The food was excellent as we would expect from Wagamamas, but the service was particularly outstanding. The staff were quick, incredibly helpful, and constantly looking out for their customers without being overbearing. The place was packed and it didn’t affect the service at all. Would eat here again whenever I get the chance.

A good lunch with friends in the open air on the raised level of Cardinal Place. Alex, our waiter was excellent - very engaging and knowledgeable, and lots of fun too. However we were very sad to hear that the 'Naked Katsu' is being taken off the menu - this was what two of our party ordered, so we are sorry that it soon will not be available

Amazing service! I’ve eaten at Wagamama’s many times but the server Edgar who served us here was brilliant. He was so friendly, welcoming and attentive, a real asset to the team. I’ve not experienced service as good as this at many high-end restaurants and he made our visit feel extra special. Food was great and arrived quickly!

Very polite, kind bright staff. Abbie was the host when we got there and for a miserable, wet busy Sunday she had a smile on her face and greeted us warmly. I am kicking myself I never got out servers name (maybe Tommy, I feel like he had double letters in his name) as he was great, very approachable and check to see that we were okay. I through there was a hair in my food and brought it to his attention, he took it about and another man came out to say they will remake it but it was a coriander stork, I looked again and he was totally right. Everyone understood that it did look like that but still they remain it to make sure the food was warm (we were outside) The only issue is that the place is not (or does not seem to be) accessible. There are stairs to go up and either a lift or escalators that are under construction. Couldn’t find any other way to get up, we may have missed it if there is. So therefore people that cannot use stairs won’t be able to get up

Just had another wonderful meal at Victoria Wagamama. Cannot thank the staff enough. Abbi who looked after us whilst we waited for a table, Tommy who served us and Costa the manager. In our view this is the best Wagamama. The food is always of a high standard and the staff extremely attentive and do all they can to make sure you have an enjoyable experience. We will be back soon. Great food, restaurant as always extremely busy, despite this, the staff turned over and cleaned the tables as patrons left, so the wait wasn't long at all. Olivia our waitress was amazing. Fantastic service. Due to train delays, my daughter and I were running late and had only 40 mins to order and finish our meal before heading to the theatre. The staff ensured that our order was taken straightaway and we had our food really promptly. Paying by app meant we were in and out in 30 mins. Thank you so much to the fantastic staff!

When you are craving for Ramen or other noodle specialties in Asian countries. I think there is also Pad Thai in the menu... The place is really busy and usually the wait is quite a bit. But the friendly staff is there to assist you always. This is a fusion restaurant good to satisfy your cravings!

Good for Asian fusion, but then imho fusion usually does not make food better. Service was prompt and cheerful. My special order came back correctly. The bathrooms are a touch strange and the hand dryer (at least in the stall I was in) makes the room feel like a kiln.

I was a bit unsure about going back to Wagamama, with its open plan seating. But they have put dividers between the tables, which was great. I had not been to a wagamama for a few years and felt that the quality isn't as good as it used to be.

I tried Wagamama today for the first time because I've never had a proper ramen before, and when I was greeted by this huge bowl of incredible looking food I knew I was in for a treat. I greatly underestimated just how much of a treat this was going to be. The broth was rich and deep with a good hit of chilli that wasn't over powering, the ramen was cooked well, the chicken was flavoursome and the pork belly. Oh the pork belly! The fat from the pork dissolved in my mouth like a thick unctuous sauce that filled my senses with flavour I have never encountered before. I felt goosebumps up my arms and down my back, I felt like I could cry. It's rare for me to find food that makes me this genuinely happy and sets my senses ablaze like this, but this did it. An all round perfect perfect dish that made my entire day. This was memorable x

In the middle of a busy area but still pleasant to eat here. It's conveniently by the Victoria underground and some of the theaters. I got my usual, the chicken gyozas and the super green juice. Forgot to take a picture of the gyozas but here is the juice. As always, I love this chain and will miss it when I fly back to the States.

I hadn't, had wagamama's since 2019. I tried the chicken katsu curry this time with the hot option. I've never enjoyed ckc so much before. It was absolutely fantastic. Staff were very friendly. It's not 5 stars because the restroom floor was covered in water & it wasn't very clean. Overall a lovely experience & location.

Wagamama is a great place for ramen and I do like their creativity around seasonal and changing menus. The server was very friendly and I loved to see that the clean (!) kitchen is open. You can see every dish being made. This Victoria location is on level 1, featuring a beautiful terrace, although right in the heart of the busy business district.

Met a friend for dinner last night and went to Wagas as they always have good vegan options. The staff were super friendly and helpful (shout-out to Tommy, Magdalena and Fred for looking after us so well!!). I am obsessed with their vegan mushroom and aubergine steamed hirata buns so of course ordered those, but also saw the vegan ribs and had to try those too! They are possibly the greatest vegan meat alternative I've tried and I'll be having those at every available opportunity! We also ordered the bang bang cauliflower which I am not regretting as it seems to have had a bang bang effect on my digestive system 😬 The vegan raisukaree was delicious but I did need to ask for a spoon as I got too impatient with the chopsticks (hangs head in shame!). This was tbh more food than I'd eaten in ages but yes, I still ate a dessert, the chocolate orange cake with chocolate ice cream 🐷 Stuffed doesn't come close to describing how I felt when we left but it was totally worth it. I will never not come back 💗 (if only for the ribs! 🤤)

This is Wagama so I'm not going to bother reviewing the food because it's obviously awesome. The location is quite nice. Tucked far enough away from the station that it doesn't seem rammed and they have a good size outside seating area with great heaters so it's good for smokers. Toilets were clean and the staff were friendly. Only bad point was the hand-dryer in the loo which was so weak it felt like my hand were being sighed on by a very small rabbit. Not really their fault though.

