The best burger in town “Empire Burger”, 3 beef patties, 3 slices of cheese, lamb doner inside regular bun with relish, lettuce and burger sauce. I am not a fan of burger sauce but that burger accomplished very well.

Excellent quality food, great customer service, BUT DO NOT ACCEPT CARD. Need the tax man to pay a visit to such premises. Make so many sales yet still insist on cash in hand. Plenty cash machines locally available, but be prepared to be ripped £1.99 to withdraw your own money and add it to the cost of your meal. Please take card and I'll change my rating.

Good food and great value for money. Had the special box (£7.50) which was formed of a mixed donner, salad, chips and bread making a very filling and tasty meal! Also had the chocolate milk cake which which offered a delightfully light reprise after the big special box.

Went in usually not to busy quite small shop but they did well in laying it out, makes it good for eating in or take out. Reasonable pricing, very good food and quick service. I tried the buffalo burger meal, I'd recommend it or the donor burger.

We enjoy going out. Last night we found this fine place which friends told us about. We enjoyed a delightful evening there with superb dishes and a well-trained team and a talented cuisine. We put this fine restaurant in our list and we shall no doubt return soon. We warmly recommend.

First time ordering from here through uber eats. My major concern was with how the food was packaged!! Unacceptable, the bag wasnt even sealed the chips bag was open in the unsealed bag. Now this bag was delivered to me how unhygienic and unsafe was that. Keeping in mind the virus is still around this is not an acceptable way to package and take precautions for your customers safety. The chips was too salty too much seasoning on it we couldn't even eat it. The chicken nuggets had a fish taste to it. The burger was ok wasn't all that, it was quite dry and we recieved the food cold so wasn't happy with that. I could taste more bun then the chicken. Also the sauce, I always enjoy the orange chilli sauce from take out shops but for some reason their sauce was all dried up n not even runny?? Considering the portion the price was overrated. Honestly I'm so disappointed, I was recommended by a couple of friends and wasn't happy with my first experience at all.

One of the best chicken doners out there. The right blend of sauce and chicken flavour and with good portions too. Also, what a great idea to have ‘extra meat’ if you want to go large and share with someone. One of the best quick and easy places for pleasure doner food in my opinion. I made a long awaited visit to the docklands branch today. I ordered a chicken and halloumi wrap with salad. Service was excellent, food was on point. The wrap was wrapped very neatly and it was not messy to eat, it actually held the content well. 10/10 for food and service. Well done Ottoman Doner. If you have not tried it yet, you don’t know what you’re missing! They have a branch in Cannon Street, Manor Park, Docklands and Ilford….what are you all waiting for!!??

KFH Grill & PFC is one of my favorite places to eat on the stretch of road this is due to the value for money, the friendliness of the staff and the good quality food. this week they re-opened after have renovation works done this has allowed more seating and the area where customers are served has been changed for a the better.

Visiting cousins in London on the way back to Manchester felt like eating some turkish doner and this place popped in mind i visited this branch as it was nearest to me. upon entering was greeted with a warm welcome and smiles the brothers there are very gentle and polite. The decor is very nice has this very Ottoman style feeling about it. The food boy o boy was delicous the doner was succulent and tasty freshly to cut to order everytime the portion size was very good and the condiments like the chilli sauce will blow you away, very reasonably priced for the quality, service and quantity. Hey guys a quick tip if your travelling from out of town and check this place out be sure to tell them your from out of town and look for the boss man called Ahad you might just be in for a little treat like i was 😂, Ahad came over to see if were ok made conversation and really made us feel welcome. The place was very busy thats says it all. be sure to check it out you wont be dissapointed. nuff love (Brother from Oldham)

Please open a shop in Hackney!! Great food, just like the other ottoman Doner in Whitechapel area. For me the Empire burger is so unique in taste. Couple of pots of chilli sauce with the Doner is amazing. This place is definitely a great place to eat for myself and my family.

What an absolute gem of a place. The food is brilliant. Ever had a bad experience here. BUT HERE IS WHY YOU SHOULD EAT HERE. Tonight 09th May 2021 at 2315 hrs I attended and ordered the lamb kebab with bread. I waited for my food and a delivery driver came in. He wanted his delivery but didnt have his bag for the preservation of the food. The management refused him the food straight away. It was clear to me then that this place desired repeat custom based on good service. If the delivery driver didnt have his bag the food could potentially get transported adequately. Risk of germs. Risk of loss. Risk of falling on floor and delivery driver picking remnants up and still delivering (which has happened, too many vids on YouTube). The place cared enough that the drivers kept up his standard so the benefits could be reaped by the customer which in turn would mean a satisfied and repeat customer. Just dwell on that. I was most impressed. I've also noticed that they always seal their bags. Apart from that my food was ready promptly. Well cooked. Great tasting. What a gem of a place. Keep it up guys.....

Donner tasted like usual Turkish takeaway donner. For some reason they served refried fries which i was unable to eat. My friends and family spoke highly of such place I was really disappointed at the fact that something simple like fries was rubbish.

Downside... they have a sign saying wear mask but noone respects it in there and they dont enforce it. Shame to see people still not taking it seriously. Otherwise would have been 5 star.

Downgraded them from 5 star food. Food remains 5 star quality however their service looks the business but is actually repeatedly slap dash. The seal your bag on collection stating "everything is inside". When questioned the cold drink is in the same bag as the hot food. I got them to un staple the paper carrier bag and put the cold drink in a separate bag so food does not go cold and drink does not get warm. Should a customer really have to do this? Its not the first time they done this and am sure its not the last either. Once I travelled back to the office to eat my dinner, 3 meals in the bag with one tiny tub of chilli sauce and a tiny tub of garlic mayonnaise. No salt No forks No spoons No tissue This is NOT an isolated incident as its happened to me before. A business gets a reputation from multiple factors. Quality of food (tick) Cleanliness of of the outlet (tick) Appearance of staff (tick) Location (not the greatest as parking your car to collect it is a nightmare) Payment (cash only. Cash machine nearby charges £1.25). Service in the way from greeting to problem resolving (greeting is ok they need to put a smile on their faces as it feels a little doom and gloom and it declines to the end of the problem resolving end) Hygiene (there is no place to WASH YOUR HANDS if you eat in) Convenience (no toilet facility in the shop) Listing the above hopefully helps other businesses as this business in my opinion is beyond making changes and are stuck in their ways. I eat a takeaway in the office with all staff every single evening. Sadly due to their repeat lack of service and combined with poor quantity of food on an isolated incident recently, they will NOT get my office staff business again which is a shame. The above is an honest and true reflection of my personal experience of the Poplar branch only. I've eaten in the other branches and have different views of the other stores of theirs.

Update to below review 16JUN22 II came in and ordered. Quick service and the gentleman behind the counter gave my daughter a free Caprisun - very appreciated in this heat today, 29 degrees. Still very clean. Still great service. The place has no quit. Still great service. Still great food. Still do great portions. The canned drinks could be cheaper though, but I am a customer till the rest starts lacking. below is my first review, so go there and keep this place going. .............. This place is great. Their portions scream out - we want return custom. Their service screams out - we want return custom. Their food quality screams out, you guessed it - we want return custom. Guess what guys, you got return custom. I love their Donner, my kids loves their double cheeseburgers and mrs loves the tower burger. A simple menu - see pictures. They care for their delivery customers as well. I saw this where they ask each driver if they have a bag so our food is not ruined during delivery. All I can say is if you go there be prepared to wait, there's loads of people and they order loads of food haha. To the Owner/s Your place is GREAT.
