We went here on a whim as it was local and near to where we headed to next. The restaurant is quite small seating only maybe 16-20 people.It can be tight at times. Having had a look at the menu I placed my order for a burger. We also had some other items such as naga wings etc. Since it was a busy evening, the food was a little slow. But eventually our food came along with some other items joining us after we had already tucked into our food. My burger didn't have much flavour, the patty didn't look homemade, I'm not sure if they made a claim to that but I thought I'd just point it out. It was just slighty dry and overcooked. For me I didn't enjoy it at all. The naga wings were just ok. They came with too much sauce that made the wings soggy and that is a bit off putting. Everything else was just standard. It's an okay place to eat if you run out of options. But I wouldn't make any special trips to purely visit this establishment. They also "MAY NOT" be HMC certified. You will have to clarify this.

I've always walked past this place, finally went in to try out the Grill chicken with side (steak chips) I was very happy and thoroughly enjoyed the meal the chicken was succulent and juicy, crispy outer and marinated to perfection for a price that includes salad side and drink and a half piece of grilled chicken is GREAT! well done guys you've got yourself a customer for life not to forget the staff are very friendly, the décor of the shop is great rustic contemporary look,

The food here is amazing and the customer service is excellent. For an appetiser i would recommend either the Ghost Chilli Wings or the Naga Masala Wings, both are very spicy but very tasty. For mains recommend the “Mr T Signature” made of beef pattie, turkey bacon, mince meat and cheese. The burger is very juicy and made to perfection. Small place but an amazing place, quality food and quality prices!

Small place off cannon at road mostly quiet. The place is friendly and cosy. The place lacks consistency, no two times are usually the same in terms of flavour. They need to decide what works well and stick by it. Our last visit was much better than this one as we enjoyed most of what we ordered. The noodles the only exception as a "house specialty" on their menu it was terrible. The Naga chops was very nice. The latest visit unfortunately was not good. The T-bone steak was thin and looked alien (see pictures) the fat was not rendered so was rubbery. Parts of the steak was inedible.Was very highly priced for what was served. The flavour of the gravy and sauce was ok.Boiled runner beans was seasoned by myself with the salt and pepper on table. I advise them to buy proper cuts of meat if they are to continue to serve it. It lets the place down as they do nice chops. The machilli burger had no hint of spice and was underwhelming. Ghost chicken wings was different to what we ordered previously. Not as good but was tasty. The sticky wings was not good. The sauce was nice but the fried wings itself was old and cold at the centre. Clear signs of microwave job. The place needs to avoid short cuts and do things properly as they have a very good menu. Although may cost in the short run it'll pay off. Will go again for Naga chops.

Small little hidden gem, thankfully there were only 4 of us, we ordered the VIP platter!! Big mistake... Toooo much food!! But lovely 2 gourmet burgers,1 quarter pounder,5 chops,10 sticky wings,10 ghost chilli wings,2 whole grilleb chickens and 5 sides!! (£59.95) For some reason we ordered a mixed biryani too!! My brother and I recently visited Grill Factory during Ramadan for iftaar and it exceeded our expectations. We ordered the iftaar pack which was a good price, with food being cooked to perfection and plentiful! I have been to get a whole grilled chicken meal all the way from Forestgate. It was so delicious and chicken was soft and juicy. Food was so hot I even didn't need to reheat when I came home. Spicing was perfect for kids too.

It was just wawwww! I had a mister T burger, it was perfect on so many levels! Tasty, consistant, fresh, lot of flavors just exploded in my mouth. It was an intense moment of pleasure savoring your burger. If I could recommande you something, try to fry your fries 2 or 3 times. (Google it to see the expected results), your fries will me much more tastier and will bring a perfect crispy feeling during the emotional halal journey brought by the burger. Thank you.

These guys really pay attention when making your food. The chicken steak with homemade chips was delicious. The classic angus burger was done perfectly - one of the best I’ve had. Wings and sides particularly the mash was so yum! Highly recommended them. Happy customers.

I've been here a few times and can say the space is very limited so it is ideal for small groups if you're planning on eating in otherwise this would fall into the takeaway category. Tried a few different items off the menu. The grilled wings were OK and the lamb chops were overcooked and very chewy which I didn't enjoy at all. Sauces and condiments are limited and could be improved. If you like your food spicy then they will be sure to accommodate that. All in all good place however won't be an everyday go to place.

Been wanting to try this place for months and finally had the opportunity couple of days ago. What can I say the food took me by surprise how good it was and tasted very unique. Good food and service. This is more of a takeaway than a restaurant so seating space is limited. Not ideal for large groups but smaller groups should fine. The food was tasty and served quickly, and the staff were polite. Beats your local fried chicken shop so a nice alternative if you're after something healthier.

The place look like a take-away with a limited number of seating places. Cooking mostly kebab-style, but with many contaminations into hamburgers and even steaks, often revisited in a northern Indian contest. My chicken breast steak went with a number of (very good) potato chips and with some mixed green salad. The service was reasonably quick and friendly, taking into the very modest bill, a very good quality/price ratio, Only non-alcoholic beverages are served, including zero-alcoholbeer.

Popped in on Friday evening for a takeaway and the place was busy, which is always a good indicator in East London. Ordered half a chicken and factory rice and the Mc Classic burger and hands down, this was the best burger I have had in a while and definitely the best in East London by far! The burger was not the usual processed flat beef burgers you get in takeaways - this was a thick hand made beef patty, and was nicely made. The only downside was that we ordered Steak chips and ended up with french fries and only found out when I got home. Other than that, the food is very tasty and the service was quick. Definitely will be back for the McClassic burger as it was amazing!

The patty wasn’t too moist nor dry, just moderately made. The extras inside enhanced the flavour more making it pleasing to the pallet. They do have a range of burgers you can choose from; due to my hungry pit being full from indulging during lunch I opted for a a small burger (which is very unlike me, to go for small burgers!) . 💰 Mc Classic Burger -£5.95 Chips - £2.00 . 🎭 The staff are always happy and greet you soon as you come in. . 🛋 The place is on the small side, despite that I must say, the they are well organised with their seating arrangements and my favourite part is the private room, ideal for people who would like some private space.
