Reviews of wagamama southbank

Popped in for lunch before taking my son to St Thomas's hospital for his out patient checkup. Was a nice large clean wagamma. Prices as expected from the restaurant. Quick food delivery and presentation was perfect. Definitely an awesome branch.

Food was great, didn’t take long to arrive!
Sat outside which had heating so was lovely. Great service, self checkout. You scan a barcode and pay your bill 🤷🏾♂️

If you're looking for a delicious and reasonably priced meal in London's Southbank district, Wagamama is a great option. The restaurant offers a variety of Japanese-inspired dishes, from ramen and chicken donbori to vegan options, and the service is attentive and efficient. The only downside is that the place is usually quite crowded, so it's best to go during off-peak hours if possible.

Went to this place earlier this week, and the food was incredibly delicious!
We were starving and we heard good things about this place, so we went there to try it out. We ordered 2 of the Yaki Soba dish, some chilli squid, and tropical juice.
The food tasted reaaaaally good, we loved every bit of it. Would definitely go there again to try other dishes out.
The service wasn’t that great honestly, more than one person attended to our table, some of them were good, but one in particular wasn’t professional at all.
Other than that, everything was absolutely great!

A party of 3 and one had a allergy, the manager came and helped with the food information re the allergy. My son's meal and side were cooked separately to prevent any cross contamination. Our food was out within mins of ordering and my son's took a while longer (but this is due to his allergy).
The Chilli chicken Ramèn was tasty and hot and the Chilli squid was superb 👌.

Love Wagamama, But the Southbank one pushes the limit to what is acceptable! Let's first set the scene, Sunday early evening (17:00), walking along and think let's pop in.
A small queue is common which was the case of 7 people (3 groups), so we thought let's join the wait. The restaurant itself, on this particular evening was not excessively busy so we had assumed our sitting would be quick.
Staff did not come outside to tell us how long the wait was going to be, or engage with people in the queue to get an understanding of what seating demands were necessary.
We continued to wait, 15 minutes later we were at the front of the queue, then nothing... No engagement from staff, people were leaving the restaurant and the queue outside was growing. After 10 minutes I braved going in and was told to go back outside and the queue time is 15/20 minutes. To which i informed the staff we've already been waiting 25 minutes (Staff didn't seem happy). I left and took my place at the front of the queue, people contained to leave while 4 staff huddled together laughing about something (maybe us all outside in the cold).
Finally we were seated, and at which point the usual Wagamama experience kicks in with good food, reasonably priced and a casual dining experience.
As a customer though to have such a terrible initial experience and no apology for the delay just seems to be a fair deduction. Maybe it was an off day but with such limited places along the Southbank at least having a smile on your face and engaging with customers would have made things better.

Came here with a group of friends after wanting to try something new after picking it via google maps. There quite a few close by but this one food of high quality, the speed of service was more than what I expected as the wait told us food comes out as soon as if it ready. End we had a big groups, river themes is also close by, so what’s a bonus treat. The waiter was a lovely guy and helped out when some of us where not sure what to pick. Whoever designed the menu, credit to you man

Great place for a quick lunch. A variety of options for all kinds of meals and dietary requirements, including a vegan menu. Quick service and easy option for payment via an online app (including splitting the bill). Good location.
D.
Fresh and delicious food. We strongly recommend you this place. Cheers
L. W.
Great vegan options, reasonable prices, good food and a lot of verity including great vegan options for kids, good & quick service
C. K.
Visited this chain resturant many times. The last few we had to queue but the service is fast. The food is always the same, big bowls of udon, prawn/chicken/beef noodles, katsu curry etc.
The thing I like the most is a separate vegan menu. Children's menu also available. Food is prepared fresh and is delivered when ready, unfortunately follow diners in your company could be half way through their meal before you get yours.
Service can be a hit a miss, on one visit you could have an attentive server and next visit ignored. The southbank resturant is always very busy but enjoyable.
I have returned many times and would recommend. Service not included.

Only had a few plates before watching a show. Gyoza wasn't as good as I expected. Pastry was a bit floury and dry. Vegetables were excellent. Yakitori was OK. Nothing special but I didn't order what I would normally have. 7/10.
A. B.
Beautifully cooked and tasty food served very quickly. Staff were quick to take drinks and food orders when we arrived and very polite. Definitely recommend!
C. O.
Although we had to queue to get in, it was worth the wait. The service was very good and the food was delicious and arrived promptly. We did have a problem with one of the orders but this was sorted out quickly. I would like to to specifically mention the lady manager who went out of her way to look after us, other customers and her staff - very impressive indeed.
H. M.
I felt faint during dinner and was looked after by the amazing Inga, who helped me outside and held ice to my neck to cool me down and talk to me until I was well again. Thank you so much, Inga! You turned a horrible situation into a really lovely one.
