Friendly kind staff but the Indian curries are never fresh from when I try different dishes on numerous visits. But there seekh kebabs are very tasty, just wish they serve fresh salad instead of the salads which about to turn red!!

Walked a mile to find a kebab shop at 1am last night after a pretty heavy session. Seemed they were just closing up but the owner/employee were more than happy to take our 3 orders, and allowed us to eat in. Staff were friendly and engaging in conversation, but not intruding in our (not an easy skill to balance). Friend asked for sparkling water and the owners response was hilarious! kebab was extremely tasty and next time I am in Kensington I will 100% go back and sample it again.

My wife and I were walking by the restaurant headed for pizza and we did an about take when we caught the great aroma coming out of the door. Add in the kind service and that made our choice. And we were not disappointed. We had the chicken curry and it was amazing. Highly recommend this friendly spot.

There should be a place like this in every town. Although it calls itself a kebab place its strength lies in the range of delicious curries displayed as you walk in. A curry, rice and a can of pop will set you back less than a tenner at 2017 prices. The staff are great, especially the grey-haired gentleman who I think is the boss. If you want to try two curries just ask for half & half. We particularly like the keema lamb dish that tastes like it has been cooking for a week and the and the chick pea dish with potatoes. We've been going to The Star for several years, whenever we stay in the Earls Court area and we even check for hotels around there first. There's seating for 6 people on bar stools.

We visited first time London and travelled from scotland. Having carving for good Indian spicy chicken and rice. Luckly we were staying in Earls Court and found this place as we walk out of tube station. All variety of chicken and vegetables dishes available as per your taste. We had rice with chicken curry , which is best in taste. Feel like home. Must visit and have your lunch or dinner here. Highly recommended!!!. Good going star kebab team. Keep up the good taste. The glowing reviews lured me in and I wasn't disappointed. I had rice with chicken (£7.95), it was very flavourful and the portion was very large and filling. I wouldn't say it was the best curry I've ever had or anything but it's certainly the best thing I've tasted on this street.

This was one my frequently visited eateries in London and I have really fond memories. Good to see from the reviews that they've maintained their good standard of food. There were always so many options to choose from. One of the best places for both comfort and healthy food. Large portions made for good value. Friendly people. Great little Curry and Kebab place not far from Earls Court station. For a decent curry with rice and a drink it will cost you just over a tenner. There is also a small seating area with a wash hand basin.

Stopped in for a late night dinner after seeing a nighttime show. I love kebab places and this one didn’t disappoint! Yeah it’s a dive but dives make killer food sometimes! Get the chili garlic sauce, you won’t be disappointed! I got it on my chicken pita and it was scrumptious! Tons of chicken, tons of slaw / cabbage and the bread was great. It was a very large portion for £7. I didn’t think I was going to finish it when I picked it up and felt how big it was. One bite of that chili garlic though, and I knew I could do it. 🤣 My friend got some naan bread and I wished I had bought myself some for later because it was killer! Drinks were good priced as well. Staff was so friendly, and smiling. Very kind and helpful. Definitely give them a shot!
