What a fantastic pub!!! Me and my husband absolutely enjoyed the food and drink there. Great selection on the menu, delivered by fantastic, very friendly staff. They took time to chat to us. They were very professional and accommodating. We will definitely be going back to this pub in the future. I highly recommend.

What a fantastic space! The downstairs bar is lovely and had a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were absolutely lovely and the venue itself was stunning! Had no idea what beautiful function rooms they have upstairs...will definitely be booking an event here in the future!

Great pub. In a sea of traditional naval themed pubs, Adrimal's location means it can be easily over looked;a silver lining for any customer to find it as it tends to be a little quieter and easier to grab a table and meal than others. Entrances off the road and from the North East corner of Greenwich Market. 3 cask handles but often only one on post-covid. If you are local and haven been, put some time aside. If. Tourist, great central resting spot that you will still be able to sit in.

Very Nice Pub, just by the market. They've just opened, the crew is lovely. The place is huge on 2 floor for pub and dinning and they forecast to open 7 rooms as hotel. They are dog friendly. And the best, they have Fever Tree Tonic. Looking forward to come back and taste the food.

Although there is much to love about this hotel, I would agree with the review below, that it is a little lacking in warm customer service. This is a shame, particularly when full restaurant and room service is not currently available either. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed the location by the market and beautifully decorated, cosy rooms. On arrival, we politely pointed out an unsightly sticky stain up the entire wall opposite our bed ( a thrown drink?!) asking if it could be cleaned. The manger we spoke to shrugged and declined to put it right saying they had tried. I had no trouble with a wet flannel but was left wondering why we were expected to do this ourselves. Not great.

We had the most wonderful wedding weekend at The Admiral Hardy. It’s a beautiful venue in a stunning part of London, with a relaxed and dedicated staff who made our special day everything we wanted. I would recommend it to anyone for big events in The Clarence Hall or cosy occasions in the pub itself. What a place!

Came here in a impromptue visit during my mums 50th birthday and it was a great decision we made. Drinks was lovely and we decided to have some calamari for a starter and a sausage board which was absolutely amazing ! An array of different sausages on a wooden platter board alongside some onion rings and condiments, one of the greatest finds we have found. Would definitely return again.

Nice place, we had the function room upstairs, which was a nice room with a bar. We were very happy that they were dog friendly, only downside the food was only ok, it wouldn't stop me eating here again just felt a bit unorganised when being served

Perfect place to have a drink with friends, been here many times already! First time was for a X-mas dinner for my team and and whole staff took great care of us! Food is amazing, the burger and fish and chip are the best in Greenwich! Special shout out to the management Anna and Dave, who will make you feel at home and provide you with great service and laughter.

This was our first Sunday lunch out after a long and arduous lockdown - the Admiral Hardy absolutely made it a great one! Their short rib cheeseburger was delightful, plus fish & chips of an excellent quality. Also, we were the awkward party with a newborn, baby, toddler, dog and 5 diners all trying to jam ourselves into a corner - yet the staff were accommodating and awesome to us. We'll be back for sure :)

Great atmosphere, decent beer selection, and they knock up a cracking burger. Manager and staff were polite, accommodating and extremely hard working. Very busy on St Georges day, I would anticipate this to be due to overwhelming popularity. We shall be booking a reservation to return very soon and I would strongly recommend to others.

Apologies to the management, got the wrong pub the first time. The Admiral Hardy was very enjoyable. We were with three kids, the staff was understanding and polite, all was very clean and the glasses had the right temperature for the drinks, thing rarely experienced in a pub.

Best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. I only popped in for a bite to eat and quick pint. Milena, who served my food went above and beyond the call of duty, offering help to charge my phone when she realised I was running low on battery. Her smile genuinely brightened my day, if you ever get to read this. I want to thank you for being such a kind person. Fish and Chips was very nice as well. I’d certainly recommend this bar and would return if I’m ever in the area again.

Booked a one night stay. Room was well appointed, had everything we needed. Very clean and either recently decorated or kept to high standard. Friendly staff. I don't write reviews very often, hardly ever actually, but I feel they deserve one. I stayed at The Admiral Hardy for four nights to attend my daughters graduation ceremony. I have to say, this is one of the best places I've ever stayed in all of England, and I've been over there 50+ times. Rooms were immaculate and I am not kidding -- the water pressure in shower is better than in my own home. The staff was amazing and Dave is a rockstar -- actually walked me to the Covid testing center for my required 2nd day test. Incredible service and I can't say enough. Well done Admiral Hardy, I'll be back for sure.

Stayed in the heart of Greenwich at the Admiral Hardy. What a fantastic experience and a good price. I suggest parking at the Ibis car park for 24 hours for £20. On arrival we were offered a drink from the bar. There are strict guidelines of social distancing and hand sanitizer. Booking form also shows track and trace. Dave was welcoming and a lovely man. He bought in chocolates, Rose's and champagne on request. Chocolates were given with beer free of charge. Stayed in the large master bedroom. The room is lovely. We cannot argue about location or customer service. If you are looking for a quirky stay and want to support local pubs then look no further.

5/5. Came here 23rd to 25th January for my 60th birthday, booked by my wife. Superb place. Management very kindly and thoughtfully put birthday card and box of chocs in room, free of charge. And, because our train was late afternoon, the management were kind enough to store our suitcases for a good few hours. Great view of the Cutty Sark from room 6, which was spotless. Atmosphere brilliant. One door opens directly into the fabulous Greenwich Market. Will definitely return. Food and drink excellent although the wine is quite pricey but found all of the pubs in Greenwich charge high prices for wine. Re previous review: we didn't see £14/£20 per glass; maybe they meant £20 per bottle?

This place has changed a lot in the past 3-4 years. I used to go there for the live music evenings but they seem to stopped doing anymore. Hardy has become a typical student place for their low alcohol prices. It gets really crowded in the evenings mainly with students. I haven't tried their food, however I wouldn't really bother considering the delicious things you can buy in the food market next to it. Overall I wouldn't recommend it, but for a late night drink it's OK

Great pub for the younger crowd. Lots of band posters on the wall give it a more urban feel, which is great to see in Greenwich where it's all traditional pubs. Open later on weekends which is a bonus.

Went in here on a whim as we were passing. The service, food and drinks range were all great. It was very quiet when we arrived but still had a nice feel, aided by some good 90s rock being played, and as it got busier the atmosphere got even better.

Greenwich pubs tend to be a bit lack-lustre, as you'd expect in a tourist venue. The Admiral Hardy wouldn't, therefore, be one of my destination venues, but it's good of its kind, the booze and food are okay and, at the end of a Thames cruise, a decent place to go to before taking the boat back.

Very Camden-esque pub in the heart of Greenwich. Almost every surface is decorated with rock memorabilia and album covers, though no live music the night we was there. On the plus side, it has a late license; so when the bell rings elsewhere, be sure to head this way.