The food was also excellent. I will definitely be back for the vegan sticky ribs!
s. t.
As always, very delicious food
E. J.
It’s a great place with delicious food, that allowed us to bring my dog inside. The manager Gino was very helpful and Maryam (our server) was helpful. The food came really quick and there was a vegan option.
Thank you and highly recommend to everyone.
C. F.
I haven't been to Wagamama's in a very long time because I was always disappointed with their ramen and noodle dishes. My friend convinced me to go this time, and I opted for the tofu curry, and I must say it was very tasty! I would definitely recommend. I'd also like try the pranw curry next time :)
B. J.
Amazing place and amazing food. Was a bit baffled with the toilet situation. But just in general just like any and all other wagamama’s
M. T.
Was our first time! The waitress help us too understand the menu and choose the best dishes. Everything was so good!
F. a. t.
Loved the food at wagamama haven’t had it for years and realise why!…
The only disappointing thing is the prices and portion size you don’t get much for what you pay!. £11.25 for teppayaki dish (photo)
🥘 would recommend if you like oriental food and don’t mind these prices.
L. M.
Nice food & friendly staff. Very very busy. Had quite a wait to get seated. As expected for central London really
K. B.
We arrived around 1PM and only had to wait a few minutes for a table. I was a bit disappointed in the dish that I ordered, though—I thought it would be hard to mess up Pad Thai, but it was quite flavorless and bland. The staff were friendly and the restaurant is in a great location!
R.
First time tasting ramen and it was really delicious , plus they also offered my next dish for free as the order was later, appreciate it ❤️
J. S.
Good location on the Southbank, with some tables to eat al fresco. Service needs to improve as it can be very busy and they may need more people. The starters arrived after we finished the mains but they already warn you that the plates come in no order... it can be annoying though. Also we have to ask for the drinks 3 times. Finally they told us they would bring the bill to split however they only brought one bill. I think they need more people working there so they are not in a rush.
S. S.
Love it here the food is so good and the portions are big
B. D.
Went here early September 2020, so at this point they had prepared incredibly well in the new world that we live in.
Staff were a delight to deal with upon arrival, right through to the moment that we left.
We felt very safe and looked after there.
Highly recommend!
K. S.
Tasty food , friendly and efficient staff ( sweet Tatiana ) , reasonable prices .. what else to expect ? I have never been a great fun of Japanese food , but this restaurant goes taste to another level and not only for me but for our grandchildren too . We are a group of 13 people , family and friends, traveling to London . Wagamama was a safe solution near our hotel , but the point is that everything we tasted ( ramen , noodles , baoban with mushrooms , baoban with pork etc ) were very tasty . Good choice .
S. B.
Visited the one at Tower of London, alone for a quick lunch. Love the food. Service was very mediocre, and prices are reasonable, but the variety of options, and deliciousness of the food makes up for a lot!
T. M.
A vegan menu offered at the door! Wagamama has come a long way since it just had one option (yasai cha han that you had to order minus the eggy wegg).
A great vegan selected, lots of delicious starters and chunky main meals and they label the alcohol vegan too!
Wonderful service and food came quickly and you can even split the bill using the app.
Winner winner tofu dinner.
K. P.
Went on a busy day in the middle of the lunchtime rush. Despite the long queue, we were greeted within seconds and seated in less than ten minutes. We were given ample time to order and food arrived fresh and delicious. This place is run so efficiently and staff are friendly despite the pressures they must face with a hungry and demanding crowd. They found us a nice space for our buggy next to where we were seated - we had a sleeping baby in it so couldn't fold it away :) Highly recommend for service and delicious food.
D. M.
Perfect Japanese meal.
You get vegetarian options here, there is a separate for vegan and vegetarians. You get Japanese and Thai beer. My tips for this beer, finish it before you finish your food or way before you start eating, I've experienced it tastes very strange after food.
Food is nice and the taste is consistent across all their outlets.👍
A. B.
Gets very busy around 12 on a Saturday, with a queue forming quite quickly. Suggest coming in around 11:20 to avoid this. Otherwise, it’s good food, nice and helpful staff and a good location
D. E.
Oooooo lala! My first taste of japanese and colour me impressed!!!! The duck doburi was drool worthy!! Definitely going back to try other dishes. Go to eith a friend, you wont regret it!!
E. Y.
Great restaurant, amazing food. Very hygienic and following all social distancing rules. Ordered ramen, curry.. and they all were filling and very tasty. Great service by staff. Great way to make payment by going online from mobile. Overall amazing experience.
S. W.
Love Wagamama and their vegan offering. The steamed buns are just so yummy!
Great atmosphere, heated outdoor space and a very friendly service.
E. S.
Very nice mix of Asian cuisines with Japanese and Korean touch. Don't expect Japanese or Korean dishes though but expect good noodle and rice dishes. Service staff are friendly and cooperative.
k. w.
