Great local spot away from the bustle of Northcote road. Has a great selection of cakes, fresh sourdough bread and they make good coffee. They also do small tapas plates and wine. Has lots of interesting food for sale in the deli as well as the shop next door which sells fresh vegetables and fruit.

This super cute corner shop and grocers offer the most amazing variety of produce. The quality of every food item we tasted was absolutely outstanding! One of the best places I know to buy delicious authentic salads. The homemade hummus and baba ghanoush are to die for! Also they sell the most amazing olive oil imported specially by the owner. Very impressive local independent deli. I can't wait to go back next time I visit Clapham again!

Superb little suburban coffee shop. Produce here is top notch and the bread (from somewhere in Dulwich, I'm told) is outstanding (and fairly priced!). Away from the hustle of Northcote Road, which can get a bit overwhelming in the summer as a pedestrian mall, this little gem is well worth a drop in if you're passing by in need of refreshment. I haven't bought their fresh produce, but it all looks excellent quality!

The most chilled cafe in Clapham. If you want a quick coffee, Tierra Verde isn't your place. If you want an uber relaxed, laid back, siesta style coffee and/or lunch, Tierra Verde is your spot. Super nice Jamon Iberico open sandwich and would go back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful local Spanish deli. Sells amazing fresh, dry goods, jars and tins of Spanish delicacies. Fabulous coffee and the BEST hot chocolate in the whole of SW11. Simple, fresh lunches that are great value and utterly delicious. Warm, friendly service. Lots of locals.

This is without doubt one of the best places in Clapham. What an atmosphere! Such a London, yet continental feel. Incredibly friendly service. Excellent soup, and chorizo/tomato sandwiches. The more substantial food also seemed great from what I could tell. If it is your pleasure, wine is also available to while away the afternoon....I could not more highly recommend!!

Utterly addicted to the toasted avocado and tomato sandwich! Also, the almond lattes are divine. It does get busy after the morning school drop off, but the staff there are always friendly and offer great customer service :-) *I'd love to see signs for the dairy-free cakes you offer.

I have been going here regularly for years, the charm and eclectic nature of the place is infectious. People look for an excuse to spend more time here to enjoy the organic hand cut jamon and hand picked spanish wine. Also the recently launched fresh vegetable and organic produce filled store next door serves locals with soups and salads - truly delicious - give it a go, you wont regret it.

I love the concept of the veg shop next door but the quality is bad. I got charged £7.40 for 6 courgettes & 1 aubergine which is pretty poor as i had to give someone working there 2 rotton courgettes before choosing mine. I went there as it is a convenient place for me but I won't bother again. I have been in before and the veg was pretty poor then.

Tierra Verde is definitely an iconic place at Clapham. Its charming design evokes the countryside of Spain or Italy, its high-quality and organic food is excellent and its prices are very reasonable. It is a meeting point for the neighbours and a place to feel at home wether you want to study, work or have a good conversation. Tierra Verde's team is as iconic as the place! Honestly, a small place that has everything you can ask for.
