Reviews of The Breakfast Club Soho

The line to this place never ends and there's a reason why. They have a nice variety of breakfast foods and they're all done very well. The portions are huge so it's hard to finish it all, but it's so delicious that you want to eat more than you can. The beetle juice was very nice and refreshing. I had the veggie English breakfast and my wife tried the veggie American breakfast. Both were very recommended.
P. X.
The interior is really cute, small and cozy ✨ service was great as the staff were down to earth and cool. Food came super fast so was impressed. The size was huge (although I had the all American) but the food itself, I was really underwhelmed and disappointed as my only favorite thing I had was the pancake, salted caramel shake and potatoes, the French toast was too egg and soggy with not much flavor the egg wasn't up to par and the rest was just OK. The price was fair happy with that. Overall experience was a 6/10. Maybe if I try another location it might be different but I don't think I want to.

The wait outside is like 40 minutes till you enter. The American breakfast was terrific and service was good. The inside is a little dim lighted but you are able to read the menu. Parking can be tricky so get there early. This is a local landmark favorite and many tourists come as well. The tables are a little small but cozy. Not very expensive on the wallet either. If your in the area and are interested in something unique, well this is the spot.

Great friendly staff. Good situation. Did not have to wait and we were seated away from door straight away. Good selection of food. Don't come here if you are on a diet!!
Good selection of drinks.
Food is more than sufficient quantity wise , it beat me as couldn't finish it.
Staff offer takeaway boxes for leftovers which is worthwhile knowing due to the size of the portions.
Pancakes were nice but did need the maple syrup as a little dry (as I am a fussy about pancakes) but with the extras and maple syrup was delicious.
Staff were very good with customers, especially the few that think the world revolves around them. So well done, great place.will come again.

I’ve visited twice now and the food is sssooo good.
The pancakes are the best I’ve had.
It did take a while to get our food but it’s hot a fresh so no complaints really.
Only downside is the tables are very close together so you can hear the conversations going on around you.

Very nice restaurant to have a tasty breakfast in London . It has a colourful design and lovely music!!
Went there with my wife and had The all American, egg Benedict and pancakes & berries . All were yummy!!!!!
You should go there and have a go !!
D. P.
Didn’t care for the pancakes. Very dense and heavy. I prefer light and fluffy, so it’s a bit subjective. In hindsight I should have ordered something different which was the ‘bacon, egg, cheese mclovin.’ Two pancakes stuffed with bacon, hash browns and cheese. Real maple syrup though 😉
D. D.
Better to come earlier in the weekends to avoid waiting for too long.
French toast and the full English breakfast are both good. Hot chocolate is good as well.

Great food and big portion . The service is great and the price is reasonable. This place has indoor and outdoor seating areas

Best Brunch In London Period! What a wonderful experience ate here right before COVID! I miss it! Can’t wait to get back to London! This was beautiful Food!

Good location and service by the staff was excellent. Very busy cafe though. Tried famous for their pancakes which is awesome!

Good location and service by the staff was excellent. Very busy cafe though . The food was average . Popular place for insta pictures.
They are famous for their pancakes also do try the smoothies .

Was worth the 30 mins wait to be seated. Staff were friendly and food served quickly. Best to book a table in advance if you have a timetable to follow. I had the French toast with bananas and pecans, delicious.

Had to meet up with a friend in soho so I thought why not have breakfast while waiting… searched breakfast near me and the breakfast club soho popped up ( 3 minutes walk ) from where I was so I thought why not? Got there only to see a queue I was wondering for breakfast???? I was intrigued to see why and as I waited more people even joined. Waited almost half an hour or more and when we finally got in and ordered my food came and Lord! I was in love even before I tasted it. The most delicious scrambled eggs ever! They were as yellow as the sun! The waitress said it was an organic egg but whoever is supplying those please don’t stop! I must comment the chef! The meal time wasn’t long at all and it was absolutely tasty! It’s just Toast and scrambled eggs I know but this is the best I’ve had! You should totally try it out if you’re ever in soho london. Cheers x

Not a fan of the gravy/sauce I got on the side and the fried chicken was a little burnt, but apart from that it was very good and filling!
R. K.
Pretty good for the price point. Pancakes were fluffy and portion is relatively big. Go early because there tends to be a queue.
H.
I’ve ordered to my home and
Still very good quality!
Ciabatta was nicely crunch outside and soft inside.
All the ingredients were nicely combination!
Á. A.
Had higher expectations. The food wasn't specially good and it was quite pricy for what you get, maybe we didn't order properly so will give it another chance and update the review accordingly but for now, I wouldn't recommend it considering the options you have in the area
I. M.
Fantastically indulgent breakfasts, can highly recommend the French Toast, whilst my partner raved about the McLovin. Friendly, attentive staff and very quick service left us well impressed.
Arrive early - by 10.40 a queue had formed outside!
G. T.
Definitely worth the queue! I had Posh Eggs and Breakfast Deluxe. Hope to try more of the dishes!
J. P.
The only thing really dropping the star to 4 is the slight over-concentration on the food presentation, rather than taste or practicality. I say this as I ordered the breakfast burrito, which comes with cheese. I wouldn’t know there was any cheese though as they melt it directly onto the tinfoil it comes wrapped in, meaning it sticks and makes both unwrapping it challenging and stops you getting the actual food.
The seating area is a tad cramped but each to their own on that one. It’s a cafe at the end of the day and I guess it’s somewhat expected.
Staff very friendly and helpful and the food, whilst missing the mark on the above, is nice.
M. O.
I've been to this cafe several times and have never been disappointed, however yesterday could have been different! I ordered an All American Classic and Coffee (as you do). As I waited for my food and coffee I realized that half an hour has gone and still nothing. A waitress come up to me and asked if I was still waiting. She then went off and a few minutes later she appeared with my food and coffee. My eggs fried not scrambled as asked, these were soon replaced. When I asked for the bill I was told it was on the house as it was their mistake. I give The Breakfast Club Five Stars as they care for good customer service, the food was nice as well.
A. L.
Our experience was absolutely perfect.
As a french, i used to think my country knew how to make breakfast.
Turns out i was wrong.
THIS is the right way to eat breakfast.
Perfect food.
Very nice and smiling staff
If you are the kind of people who doesn't eat breakfast : prepare to see your world turned upside down. And as it happens sometimes when it does, it's going to be a good thing.
C. A.
Consistently good food. I can't help but order their full english because its so good and filling. Their milkshakes are delicious too. Only note: try and go week days and expect around 20 min wait outside!
R. S.
I didn't find anything special (Breakfast),
Just the pancake was Great.
N.
I have been waiting almost for 40 minutes. However, it definitely deserved it
I have ordered tow delicious dishes
One of them was THE CLUB BURRITO. It is really tasted good
the second was AVOCADO, EGG & CHEESE good but not much as the first one
In the end we have ordered BANANA & PECAN FRENCH TOAST. It was not that bad
T.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is a great little place if you’re looking for a decent breakfast in central London. The food was very good, portions were big and overall good value, compared to other places nearby. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend going early to avoid the queues.
A.
Really enjoyed the American breakfast we had today. I recommend this place and it was recommended to me too! Lovely large breakfast that kept us full all day. We qued for about 15mins to get in. Nice place inside and the staff were all lovely.
G. D.
Haven't been for quite a while but they still serve dome of the best breakfast in London. Had an all American breakfast with top notch bacon and great home potatoes. Too bad my favourite smoothie (return of the Red Eye) is not on the menu anymore but there were suitable replacement! Highly recommended
O. A.
Breakfast America + uk all together
Is was soo fun the place gave great atmosphere
Go eat have fun !
D. T. K.
Took my friends from across the pond. Earned brownie points and I'm their man for recommendations. My friend got a free breakfast club shirt too! In the pic, you can gorge your jealous eyes on a full monty, veggie Reggie and Benedict eggs. The hospitality is incredibly good and accomodating.
J. G.
Fabulous choice of fabulous food. A fair wait to get in, but so worth it! My pancakes and bacon were great, and extra maple syrup was produced on request! The coffee is excellent, too.
R.
What a great breakfast spot. We are visiting from the states and we rather enjoyed the delicious breakfast options. I would highly recommend
L. “. H. H. M.
Sandwich looked beautiful, but other than the bread and avocado I was quite disappointed. It just wasn't what I expected maybe. They must have been busy- delivery took quite awhile..she was friendly though...
V.
Not far from Oxford Street but somewhere that you'd need to be looking for to find it. Great choice of breakfasts but quite expensive - nearly £15 for pancakes. The staff are really friendly though and the food is good.
A. A.
The place is small, no fancy interiors but packed. We went there on the Saturday morning and there was a queue. We waited over 45 minutes but it was worth the wait. The food is amazing and nominal priced, comes quickly after the order. The staff is lovely. The hot chocolate with marshmallows and pancakes with berries are delicious. Quite big portions. Would definitely recommend the place. They charge 12.5% optional service charge.
L. T.
It was okay. Dont get the bacon butty "sandwich". It was super dry and almost inedible. The bread really tore up the roof of my mouth lol. The Full Monty was good and the green smoothie was delicious too.