Rich Ramen, delicious Yuzu ice cream, and warming green tea. Wagamama is perfect for when you want flavoursome, complex flavours, without the arrogance or price tag. My only advice would be to leave some time- it gets busy, so expect a 20-30 minute wait.
E. A.
The meal is super delicious, and the staff are nice and Professional. Well done, Guys! Stay safe and healthy! ^^
S. R.
Love this place! Always happy to come back and every single time we receive an excellent service from friendly team. Visited again yesterday with my other half for a ramen soup and it was delicious as always!
P.S. check chefs recommendation in menu;) yumm!
My choice was classic Wagamama ramen which is my fav, with mussels, squid, prawns, egg and so on. Full option as I like it!
E. C.
Very nice.
Friendly staff, prime location, great food and a nice opportunity to try some new kinds of delicacy.
Prices are average and it is always busy.
After a nice meal you can go on a nice walk down the Thames as it is located 5 steps away from the Millennium Bridge.
D. G.
Now almost half of the menu is VEGAN. This is top notch! I liked everything I tried. Thanks Wagamama! 👌🏼👌🏼
N. K.
Very friendly and warm environment. The food was great with a huge variety. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Great experience. I recommend this restaurant.
T. R.
Walked in and the restaurant was busy. Really helpful service by the staff and nicely cooked. For such a busy place the toilets were still clean( always annoys me otherwise).
My group of 6 all left satisfied and the 2 newbies will happily return.
L. M.
I love that Wagamama has a whole vegan menu. I ordered the kare udon, which had mushrooms that were impeccably seasoned. The soup had a good kick to it. Servers were attentive despite it being very busy, and the establishment was clean. I wouldn’t call this “authentic” Japanese food but it was still tasty!
C. M. P.
🍸🍲
Food and drinks are fantastic and are served quickly. I had the best sake ever! Staff is quick and super friendly (and funny).
Lastly, location is great and next to a great walk along the Thames.
I surely recommend this restaurant
S. P.
Excellent service, Covid-19 safe, all staff wearing masks adding to confidence high traffic location. Food was great, does not feel like you are eating chain food at reasonable price points. Colleague was gluten free and they handled the order with absolute diligence
E. W.
Absolutely divine vegan options and excellent, friendly service. Would come back anytime! :)
R. M.
Food is always been a delicious, the staff are friendly. Social distancing for the tables are great.
A. P.
Same quality, socially distanced paying. Order with a waiter, then when you're done ordering or you've eaten all your food, go online to pay. Easy!
I. T.
Had lunch there couple days ago and the service was so wonderful. Food also excellent, cant wait to go again!
A. R. U.
Amazing food. I got the chilli steak ramen and they took away the spices for me because I don't really like stuff too spicy.
C. (.
Freshly made food, full of flavour and tasty, in a nice and lively environment.
Quick and kind service.
O. M.
V good food - the same standard but service did stink a bit. There was one guy who wouldn't make eye or verbal contact. I asked him for menus for my 3 children, he brought one and just dumped it on the table without a word!!
It's a big store rapid turn over and in a great location.
I. C.
I really liked the new Gaz Oakley collaboration meal, it also travelled well which doesn't happen often for takeaways. Great vegan option Wagamama! Would like a few more mushrooms maybe and other options please :)
C.
Lovely staff, but very abrupt service, food wasn't handled with care, just dropped on the table.... anywhere on the table. Can be quite off-putting actually. Cutlery not clean.
This could be due to how busy they were. They were very busy. It was Bank holiday weekend. Though staff said it is always busy like that and usually busier...!
If you happened not to be looking, you could miss your food being dropped off on your table. Our food was dropped of by numerous various staff members including the staff covering the table where we were seated.
And the staff covering your table, is the only person you can order additional food/drink from but it is very difficult to do so because they are busy elsewhere dropping off other people's food orders).
Yes, requires patience... lots of it.. to eat here.
Positives are -
Tasty food,
Quick arrival of your order,
Staff are generally polite and smiley when you can get a hold of them.
R. P.
Food was amazing, and came quick. Service excellent. Highly recommended.
D. C.
Chicken Firecracker is most delicious and spicy food here. I customize it with noodles and it tastes yummy. Service is great. I always recommend my friends to this place. Not a big fan of Padthai though.
R.
Nice and friendly staff.
We enjoyed our lunch.
G. S.
Food excellent.
Good location, especially if you are visiting the Royal Festival Hall.
Some staff are very polite.
One star dropped as long wait to be seated even though lots of tables were free.
Some staff rude.
No soap in the toilet. You don't expect this during a pandemic .
P. H.
Rámen soup, kimchi chicken. All good. Serving was fast and professional.
