K. K.My daughter (10 yrs old)wanted to try jolof rice for the first time so we came here as it is also halal. The rice was flavoursome with a smoky BBQ flavour and we got some jerk chicken aswell, again flavoursome and cooked well . The portions were big and cheap and fed 3 of us . The restaurant was clean and hygienic, you can see into the kitchen while the chef cooks up your foods. Staff were very polite and friendly and explain the dishes to us well. Definitely worth a visit to try West African and Caribbean cusines .
A. A.We chose this place on Uber Eats after not being able to order from our usual spot. We were a little hesitant because the reviews weren't too great on there but we took a gamble and I'm very happy we did. Originally we ordered Puff puff, salt fish fritters, assorted egusi, pounded yam and white rice. The restaurant called to inform us that there weren't anymore saltfish fritters or white rice so they asked if we'd like any replacements. They gave us another pounded yam and an order of jollof rice. The food was absolutely delicious! Our toddler was in love with the jollof and ate so much of it. The assorted egusi was packed full of flavor. The meat/tripe didn't have any gross gamey after taste so know it was cleaned and cooked properly. The pounded yam was quite soft, fluffy and fresh. I'm so glad they gave us another because I loved and ate much of it. The puff puff was a little dense but still delicious! They were lightly sweetened and flavored with cinnamon and nutmeg. I could eat those everyday. All in all, the food was delicious, hot, fresh and served in large portions. We ate so much and still have leftovers. If you're like me and are picky/indecisive on where to get food, I recommend you give this place a try. I will for sure be a returning customer. Thanks for the yummy food 😋

J.Great place! I love the food! I ordered Tilpia fish and plantain. I must say it was delicious and I was given a surprise dish of puff puff.
I would highly recommend.
