My experience here is based on ordering "Take-away". The "Take-away" order was easily and conveniently performed using the hand phone. Delivery was fast. Food received was still warm. The quality of food delivered were still good and intact. Enjoyed the Cinnamon Twists. The Soft Beef Tacos were nice. Overall was a nice experience despite having the meal as a "take-away".

Great food with relatively quick service after matches. Choice of ordering via touch screen or in person at the counter which is great if you don’t know the menu.

Was surprised to see that we have taco bell in the UK. At first glance, it was busy, seats were full which could be a good sign. Price-wise is typical for a fast food restaurant. The food itself was decent, fries were surprisingly really good! Still worth trying out if you're a fan of burritos/tacos.

I gotta say this would be 7/5 stars if that was an option. My wife and I came here on a Monday night at 10pmish. There were two ladies working here that were juggling in store orders, to go orders, all while delivering quality product out of the door. Normally I'm not the biggest taco bell fan, but I'll be darned. The Gordita crunch, chalupa, and tacos I received on Monday night were as holy as Westminister Abby, and well exceeded my expectations. I also asked for some pretty "extra" customized things on my items due to personal dietary restrictions and they followed them to a T.

Very excited Taco Bells are coming back to the UK! Good value, however on this instance, the staff seemed very disorganized and the service was slow. I ordered take away and when I got home one of my four tacos was incorrect. It was still delicious and I'll likely be back, but there is some room for improvement.

It was nothing special. The meat has no form of seasoning or onions and peppers and tomatoes within in. Simply plain meat with sauces and salad. The Nachos were drowning in their bright yellow fake cheese, it's much too much. Everything gets drowned in that yellow stuff!! If you're used to good food, Taco Bell is not it, it's for people with no tastesbuds. The price however is amazing, very reasonable.

This place is great. Nice staff, enough seating, charging pods, bathroom. It’s also clean and affordable. The portion sizes are good and the meal deal offers aren’t pricy. I liked their quesadillas and churros. You can put your drink in yourself and order from a machine or the counter. It’s a big packed as the place is small but there’s enough seating. I’d recommend to give this a try, it’s a nice alternative to others fast food branches you can get everywhere. Paid £14 for 2.

You just got to love Taco Bell. It’s definitely our favourite. Not for delivery tho. Every time we ordered the food was cold and something was missing for some reason. We're regulars here! They know what I'm going to order when they see me, they're very quick to make the food, and are willing to make everything vegetarian to suit my diet. Highly recommend the double cheesy black bean burrito with fire sauce!

First time to eat at Taco Bell and it was great! For common price at crowded place you got large meal, that fills you for hours. Fantastic tacos and meat filled burritos with a side of seasoned fries are more than enough for regular male eater like me. Staff was very friendly and helpful, only con were toilets, which are not separated and you have only one for the whole restaurant. Would recommend!

I love that this place has finally come over from the the US. I find all the burritos, tacos and quesadillas 🌯 to be the most delicious in London in terms of taste but but of course this is like the McDonald's of Mexican food and so obviously some other places will have better quality ingredients. The only thing I would change is, for the delivery I would package the drink separately so that other items like the tacos do not get wet or soggy at all.

Whilst the food is okay it's amazing how inconsistent the staff are at being able to read your digital order and fulfill it successfully. Spicy chicken burrito filled with pork instead, missing sauce pots, missing drinks and these are all on different visits and some repeat issues. I've been several times and am yet to have a meal fulfilled as intended. But at least when you get what you wanted it tastes fine.

Went to Taco Bell today with my friend and the service was immaculate. I was served by a young man called Micheal and his customer service wss.excellent. If I could put him forward for an award I would. He was well mannered and it is because of him I will be coming to Taco Bell every week.

No complaints about the restaurant or its staff per se; the place is modern and clean, and the staff were friendly. This was my first time in a Taco Bell and I doubt I'll be back. It's definitely "fast food" - heavily processed, greasy and fairly tasteless. I had the "Volcano Burrito" which seemed to only contain meat and rice, no identifiable beans, veg/salad nor guacamole or salsa. It was rather small and despite having three chillis on the menu I'd describe it as having only a hint of spice. Sorry guys - there's a Whole Foods opposite doing very nice fresh customised burritos for only a bit more money. I'll be sticking with them for now.

I'm pleased to see Taco Bell in the UK like a lot of people. The fast food choice is refreshing and you get unlimited refills of soft drinks. I normally go for the big box meal which has a bit of everything, a wrap, tacos, fries, churros and of course a soft drink. Staff have always been courteous and friendly. Recommended.

Being American having lived in London over 19 years, i was excited to see a taco bell. Not even close to the quality of American ones. French fries?? No no, no, must be either refried beans or potato nuggets. More often than not they don't offer refried beans. Also there's no taco pizza which I love. I told them how to make them, but manager wouldn't help. They're way too skimpy on the cheese and sour cream, cmon you want to sell American fast food, mirror it.

LOVE Taco Bell. Been about 12 times already. Mostly in Hammersmith on King St but this one is no different. Ignore the bad reviews - it's a fast food version of the Mexican cuisine and they've nailed it. No wonder it is so popular in the States! Definitely worth trying guys

Where do I even begin... Taco bell is the promised land. Walking into Taco Bell is like meeting God and having him smack you on arm and greet you like a long lost brother. It's like getting a hug from a million dollars. It's like knowing all the answers to a suprise snap test and the prize being a lifetime in Tahiti all expenses paid. I can provide no menu suggestions other than order every item on the menu at least once. Preferably over multiple visits, but in one go if time is limited. Taco bell also delivers, so you can actually have rays of sunlight delivered to your dingy grief holes thus immediately improving your life and prospects. The best part about Taco Bell is that you'll finally understand true love and gain a deeper understanding of your role in the universe, which is nice. Make sure you take far more sachets of the hot sauce than you require, I personally carry 12 in each pocket to add to the other meals that I require to sustain myself. Currently, my work and personal situation is such that it is not currently feasible to eat at Taco Bell 3 times a day, but I am working on fixing this unbearable state of affairs. Taco Bell if you are reading this, I love and understand you.