C. R.
3 names Mihel, Mayor and Becky. These 3 people made our experience fantastic. Best waiters ever. Outside on South bank near the river Thames on a sunny May evening was superb. The service was swift, the food excellent and they could cope with my weird diet very well. Loved the passion fruit and guava sorbet. Took my 14 year old son and the staff said how well behaved he was. It was a fabulous experience and when my son left his poster behind, they found it and gave it to my brother-in-law on the same night.
D. E.
Went here as a group and was expecting it to be too busy to get a table but we did. There was perspex in between seating areas as they use benches so that was good. Ordering was easy and payment was even easier using the app, no need to wait for a server who can often be run off their feet. Food was good, tasty and came pretty quickly.
A. K.
Had a chance of having lunch here with my dear brother in london 2013 while he was making me explore the whole city, as I got really tired and needed to re-energize. Overall it was fine. I wouldn’t say it was bad but I only recommend it if you are a Japanese food fan otherwise not at all. Also, it is extremely overpriced. However, I loved the location.
D. T.
Service is great here, the gyoza dumplings are sublime but the chili ramen soup leaves much to be desired. Chewy beef in a tasteless broth. Served with a mountain of instant noodles and hardly any veg. The staff offered to replace the dish, but I had to get back to work.
J. F.
Beautiful food attentive staff quickly seated been more then twice now so well worth a visit
s. s.
Love, love, love Wagamamma! Great outdoor seating at The Southbank and friendly efficient waiting staff .
A. H.
Great food and service. Staff helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. Shoulder to shoulder with strangers but still good.
c. n.
Friendly and helpful staffs. Soup of ramen here not quite my expected taste (not savory enough) but not bad.
N. L.
Food tasted really good, Staff were nice, Long wait time to get in thought but location was good.
B. S.
Good Wagamamatastic food - it was four of us and a baby, and they looked after us well - thank you! The only bad points were the baby changing room was out of order, and the background music was super loud, couldn't hear each other slurp noodles (and chat). Other than that it 素晴らしかった! :)
i.
food was really nice, restaurant was clean and great service from the beginning.
F. R.
Not bad at all , they’re everywhere so if you like the food you could get it anywhere in London
Plus they have a vegan and gf menu
If you have any type of allergies the manager will come and personally take your order and deliver it too
J. S.
honestly was a great experience went with my sister for her birthday she came and sang for her and gave us a slice of cake overall great staff very friendly and food was cheap and delicious
C. L.
A modern restaurant that's clean, fast and very friendly with reasonable prices. This branch is recommended
M. P.
The food is good, but the service is outstanding! They really make am effort to accommodate families and the children's menu is great. Also wheelchair accessible.
r. B.
Quick service and friendly staff. Tasty food ! They give complimentary water and green tea!
L. w.
The location is great but the food and the staffs can be better.
N. B.
Really quick and efficient service. Food amazing as always.
J. M.
Food was particularly slow and arrived at different times. The restaurant was very loud too.
S. C.
Food is always great but the service was a bit slow to their normal standards
A. T.
Love wagamama. Always good
I. P.
Nice place to take a cup of coffee and go. If you have a bit longer I would suggest this place for a break.
J. C.
Very tasty food good vegan options also. Gluten free was more limited (rice noodles or a few rice dishes) I believe this was because most dishes had gluten filled soy sauce. Aside from that the range of drinks was good and the service was excellent. Lovely view of the river and outside seating is available. Many other restaurants are nearby so it is a safe option to go for a dinner here and take a walk by the river. COVID19 measures have been put into place but there is still table service - you can just pay online now.
Been back since my first visit and the Duck Egg Rice dish was the highlight for me.
S. I.
Attentive helpful staff, and absolutely one of the best lunches I’ve ever eaten, no exaggeration.
S. W.
Really good food, nice staff, cleans loos. They have a few tables outside and loads inside. It does get really busy, so be warned.
J. v. d. H.
Food was yummy. Staff were friendly. Toilets were horrendous.
K. A.
I've eaten at a number of Wagamama restaurants around London. Needless to say, being situated on the Southbank is a big bonus for this venue.
The added outside seating is a nice addition, especially for tourists taking in the London Southbank vibe. There's not much of a view either from inside of the outside seating. Sad, considering how close to the river it is, but in truth it's not that kind of eatery.
The food is what you'd expect of Wagamama, inexpensive, filling and very tasty. The range of drinks is limited but that's a minor complaint considering.
Not a romantic date type of place, but a great place to grab as meal on the hoof.
The staff by the way are very friendly and do a grand job in what is often a very busy restaurant.
A. J.
I used to avoid Wagamama but over the past few years the food actually got a lot better. I had their beef ramen today and the noodle itself arrived al dente which was spot on for me. Also their buns are really tasty. The service is not bad at all, at least in late afternoon. All in all, well done for improving!!!
