I've eaten here a few times and it's always a good experience. Food is well prepared, fresh and delicious, and comes out very quickly. Prices are reasonable and the location is very convenient close to Waterloo station and the Vaults. I've never been disappointed with the food, my only complaint would be that the service isn't great. Sometimes it's difficult to get a hold of staff and they are quite short in their service. Efficient, but not super friendly. Still, a great place for tasty thai food.

We came to this place for a meeting. we heard about this spot from many people. Well, it was a winning. the staff were so friendly and we had an excellent feeling. The food was just great. We loved this restaurant very much and we will visit this place again. Warmly recommended.

Always a dependable place for quick bite. Having dined here for over 10 years, it is a bit of an institution, especially when the Vault Festival is on. It's entirely possible to arrive, order, ear, pay and leave within an hour and it doesn't feel rushed. Staff are friendly and personable, the menu is nothing elaborate, just traditional dishes done well.

Nice food and fairly quick service. Came with some colleagues for lunch. Sino Thai do a lunch menu which is very reasonable - for example the prawn curry I had was £8. They also do side dishes such as two chicken satay skewers for £2.50. Customers are not limited to the lunchtime menu, and can order from the a la carte as one of my colleagues did. The staff are lovely and friendly. Worth a visit if it’s raining and you don’t want to sit outside on lower marsh!

I have eaten in this restaurant 3 or 4 times in the past 4 years. The restaurant is very well decorated and the tables and chairs are very well laid out in an excellent format, which creates a lovely, spacious and comfortable environment. The food is delicious and the menu has a large selection. The drinks and desserts are also nice to consume. However the portion of food is small in relation to the price set on the menu, in addition there is a service charge of 10%. If the portion of food was bigger to meet the monetary value of the price plus no service charge, I would have awarded this restaurant 5 stars.

Great place, with delicious food. Taste of the food is really authentic and carries with it the refreshing feeling associated with Thai dishes. While all of the dishes were really tasty, it was incredibly expensive for what we got. We had 5 people order the set menu A for about £16 each. We all got one small dim sum, a mini chicken satay stick, a tiny spring roll and a prawn thing for entree. But the mains we're only 3 regular sized dishes plus rice. For 5 people, mostly guys. It was not enough. The amount of food we got for the mains would have been more appropriate if 3 or maybe 4 people had ordered the set menu, not 5. We also ordered an extra noodle dish which helped, but again made it very expensive. Again, tasty food, but very small portions and very expensive for what you get.

The staffs were so kind and the dish was okay but I found fruitfly in the dish so I called the manager and told her that I just wanted to let her know. I didn't expect her to deliver the whole new dish or sth but at least wanted her to apologize but she didn't. She just said "I'll let the chef know" and get away with it. Cuz I know they're good people and didn't put that on purpose so I wasn't that mad but they at least need to change their attitude.

Great Thai food, I loved their Thai Tea, quite something, couldn't place the taste but I would drink it again. Excellent food the sauce is too sweet though, for those with who love hot chilli, avoid the sweet chilli, too sweet, will try out their hot chilli and advice. The fish is excellent and well done, not only and fresh! Quite tasty.

Great value for money. Their current range of Christmas cocktails are sumptuous. I had a very nice pad Thai and the missus had a refreshing noodle soup.

Staying locally - around Waterloo can be hit and miss. Some really low grade eateries offset by bland chains. I have to say, this isn't a bad Thai at all. Staff are Thai, food of a pretty good quality and they will listen to what you want to eat if you'd like something a little off the menu. service is great, as is the price. And as people mention - the wine glass or bottle is much better than usual. Definately worth a try.

I spent an evening with friends there. It is rather not that often these days for restaurants not to accommodate to special requests of customers. Well, this restaurant did not want to meet mine and my friends' special wishes - we had to stick to the menu - end of story - NOT VERY NICE if you have special dietary wishes.
