non-veg starter £6-£8 + Veg. main meal £6-£7 + Non-veg main meal £9-£10 + desert £5-£6.
You would end up paying over £25 for above. Of course u have set menu and not for you if you want a quick snack e.g. a burger.
In Royal Nawab, u get over 20 starters, around 30 main meals (veg. and non-veg). Chinese and vegetarian specialities, and large choice of deserts are separate.
Around 30-45 mins wait for table on weekends (a bit more if u have a bigger party). They give u a 'buzzer' on arrival. Sit in waiting area and go in when its ur turn (buzzer buzzes).
Inside is very crowded. Around 50 tables big and small. But service is very efficient, u of course self serve the food. Drinks are served on table. (U have to pay for water but £1.75 for a chilled 750 ml still water bottle is fine- right?).
It is not for a typical restaurant for ur 'candle light romantic date' (atleast not on weekends) but may be u r not the target customer. There are families, kids and some noise.
Food is mostly good quality- they don't compromise on food quality. Typical Pakistani cuisine flavour.
Some of my favourites are;
Fish pakora
Chapli kebab
Chana masala
Onion bhajia
Lamb kebab
Chicken wings
Haleem
Chicken/Lamb karahi
Lamb chops
Saag
Makai roti
Enjoy :)

Food (6/10): The food here is average at best. I'm not big on buffets however I've been here more than a few times. Each time my feeling is the same. I have never found a dish that stands out that I could call my 'go to dish'. Their continental food tastes the same as your local Chinese takeaway. The Indian/ Pakistani food is generally decent but not exceptional. Again I have a hard time recommending any dish. If you do go here I would strongly recommend that do not fill you plate and only put tiny portions of food in your plate. That way you will likely minimise any waste which is a serious tragedy when it comes to buffets. I am always left speechless when people pile up food on their plates as though it's their last meal. It really is sad to see the amount of food that is picked up by the waiters because people decide to move onto another dish.
Price (Avg per head): £25 per adult
Service (7/10): Plenty of security staff, makes you feel a little intimidated. Why would a family friendly restaurant need so much security? Staff are very quick to swipe dishes and turn tables which is great for a buffet.
Atmosphere/ Occasion: Generally very busy on the weekends. Loud, and people are in a rush to eat due to the limited table time during peak hours (1.5 hours).
A. N.
Delicious food, excellent service, staff was courteous and helpful. All variety of Asian food was available. Wonderful experience.
R. R.
Make sure
-You book your table well in advance.(Unfortunately table can be booked only for group of 10 or more).
-You go the restaurant on time else your reserved table goes to someone else.
- And starve as much as you can try atleast half of the items.. hehe
Undeniably the best buffet in London(or atleast the ones I've tried). Unlimited items and most of them taste good and made with quality.
Waiting time and overcrowding can be frustrating but it's totally worth it(else it wouldn't be crowded anyway)
Parking is available at tesco's store nearby.
Desserts will definitely make you go crazy so keep some space for them. They're all super delicious.
My personal favorites are lamb paaya, lamb nihari, lamb chops, biryani, chilli bajji, palak panner, most of the veg curries and of course desserts.
Staff are so nice and very accommodating.
Only drawback is the looooong waiting to fill your plate during peak hours.
Top class quality, I'd certainly recommend this place if you're looking for south Asian buffet.
H. S.
Very Nice Pakistani Restaurant in London. this is must visit place to eat if you are in London UK. Just one caution don’t eat their Chinese menu as Chinese food is just okay but rest of the food is outstanding.
A. M.
The food was good and good variety.
They gave us 1.5 hr to eat which is a bit less for a large buffet.
R. N.
Went to a wedding for which royal nawab provided the venue and catering. Venue is quality, spacious and great acoustics. Food is delicious but i did feel forced to eat quick because they waiters were instructed to take the food away after a certain period of time. Felt a bit rushed hence why i gave it 4*
J. R.
The best Indian-Pakistani buffet in the UK. Large number of starters and main course. Also have live kitchen to make poori, lamb chops, tawa fish etc. Also large selection of desserts.
A. M. K. M.
There are a lot of dishes in the buffet ranging from chats to curries, karahi, biryani. A lot of variety in sweet/dessert. It’s practically impossible to try each and every item. But I tried chapli kabab, matar keema, tandori chicken, samosa chat, nans, lamb chop, gulab jamun and sticky toffee pudding. The Taste of all items was just like it is in Pakistan. Overall experience was very good. Buffet charges for adult is £20 and child (4-10) is £10.