F. T.
Love Wagamamas! Even though there was a huge queue outside this one (as the lockdown was just lifted) the amazing staff were still available to let us order a takeout meal. Note they also do deliveries. I was able to find a gluten free and vegan meal, which was great. And we only had to wait about 15mins max for our food to be ready. Definitely recommend a visit!
r. a.
Amazing food😋 one of the top restaurants in Uk 🙏
D.
The environment at Wagamama is great. This branch is no exception when it comes to great food quality and polite and helpful staff.
Yesterday however, I did feel uncomfortable with a couple of things I noticed. Firstly, chefs not wearing masks whilst preparing food. And secondly, being given unwashed glasses with lip prints from other customers still on the glass.
L. H.
Good food, ok location and nice interior. Cannot go wrong with Wagamama's, every time I've gone to one I've been happy with the service, and this location is no different.
L. G.
Lovely food nice staff.
N. V.
Went to the Wagamama at the Royal Festival Hall.
Fantastic service by everyone who saw to us, but Dominika was lovely! Very helpful and welcoming and chatty, made the service even better than before!
Definitely coming back here again!
Oh and the food was really yummy as well! Very relaxed atmosphere too.
E. W.
Totally delicious. As a person who doesn't usually like curry, this was amazing There is such a wide range of food to choose from, like prawns, edamame, korma, katsu and so much nore. It is a great place to go with family as there is a kids menu. One of my favourite things about this place was the fact that they had toilets for men, women, disabled, none binary and anyone else not comfortable with labeled bathrooms.
M. H.
I heard about this restaurant online a while ago and had to try it while I was visiting London. It was amazing! 10/10 would recommend it to anyone. It was quite busy and loud, but totally worth it.
G.
10min queue but restaurant only half full. Long wait.
A. C.
Great food definitely coming back. Just didn't like it when i was still eating they took away the other person's empty plate that i was with. I believe it's not very professional. But the rest was great.
M. W.
With CV19 being a vibe, it was quite seemless to be seated. Short wait outside and was able to sit inside.
Ambiance is nice and not too overwhelming. Waiter was friendly and efficient.
Food was delicious, edimame beans and ramen were our choice and I felt you couldn't go wrong.
Overall a great experience under a bridge in the centre of London.
l.
Amazing vegan food, great service
A. S.
I took my parents there when they visited London for the first time and we had a fantastic time. Got table immediately and it was a pretty hard choice to choose from the menu as everything sounds so delicious! The food arrived quickly and tasted great. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Definitely recommend for a nice light dinner in the central London.
L. H.
I had a great time at their Waterloo branch - the service and food was great. There was a queue outside - I think due to Covid regulations. But it was well organised & the wait time wasn't long. Would definitely go again!
I. S.
They now have a n interesting selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes, which are absolutely delicious. Bang Bang Cauliflower was so good, even our non-vegitarian friends were very impressed! Also their vegan Pale Ale with ginger & lime is really good! Top spot for a decent meal at reasonable price. Staff were welcoming, helpful & efficient. Plenty of seating inside & outside.
D.
Really good Wagamama restaurant. It's really big and we went when it was really busy, but they seated us quickly, gave us free tea while we waited and once we were sat down the table service was really fast.
Id rarely rate a chain restaurant such as this over 4 stars simply because of how generic and common to find Wagamama is, but this is a particularly well run branch and id recommend it to anyone in the area.
M. S.
The food was lovely as always and a great children's menu. The only thing I would suggest is for all the tables to be used to make it easier to social distancing (when we were there there was a section of the restaurant empty).
B. M.
Good food as usual. Great variety and tasty. Staff do a good job managing a busy shop, friendly.
D. S.
As expected from Wagamama, a wonderful dining experience. They keep refreshing their menu while keeping the crowd favourites. You are greeted with some free tasters even as you do a very short wait for your table. And the food is so good, staff courteous and kid friendly.
P. A.
Had a fantastic experience at wagamama festival hall today all thanks to the brilliance of Sura he really looked after us very professional and definitely loves his job. Thank you again
Peter
P. L.
Had a lovely lunch there today, brilliant experience friendly staff fantastic food as always and excellent value due to the government's added discount.
Mikel was our server he was excellent top marks Mikel, very friendly made us laugh and super efficient thank you
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
And a further thank you to the team for making it easy to socially distance, the place was so clean with sanitizers spread out all over the place. 👍
J. H.
Known brand Wagamama so you know what to expect. Well run, clean tables and toilets. Service was a little slower than normal but it was Covid-19 and they did a good job keeping the restaurant safe. So very happy with visit. Interesting location nearly under the rail bridge by the London Wheel
M. M.
We were seated quickly and the overall service was fast. Perfect for a quite bite or for lunch. I ordered the Veggie Pad Thai and thought it was nice and fresh, lacked a bit of flavour and spice but that is simply my opinion, the rest of the group were very happy with their choices and felt that it was better than the Bankside branch!