Thoughts 💭
Thick, crunchy bacon, a perfectly runny egg and the hash browns were 🤤 the pancakes were pretty average but the toppings really carried them perfectly.
C. F.
Been 2 years since the last visit and it tastes as good now as it did then!
A. N.
Lovely brunch option in Soho.
FOOD: Great options including veggie and vegan. Portions are great and overall delicious food. The pancakes were to die for.
Decor/Ambience: Rusty chic. Can get a bit loud. The toilets are awful especially given current times they do need to work on cleanliness and overall maintenance.
Service: The service is slow and a bit dry. I would give it 2 stars.
A. D.
Classic American breakfast place with delicious coffees and huge fluffy pancakes. Super friendly staff. Be aware that you cannot book in advance and the queue outside can get very long especially on weekends.
J. R.
It's good if you find a quiet time without a queue. Suggest not ordering the chicken and French toast - chicken, sour cream and maple syrup does not work!
J. P. S.
We waited 45 minutes in line on a chilly Sunday morning mid January to eat here. We were almost dissuaded from leaving but the servers would come out and give hot chocolate to all the people that were in line to get in. Once we got inside the service was very good, the waiter was attentive and tried to help us choose what we hoped to be a "quintessential" British breakfast. The food was tasty, and the server was helpful, and we were not pressured to finish quickly despite the queue of people waiting outside.
C. C.
This place is famous for their perfect pancakes tower and this is exactly what you get after queuing for 30-40 min outside! They were delicious! However, all the rest of menu is very good (try also the pulled pork buns) but not so special to justify the queue outside. Stay away from the espresso!!!
The prices are average. The staff very welcoming!! Toilet are downstairs.
A. T.
Great breakfast and great service! It is a small place with around 20 seats. We've queue up for an hour to be seated. The staff will inform the customers how long it have to be waited. As it was raining and a bit cold outside, the staff even prepared small cups of chocolate for the queues.
The food and juice was good! And worth the price and time for queuing up! 👍🏻
S. M.
Excellent service. Very long wait time (45m mid week for us). Great coffee! Pastries in breakfasts were rather dry (both Pancakes and Muffin) and poached eggs were not running at all which was quite disappointing. Definitely mouth watering appearance but it didn’t blow my mind as I had hoped.
W. C.
One word to describe - delicious ! I came with my family and we all ordered different stuff. I had the Full Monty as my main and get to try the following ; The All American, Egg Royale, Pancake and bacon. 😋😋😋. Be prepared to queue even when we were there at 10am.
P. B.
I love this little place! It’s worth standing in line for. Great pancakes and excellent service!
C. P.
Visited here on a Saturday morning. Had to queue for about 10 minutes and we booked a week in advance. I would recommend booking because otherwise you will have to wait around half an hour. Food was really tasty and the staff were quite friendly. I would definitely recommend for breakfast!
U.
Im not sure how I can express the whirlwind of emotions my mouth went through throughout the whole time I was eating the chicken and waffles. Incredible. It took a while to arrive, but the freshness of the waffles and flavour of each bite was worth it. Always a chill atmosphere and friendly staff. Very good portions
M. R.
First of all, it's located in the heart of London Soho. Very close to Piccadilly circus tube station. Yummy breakfast, the queue says it all. I love their grilled cheese toastie. Really well made. And coffee is just perfect. The eggs are always well cooked whatever they are. Friendly staff, cozy place.
A. A.
Had a good experience here to be honest , didn’t need to wait long to get a seat ,
The place is tight so it is what it is ! You practically sit beside strangers ...
Food is lovely, excellent presentation tasty fresh ingredients and servers are lovely to conversate with. If your around and need good hearty breakfast head to this spot
M. A.
Visited for Pancake 🥞 Day 2020. Understandably there was a queue to get in. We waited patiently in the cold and then had the people behind us taken in first because they had more people and we were only 2. Wasn’t impressed at that. Delicious pancakes and beautifully presented but felt we didn’t get a consistent portion when looking at other people’s stacks coming out. Don’t order the tea - £2.50 for a tea bag.
A. A.
Alot of people rave about this place, i came here perhaps 5 years ago where the menu was limited. Recently came back with a vegan and was a little dubious however they loved their Full vegan meal!
I ordered the salt beef sandwich and salad and it was lovely. Not as god as the begals on brick lane or as cheap at £9.95
Service us quite slow. We arrived 3pm so we got seated without a queue. Very loud atmosphere, buxe 80's music, probably not good for a date or big groups.
V. B.
We may have had to queue for 40min but it was worth it. When the food arrived. Smokey Joe's next door sent their host out to try and tempt the queue to save time and eat and theirs but it didn't work. The queue wrapped around the corner and everyone was content to wait.
There isn't much space inside but the servers work hard to turn the tables as quickly as possible. There is only one toilet and it is downstairs. Seating is tight so if you don't like to share then I would save the wait.
The food is wholesome, well cooked and reasonable price for the portion compared with many London restaurants.
I had the green is good smoothie (well recommended) and my friend the flat white. To eat I had the full monty complete with black pudding and poached eggs. My friend had the all American pancake stack topped with bacon, banana and syrup.
a. m.
Interior decoration is simple but wonderful. You have to get there early if you want to have breakfast before 9 am otherwise, you will have to queue! Every plate is tasteful and served generously (good quantity). Beverages are also awsome... They charge you like 12% for service. Price are a little abusive but the place is worth it. Great music also
A. W.
Big big portions. Friendly and fast service. No coffee available when I was there because the machine broke down. Horrors! ;) I would not wait in a queue. Ambiance and cleanliness mediocre.
Tip: Arrive early to avoid standing in line.
J. A. L.
The portion food is great, super tasty, friendly staff and the place is great and cozy. The coffee was delicious. I would recommend to book in advance, otherwise you will have to queue. Definitely, I will come back!
T. C. O. N.
You cannot beat a good breakfast in the morning! Warning you will be lining up unless you arrive very early keep in mind they open at 8am. Atmosphere chill relax, friendly hard working staff.
P. B.
I absolutely love the breakfast club. For pancake sunday, we ordered their vegan all american. It is very good and filling and has a varitely of breakfast/brunch items that you can try. The no contact delivery is very efficient and our food arrived in time :)
V.
just another cafe which serves breakfast across the board from other countries. not worth to q and wait although the line moves quite fast. service is good with friendly staff. had the egg holande with salmon, taste pretty good. pricing between 5-10£
F. A.
Shakshuka and ranchero dishes were average. Other dishes tried before were better. Great coffee and juices though. There is almost always a waiting line during the day.
R.
Not only one of my favourite breakfast spots, but also one of my favourite pancake spots. Their pancakes are so fluffy with lots of cream and berries, basically everything good in life served in a plate lol. I should warn, during weekends the queue can get a bit too much and you cannot book in advance this is the only downside.
I. B.
It was amazing! We ate so well and the staff was so nice and funny. It was a lovely meal. The wait to get in was long though. Took us about 45 minutes to be seated
G. V.
They have both, filling and fatty food as well as many healthy choices. I choose salmon egg benedict on roasted butternut squash and fruits. Very tasty and healthy. Their cold press juices are also great. The dessert wasn't amazing though. A bit cold inside but very trendy and cozy, and staff are very friendly.
E. S.
Amazing menu and food, laid back atmosphere, and friendly wait staff. The line was SUPER long though (we waited an hour). Perfect spot for a laid-back day with no plans, so make sure you come with your expectations set accordingly. We also shared a table with another group, which we didn’t mind, so be prepared for a dining experience all about the food and vibe!
M. J.
A very good choice for breakfast in London.
Get here early to avoid queues as its a small, cosy room.
The pancakes are in a league of their own, so good I haven't had the chance to try other menu items as I keep ordering them!
On our most recent visit, our server forgot to take our order so we were waiting quite a while after everyone else had been served. (That's impressive as there is only like 10 tables in the place!) To be fair food came out quickly once we flagged down our server to take our order.
Overall, the experience itself was nice and I would recommend other people to visit if they are visiting London.
I was a little annoyed that we were charged the usual London discretionary tip after such slow service, didn't want to make a fuss so we paid it (the food was really good, which made it seem a bit more deserved)
Didn't think much of the hot chocolate, im sure the coffee would be a better choice next time.
B. M.
Nice dish, friendly staff
I. L.
I’ve been in this place three years ago. The food was nice and the staffs were amazing at that time. But things were quite different a few days ago. The food was still decently good, but a staff was very rude. Their service was slow, considering that we have to wait for about an hour to get in. They do not even respond or check our table while I was staring at them quite a while. And the staff just took our money without saying that we’ll get the change, so we had no idea we can get the change back or they just took it for tip. So I just went to counter to ask “can I get the change”, but they only complained to me why I am so in rush. Well, I already spent over 2 hours here, time was flowing and my holiday was running to its end. I know the staffs are busy, but I think that should not be a customer’s consideration.
Anyway I have to admit that the food was really nice.
E. R.
Great place to go for brunch. Portions are pretty big and very filling. Staff are really nice too. The price does seem a little steep but it's the queue outside that is he biggest letdown. Nonetheless, amazing place to eat and highly recommend!
c. W.
Very delicious, good service. But you may need to wait more than one hour if you come after 10:30 a.m. because this restaurant is so popular. I came there twice. I waited around an hour in both experience.
p. k.
good place to eat breakfast. but it quite busy line. if you dont like to wait long time. plz come before noon.
food it good taste. you can choose American or British style.
