A. B.I had the special Korean chicken burger which was full of flavour. The chicken was moist and the burger was filling. The chips were a decent portion and the sauce was very tasty. The manager Jenny? Was so welcoming and even gave us free drinks which was very nice of her. Definitely the best shake shack branch in London.
R. K.Having visited a few times now it would be fair say this a great venue for a burger fix. I would recommend the cheesy fries, chicken burger and a milkshake. The chicken burger itself is simple but delicious however can sometimes be ever so slightly overcooked… I have chosen to ignore this as the sauce (Mayo) has a very unique flavour that completely makes up for it. Great place and I would recommend it if you are in the area.

M. M.Cool place. Veggie burger was ok. But not many options if you don't eat meat.
Actually only one vegan & one vegetarian. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of choices so I ordered the vegan wine.
Hope to see more sustainable options in the future.

A. H.I've been here a few times now and in all honesty, this place is quite mediocre. The chicken burger is hit and miss, some days it's really delicious but other days it is super dry and bland. The Pickles are too strong. Service can be ridiculously slow at time even when they're not busy, I've found myself waiting 30 minutes plus for a simple meal.
The highlight would definitely be the fries, something about them make them taste so good. Frozen custard was a great choice too. Their Christmas drink are pretty good.