S. V. T. W.
This place Is amazing! However the one person on table rule isn’t practical at all.
Other than that the food speaks for itself.
U. F.
Worth visiting the restaurant..
Food quality, taste, ambience is perfect..
Requested for tea but response was machine(coffee/tea maker) is faulty.
A. K. S.
It was alright with delicious food and lots of variety. But only disappointment with the serving staff and behaviour of the staff. And the time limit was only 90mins.
L.
Everything is quite spicy for someone who's not used to hot food.
However there is a good selection of food, from grills to curries, different types of rices, soups, salads and desserts. The breads (different styles of naans) are very nice too.
Price does not include drinks.
The wait can be long. We arrived at 7 and waited 45mins.
M. A.
I would like to thank Royal Nawaab and the staff for making our Muslim Marriage Event in London on 5th February 2022, so successful. Staff always spot on and the food is brilliant as always.
C. C.
The food is very nice and the staff are friendly. However, I don't think its worth £25 per person. Also, I paid £3.50 for fresh orange juice that was clearly diluted with a lot of water for them to save money.
I. A.
Busy food was ok not that tasty amazingly when open food was good and tastes were maintained but now standards have dropped food not to standards and service. Give it a miss from now on .
M. Z.
Honestly, really nice food (which is what matters most). The restaurant is super busy all the time and HUGE. Lovely place. The works kind of feel tired and exhausted (for a good reason) but polite and friendly. My favourite part is the fact that I didn't have to book. Drink prices horribly overpriced.
Y. P.
Over crowded and worth while booking in advance. So much food choice, not all great but food for the value. Not a place to take a date because of the noise and screaming kids.
A. H.
Always a good buffet here with a large range of items to feast with an excellent dessert bar highly recommended!
d. a.
Never seen so much food in a buffet like this one . I couldn’t even get through half. Lovely tasty dishes. The steak was amazing. Definitely recommend this place. Will be coming back again.
N. A.
Best authentic Pakistani buffet in London. Huge variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Highly recommended dishes are lahori fish, haleem, nihari, haleem, paya, makai roti with saag, lamb chops and Tawa chicken. There is a dedicated car park which sometime get full, but good part is Tesco parking can be used. Only one challenge is waiting times at weekends.
F. K.
Excellent food with loads of variety. Nobody can try everything as there is so much of variety. Some of the dishes were out of this world like the Namkeen Gosht and even the Saag Gosht. The place is always packed no matter what day of the week it is.
d. c.
Absolutely great food and plenty of it....great flavours great choices one of the best Indian restaurants I've been too
Thank you
A. S.
The way this place operates is fantastic.
The food is great! Everything is fresh and tasty!

Went to Nawaab first time in a year.
It’s very tasty. I would like to bring Nawaab to Japan !!
M. N.
Food was delicious but the parking instructions were not visible the security guard asked us to park in tesco car park at the end got ticket
M. V.
Very testy food and service is awesome staff are so friendly there are more than 100 type of different food .
A. A.
Took my mum for her bday and the family, although i have visited a few time before. Staff were kind enough to seat us (29ppl) far back giving kids space to play. Food was absolutely delicious. Freshly made, hot and refilled as the foods were consumed. All sectioned out with starter, mains and desserts separate with a small section for kids. Obviously all the children's did not leave the dessert section, well maybe because we was seated Next to the dessert station 🤤. Decor not bad (maybe update), dining area kinda tight but clean. Food taste just makes up either way. Salad station being my favourite. Staff were attentive and fast. Helpful and conversing. Defo will go again.
H. C.
Place is very clean and good staff the food was amazing had many different options form currys to bbq noodles and deserts were divine
A. A.
thanks to the amazing team and management
amazing food
fast and organised team
love the experience

M. E. H.
Best buffet restaurant, Service fantastic, Food was great, place is remarkably clean. The best place in London for fast and tasty food.
A. S.
I always love going there especially with my family the highlight of the restaurant is haleem, unforgettable gulab jamun and the tasty mango ice cream made the buffet more delicious. Hands off for the kind staff who was working with mask and protection in COVID19.
T. E.
A huge variety of delicious continetal and desi foods with great tastes of salads and sweets. The staff is professional in their respective fields. I visited this place for the very first time and got amazed of seeing the crowed in normal week day.
R. S.
2nd visit... Food is fantastic, staff very attentive (although people should listen to them more!) Demand is high so waiting times can be long.