Ordered take-out from Wagamamas as we were not keen on dining in, as of now. I had never tried the Teriyaki Beef Donburi - it came in a decent sized bowl and was well packed for takeaway. There was a great balance of meat, rice and carrots/lettuce/spring onion. It was very tasty overall and the sauce was not overpowering - just right in fact. The only criticism is the fact that there were limited orders on the mains for take-out. Also, the Click + Collect did not go through successfully, so we just went for delivery.

I ordered Chicken Katsu Curry first time being jn wagamama and I eat katsu curry a lot so expected for it to be amazing in a nice popular restaurant. It was far from it, the amount of rice and chicken was decent, but there was barely any curry, had to scrape it from the plate. And whatever was there didn't taste amazing at all, was missing richness to add to dish and so everything else was very plain, including rice with no salt, chicken quite dry.

Eat here very often and food is always lovely. Have noticed that on one option that I have to have no prawns and just chicken that they tend to just not give you the prawns rather than adding extra chicken, I had 3 small peices last time and even asking for more it was tiny, for a basic noodle option and the price I'd expect more meat lol Also as friendly and helpful as the staff are, they can often focus on just getting food to tables (with it being varied on delivery I don't think it's helpful) and so forget about you for long periods of time unless they are bringing something to you, it's taken us over 20mins to get the bill once after completely finishing (decided against dessert at that point due to being in there nearly 1.5hrs already!) and on occasions had to go up and ask for the bill. also needed drinks replenishing and haven't had anyone near to ask so left without. We still go there though as the food is lovely and my 8yr old really enjoys something different to sausages or nuggets often on the menu, but don't expect it to be fast and always go after a planned event rathe than before.

The restaurant is situated on an upper level where parents with buggies have to use escalators to get to the restaurant. The queue on the door was long the very warm heater blowing down on the queue could be set to a more ambient temp. The service was good although we had to wait for a corner seat to accommodate the buggy. The chilli squid was overcooked but the rest of our dishes were worth the stop!

This rooftop restaurant is only second floor and is surrounded by much taller buildings so don't expect stunning views over London. There is an area with deck chairs and fake grass outside which is good for kids to play on but I'm not sure if that was just a summer thing or not. Overall a nice Wagamama.

However, as regulars of Wagamamas we were disappointed by, 1 cold salmon soba, arrived after being offered to another table, which despite 2 of us ordering this only 1 arrived; the chilli squid was cold having also been offered to an adjacent table; the chicken and prawn pad Thai had no prawns and despite apologies and an offer of prawns coming, as this meal came last anyway, my husband had to save some noodles whilst waiting for the prawns which was pathetic as prawns only take a few minutes to cook. The tiled floors were sticky underfoot and the toilets lacked loo roll. Great location and layout, good buzz, especially sitting outside, it was busy but they seemed well staffed. Disappointing.

Great customer service! went with a group of 12 on a busy Friday lunch period and everyone's food had come except mine. It took about 15-20 minutes longer but I know it was simply missed as it was very busy so I wasn't too bothered by the long wait. My friends on the other hand were! they complained numerous times on my behalf and I had many staff members keep us updated of the wait time and apologise. I didn't have to pay for my meal and they offered me a free desert so very pleased!

Ambience: If the weather's warm it's nice to sit outdoors in a bit of open that's hard to find in central London. Customer service: They mistakenly served prawns instead of chicken. Replaced the dish and were profusely apologetic to the point that I felt bad that I had complained! Good food if you pick your dishes well. Great service and food place for a quick lunch or an early evening meal perhaps.

This Wagamama resturant was brilliant! the staff were all lovely, the food was quick as well as beautiful. They happily accomodated for special requests/ subs and were all great for customer service. The location was also cool, up on the roof terrace. Also very glad they had escalators because although usually I would be running up the steps, I had five heavy bags. Either way accessibility to the resturant seemed good, as well as all the other good things. I will definately be a returning customer. Thank yoy Wagamama!

Nicely located at Cardinal place and at roof garden level this branch of Wagamama feels really good to be sitting and having your food. I've been reading that Wagamama is good for ramen but I didn't end up ordering that. It was a hot day so I really didn't feel like eating something with hot broth. So I opted for the ginger chicken udon. They use pickled ginger, which I was a bit iffy about at first since I'm not usually a fan. But this was actually really good. The flavor paired well with the saltiness of the noodles. The chicken tasted a bit leftover-y but I still ate everything since I was starving. We have one Wagamama location in NYC so I'll probably go and try the ramen there (though I'm sure it won't be as good). Tip - Wagamama is good for a quick sit down lunch. The food comes out pretty quickly, so you'll be in and out in about 45 minutes or so.

Located on the first floor of the recently redeveloped cathedral walk shopping area, this is a well positioned Wagamamas. The staff are friendly and helpful as always. Top tip; Green teas are free so stock up on a couple cups of the healthy green stuff to wash down whatever you're munching on. I'd recommend trying the Talapia Fish Curry if you fancy a change from the Wagagamas staple, Katsu Curry.