I. J.
The quintessential Wagamama - open, clean, fast, friendly. There is often a queue here but the turnover is rapid and they manage the queue well with accurate time estimates and time to look at the menu in the queue. I like this venue because they are so relaxed about dealing with smaller groups (either large families or 8 friends). They seem to be able to 'magic' table space from nowhere. Service is fast, friendly and the food is consistent and exactly as you'd expect from a good Wagamama.
M. E.
Great variety of food with good quality and fast delivered. Very friendly and attentive service. I would recommend to take one of the noodle dishes as they are famous for these and it really makes you happy.
Thank you for a great evening!
C. N.
A lovely chain! This location had some good window views and dealt with the queue to get in very well. Service was quick despite how busy they were and food was incredible. Always a staple and a solid choice!

Served quickly even the place was really busy. The dishes were served at different time each other, but this is usual in every restaurant especially when they are busy. In the overall the service and the food was good. I definitely reccommend if you are around the area and you want to eat something warm and tasty wagamama standard dishes.
A. B.
Very good customer service, plenty of friendly staff and great food. Good portions and served quickly despite seeming very busy. Great location on the Southbank. Good choice on childrens menu, including for our fussy 4 year old, waitress helpfully brought different sauce at no extra charge until we found one he liked :) . They had a blocked toilet issue during our visit but I've still given 5 stars because as soon as I told the manager she flew into action rapidly sorting everything out.
L. N.
Prompt, efficient and friendly service received at Cardinal Place. Staff were attentive and responsive throughout. Well done!
M. V.
Great location for the restaurant. Recently done up (summer 2018 I think) and there are now two areas with a smaller more intimate area to the right.
Great food selection as with all Wagamama's and the service was very speedy except for one dish. Always hate the fact the main course arrive at their own times not as one table serving. One main course arrived so late that the other two were were already finished.
Fortunately that course was taken off the bill for compensation.
Oh and the amount of toilets 3+3 are low for 400 seats for a restaurant.
M. F. R.
First time back at a restaurant after COVID and honestly the best customer service I have received ever! Everyone was so friendly and happy to see people back. I’m very thankful for the people that served me. Please be kind, these people are working hard in tough times
L. C.
Very busy on a Friday night but the food was fantastic as always and we didn't have to wait very long. The staff were friendly and informative. They even had colouring-in for adults! Great vibe and I will come back very soon.
P. T.
Good food! Good and quick service as well. It was a bit too noisy indoors though and back rest would have been nice, but overall we had a great time!
S. B.
This restaurant is a real gem. It does seem to get busy, so you might have to wait for a seat, but on our visit we were lucky and seated without delay. The food is glorious. I had a very flavourful soup, spicy yet refreshing, which came piping hot and in a substantial bowl. Chopsticks as well as conventional cutlery are thoughtfully provided. As some other reviewers have noted, the restaurant is a large space catering for very many diners, which might at times be noisy, but this presented no real problem during our visit. I look forward to my next meal here.
R. F.
Great portions of food, it's really tasty, the, staff are friendly and helpful and the food arrives quickly. Been here a few times and I've never been disappointed. Crispy chilli squid, pork ribs and t rib ramen are wonderful. Try one of the raw juices. You can almost feel your body filling with vitamins and a nice small selection of Asian beers.
D. A.
Amazing service! Our server Robert was really nice and didn't rush us at all! We ended up spending 4 hours with lots of glasses of prosecco! The food was amazing and they have patio heaters for outside seating 😊
A. L.
Big fan of wagamama anyway but the service here was fantastic. Speedy delicious food, friendly staff, and I love that you can pay your bill via QR code whenever you're ready.
J. B.
Always great to go to Wagamana with the family. Love the buns and the staff are doing a great job.
S. K.
Good choices, delightful flavours and service was very prompt. Sadly the wine was quite expensive which I felt was unnecessary. Many people like to enjoy a glass of wine with their meal but at almost £10 for a large sauivignin blanc I am not sure I will return.
R. P.
Slow service but the food is 👌
P. M.
Fantastic dining experience, loved the ramen , the service was amazing . Great table with superb view.
We couldn’t have asked for more. Special thank you for Mick for looking after us.
Highly recommended. Will be returning soon.
D.
Very busy but a fun experience. Service was pretty mediocre and had to send my main as it arrived warm. Apart from that the chili squid starter was great and the prawn raisukaree was to die for! Just a really great, fun time and the atmosphere was buzzing :)
A. A.
Friendly staff and great food 🙂
M. T.
The best meal I've had in a long time. The waiters were really nice and attentive. Would highly recommend 👌
E. P.
Food was good but the service was awful.
C.