S. K. M.
Huge buffet with Delicious food 😋😋😋!! Loads of varieties from starters to deserts 🤩🤩🤩... Its a 💯% treat to all foodies!!!
M. K.
Buffet style Halal Eat Fare .Authentic Pakistani and Indian dishes, some Chinese, selection of authentic street foods, salads and desserts. Cost £20 per head plus drinks.
Parking is also available
S. C.
Though it was a wedding dinner with table service, food was nice, fresh and warm which was great but service was absolutely poor below the par standards. I don't blame staff as I felt that they needed bit more training. Nawab needs to sustain their standards otherwise they'll be history soon.
M. W.
One of the Best Halal Buffets in London. Quality food and selection of food. It is very busy, if you have a party of more than 10 highly recommend that you book. There are always queues to get in
B. L.
The quality of the food isn't that good only the quantity is.
Desserts were nice though
M. K.
Its really good place to have different varieties of food.
I love it.
N. R.
The food was just amazing... didn't have to wait long for seats either.
S. M. A.
Excellent choices of food. This place has atleast something for everyone!
S. H. S.
Consistently great Pakistani food at fair prices.
L. I.
The best place I've ever been for a buffet! Wheelbarrow please.
W. M.
Massive dining area, huge selection of really nice food.
H. K.
This is the go to place for family birthdays or functions, food is always on point. i would seriously recommend to everyone to try it out.
F. M.
Place is really good, very big and offers walk in for buffet and wedding services for hiring. The food was great again and no complain about the service. Only downfall would be the parking, yes they offer parking at Tesco but at the bottom floor which is OK however, the lights didn't work at some parts which was hard to get by. Middle part of car park was flooded with loads of water so couldn't use that space and last was the lift, it didn't work so was either go up stairs with a buggy or go up the ramp/Hill which we drove in from which was dangerous so we chose the stairs.
M. A.
Very well organised, food was fantastic with a great selection for all palates. Will definitely be going again.
G.
Nice environment and nice staff. Long waiting times and for some reason always get a stomach bug after I leave this place.
G. M.
Nice to Have it
All kind of Asian food
Highly recommend 👍👍
A. S.
Good food, heavily crowded.. 3 start because the staff have to be more hospital, Been there few times because of their good quality of food.. But noticed the staffs, specially the management's+security seems at in a way that they are allowing the people eat, we are not paying for the service, may be its not harsh but that's what I felt, they dont smile, talking weirdly. Waiters are fine, they seems doing their best..
However, the food is great, that's made me keep going there., however this isn't really a place for someone who dont like spicy, hot and rich food.. This isnt your vegetable bar, which isn't their style anyway, we like it..
Place is packed all the time but that's because of the test I guess..
Would suggest management to change the style of customer service and it's a 5 start for me..
Thanks
s. a.
Great choice of food, taste of food was very good across the board which was very surprising.
Downsides, gets very busy, so come early or very late. Parking is another hassle, and a bit creepy.
Overall, definitely worthy of 4/5 stars.
F. I.
Good choice of food, some of the dishes like spinach curry could do with improving as it is too strong and not very tasty. Royal nawaab is always too busy and the queueing system inside the restaurant could also be improved/made better. I was also quite shocked that a small jug of coke costed £6 when we went for eid. Buffet price is fine but this is overpriced for a drink. The car park has now also been moved to another inconvenient location
A. S.
Food is good but there's no social distancing in place what so ever. No efforts to curb or mitigate COVID spreading.
Extremely crowded up until we left at 10:30pm on a Sunday.
I'd suggest avoid for now if you are uncomfortable in excessively crowded places.
M. S.
This review is only for the narrow seating arrangement, over crowded, Loger waiting time, noisy and rush environment, you can't enjoy the real essence of good food they offer.
M. S. M.
Very good and Delicious and very Tasty Food. There was a large variety of Dishes. The starters was very nice and tasty, Salat and sauces,Main Meal and then Dessert 🍨 🥧 , every thing is fantastic.
I highly recommend this place to my friend's.
R. D.
Booked VIP hall for my wedding and I can not be happier. Very professional service. Everyone loved the food and they still compliment us for the food.
Highly recommend !
g. g. b.
By far the best restaurant around food was amazing so much to choose and the staff very professional great customer service i really felt like they made an effort to satisfy you as much as possible i didnt wait long and i enjoyed every moment i would fully recommend
J. D.
Good food choice and selection. Poor quality drinks. Overall good.
T. C.
I am OK with the food. But sometimes it's greedy for person can't eat.