need 2 try if you travel at London, Uk
V. A.
My favorite breakfast in the world is the berries pancakes from "The Breakfast Club"! Good service and friendly stuff make you want to come back again and again.
J. L.
Portions are huge!! Cafe easy to find due to its bright yellow exterior. Near to Oxford Street just need to use Google maps to navigate your way through the various alleys. Prices are reasonable. The staff are very attentive occasionally giving away free cuppa teas or even plates of dessert to customers and hot beverages to those waiting in the cold outside the cafe. Seating was a lil squeezy so be prepared to share your table if it gets too crowded. Will definitely be back for breakfast!
H. Z.
Long queue but food was great, had lovely pancakes stack with Berries and cream and hash brown was die for crispy from outside and crumbles in your mouth as soon as you bite into it.
A. S.
Great food and friendly service that lives up to the hype. I arrived just as they opened at 8 am for breakfast. There was a small line, but I was seated quickly. I had the banana granola and yogurt and would never have expected it to be as delicious as it was. Wow! Every dish that went past looked amazing. Go early to avoid long lines and you won't be disappointed.
조.
Nice and cosy place
The menu full monty is large amount of food.
The pancakes and berries are very sweet and the cream on the pancake is so delicious.
C. G.
Best breakfast in London, the huge queue outside won’t get me wrong. Famous for their delicious blueberry pancakes with all the maple syrup you ask (£9.50), and Huevos Rancheros breakfast with avocado (£10.50). We also had a hot chocolate (£5.25)
L. s.
Cool Place, Delicious food , had to wait for 30 minute outside in line to get in, friendly staff .
was worth it ! the pancakes are a must try !!
L. P.
Ok, instagram hype means queuing for a table. Great food, great service, French toast could be a little crispier. All in all, loved the good vibe and not forgetting music.
A. W.
Amazing ! Definitely worth waiting in the alley way in the rain for. The service was excellent, staff very friendly and efficient. Food was lovely.
K. A.
The place isn't that big so more likely than not you'll have to queue to get a seat in the restaurant. I would say we didn't wait longer than 30mins.
Service is friendly and the food is good. Have to say the portions are quite large. So best not to over order.
C. S.
They usually have a small queue but the wait is not really long. The ambience is nice and food is not bad either. Chicken was quite good!
K. P.
This is 100% a tourist trap and you'll be queuing for at least an hour BUT the food is really good. I had the vegan bubble and squeak, which they kindly made even though it was not on the weekend menu. Great staff, lovely food and nice atmosphere (once you make it through the door)
W. T.
"Nothing short of the ordinary. How did the hype came about?" Visited with a group of friends and this was our common opinion.
Positives:
1. Very friendly and helpful staff
2. Portions served were big
3. Place and crockery were tastefully decorated
Negatives:
A. The food. We ate "All American", "Burger", "Smoked salmon + scrambled eggs sandwich" and ordered a "hot chocolate". The food and taste was pretty ordinary like something you could do at home or get it from some New York food truck. The pancakes were really just pancakes and the maple syrup were just maple syrup. The scrambled eggs, is just scrambled eggs. Having the breakfast here is as good as having a Macdonald's breakfast set.
B. The price. Because that the food was ordinary, we felt that the food has been overpriced. If you head on to Sainsbury's or Tesco, you could get all the ingredients for the food at a fifth of the price.
Will definitely not visit this place again. Not because their service was bad, but because their food was really ordinary and overpriced.
Given the hype, I doubt that my review will make any difference to the crowd outside. If there are others as disappointed as we were. Do leave a review too. Cheers.
C. M.
Bright yellow decor, great music, great food and staff, would definitely eat there again.
K.
Everyone seems to love this place, but after waiting in line for over an hour, I was disappointed. Because it was so busy the service wasn't the best, food was delayed and overall would not recommend.
K. V.
Very friendly staff, authentic food and portions are a good size. The place is a little bit small, but cozy. Would come back anytime here.
L. M.
I absolutely LOVE the disco hash from The Breakfast Club. Surprisingly the Disco Hash from the Breakfast Club in Angel doesn’t taste the same as this one. Their hot chocolate is expensive but so tasty! I definitely recommend the Soho one!
彭.
We’ve had a good afternoon tea here. The desserts are really wonderful! They are not too sweet, with the rich flavor of milk, making the taste perfect.
J. A.
Visited sunday morning 8:15am, Cafe already full.
But waiting was just 20min :) Pankes with berries are great with Iced coffee. But egg benedict was not so good. Over boiled eggs... Except this breakfast was nice:)
C. G.
Amazing food. Waffles and huevos rancheros are to die for. Place looks a bit messy (e.g. hoover left in the open. Cmon guys, sort it out!). Try and get in early! Aka before 9 or at 9 on the dot, otherwise you're looking at a queue of at least 20-30 min unless you're lucky
L. C.
The perfect fry-up! Join the club you won't regret it.
M. H.
Lovely breakfast and great service. Arrived 8am (half an hour after opening), 1 couple in front, waited 20mins for table, but regular updates from staff who kept popping out to check we were okay, check the queue and update everyone. Cabbie's breakfast was ideal (£7.50 / fully featured / no swaps / but comes on smaller plate than expected - but no complaints). Americano £2.75 on top.
J. U.
Good service & quality ingredients let down by execution. Felt like food had been precooked and then plated last minute, including the eggs (!). Not the end of the world if done well, but in this case it meant slightly cold and dry pancakes and French toast. Burrito was lava hot in some places (in particular the eggs- which were rubbery) which made us suspect it had been microwaved!? Saw another table getting much puffier and less yellow pancakes - perhaps got lucky with a new batch?
N. L. V. S.
Lovely environment, very warm and friendly staff, lots of vegan options, huge portions. Overall amazing vibes
L. B.
Great food here! Went for brunch on a weekday and got seated instantly without booking, have seen that it can get extremely busy at times though so plan ahead.
Service was quick and friendly and we didn't feel rushed to eat and leave like some brunch places do.
S. L.
Didn't went in as ut would be a too long time queuing on sunday 11:30.
B. O.
An absolute gem of a find!
Amazing breakfast, great selection. Wonderful staff, made my birthday very special.
T. F.
Queued for about 20 minutes to get in and eventually got a table sat outside (the sun was shining so had no issues with this). From then on the service was prompt, attentive and friendly. I had the disco hash with added halloumi and chorizo. Absolutely delicious! My partner had the berry pancakes which were equally as tasty. They even made me a mocha which was not on the menu but were more than happy to make for me after I requested one. Top service and a must visit when you're in the capital!
E. D.
The breakfast club is the right place if you want to eat British breakfast or some pancakes in the afternoon! Of course, they have a lot more to offer than that. Not to mention the great location and friendly staff. I totally recommend it!
A. G.
The staff is quick and efficient and the food is tasty. Try getting the eggs benedict with a waffle instead of a muffin. Get there early to make sure you don't have to wait.
A. I.
We were seated after a short 20 minute wait. We ordered two full English breakfasts and two cups of tea. The tea arrived around 20 minutes before the breakfast, so it was half drunk and almost cold by the time we ate. I think it would be better to serve hot drinks with the food, or ask. The breakfast was nice, however the beans and mushrooms were cold. The bacon was slightly undercooked for my liking and the toast didn't have any butter. The black pudding, sausage, potatoes and hash browns were very tasty. I would get something else next time. Staff were really nice and helpful. I was a little bit disappointed with the food.
L. L.
American style breakfast. The food is very average. Normal food that you can eat anywhere in America. Don’t understand why it always have a long line. And it’s so crowded that you have no where to put your jacket!!!!
S. L.
Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Had all day breakfast for dinner but tasted kind of stale maybe the food is fresher at daytime.
B. M.
Downside was having to wait for almost 2 hours (Sunday brunch time), but the food was so so good, the staff were absolutely lovely and the decor was cool.
R. K. (.
Be prepared for the long wait. We came here for brunch and there was already a line waiting outside the restaurant. It's not very large of a space inside so I can see why, but it's worth trying!
We had the avocado toast, and the full monty. Both were really good, but of course I love me some avocados! Aside from that we had ordered juices which were tasty as well.
Decor: Hipster vibe
Service: Quick and attentive
Food: Great
Overall, will come again!
H. M. A. B.
We’ve been waiting for long time. Lost a star because such along time for the table, The food is excellent try their pancakes and berries so yummy
M. M.
If you want to enjoy a great all-day breakfast this is for sure a good place. The food quality is great. But be ready, you'll have to line up waiting almost for sure, minimum 40 minutes !!
i. c.
Nice place, good music.
30 min waiting time.
Food was nice but a bit dry.
L. R.
I went to the breakfast club a Monday. Veeery long time waiting outside, I was with a friend who has already been here, she knew how good it was so we waited.
Once inside, the people are all very friendly and nice.
The food is so good indeed!
But the restaurant is so noisy! The music is too loud so people talk loud too, it was hard to stay.
So if you just want great food and don't mind the rest, you can go to the breakfast club! If you do mind the rest, go somewhere else, London is full of nice places.
i. s.
Small breakfast venue, gets very busy. Food and service were OK. Food could have been a bit warmer though.
N.
Great breakfast and service. Que can be quite long wait but worth it 👍🏻
A. A.
The food was really good and the portions were really big. But every time I go there is a queue outside which means you have to wait up to 30 minutes. The service provided was not that good and you're forced to pay service charge for poor service.
J. H.
Such a great place, I could spent hours in there. Plus the pancakes are incredible!
C.
You can tell from the picture, it's alright, nice food, but nothing game changing. It's alittle too popular as well, so service will understandably be compromised.
P. T.
This place is everything it advertises.
Want a traditional full English breakfast served by a trendy staff? This is the place to go. As a tourist it gave me an amazing Brit experience, but more often than not it is actually packed with locals which goes to show that this place is the real deal.