This Wagamama is amazing! One of the best selections of food and staff is super friendly. I recommend it to everyone. I love this company! Keep up the good work
D. O. H.
Great idea for a quick pasta box on your lunch break , very big portion and laid back staff
M. B.
A nice clean and tidy place to eat the food was served quickly and looked very good, plus it was hot and tasted just as good too. The service wasn't perfect they were a little slow in getting our orders but otherwise a nice time.
S. s.
Very nice restaurant and delicious food
R. S.
Good location, relaxing Sunday early dinner. My food didn’t start great, but manager took care of it and I’m happy now :) great customer service!!! Tasty food, I recommend.
A. K.
Nice location and super busy on a Friday night. Staff relocated us somewhere quieter which was much appreciated. Prompt service and a selection of dishes. Clearly the place to be in the area! 👍
R. D.
This is another one of those fast casual chain type of places. But the food was delicous and very well prepared. None of the food looked to come from a frozen package that was heated up. I had the short rib ramen that was absolutely stellar. There were great japanese beers. The service was wonderful.
C. H.
Great Asian dining spot along the Southbank. Perfect place to have lunch, especially with friends or family as they have large tables and seats inside and out for plenty of people.
The portions are a good size and the food is usually served quickly. They have a large menu with a lot to choose from. Good value for money and they also offer to pay digitally here too, including Apple Pay and their own app payment system.
J. R.
Came here with my girlfriend after a photoshoot that lasted from 7AM to 9:30PM and it was just what we needed after such a long day! Always a warm and welcoming atmosphere with lovely food and helpful staff!
m. t.
Not bad for quick meal decent portions and tasty enough. I avoided their beef as the meat was not cut correctly so extremely chewy.
Busy at weekend but otherwise not bad
M. S.
The manager went above and beyond, being incredibly helpful in attending to one of our party who had both a gluten and nut intolerance. Excellent service from this branch of Wagamama. Recommended!
A. J.
Staff isn't professional.
Our starters came after the main course was served. Big mistake!
Staff didn't ask if I need a fork too.
The food was ok. Chilli prawns has too much chilli in it.
C. H.
It was really busy on South bank but couldn't believe how quickly our food came and how attentive our staff managed to be amongst all the rush. Like, seriously, a triumph of managerial skill or staff training or whatever. Seriously impressed.
D. H.
Great food, great service! Only slight criticism is that the bottled beer wasn’t cold, go for the draft instead. Still deserves five stars as the whole experience here is consistently great regarding the food and service.
T. S.
Amazingly tasty food!
B. P.
Went to catch up with a wonderful ginger and have some great food. The food was fantastic--I highly suggest the Chilli Ramen--but our server was pretty inattentive. I asked for water twice before getting some! I did love the idea of getting two hot drinks and three taster cakes. It's perfect because I always want to try all the cakes...and now I can. Thank you wagamama!
D. G.
I’ve been visiting Wagamama with my friends, never been here before! Our waiter,Radoslav is an asset for this company! He went through the menu with us introducing the dishes (I couldn’t choose one because all sounds delicious),his knowledge along with his charm made our visit memorable! If you read this ,big hug and thank you from those five girls in the corner! Obrigada!
T. H.
Excellent food and quick service, restaurant was quite hot and uncomfortable given it was a hot evening. Outdoor seating is available but there were no free tables for my visit. Would definitely recommend sitting outside on a hot day.
S. C.
Fantastic service, very helpful people. Got the grilled duck with rice and tasted great
Z. K.
Stood in a queue, some people just came later than us, and they let them in, although the administrator didn't know about their arrangement but still let them in in front of the queue. So many people like in all other restaurants of the chain, but they messed up the order, so we had to wait for our noodles for 40 minutes. Other than that you get what you expect and for the money you pay
R. C.
Waiter and food couldn't have been better. Best service I've had in a very long time!
J.
Freakishly fast service!! We were stressing about time initially, failing to realise that wagamamas had our back! The food arrived within ten minutes of ordering. As usual, the portions of ramen were enormous but delicious nonetheless
F.
I got the vegetarian ramen and my wife got the shiitake donburi. The ramen was disappointing. The tofu, noodles and broth were almost flavourless, only the mushrooms were ok. The frittata was way overcooked, too. The donburi was much better, however, eggs included. Also, it doesn't taste like real Japanese food, but I was expecting that, so I didn't consider that a downside.
The service was quick despite the place being very crowded.
D. P.
Great food as expected. Their social distancing set up was extremely good and you pay your bill by app.
G. K.
When it comes to a baby friendly restaurant on the south bank then this wagamama has it sorted . with clip on high chairs , and a great kids menu we were really chuffed. Kids are given crayons and colouring in menus. Adults get good food served quickly. Staff are amazing too and they have baby changing facilities in the bathroom.
A. G.
Great food and great portions. The appetizers are a little expensive for what you get, which is made up in part by the very filling mains. This branch is particularly good for its very attentive staff.
