I am definitely in bondage with this establishment. They really gave me a 5 star experience for my birthday and I will never forget it. The food is worth every penny, I wanted to lick my plate! Staff were so polite and attentive throughout. Even when I called to say I was running late, staff were so kind and accommodating. I cannot wait to visit again! Thank you Sion London.

I went to Sion Restaurant to meet a friend and from the moment I stepped through the door the staff were amazing. My experience dining at the restaurant was also amazing; the atmosphere was wonderful. The background music amplified the whole experience and made us feel as if we were at home. The food and the alcohol tasted as if they were made with love; so much so that we had to thank the bartender and the chef personally. I must add that the waitress was also amazing as she was kind and friendly and kept us updated throughout our visit. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone; this place is a 10/10! I'll certainly be back.

Celebrated my 30th birthday here which was overall an enjoyable experience. My guests and I enjoyed the food and cocktails, nicely decorated venue and good location. Would come back but I think they could work on a more expansive menu as the mains that we had lacked character. The starters were delicious and they did have pleasant service so overall I would recommend.

Absolutely lovely staff and food too . I really feel proud to enter a Afro/Caribbean restaurant which you can clearly see the owner Gabriel as put so much thought into the decor and presentation of the food and well trained staff. Took my brother there for his birthday along with family on a couple of Sundays ago and everyone throughly enjoyed.. My only advise (and others) is to keep the music lower as it was difficult to hear each other speak .. however when I asked for it to be turned down they did. CONGRATULATIONS I wish you all the best and will continue to visit and tell others

Went to Sion London for my birthday with around 30 of my guests, and we all had an amazing time. The food was great and the service was timely and excellent, even with the number of people. The vibe and the range cocktails and other drinks were brilliant. Would without a doubt be returning and recommend visiting.

Sion London is a stylish modern fusion restaurant that caters to a range of palates. I have personally dined here on a number of occasions and the food is always delectable. Sion never fails to provide a mouth-watering experience! The food is full of flavour, colour and style the perfect combination for the modern or classic diner. The service and atmosphere is also 5 stars as the staff are friendly, knowledgable and efficient. They definitely deserve a Michelin star!

Went to the restaurant last Friday 13/08/2021 with my work colleagues. We were temperature checked upon arrival, loved the professionalism. We where then seated and greeted by the owner. The waiter was amazing and informative and the food was delicious whilst there was minimal waiting time. The atmosphere was amazing. We really enjoyed ourselves. To top it off as we were leaving, we noticed the owner personally assisting an elderly woman to her seat. Customer service was top tier. Would definitely come back again.

Lovely food and service but the time slot goes goes by very quickly. Customer service was fantastic in this black owned restaurant and the venue is very clean. Even toilets were pretty with good lighting for pictures. Cocktails were nice and they were not shy with the alcohol so it was definitely worth the money. The food was good - Calamari was lovely but the mixed grill lacked some flavour but nothing too bad. The only downside is that there is a time limit for booking and although the staff were very lovely about it, we had to rush our dinner to clear the table. To be fair our friend did come late and they tried their best to ensure food came out quickly but just bare this in mind. Overall I recommend this place and I would definitely come back!

SiOn is by far my favourite restaurant now, mainly due to the respect from management, customer service and food quality also the price is just right!. Finally got to go to Sion London and it was well worth the wait. I must say a black owned business run exceptionally well from beginning to end. On arriving the doors are opened for you, along with a warm welcoming. On leaving, the doors are held for you once a again with a thank you message. The decor is exquisite with great attention to detail. The service was outstanding not to mention the food which tasted great and some lovely cocktails to accompany. Lovely Bar & Restaurant....went here today for a few belated birthday drinks With friends. Cocktails were 100% on point. I would definitely go back again. I booked Sion for my sisters surprise birthday dinner and we had the best time. the staff were extremely attentive and the owner went above and beyond to make both my mother and the birthday girl feel special. I want to give a special thanks to the owner who walked my disabled mother from the car into the restaurant and then checked on her throughout the night which meant a lot to her especially as she does not get out much and this may have been the first time going out to eat in 3/4 years. We will be returning for her birthday in August!!

Wish I could rate Sion Restaurant 10 star’s - and it still would not be enough! We booked the venue to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We booked the whole restaurant from 8.30pm and then private hired the venue from 11pm for dancing and drinking. The whole team was absolutely fantastic!! From arranging and organising meals, service, food, drinks, hospitality and the DJ! Cocktails were high quality and professionally prepared. All my family loved the venue, a gem in the middle of East Dulwich. Thank you Sion’s for making it one to remember, will definitely be back!

Attended a couple of weeks ago and had an amazing time. The owner is super attentive and went out of his way to ensure everyone had the drinks that they liked, he played music that set a vibe and overall & he and his service team just provided a great service (eg quick service where you didn’t have to repeatedly asking for things like condiments etc). . Where do I start a new restaurant who's decor, food and staff are second to none. The food that me and my friends indulged in was beautiful well cooked and full of flavours. The cocktails delicious don't drive if you can't say no to more than one 😂. Even though the restaurant was fully booked the food arrived on time with no delays. And a gentle reminder was given as we approached our last 15 mins that they would need the table back after our allocated 2hr slot. Definitely recommend and hold on there's a private room that seats 4 people time to get that double date on! The toilets are any selfie lovers dream after all that's where you make new friends.