Do make sure to show up at the opening our. I showed up slightly earlier since I had to catch a flight and a couple was already waiting in line. By the time the place opened it had a crazy crowd. Worth the wait though!
J.
Very nice place, big quantities and good quality
D. K.
Nice staff and good menu. I got the All American and orange juice. The orange juice tasted fresh squeezed and was very good. The potatoes were cooked well. I ordered the eggs over medium and they were actually cooked over medium. Most places struggle cooking eggs over medium. One star off for the pancakes. They were not good at all. Very flat and very, very dry.
Beware, there seems to always be a long wait. I arrived just before they opened at 8:00 on a Saturday and there was already a long wait.
s. k.
A bit expensive but good breakfast choice and tasty
H. G.
Really enjoyed the coffee but not the mains (Eggs Royale). Queued for an hour (lucky if you able to get in without queuing) before able to get in. Staff was really nice and gave us free pancake. The place was a bit small. Pancake and coffee might be the best combination to have here.
K. C.
The pancake & berries and vanilla cream is super delicious. The service is good, even it's so busy they are always with smiling face.
D. C. P.
Arrived at 9am on a Thursday and went straight in. Wonderful people, great atmosphere and very yummy food! There was a little queue outside of a few couples as we left so I guess anytime before 10am is good
T. Y.
Line outside the door before their opening, I was excited about the breakfast but underwhelmed by the quality of my meal. It is more about quantity than quality.
c. p. s.
I have been coming here for years but the menu has been changed and reduced considerably over the past year. With the happy hour and only serving drinks from 8pm it feels it's starting to feel more of a pub than a diner. Still, food is delicious and the staff are always super friendly!
L.
Brilliant place to eat! The menu is fabulous and can't wait to come back to try more!
V. B.
Breakfast club never disappoints! Yummy pancake brunch
R. M.
Friendly staff, delicious food and fun vibe. Cocktails are great too! Good if you have any dietary requirements, staff are very helpful. They also have a great waiting list system which sends a notification to your phone when your table’s ready - we only had to wait for about 20 minutes at peak time on a Sunday.
K. C.
One of the most famous place for breakfast in town. English breakfast dish here is very good!
K. A.
Three stars for the great friendly staff .
Avocado with feta was over matured and soggy , cappuccino was not bad not good .
M. S.
Amazing service and good was great. I initially asked for the butternut Shakshuka but the waited apologised as it wasn't available. Got the fishcake florentine wish was really tasty. Would definitely go back again even just for the service
E. S.
Good place for English breakfast. I recommend eating in. I got take away and I think it would be better if served on a plate.
D. K.
The food is really tasty and I definitely recommend pancakes with bacon and the all american! The service is really good and fast and all waitors are very pleasant. One should go there very early though because the later you arrive, the longer you have to wait at the que which usually gets very big especially on weekends. But at the end of the day it's so worth the wait!
S. H.
Cozy little place with nice staff. Had a delicious english breakfast, however the Slow Boy juice felt very ‘watery’ and didn’t taste of much.
j. e.
Still don’t understand why is so so popular. The food is ok, service most time ok. Overall is only ok
D. L.
The ultimate breakfast place. Delicious food, great vibes and such an amazing decoration.
The special meals are highly recommend.
H. P.
Stumbled upon here whilst on a visit to London to see Les Miserables. I’ve had the cook book for yonks so it was a pleasant surprise. The cakes are expensive but beautiful. We took a load home for the rest of the family. They were lovely but not quite as good as I’d imagined, or as mine when using their recipes.
I. Ž.
Just one of my fav places to go for Sunday brunch! Probably the most cosiest place which I have ever been to 🌟
Food is delicoooous ! It takes you back to early 90s in America kinda style 🇺🇸
Must try Berry Pancakes! It’s to die for ! Not for sweety person I would highly recommend Huavos Rancheros won’t regret it 🤩
B. T.
Nice food, nice coffee, nice service, worth waiting in line. Try the hotcakes with a bunch of berries, nice to share a bite!
G. v. d. W.
A delight in a sea of very poor breakfasts (mostly in hotels).
Had Avocado on Rye with poached egg & bacon. Was delicious and well portioned. Espresso was flavoursome and aromatic. Staff is friendly and helpful.
W. B.
A good variety of breakfasts to choose, from traditional english to euro/latin fusions. It's not over the top fancy, just solid, honest and delicious. The setting is homey and the staff was on point. Would go there again.
D. G.
I luuuuuv here! My favourite restaurant in Soho. Never let me down 🥰
T. S.
Great place. Great food. You may have to wait a while for a table, but it's all worth it.
Y. T. H.
Good food and the clerks are nice and friendly to help when we needed. Wonderful restaurant to enjoy.
F. M.
LOVE it!! I recommand this restaurant. Perfect for a great breakfast and to start a nice day...be early otherwise you will catch a queue!
S.
Friendly staff and good food
R. H.
Amazing place with amazing food, huge portions and super nice staff! Highly recommend!! (the pancake in the pic is the half size)
A. L.
Friendly stuff, amazing food, really nice environment, brilliant breakfast destination
J. C.
Amazing food and atmosphere. Serving brunch classics and more unusual dishes too, the food is incredible. 100% recommend to anyone after a lovely brunch spot.
H. K.
Amazing food and friendly staff. Loses a star for cleanliness - the bathroom was dirty and they gave me a dirty spoon with my tea.
S. A.
Great little breakfast place. I had the huevos rancheros which was really good. There may be a wait, so come early!
R. M.
Very Nice and delicious breakfast. Fast service and friendly staff.
D. C.
Don’t let the bit of a wait put you off one of the best breakfasts in London.
Fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon and heart attack inducing syrup. Looking forward to the next visit.
R. B.
Sucks to have to queue. But the breakfasts are so good for a comfort good type of meal that will last you until dinner time!
N.
I don’t know about the wait because i went there at 8.30 on a monday and i found immediately a table. Everyone was friendly and the food really great.
R. B.
A bit pricey but very good - Excellent Service
Z.
Waiting time to get us inside was 1 hour and 39 mins! Despite the waiting food was good , prices around 10(+) £ per person .
K. A. K.
My second visit but this time I loved their egg benedict with avocado it was tasty. The worst thing is the waiting it took around an hour and the place is so small.
A. H.
The Elvis Waffle is an underrated, slightly healthier option (greek yogurt instead of vanilla cream), but given that their pancakes are a must-try, have these on your 2nd, 3rd, 4th... nth time back.
M. M.
Nice place to have a good coffee and food, there are many veggie options as well. The prices are not low but the staff is very friendly, we felt like at home.
D. H.
Food is quite varied and hearty, but there is a depth of flavour that is missing.
Wait time wasn't too long and service is good. Coffee, juices and smoothies are well done.
A. S.
Crowded but worth it. Delicious! Go for it! Waiters are nice and friendly, helpful!
V.
Awesome food. Place was fine but it may be crowded at times so be sure to come early or make a reservation. I wasn’t really a fan of their staffs but it wasn’t particularly bad.
A. K.
Very friendly staff and a warm atmosphere, it is a little cramped though.. Google suggested that the store wasn't too busy on Sundays, it is! But the queue wasn't too long 😅
The food overall was lovely, I had a friench toast and fruit side (the fruit side was a little smaller that expected) both were nice!
Definitely worth a visit if you're nearby and need a nice easy breakfast
S. B.
I like Breakfast Clubs, in no small part because I like breakfast. It's my favourite meal of the day.
The Breakfast Club has a tried and tested formula. Make it bo-ho enough to bring in the hipsters, make it reliable enough to bring in the tourists, make it cheap enough to bring in the locals. It's not rocket science, it's just good sense.
Happily, this morning there was no queue, but if you think you're going to rock up at 9:00 and be shown to a table, guess again. Queuing is one of the things you need to accept if you want an honest breakfast served with a touch of humour at an honest price.
The staff at the Soho restaurant are cheerful and efficient. The food and beverages came quickly and when they were meant to be hot, they were. Likewise, if the drinks were intended to be cold, they were chilled enough for the warmth of the restaurant to condense on the glass.
My son thinks The Breakfast Clubs are overrated. Opinions differ. Mine does. In the last 12 hours I've eaten a £50 steak and a £12 vegetarian breakfast. Based on the above, you can readily conclude which I think is overrated.
K. K.
It’s what u would expect from a London cafe. Food is nice but I am slightly disappointed, not cos of the food quality, but perhaps my expectations were a tad too high from all the rave reviews online
A. R.
Food is excellent, the place is small so expect a long waiting.
C. D.
A great place to start the day. The bacon is perfect, but the potatoes were not fully cooked 😕
Try the secret egg society 👍🏻 it is surprisingly good 😍
r.
Waited a good while for a seat at this cozy hole in the wall. Service was friendly and attentive. Food was good all around for those looking for hearty breakfast plates. For an American that was looking for a departure from beans and toast, this did the trick.
C. C.
Really good food and worth the 30min queue outside, however we had to wait another 30 for the food to come, it was really yummy, but would’ve been better if the service was slightly faster :)
G. B.
great food! you should definitely try mac and cheese side. ( spaghetti with cheese). we ordered The all american with mac & cheese and Bbq beans. perfect food
C. S.
Good breakfast but every popular, expect a queue to get in especially on the weekend!
Z.
Worth a trip for breakfast but only if you get there early, the line to get in can get very long and you can't book a table at the weekends.
Be warned: their waitress told me the meat was free range but I can find nothing online to verify this. Stick to their vegetarian/vegan offerings if concerned about animal welfare.
F. N.
Very nice food with a large size of set
I feel happy for the pancake
H. G.
nice place, a little small and crowded. Greate food so yummy, not a lot of choices for vegetarians. very nice people.
M.
This is an amazing breakfast, the wait is well worth it! Go hungry!
V. L.
The fruit was fresh, and pancakes were great, I also loved milk tea there !
E. C.
Food was nice. Bit crammed in there, felt too close to everyone else - not great with adhd.