For business wise make money.
I don't want again spending money which I can't eat my needs.
It's only fun for some.
It's great taste.
S. S.
Fantastic choice and excellent food
N. A.
Had a lovely time. Safe and adhering to government guidelines in regards to covid 19. Well organised and efficient staff .
A. G.
It's my favourite place for eating out. Best taste and best flavour all around the UK. No one can beat their flavours. It's always feel like I m eating in Pakistan.
S. A.
Need to sort out pick and drop area. Staff need to be more proactive at front of the house. My first visit, look forward to next with improment.
Z.
Pakistani curry dishes buffet service at set price, drinks not included. Found the food taste to be pretty average for the price, table wait is approx 45mins and you are allowed one hour to eat, good for larger groups.
M. B.
It was great. Food was yummy, plenty of food choice. They were making it live you know what I mean 😝 it was delicious worth spending every penny.
Just come at right time as it can get really busy so you do not miss out anything
R. s.
One of the best buffet restaurants that I have been to. Large selection of quality vegetarian and meat options.
m. h.
Love going here with my hubby. Food is great, although it is a little expensive, worthwhile for a treat..
N. S.
Food is ok. Sweets' section needs real improvements. Seating is congested and too many people are crowded at a relatively small space.
A. S. 1.
Lovely experience and food very nice. Great experience would visit again
A. S.
Good food they just need reduce the numbers of tables so you have space to walk around

FINALLY ONE GOOD DESI RESTAURANT WITH KARACHI STYLE FOOD IN LONDON
Amazing Pakistani food with typical karachi taste. It’s been 2 years since I visited Pakistan and was tired of eating typical lahori and indian style food in London. Royal Nawabs food brought all the amazing memories of home. Now I know whenever I want desi food where shall I head to. Tasty, amazing, superb food. If you are missing karachi style buffet from shan e mughlia or lal Qila restaurant this is the place to satisfy all your cravings with a huge variety of dishes. 👍👍👍👍🥳👏👏👏💯💯💯
R. S.
The range of options available both for vegetarian and non vegetarian is impressive. The place is huge but sadly only allows table bookings for group size of more than 10. The place does get quite busy. The price is slightly on higher side but seeing the wide spread of food options available I personally feel is justifiable.
The only two reasons I didn't give 5 star:
1. Not even offering free tap water - so forced to buy drinks which is at additional cost - which seemed bit odd given the per head price paid.
2. There is free parking offered but the car park was very dark with many improvement works ongoing. So hope that is a temporary situation.
M. U.
Parking is available. Variety of food was great. Quality of food was good. Desserts were reasonable. There was a queue to get in but didn't take long. The place was packed and felt crowded. Drinks were available for order however the waiter didn't have the information about which drinks were available.
s. c.
Massive choice of food, recipes mainly pakistani and indian. loads of desserts to choose from as well.
Wait period is the worst and awful.
J. H.
I didn't enjoy the food, it didn't taste nice like before, its not worth the money, we visited the place twice before lockdown and the food was tasty that time,
Y. Y.
Better drinks but food not tasty, I think they are using Indian chef and they can't make better than Pakistani's.
M. U. M.
We had a wedding at Nawaab last week and it was amazing. Everything went to plan and was exactly like we wanted. Joanne was absolutely brilliant on the day and we could not have asked for more. I would highly recommend the venue and the service provided. Was an absolute pleasure.
H. S.
Went for a wedding-Hall was decorated really nicely & food was great.
J. G.
Well Nawab's has always been best choice for buffet. We get everything under one roof and with a nice atmosphere. I strongly recommend people coming to London should try Nawab's. Best in starters are fish pakora's and best in main course is tawa chicken and biryani.
A. A.
Taste of some food items was not as good as it was last year..overall it was good
S. S.
Outstanding food quality and taste....
M. A. I.
Nice place and decent food. Wait time is soo long around 1 hour as it is soo popular!
T.
Bright, spacious restaurant in art deco building, for sophisticated Indian and Pakistani halal fare.
Y. A.
I visited Nawaab on Eid, so it was very busy, however we didn't need to wait to long before we got a table. food was hit and miss depending on which dish you wanted to eat, but that is the best thing about Nawaab it has such a big variety of dishes and mostly cooked fresh or served when requested.
A. A.
Parking is in tescos. Toilets are a bit small. Prayer room is small too.Too many youngsters crowd this building in general.
Apart from that the food is pretty good.
u. f.
Authentic Indian taste, plenty of dishes to try on, but poor seating, rude staff and weird placement of buffet dishes.
a. j.