I have to say that following the hospitality I received from arrival to leaving the restaurant, I am compelled to put my satisfaction beyond measure in writing. i want make particular mention of the following: the waiter/waitresses at Sion do you proud. They were ultra professional, efficient, seamless and what every guest would hope for when out dining. Very well done to the team. The food was off the chain. I am a keen lover of lamb and the lamb dish i was served was of the highest quality in terms of cutlets but cooked to perfection, not over-seasoned and ever so tasty. My partner described his chicken dish as excellent full of flavour and his plate was deliciously varied. The restaurant decor and seating was aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable. I was blown away by the standard of the toilets which would give top hotels a run for their money. the music was soulfully nostalgic right up my street and we would often burst into song when a memorable track was played. A major plus tonight. When we spoke you gave me further information about the private room hire and restaurant hire. Believe me i will be waiting for an opportunity and excuse to book your establishment. Overall i want to say that you made a pleasant evening perfect. i am immensely proud of your achievement and equally proud to now have in my locality a reputable restaurant that is blacked owned. Great portions, tasty food and good presentation. Loved the music. Friendly host (who I believe owns the business too). Definitely coming back. Do NOT change a thing. Sometimes when a place starts off well it deteriorates. I don't want that to happen here.

This is a quite different restaurant The location is right beside West Dulwich train station which is convenient. The food is mostly a mixture of Mediterranean cuisine and the items we had were mostly good. The Cocktail options are interesting. The service was friendly and the ambiance was nice and relaxing.

Sion London is conveniently located in Dulwich right by the train station with ample parking near by. The venue boasts impressive decor and soulful sounds that adds to chilled, classy sophisticated dining experience. The wait staff were professional, friendly and helpful and owner was went above and beyond to ensure the customers were well taken care of. Had the sharing box between us with side of breadfruit. Really good. Lovely service all round and the host mixed professional and friendly very well. Our only disappointment was that the bar was closed for a private parry after our dinner so we had to leave. Whereas we had planned to stay and have some more drinks late. If perhaps you could let customers know when they book that it closes early on that particular evening that would be great for future. We’ve been before for late drinks and it was great. Good food, music and atmosphere. The food is good a bit pricey however you do get alot on your plate. If u don't like music playing while you eat then this is not the place for you. For bookings as a large group you can only choose from a reduced menu. It can be used as a function room after 23.00hr so don't be surprised if you are asked to leave if you're still there by this time. Downside to this place there is no set parking and you will be ticketed if you park in the wrong place.

We hired this bar for a private birthday party and I can categorically confirm that the customer experience was 'five star standard'. They worked with us to tailor our needs and the cocktails and menu were out of this world. The bar and dance area can accommodate up to 150 people but it’s homely and intimate. Can i just say BluMagic’s food is absolutely amazing. I had theo’s 3 lil piggies and can i say the way the food and flavours came together, my tastebuds were dancing. My mum had her 60th birthday party at this venue including 42 guests dining. From the first conversation I had with the owner Gabriel I knew our expectations for the evening would be met. What I didn't expect, was for them to be exceeded. The whole planning process was made easy by Elouise and I can't thank her enough for the support and professionalism that she showed. On the night the waiting and bar staff served a large number of diners with efficiency and politeness, which was a reflection of the management. Adian the chef has a true gift. The food was amazing!! I commend the owners for what they've done and have continued to do. It really is inspirational and I wish them all the success for the future. I have already made plans to revisit and I am confident that I won't be disappointed.

This place is far if you dont live near but deffo worth a visit but go early about 6pm or 7pm as seats too close together as its a small restaurant so no privacy. However the food is outstanding. Nice friendly staff. Dont get carried away with the lush cocktails as it will bump your bill up. Word of advice for the management/cleaners can you please clean and tidy your toilets before service starts at 5pm as this had not been done at our visit so was disappointing to see.

I saw my New Years in here and have attended two functions and recently my fourth visit was a meal the food was amazing tantalising mouth watering and great quality food presented well. I finally got to visit here on a quiet Sunday afternoon, after hearing so much about it. We were welcomed so warmly by Charlotte, who made us feel right at home. I didn't get his name, but our coats were also asked for and taken from us so we could enjoy the velvet seating with no excess. The drinks and food were on point. I had a Sweet Love mocktail. Food and drinks were top tier quality. Seasoned well, which caters mostly to the demographic of people that mostly dine here. I opted for the steak, which was medium to well done, it was seasoned to perfection. They season whereas a lot of other steak places don't so it ends up quite bland. I didn't go for any starters or desserts as I was on a bit more of a budget this time round, but got to try my friends dishes, so can honestly say, food was tasty as hec. 😋 At one point, my small table of ladies and I were the only ones in the restaurant, so was nice having that extra attention. We were there for hours talking, and vibing. The toilets and general decor are instagram friendly, and the whole place is clean. Really recommend here for eating out. Would like to come back at another time of day, maybe more evening and a weekday perhaps or Saturday and see how different it is.