y. a.
One of the best place for breakfast in London 🇬🇧
The pancakes is highly recommended 👌🏼
D. M.
Great food as usual but the service is excellent such caring people and the service is A* all staff members have great manner excellent customer service busy times waiting can be around 20-35 mins worth the wait
ל. פ.
Great place! Nice waiters! Good food!
T. L.
Great food, great service, great decor and an interesting menu - if you're seeking an all-day breakfast, this is one of the best in Soho.
f.
Went there at 9, did not have to wait! Pancake was really nice!
F. D.
Delicious (and reasonably priced!) breakfast in a really nice setting and very friendly staff
Z. Z.
Great location, friendly and welcoming staff. Food is so so for the price you're paying.
M.
Such good food! the line was long to get in (30 mins waiting outside) but so worth it!
M. A.
We had a late breakfast here (@ 4:30) it was really amazing, I really recommend it.
P. E.
Delicious food. Had an avocado toast on rye bread. Good service. Long line even at start of the day
A. M.
Service was great. Food was amazing. HUGE portions. Great variety of food especially for those who are vegatarian.
C. C. M.
Would have given 5 star if the service was better.
R. D.
With amazing food and ambience this is probably one of the best all-day breakfast places in London.
C. B. K.
Lovely spot and great service. Some dang crispy bacon and beautifully fried eggs. I'd say the pancakes could use some work but that's mostly because they were ok, and not amazing! The chicken and waffles are top notch, really unique cornflake crust on those.
A. M.
It’s delicious visited it multiple times while I was in vaction in the UK ❤️
A. J.
Yum food worth a visit
L. C.
Really good pancakes! And hot chocolate! Worth the line outside, which is better in the morning hours.
G. B.
I arrived for a late breakfast and was surprised to see quite the queue for 10am in soho. Was almost deterred, but I've waited through longer in SF... and it was quite worth the wait. I went with the Full Monty despite all the other tempting pancakes and egg benedict on offer. A traditional English breakfast which delivered as promised. A wonderful treat, filled for the afternoon of walking the British Museum, meetings and speaking later this afternoon.
While the poached eggs were done well (as is custom here in UK), they were wonderful. The bacon was filled with flavor, but the sausage was one of the best I've ever had. Ordered avocado instead of mushroom, and on the toast with the sausage and roasted tomato... heavenly breakfast. I've joined the club. You should too.
B. S. O.
The food and service were excellent, once we were seated. However, be aware that if you don't come early, you will have to wait. They don't take reservations.
G. M.
You are either there on time or its packed. Great meal selections and I loved the smoothies!
R. R.
Really really delicious food and great service. Lost a star because such a long wait for a table, but it was good value and tasted amazing!
A. R.
Always a pleasure to stop by when I’m in London.
Greats pancakes and breakfast
R. K.
Great service, tasty food. Small restaurant and high demands , you have to wait a lot to have a place. The cost is reasonable
L. L.
Went there mainly for the stacked pancakes. Certainly the best pancakes with homemade whipped cream, topped with fresh berries!
S.
Second time coming here. It's always busy so clearly shows people love it. Staff were lovely. The only thing I'd complain about was the pancakes were on the dry side :)
J. P.
What an awesome experience! The food is amazing and the service is second to none, nothing is to much trouble. We didn't book in advance and so had to wait (outside) for about 25 minutes so next time would book in advance. The only downside for me was the seating was rather cramped although for the small space they maximized the number of tables. A table was also placed in front of the rear fire exit which is a health & safety concern. Other than that what an amazing, awesome experience.
A. R. A.
Great pancakes, but they used to taste much better
D. G.
Great place, nice staff, huge and amazing meals - worth the waiting
v. m.
Amazing food....!! A regular place for good breakfast...!! :)
F. W.
Yummy food for a low price, nice service, good music. And you cab also buy cups and shirts at this cafe. The Breakfast Club good place to eat Breakfast and Sandwiches and drink a good cuppa of tea.
J.
The best full English breakfast in London!
Make sure that you can wake up early enough in order to avoid the long queue😂
C. V.
Definitely worth the queue! Everything we ordered was delicious and came quickly, and the waiters were very attentive even though they were busy.
S. 0.
Tasty and very big portion, usually a queue there.
I.
There was a line but we wanted to know wat the fuzz was about anyway. The staff was nice and service was quite fast. We had the full Monty and all American. The sausages were really good. We really liked the potatoes as well. My partner and i really enjoyed the food. I highly recommend their homemade iced tea which was delicious. There are plenty of choices on the menu. The only reason why i didn't give it 5 stars is because i like my own American pancakes better. Theirs could be a little bit less dry. Also I wouldn't wait in line again but for a first time it was a good experience. Shame that you can't make reservations at every location.
w. t.
Nice cosy place. Great taste. Love to have breakfast there at weekend with my love. reasonable price. What else u need 😉
C. S.
Nice burger, delicious pancakes with chocolate and banana. The staff is good
M. I.
A cosy, lovely place ♡
Perfect for an English breakfast served with a smile ☕
Y.
Reasonable price
Very big portion. 1 is enough for 2 ppl!
M. M. M. A.
This restaurant location in London.
We eat India food not bad.
S. C.
Took 1 hour to get lunch it was nice but I advise you to book
K. L.
If you are ever in London, breakfast club is the place to go to. But if you decide to go. Remember to set you alarm clock and be there by 7:30am. Cause if you are 10-15 minutes late. It definitely gonna be a half to an hour waiting time. That’s how good their breakfast is.
If you have difficulty choosing what breakfast you want. This is going to be a ultimate challenge for you but if you’re never tried a traditional breakfast. Just go for their signature. I promise you won’t regret it one bit.
I will go at least once on a weekend whenever I’m in London.
👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🤤🤤🤤🤤
j. b.
Chock-a-block, shoulder to shoulder noisy 'n animated, 'happening' eatery where the food, service, portions and price are satisfactory if not particularly memorable.
Cheesy, cheerful and crowded but not worth queueing for, for sure.
W.
Went there with my wife after noting 2500 plus reviews. It was a very small place with a 10 minute wait. Staff was nice and helpful, but quite traditional, small place, sitting close to other tables with minimal space, old style steel chairs and tables and no investment at all on decor. Likely this place is a small listed building 😂.
Food was delecious with generous portion.
Y.
I like there posh egg on toast and cheesy garesa fries.
M. S.
Delicious food, excellent service. Recommended 👍
T. S.
Was very underwhelmed by my breakfast. I believe I first ordered pancakes but they were dry and cold. Returned the order and they happily gave me the chicken and waffles, which was pretty good. Thought the food would be much better but the service and vibe knocks this review up a star. Was impressed by the friendly servers and hosts. The music was amazing. I enjoyed dining there. Long wait, however.
L. F.
This is a nifty little hipster/vintage brunch spot. They have a good variety in their choice of food. They include American friendly options (try the All American but ask for crispy bacon) and even some vegetarian dishes. I got the Full Monty which is a classic English breakfast. It was amazing. Their blood pudding was phenomenal. The staff was very attentive and super efficient, it was impressive (I left a good tip and I never tip more than the normal amount). The only con to this place is that it's so tiny yet so popular that there's always a wait. We arrived around 9am on a Monday and were maybe the 4 party in the queue. The staff told us it may take up to an hour but we were seated in 15-20 min (like I said super efficient staff). Another plus about this place: the prices were pretty fair! I thought it'd break the bank because its so popular but our dishes were £10-11 and that definitely filled us up. The portions were NOT small. I loved this place, I'll probably go back tomorrow!
D. P.
It was a long wait to get in (1 hour on a Sunday afternoon), but well worth it! Fantastic menu selection with some very tasty and different dishes. I got the all American and was blown away. Tasty potatoes and sausage, and the combination of pancakes, bacon and maple syrup was just divine. Big portions that I couldn't even finish, and great drinks to kick. The coffee was very good also. Would definitely recommend going.
G.
Decadence! Great food breakfast style sweet, savoury or combined. Reasonably priced. Avoid peak hours.
K. S.
Great service and food. Though I wouldn't say it's worth the sometimes excessively long wait.
Y. K.
Excellent breakfast with both classic and interesting options.
신.
Excellent taste with good service. Smiling employees are good.
S. K.
Especially loved the staff here 💕
Nice portion, good quality, flawless service 👌🏻
C. L.
Pancakes with Berries. Soft. Sweet. Fresh in a cozy space. Good work.
D. L.
If you come on weekends, come very early or be prepared to queue. A very casual breakfast place. The pancake fried chicken - pancake was nice and thick with a very nice sweetness to it but the fried chicken was a little bit dry. The overall mix of the ingredients made it perfect. Haddock fish pie on its own is a little bit salty but when you wrap it with the vegetable, absolutely perfect. Fries... Oh my... Its just heavenly.
陆.
Nice food and really good coffee. But I wouldn't say it worth an hour of queueing outside.
n. m.
The portion of their breakfast items are massive but I am not going to complain as its very comforting and filling. Love the quirks and style of the whole restaurant. They even have a table that has drawer with loads of letters and memorabilia from the previous diners. I love this place but its too small and can get crowded quickly.
M. L.
I queued for an hour and a half, on the request and high praise of this establishment from a close friend, to get breakfast here. Well, breakfast became brunch, which simply ended up becoming lunch.
So was it worth it?
Well... I guess. The menu here is very appealing and in general, the food lives up to it. I ordered the vegetarian breakfast with pancakes and it was a superb feast. I loved every bite.
I just wish I hadn't had to spend such a chunk of my day sitting in queue to get it.
A. R.
Loved the quirky ambience and the hundreds of little personal messages plastered all over the walls. The breakfast choices are amazing and the portions are massive! Also, must try their absolutely delicious milkshakes. Be prepared for a slightly long wait but the food is well worth it!
C. L.
Nice meals! And the playliste it's very good!