Not bad - good variety but okay standards
J. F.
Wide selection of halal food everything was cooked well staff was more than pleasant and polite probably the best buffet you're going to get
S. K.
Was attending a wedding, was in a banquet Hall rather than the buffet hall. Layout and everything was really nice food was ok
S. L. A.
Excellent food. Can't fault them for any of the dishes I've tried. Simply delish, tasty and succulent dishes and the softest warm naan I've ever had.
S. M.
Not as good as i thought it would be. Very busy some of the starters were good and some very bland. Good selection of curry's but rice and nan were a big let down both hard to eat and cold.
Desserts were ok nothing special. Would i visit again maybe but it depends if i am willing to drive for an hour and 30mins.
T. S.
Venue is really nice very big area with nice decorations, food was ok not so special staff were nice. Overall not bad you can give it a try!!
D. S.
Awesome Awesome!!
This is my 2nd time we celebrate birthday there. The food is amazing
S. D.
Nice venue, good food, table service abit slow, but it was peak time. Will go back
J. H.
An amazing selection of great quality Indian food. Lively atmosphere and all you can eat for £20. Try the masala fish - it's deep fried and delicious.
M. K.
Very good restaurant, I always recommend this restaurant for families with kids because
there is everything
A. S.
A wedding like buffet, crowded but a massive variety of food to select from. Prep could be better.
U. S.
Food heaven...oh my goodness, can't even name all the food they had. From chinese to indian and pakistani dishes, all of them flavorful. Super fast customer service. Servers were constantly picking empty plates. Desserts were delicious, kids enjoyed cake and icecreams. Loved the yummy warm gulab jaman. Best family time ever. 5 stars all the way.
K. Z.
Excellent food if you can wait 30-60 mins to be seated. Doesn't take reservations for fewer than 10 guests.
s.
It's a great place for family and friends. It's a pricey place with variety choice of foods and deserts but they're not offer any drinks, tea or coffee, so you have to buy drink, other thing the receptionist charge us an extra £50 for only four drinks.
S. H.
Best Asian cuisine here in London.Although when it gets busy they give you time of an hour to leave the table.I was here to celebrate my nephew's birthday because of such short time couldn't celebrate it the way we want. I hope management will do some measure to facilitate people.
F. Z.
Lovely surface, get's very busy and noisy as families with loads of children often visit. If you hate that sort of noise, this definitely isn't the quite, sophisticated restaurant you're after.
The food however, is spectacular, so many delicious dishes for all diets and it's Halal too.
Recommend for a family dinner, or for a date if you don't mind the noise. Or go during a quite time, like a weekday (before 6pm).
S. Z.
Food lost quality and was very poorly cooked. Chops were undercooked. A big shame especially with huge price increase and fall in quality. One waiter was also very rude and almost dropped sauces over our clothes as took a plate without any apology or acknowledgement.
R. A.
We have been going to Royal Nawaab London for a number of years. Best buffet around with huge choice of Pakistani, South Asian and Western food. Great Ambiance. Soft drinks are charged separately, but water freely available at the bar (don't believe the disingenuous feedback in one post). We also went yesterday, excellent set-up with masks, gloves and hand sanitizers. All round first class service - people queuing up and huge family groups is testament to the wondrous experience. Thank you Royal Nawaab - Salamat raho
c. n. s.
Food is ok. But desserts are feel like bit more chemical
v. p.
This was my first visit. 5starts for Covid preparation of the entire venue. Food was tasty but 90 min was insufficient especially when you have to wait so long in a queue to help yourself to the buffet. We simply did not have enough time . That for me was the dampner.
Sufficient parking available.
S. R.
Simply just Each & Every items are Yummy & Tastyyyyyyyy...........
Great✌👍💯
M. K.
It is ok buffet, the food is just normal tasty
I. A.
This is buffet place. For £20 pp plus extra for drinks, you get a large selection of food to choose from. I thought the food was good - certainly no worse than some of the large restaurants in Southall. Ambiance is good and suitable for families( good selection for children as well ) and couples alike. It has its own car park which a boon in London and being on the A40, relatively easy to get to. Area for improvement would be service( which in reality basically means asking for drinks as you get your known food ). Basically, you ask for drinks but they don't appear. Don't really understand why - people pick it up on reviews and they lose easy extra revenue. That aside, well worth a visit if you like Pakistani/Indian food.
A. M.
Buffet restaurant with a great variety of food, eat as much as you can from a choice of good quality food as well. Great wedding style atmosphere about the place too.