Lovely place. Friendly staff. Food really looks like on pic and it's deliciou. Can't wait to go back!
S. T.
A gem of a cafe tucked away in Soho that was open on a Sunday morning and provided us with great, traditional fried breakfasts at very reasonable prices. Little wonder customers were waiting for tables when we'd finished ours.
K. H.
Quite a small interior with not many seats available. Menu is rather limited albeit tasty.
S. H.
This was a lovely experience. I went in the late afternoon and there was a small queue outside, but I was seated within 15 minutes. I ordered a full English breakfast off the brunch menu and a mug of breakfast tea. For such a busy establishment, the servers were friendly and helpful. The food was cooked perfectly. I tasted my first ever slice of black pudding and was converted instantly. The decor is rustic and cosy. The walls are covered with messages and mementos from previous customers from all around the world. The price was extremely reasonable considering the quality and service, and the fact that the place is in Soho. I'd love to come again and try the pancakes.
K. S. R.
Good customer service is quite a rarity these days. Taking prices into thought, I would have to say the staff offered the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The vibrant quirky atmosphere is well respected by the staff and you can see that through the service they provide. The food was good too. A personal preference of mine which I hold to high regard, is the cleanliness of a restaurant. I would liked for it to be cleaner.
C. S.
I went there for breakfast right as they were opening the doors and ordered the chorizo hash. The poached egg yolk was not runny at all, I was devastated. The waiter asked if everything was good and I told him about the egg, and he brought me a new egg without any fuss! I didn't even ask for a new egg, but he just made it right! Awesome. It was really tasty too, especially after I got my new egg.
T. M.
My five stars is for them doing breakfast proper! The wait deserves 3 stars, but you can't blame them where demand is high. An expansion or move to another bigger place would be ideal.
The food was excellent. They obviously have a lot of passion in what they do.
Ingredients were fresh. The food very close to home. The decor reminds me of coffee shops in Seattle.
Best of all they're open late and serve more than just breakfast.
I had their pancakes & berries along with s. salmon & eggs. Another day their Eggs flor.
No complaints. Quality was very consistent. They have several locations and I think take reservations. A must for a good bite.
N. W.
Great but like any other restaurant in London that comes with a long queue, you need to know what you're getting before you decide to invest the time. I went because I wanted to biggest and most fluffy stack of pancakes I could find in London and the place did not disappoint. Place for a simple but hard to achieve at home breakfast/brunch, not gourmet breakfast.
Y.
My second time here.
All the way from France, this time i bring another foodie with me.
The food was 10/10
Always a hit
A. D.
London breakfast institution. Cheap and cheerful! Great food and really fun place. Expect to queue as that is common but worth the wait if you can!
A. D. M. P.
What an amazing place. We had to wait outside in the cold for 40 minutes but, they offered us cups of tea while we waited. But it was worth the wait. The food was delicious and very generous in portion sizes. The staff are super friendly. Great place definitely recommend.😊🙏
B. M.
The food was great, but the service was better. I was greated with a smile at the front door, and constantly, but not annoyingly, checked on throughout my visit. The hash browns were recommended and amazing, the smoothie was also very very good. The eggs benidict was good, but the sauce was not as tangy as I prefer, but that's a personal choice. I'm looking forward to visiting again the next time I'm in London.
A. C.
Went there 3 days in a row. And took something different each time, but it never failed to amaze me how good the food was, the portions were good to say the least. The taste was incredible and aside from that the prices are really reasonable for London.
Aside from that the service is also very good. The servers are so friendly. Especially that blonde girl with the euphoria inspired make up, and the girl with curly hair.
Yes there is a small waiting time. But it's worth the wait, especially because you never really wait very long because they really got it sorted out about the waiting times, trying to get you a table asap by communicating with their colleagues in the other bc in soho.
All in all. It's a 5star. If you go to London you'll wanna go there!
B. D.
Food overall was pretty damn good. The milkshake was really, really good. Like one of the best I've ever had
Pancakes were pretty dry, but it didn't take away from the meal. The bacon, sausage, and home fries easily made up for it and we're very, very, good. 10/10 would go again.