R. Z.
I like the food and settings of inside the hall.
It was highly decorated with beautiful ceiling lights and the entrance was excellent with pearl white flower bouquet around the wall.
I. M.
Always a pleasure visiting! Great tasting food and good for them to open again with the same standards as before lockdown.
A. S.
When I entered, my children, my wife and myself got a very warm welcome from 2 very friendly staff. Well dressed, well presented, smiles, hand shake, greeting and having a joke with my kids.
You have a wide variaty of food choices, Chinese, Italian and Indian.
The toilets are clean for a restaurant that's really big.
After reading positive notes you wonder why i have given the 3 stars? Now you will learn.
The waiters regularly come and take away dirty plates. But the dress code needs to change. Royal and T-shirts don't mix well.
You can see the chefs making and organising the food. When they make eye contact they look at you like you did something wrong.
The glasses that were given to us for our drinks were dirty (drywater marks). Why have Royal in the name when you don't have sparkling clean shining glasses? If I get a responce on why I didn't ask for new clean glasses, my answer is simple. Clean glasses won't turn up if all 4 glasses that I was given have water stains.
When my son wanted ice cream after finishing his food, my son thanked the man that served him, my son didn't get any sort of positive responce. So I asked for ice cream and after I was served I thanked the man and even then he didn't smile or show any sing of politeness. I know the man heard me as I made eye contact when I sad thank you.
The toilets is small as it has 2 qubicals and 2 urinals.
E. A.
Don't eat at least 12 hours before you come here, gosh!!!! Food's top quality, Original Indian/Pakistani curry. Don't even know where I'm finding the energy to review this, spent all of it masticating... food's 20 quid as at January '17 but well worth it.
H. P.
Very nice food. Lot of items and all were very good. Just felt bad on the amount of food wastage people are doing
Z. N.
Food is great. Staff was very polite and professional.
r. r.
A huge selection of tasty well cooked food. All the staples of South Asian cuisine.
l.
Nice environment and delicious food.very friendly staff and nice music..my fav place for Asian food..
S. M.
All i can say is - excellent food. I absolutely loved that all the food tasted fresh and was well heated with my favorites being Parathas with Lamb Karahi and Nihari 👌 staff was also very good and helpful.
However, giving a 4 because although the variety they offer is massive, the experience and ambiance is not that of fine dining as they try to fill the hall with too many families/customers probably to cover their costs. I would recommend reducing the variety of dishes and also the number of families allowed at one time as otherwise the environment becomes quite crowded and you cant enjoy the great food with so many people talking and kids screaming it becomes chaotic.
A. I.
Good restaurant with so much variety to choose from theres something for everyone.
S. K.
Haven't been for long time it was nice food was good
A. M.
Food was OK. Not worth £24. I went on Friday it was 90 mins waiting time for me. I reached around 8:15 pm. Weekdays mon-thu might be quicker.
B. S. H.
excellent venue for wedding and large parties; conveniently situated with very good facilities.
The food was excellent.
s.
I had my daughter's nikkah reception here and Bilal bhai was extremely helpful. Food was delicious. Miss Joanna and her team were very thoughtful and efficient. The only thing I would say is the parking needs maintenance it's quite dark. But overall a lovely evening.
m.
Excellent place for buffet, Nahari, Haleem and mutton chops were on top of the charts... Recommend 😃
B. M.
Need to get there a bit early as there is a long waiting time but once inside the food is great.
Z. P.
Wedding reception for my daughter and son in law at Royal Nawab, Royal Suite. Firstly I would like to thank Bilal bhai for making the booking process seamless, with advice on menu options and decor.
During our event he came to my wife and I asking if everything was ok, which we appreciated.
Secondly I would like to thank Neha who was the lead of the catering team, she was very approachable and friendly. Neha made sure that her team worked hard to insure food arrived at the tables in a timely manner and at the correct temperature. There was no need for guests to attract the attention of the catering staff to request more, as their presence on the floor was very visible and we were asked if we needed more of particular dishes.
Our guests had a good time and commented how good the venue looked and how delicious the food was.
I would like to thank the team at Royal Nawab for making our day memorable.
R. R.
Nice place for a ceremony. Food was nice, staff were helpful, however they should smile a bit more 😉
S. K.
Really very beautiful place and food is very delicious, management is good and helpful
Highly recommended
R.
My first time coming here and Some of the items were very good I.e masala fish, but overall I believe it’s to pricey.