The line to get into this place can be a bit ridiculous -- even on a weekday during unusual eating times. With that said, the quality and taste of the food is delicious. But if you value your time, it's open for debate on whether or not it's worth the wait.
The menu selection is great and offers some interesting dishes (The Elvis French Toast is a great concoction), and the taste and presentation is top-notch. Seating is tight, since they're trying to cram as much people as they can fit into their small restaurant -- but it's still manageable. The bathrooms on the other hand, are disgusting.
It's definitely worth a try -- as the food will not disappoint.
R. C.
The price is reasonable for its quantity and quality. For 10-16£ you can eat a lot enjoying an awesomely tasteful breakfast anytime of the day. Really recommended. However, in case of going I would recommend to go with time. Seems to have a usual not-unnoticeable queue that you will have to do if you go for a brunch at 12 am, in my case.
J. E.
As always, an excellent meal at the breakfast club. Tried the fried chicken and waffles this time. Was good, the herbs in the chicken were excellent. Wish the waffle had been cooked slightly longer, it was flattened by the chicken.
The salted caramel milkshake... Oh my. Was divine! Really liked the caramel popcorn on top also. Was a shame it came at the end of my meal though.
The bathroom is down steep stairs (if that's an issue for some) and watch your head!
It's a small restaurant so be aware you will most certainly find a very long queue the majority of the day if you don't come before 9:30am or after 4pm.
The restaurant seems a bit cluttered and dirty, time for a spring clean?
C. L.
To be able to get in on a Saturday morning, expect to queue for quite a while! The place is small and cluttered with decorations, the walls are covered in foreign notes, photos and drawings from customers. The staff is friendly and very efficient. I strongly recommend the smoothies! The menu offers a breakfast selection without any major surprises and plenty of safe choices. The breakfast burrito balanced a nice spiciness of the chorizo with the milder flavours of sour cream and guacamole.
H. G.
Great food, worth the wait. The service is impeccable, portions are good. Nice ambience however I don’t recommend going in groups as it’s a small cozy establishment. Gets very busy in the morning, their lunch and dinner menus are just as delicious. Been here a few times, never disappointed.
K. S.
The place is small and no fancy but i liked the atmosphere . We went there on Sunday for brunch and there was a queue. We waited over 40 minutes but it was worth the wait. The food is amazing and nominal priced, comes quickly after the order. A place you have to see!
J. F.
Really good food. Only negative for me was that we were waiting for a table outside for maybe 10-15 minutes or so and then because another table had freed up that was for 4 people and we were just 3, the group after us got in first. Just thought that wasn’t quite right but I guess that’s being picky! Great choice of food and drink and everything was delicious.
S. A.
I had the Avocado egg and cheese sandwich and it was fantastic. The pancake which we order for our kids was average at best.
G. N.
We needed a table for 5 and the place isn't really set up for that. There is only 2 big tables and they kept filling them with 2/3's meaning it took us ages to get a seat. The breakfast was ok. The sausage was absolutely AMAZING, one of the best. The pancakes were a little dry. Not really worth the wait!
B. J.
A great place for a bite and a chat! Be warned though, you will have to wait a while but it's certainly worth it. The interior is intimate but not suffocating, it's an easy place to dine alone or with a friend. The breakfast menu was diverse and accommodating price wise and food wise, I highly recommend the veggie burrito; I eat like a horse and struggled to finish it! The staff were warm, welcoming, attentive, and friendly from the time we waited outside (to let us know how long the wait would be), to when we sat down, there wasn't an air of pretension in sight! Honestly, give it a try at least once, it's definitely somewhere you'll want to go back to.
A. L.
We stopped by on a quiet Monday evening for an early dinner. The interior is rugged and the staff provide appropriately casual service that is warm and friendly. We indulged in a chicken waffle and a double cheese burger. Both were really well done, flavourful and came reasonably promptly. It's not healthy food, but it's certainly delicious.
L. D. C.
The place is close to Oxford Circus and easy to find ... just look for the queue. Expect to wait a good while on busy days. However, it's worth it. The place is decorated in a very cool way and many guests have left notes there. The food is amazing and there are vegan options as well
C. ..
The best breakfast ... go there with your eyes closed. There was some waiting to get a table but it's worth it to be patient ... everything is perfect .. the waiters care about their guests. We were quietly asked if everything was ok .. if we liked the food. So yes yesii and thank you again. What a shame not to have a lot of breakfast in France!
Congratulations!!! We love youuu
T. S.
This place inexplicably always has a queue of tourists outside. The food is fine, nothing spectacular and there are plenty of other brunch spots in the area where you won’t have to wait outside for 45mins that serve better food.
Ultimately, it’s not worth the wait.
O. U.
A time of 2,5 hours waiting for a breakfast describes two things. Breakfasts are great and people crazy.
z. p.
Loved the small setting and amazing service due to a very friendly waitress. Food was fantastic although the breakfast i chose could have been larger (An extra sausage wouldnt have gone amiss because it was so good). The sausage and potatoes were off the scale - would really suggest grabbing the english version of the breakfast regardless. Finished off an amazing breakfast with one of their dessert pancake dishes. One of the best desserts ive had in London. Wont even factor in the 1 hour waiting time as it was on a Saturday lunchtime and the whole experience was well worth it. Really shows how the whole chain gained traction from this small powerhouse of a Soho brunch joint.
j. C.
Waited in line to get a table for about 40 minutes. They seem to have a specific breakfast serve time. one of the tourists spots that tourists won't seem to miss, cause it is located around oxford street and it is not a bad idea to get one of the best breakfast in the central. Fresh ingredients, quick serve, as long as you are fine with the long waiting line, it will be a great start of your day with the good breakfast. See you. (visited here mid 2016)
P. Y. H. (. P.
The food taste very good and the decorations is unique.
K. M.
I don't understand why this place isn't rated higher. All three dishes we got we're exceptional. The pancakes with berries has the most amazing vanilla cream on them. The scrambled eggs were some of the best we've ever had and the beer cheese eggs benedict had the best pulled pork I've had out of the American south (grew up in TX, lived in SC for 4 years). All around great experience. Also, there was a line outside, if that tells you anything. 😊
A. A.
The quality of the ingredients is not the best... But almost all the breakfasts are quite original and tasty! The coffee is good as well.
Bad point? Maybe the music is a bit loud but it's because they want you to finish asap to let more people come in (long queues everyday).
Price for a breakfast and one drink... Around £15.
D. D.
OMG, Well worth the wait.
Super all day brekfast.
Midday the street closes and they put out more tables!
R. A.
Really good food and affordable prices
A. S.
I went to The Breakfast Club for dinner. I had the avacado on eye bread with smoked salmon and an extra egg. It was a bomb! The feta cheese was so fluffy and the egg was perfectly poached. There was an underlying smokiness in every bite that made the food so tasty. It was evident that the food was fresh!
E. (. R.
Food was mediocre at best and very overpriced. Had to ask about our food which took 35 mins to arrive.
s. d.
Good service and friendly staff. The food is reasonably priced and the portions are large. We queued for an hour for a table and the toilets were out of service, customers had to use the pub or coffee shop over the road. The waffle machine was also out of service.
H.
A great breakfast, very delicious food and friendly staff. A must go spot in Soho. Just wish there wasn't such a large queue and long wait for breakfast. It is worth the wait but should really take online bookings to make the experience perfect.
욤.
The quality of the food is okay, but I think it's a bit too overrated. Don't think it's worth an hour of waiting.
G. M.
Get there early to try breakfast in this famous place or you will have to wait outside. Food was ok however it’s not a great experience since you need to eat real fast for the other guests. Once for trying should be enough. Would not return for the food
D. K.
This has by far the best breakfast I have ever had. Get anything with chorizo. Get there early otherwise the wait could be long. We waited outside in the cold for 1 hour. The server gave us absolutely accurate times and checked on the outside crowd every so often. I would wait again to eat here. Its phenomenal. Also the service was great.
A. C.
We went to the Breakfast Club on Southwark and we had an amazing experience. Excellent service, staff and food. This paled in comparison. No water on the table. Loud profanity rap music. Unenthusiastic staff and the food was cold and not cooked as ordered. Will not frequent again. Definitely not worth a two hour wait!
A. M.
Nice restaurant for proper breakfast. The best in the menu: their hot chocolate and pancakes!!
S. W.
Was a queue to get in. But my god was it worth the wait! Will make it back here at some point
J. C.
Highly recommend making a reservation to get a table early. The link on the Google map site works perfectly. The food was good and a lot so I recommend sharing. They’re Disco Fries are not like Jersey’s but a good fusion of tastes.
J. L.
I think the pictures do this spot enough justice. There's a reason for there constantly being a line
C. H.
Don't be fooled by the name, you can come to this fantastic restaurant anytime of the day and have any meal you desire.
They have a fantastic selection of all kinds of food. They're burgers can be described as legendary! They also make a great cup of coffee! The staff and waiters are so friendly and this is reflected in the overall vibe of the place. Definitely worth going to!
W. B.
Cosy and comfortable setting, almost homey. Had a straight forward and solid full English breakfast with organic tea, the serving size was generous. My eggs were done perfectly, a good indication for what was to come. At this price point it's definitely a cut above some commercially marketed breakfasts I've had before @ the same price.
B. T.
Good value, good food, good service
A. B.
The short queue is deffinitely worth it! It's my second time in two days and I'll be coming back soon for sure.
W. T.
Took about 45 minutes to eat but when we sat down, the staff was nice and friendly. Ordered the eggs Benedict. Eggs were overcooked and not runny and I also found an eggshell in it. Nice to try but I'd rather go someplace else.
O. V.
Went for chicken and waffles. No waffles, as no waffle maker. Was disappointed, but not for long. Good food, great staff.
J. L.
Loved the food, especially the pancakes! The portions were huge and hearty, quite worth the trip for the first time! Go early in the morning right when they open, for the queue anytime after 11am will put you off. Expect an incredibly long wait to even enter the restaurant!
B. G.
Thankfully there was an outdoor table so we sat and ordered. Over the course of the next half hour a parade of aspirants came a callin' only to have to wait. MORAL: come early! It was Easter Sunday which may have been a factor. It certainly was for their menu. The special was a stack of pancakes topped with Canterbury Cream Eggs. We passed but wow! BTW, the breakfasts are what you'd hope for if you wanted an American feast. We got All Americans and they really hit the spot. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a classic.
ע. ל.
Great food, great atmosphere!
G. G.
I came in just a little past 08:00 and there was plenty of space. But it fills up quickly and 45 minutes later, when we left, there was a big line outside. There's always a queue here! I enjoyed my breakfast but there was nothing so amazing I would give it 5 stars. Bottom line: It's a nice place to eat but it's not worth standing in line for.
A. H.
The eggs benedict and pancake were amazing. Really friendly and helpful staff will definitely be back next time I am in London.
G. S.
Easy to spot: it's the place with the long queue outside! And it's worth the waiting. The food is great: I went multiple times and got various things, from eggs Benedict to pancakes and they all tasted delicious! One of my favourites is eggs royal which have eggs Benedict on an English muffin with salmon. I love the coffees and the hot chocolate is so great (ask for the marshmallows to enjoy the full experience). Smoothies are quite good too! The price is fair and the service always top notch. I recommend this or any other breakfast club in London!
J. C. C.
Tasty as it can get awesome flavor. You must eat here is a Must!
K.
It was nice, but not worthed waiting in line for almost an hour
C. G.
Excellent food in a cosy cafe. The service is quick, the staff are welcoming and friendly and it's not overly expensive. I took off a star because of the ridiculous wait, having to queue around the corner with very little information on how long it will be before a table is free. When you're near the front, they will call out what party sizes they can accommodate so you might get lucky and shave a bit of time off the wait. Go early, is all I can say.
K.
Usually long wait, but amazing brunch. Get the Chorizo Eggs Benedict
W. M.
Amazing breakfast (had the All American Pancakes). Wife's bacon was cooked too hard for her tastes and they happily replaced it. Plus we got there early to avoid the queues! Definitely go again.
8.
Be prepared to queue outside for almost 1 hour. Not cheap but reasonable price in SOHO.
The portion was quite adequate. I did feel hungry for the whole day. Service was okay.
Feel welcome but they are too busy so I did not get tap water. Foods were not impressive, just ok. Like the homemade potato but everything were just too dry may feel not fresh enough as the moist ran out.
And the environment was only for Ins not clean and tidy in real life. Not worth time queueing for a long time.
O.
Tasty salted beef with sauerkraut brunch special I had.
M. H.
Worth the queue... Very good, tasty food, friendly staff and nice atmosphere... I had really nice morning/breakfast. Thank you!
If there was anything to mention, than that the Cappuccino could have been a bit taller...but that's just my subjective opinion.
S. S.
This place was absolutely amazing. Very comfortable, home like environment. Staff were friendly. Food was very fast. I had the "Full Monty" breakfast. Every aspect of it was perfect. Cant say enough nice things about this place! Check it out!
E. B.
I have genuinely stood outside this place waiting for it to open in the morning.
The All American Breakfast will leave you more stuffed than the soft toy moose-head on the wall but it is too delicious to turn down.
There are plenty of healthy alternatives but I dare you to say no to Breakfast Club pancakes and not regret it.
They also do lovely things like their Superman juice which donates a portion of the profits to a very deserving charity.
Keep up the good work and reserve me a table!
Q. A.
What a wonderful place, tasteful pancakes, speech less avocado and shiny lovely french waitress. 🥞🤤
D. W.
A trendy little Soho cafe specialising in all day breakfasts. I arrived 10.30am on a Tues morning. There was a queue down the street, but my wait time was only 10 minutes. Coffee is excellent and was a standout. My vegie breakfast was a little dry and unappealing. The most popular options seem to be pancakes and eggs Benedict. The place has a good vibe. Vegetarian and vegan options available.
B. G.
Great as ever, fast and accommodating!
T. V.
Traveling into London from the United States, this place is the perfect place if you are tired of the traditional English breakfast and looking for a good ole American breakfast plate. The pancakes are thick and a little dense and soak in the maple syrup. I like mine a little fluffier but these are good. The thick-cut bacon strips are fried perfectly - not too crispy to retain a little chewiness. The service is also exceptional. It's no surprise that there is often a line outside the door to get into the place so come early or give yourself a little extra time. They also don't take American Express so bring some cash or some other credit card brand.
A. i. W.
Their special deals are affordable and I recommend trying them as soon as possible. Some of the employees are often not in a good mood and not ready for my small talks.
But I appreciate that they are always polite.
The website of The breakfast Club is interesting. You imagine that you are in a game from the 90s and this is pretty cool.
I like their menu and I'm planning to go there soon.
L. W.
Lovely laid-back ambience with quirky twists. Food is great from burgers to eggs and pancakes, and some healthier options like salads that come in such generous servings that you are guaranteed to feel full. Coffee specials are great, too. The only downsize is the constant queue, so make sure you have enough time before going there.
N.
I like the pancakes 🥞 its so yummm😋
K. W.
Very very good place, a definite must at least once. Or twice. Or like a billion times until you have no money and are obese to the extremes. The food is really good, to the extent that I never have any trouble getting people to come with me and I always take friends to visit.
The breakfast burrito is wonderful, as is the pulled pork roll.
The Soho location is smaller than in Shorditch and waiting in the cold isn't nice, but when you finally get a table, it will be worth it.
Overall?? Go once, just to try, go twice when you love it.
Bear in mind that they are always very busy so I always expect an hour to wait for a table, if not more!
J. O.
Loved the Full monty! Filling dish with friendly staff
S. K.
Amazing choices of food and coffee to choose from as a vegetarian! Lovely staff too!
ל. ה.
Nice place!
need to wait in a line to enter, the place is very small.

Quality food and amazing customer service!

I have a new favorite! Breakfast Club \o/
We went for "breakfast" on Sunday but because we left a lot later than planned and then had to join the humongous hour long queue we didn't sit down to well gone 12:30 and ravished as ravished wolves... BUT, and here is the thing, but, it was so worth the wait.
From the start to the finish everything was top notch and smiles all around. The friendly staff showed us to our table and got us some drinks and took our food order. We watched as the staff brought plates heaving under the weight of huge portions of delicious looking food out to other tables. It all looked great!
Then it was our turn, we had the breakfast burrito. Again it was huge but the quality didn't suffer for it. It was stuffed with egg, cheese, chorizo, peppers, and sauce. It tasted wonderful! We then shared some french toast piled high with apples and maple syrup. Again, wonderful tasting food! The coffee was some of the best I have had in London. My plan is to try everything they have on their menu at least once.
Great food and drink made with love and imagination and served in big portions by friendly professional staff. I am already planning my next visit. What are you waiting for? GO!
P. D.
After years of visiting London, I finally took the Right Of Passage for any London frequenter, and queued for 2 hours to get into the infamous Breakfast Club.
Breakfast/Brunch is my favourite meal of the day, and an absolute essential for a good weekend, so I feel that I can speak with experience when saying that Breakfast Club is nothing special. The food is average, the decor isn't anything special and it certainly isn't worth the 2 hour queue. Sorry Breakfast Club, but you didn't live up to the hype.
There are plenty of other comparable or better breakfast places in SoHo.
E. G.
Loved it! You will encounter terrific service and excellent hot food. This is one of the most popular places to get breakfast in London. It's small, but cozy.
S.
Looks like the American style brunch restaurant has gotten to Europe. This place is very busy and there are waits. Go early to avoid the rush. The shakes are quite yummy, especially for the morning. It works well especially since the food can be a bit heavy and oily.
M. D.
Food and service was good. Line at 8:30 AM on a Saturday was 10 deep when I arrived and 20 deep by the time I got in at 9:00 AM. If you want a big American breakfast this is the place. If you are looking for a local English breakfast experience (as I was) you should look elsewhere.
B. S.
Always a good option for delicious food.
Would advice to go early if you want to eat bcz it's very popular among crowd. And often you've to wait 29 to 30 minutes for your turn.
Must try: Waffle Chicken and Pancakes!!
P. Á.
Despite the long waiting (approx 1h in queue) the place is nothing special. Food was okay, but not worth it the waiting. You can get same or better food elsewhere. Although the all day breakfast is cool. It's quite small and crowded inside.
I. Y. H.
Little cute quirks and good food, it's no wonder it's so popular really. Was not too impressed with their 3 course Thanksgiving dinner menu but I definately enjoyed having good brunch here all 3 times I went. Be it for your first (and certainly not last) eggs royale/benedict or pancakes, standing in a 20minute line totally worth it. Not to mention they give you tiny shot glass-sized cups of hot chocolate with a marshmallow, if the queue is long. They take reservations from Monday-Saturday (5pm onwards) so that might be something worth thinking about in the future.
J.
Very good food. Just be there in time as it's very popular and you will need to wait outside to be seated. We got here on a saturday at 08:30 and needed to wait 20 min to be seated.
L. N.
I arrived early, a little naive of the reputation bestowed upon this little diner, tucked behind the backstreets and alleyways of oxford circus. Having been tantalised by the smell coming from a couple streets away, I briskly waltzed in asking for a table for two, unaware of the queue that was beginning to form outside. I was surprised and a little embarrassed to be escorted out, and politely told that the wait would be at least 40 minutes as I shuffled in my position in the queue. As the time passed, the queue grew larger, and I still couldn't quite believe how iconic this place was to people, with tourists amassed near the entrance, eager to get a picture. When i had finally earned my place at a table, I was initially worried that we would be rushed through in order to get as many people in as possible. Fortunately, they were patient with their service and I never felt hurried. I ordered the scrambled egg and salmon on toast and I felt the food was to a high standard and i really enjoyed it. However, It wasn't as great as i thought it would be considering I had walked past three other cafes that were also serving breakfast and i didn't feel as if there was anything particularly special about The breakfast club that meant it was worth standing in a queue for an hour.
E. M.
This place has a really lovely and lively atmosphere, I really really enjoyed it. The menu has a good range of food and drinks, and this little tucked away place is extremely popular in the area. The service was fast, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the decoration was awesome!
s.
It was OK not worth the queue. Pancakes a bit of a let down. Food was good but not amazing to warrant such a long queue. Travellers and locals seem to be tagging the place with messages "I was here 2012" might be the reason for the queue. I also think they are short staffed we were there on a Sunday. The guy who served us was serving 3 other tables I could see. The place is also quiet small. I am trying to justify queuing for an hour to get into this place. No special offer, no discount my breakfast was about £10 excluding the drink. Eggs Benedict. I queued with friends and we all tried each others meal. My Colombian friend had a Spanish themed meal with refried beans he liked it but still would give a 3 because of the queueing.
L. M.
If you have 40-50 minutes to spare queuing, you'll find that breakfast here is actually worth it. The eggs Benedict, apple and cinnamon toast as well as the pancakes are my favourite here. My friend with whom I frequent the place when having some time on our hands, loves the pulled pork burger and fries. And I recently decided to have a salad for a change, so I had the Moroccan chicken salad - very tasty and a large portion, got me full and didn't make it to the wrap I'd set my eyes on. Will have it next time, for sure. The only downsize are the constant queues but when you have someone to chat with while waiting, it doesn't seem that long. Plus, food always makes up for the wait.
S. P. O.
Bit overacted for us and quite ‘ok’ all round but nothing special. I get basic , quirky and old decor but this just looked tatty and battered to be honest.
Pancakes ok, eggs not great , coffee ok , just ok all round
A. C.
Was standing in cue and noticed the hostess giving everyone a wait time or around 20 - 25 minutes. Was seated and noticed that three to four tables were done and free right away. There were a lot of people who walked away because of the unrealistic time frame given by the hostess. Better mananagement of tables is a good idea.
T. T.
The food had so much flavour! Really nice little place, glad I went in the morning when not too busy though. I'm not sure if I would have waited the average half an hour that some people do
T. H.
As per usual, delicious food and quickly served. However, I was not best pleased with one waitress who failed to notice my friend and I despite various endeavours to order our drinks; then resumed her inadequacy by spraying us with disinfectant whilst cleaning a table next to us.
J. P.
We waited 1.5 hours outside before getting a table on a Sunday afternoon. Still, after trying their food I can say that it was well worth it - my eggs Benedict was the best one I have ever tasted and the English breakfast had the perfect blend of ingredients. Breakfast Club is a chain and a visit to its outlet next to liverpool street is well worth it in the evening if you google for a way to see mayor the cat
J. B.
Went there a couple of weeks ago and had a great time! Couldn't believe the energy the manager had, I didnt catch her name but she was a blonde lady who said she was pretty new. Definitely going back
A. B.
I had the American Breakfast and can honestly say it was very bland. The potatoes and scrabbled eggs were OK but the Pancakes were like chewing on rubber. I love my pancakes to be fluffy and buttery and these were FAR from that. I can't speak for the sausage as I did not try it.
My boyfriend had the pastrami sandwich and said that it was just OK nothing spectacular. Has had better ones.
Honestly, I don't think the wait was worth the meal. If you are looking for a brunch, I would look elsewhere.
J. Y.
Had high hopes for this place. We queued for an hour in the rain to get in as I had heard good things... it was ok.
A. Y.
The pancake was tasty. I also liked the interior of the restaurant.
D. C.
This place serves very decent breakfast for its price. Definitely one of the better places to dine in London!
We had the eggs benedict and berries pancakes.
The ham for the eggs benedict were a tad dry and a little in the salty side.
Pancakes were a little hard on the outside and not quite fluffy.
But all in all, a good breakfast nonetheless.
S. M.
The best place in london for breakfast and pancakes
T. A.
It is one of the beautiful restaurants in my memory ..
J. D.
The Breakfast Club is a cute small restaurant in Soho (near Oxford Circus station). We each ordered an egg Benedict and shared. It was a bit salty for my taste (which is rare for a UK restaurant) but it was a good mix with my healthy green juice. Make sure to arrive early as the line is long. We waited for an hour to eat here!
W. R. (.
This doesn't live up to the hype. It is a restaurant specialising in a fried breakfast, but I don't think it really delivers anything special. The queues are very long, but in the end you get a pretty standard breakfast, and not particularly cheap. They also don't permit any "swaps" on your breakfast.
H. J. S.
As a huge fan of breakfast foods at any time of day, this place is a long-term favourite, but it would be remiss of me not to mention the other options on the menu. The sandwiches are great, as is the pie and mash and the chilli. The Elvis milkshake (peanut butter and banana) is entirely worth your £4.30 but I guarantee you won't get much done for the rest of the day.
The decor is part of the appeal of this place. Booths are made from old P.E. benches and My Little Pony wallpaper adorns the toilets. Expect a huge queue at weekends but rarely during the week.
S. M.
I sincerely do not understand what the hype is all about. We waited only 10 mins in queue and I feel it was way too much. It's basic food, nothing out of the extraordinary. In fact our hotel offered a better English breakfast.
R. N.
Excellent food (I think about their pastrami sandwich to an unhealthy extent) and shakes/juices. The food is entirely worth it for the price, but the queues are Ridiculously long. Even at their other branches. Can't blame them because they are trying to expand, I suppose, but it is quite off putting; most of the time nowadays, we just can't be bothered to wait and go somewhere else.
M.
Cosy restaurant, good value for money. I went here on a Wednesday at 10am and I waited around 40 minutes, so be aware of the popularity of this chain. Ordered two Bennie's (eggs Benedict) and in both the poached eggs were slightly overcooked so the yolk was not fully liquid, which is a shame because the point is in the oozing of the egg when broken. Albeit this mistake, the Bennie's tasted great, were filling and I particularly recommend the one called Huevos Al Benny if you like a spicy kick to your palate. For dessert I ordered Salted Caramel Banoffee Pancakes: nice texture, big portion, best to divide it with someone else in my opinion. I must stress how poorly sharp the knives are, I really struggled to cut through anything. Overall the experience was really enjoyable, I will definitely come back and I highly recommend this place.
E. M.
Great comfort food, big portion sizes, beware!
H. B.
Super cool place. Very laid back, nice staff nice ambiance. Totally my kind of spot....
BUT.... I found the food to be Meh. Nothing struck a chord. Nothing really stood out. I must admit that I have never been a fan of Spanish food. A few of the items were just too rich and made me a bit nauseous. I didn't finish anything that I ordered.
R. D.
The Breakfast Club is my ideal place to go for lunch with friends. It's laid back and cute. There are mismatched chairs, coffee cups, and silverware. The walls are covered with collage and vintage posters, including Marky Mark, Elvis Presley and David Hasselhoff in a Santa suit. The place is quirky with I love it but the food is why I'll keep going back! Breakfast is my favorite meal. Their cappuccinos are fantastic and I would highly recommend the Eggs Benedict if you want something savory. My friend got the pancakes with berries, I had a bite and that's delicious too if you prefer something sweet for breakfast. Overall we had a great experience. Go there on a week day though or make a reservation because the place is always hopping.
R. S.
Cannot believe how good the chilli cheese fries were. Awesome place
C. T.
Good food but quite a long wait usually. The food are a bit too sweet and too salty sometimes but they have a very good atmosphere which is nice.