D. R.
Love the food, love the place, the staff is friendly and funny. Thumbs up!
Book a table if you don´t want to wait :-)
M. R.
It was my 2nd time at the southbank restaurant.. I was finding some of menu difficult because I dont eat certain ingredients
However, Patrick (staff) was helpful and professional. He make my experience really great...Keep up the good work
T. M.
Great service and food as always. Felt very safe as they made sure everyone was wearing masks when they weren't at a table.
G. W.
I find the food here to be a mixed bag - sometimes and some things are quite good, others not so much.
This branch can get very busy and hectic, exacerbated by the bench-style seating arrangement. It is not unusual to see a queue outside during peak times.
Plus points for the outside seating area.
a.
Last week someone stole my card and in covid in restaurants is card only, because I have a cyst in my brain, I get headaches and needed to eat something before I took the pill, this was the only restaurant that was willing to serve me. THANK YOU for your humanity jaoP
L. C.
Great new options to try and great service, as usual for Wagamamas! Lovely to be back in a restaurant after all this time.
K. N.
Everytime item that was tasted, it was brilliant
E.
I was very impressed by the food quality and the service. We've seated super fast and didn't wait for our food long at all! Will definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends!
R. N.
We got the padthai and other items recommended by the staff. The food was tasty but could be more spicy.
The location is great. Recommend to sit outside during summer months as the view and crowds are amazing.
N. A.
Such a nice food. One of the best location with definitely best service. Ana served us. She is so friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back again.
E. S.
Went to Wagamama on south bank and service was good. They were effecient with the line and getting people sat quickly and safely. Only downside is we sat in the sun, wish the umbrellas were up but was a very windy day. Ordered the Katsu Curry and duck Goyoza, my favorites, and they didn't disappoint. Was also nice as they participate in the £10 scheme mon-wed.
D. M.
A great menu for everyone. The venue is nice and spacious with outdoor seating. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful in helping you choose what to eat if it's your first time.
G. H.
This small instance of the Wagamama chain is by far one of the best that I have been to. Whilst the food and price is pretty much the standard Wagamama fare, the staff and location make coming here a great experience. A wonderful place to come before heading into a concert in Royal Festival Hall.
L. Q.
Great customer service! Mikel was the name from the waiter the only thing that I have to say for him was a fantastic boy! :) we will come soon again :)
I. T.
Amazing japanese option! Visiting the branch right by the London Eye. Chain resturant type.
Casual eating - Fits for families/group of friends.
Sharing long tables with others
Big yummy portions!
M. R.
If you are in the Royal Festival Hall area, Wagamama it's a good choice to have lunch. Food is ok and price is adequate. We were a rather big group but the service however was excellent.
E. W.
Very busy but food came quickly, tasted great, and general service was good.
D. L.
Fresh food, friendly staff that provide quick service, great atmosphere. Shared seating, long tables to share, which was different but works. Definitely head there again
D. Q.
Great food and the staff are really friendly. It's always busy but never feels rushed. I would also definitely reccomend the white chocolate and ginger cheese cake.
A. S.
Lovely view and ofcourse wagamama food! Lovely place, food and service ! Certainly recommend wagamama for the Asian food around south bank.
A. K.
Eat out to help out is such a great idea I took my teenage Daughter here for a post lockdown meal absolutely delicious and female staff member who served us was really lovely! Will be back!
S. R.
Love their food! It's tasty, spicy and so fulfilling! 😍😍❤️❤️
d.
Standard Wagamama fare, but particularly nice location - especially on a sunny day if you can get a seat outside. Does get very busy this one, given the prominent location on Southbank - but service has nonetheless been fine every time I’ve gone.
G. v. E.
Apples were out of stock, so all the advertised juices were unavailable. Meals did not come on the same time and waiting times are quite long. Food is of good quality however.
D. V.
Nice place to chill, near London Eye, Good Food
K. H.
Super fast and friendly service. Delicious beef ramen, pad thai, and fig/coconut cheesecake. Great value and very filling in a very popular part of town.
F. U.
Usually amazing chili chicken ramen was a bit bland last night, when I pointed it out to the manager he offered another dish or to take this one of the bill. Great service. Will come back and try the ramen again
J. Z.
Amazing food, our server Sergio was amazing, attentive and cheery. 10/10
M. K.
Standard branch of this chain in a reasonably non standard location. Good for a nice walk along the river after. Quite busy so be prepared for a wait.
C. Y.
Great location and delicious food. We were served quickly and accurately despite our large group of 13! Staff were friendly and efficient.
J. O.
Yaki Soba was tasty and the service, as ever, was efficient. The Yasai Katsu however was the blandest katsu I have ever had anywhere. I would go back, if in a hurry, but would not order the katsu again.
K. A.
Good and reliable food. Even at full capacity (there was a queue) the staff were attentive and well coordinated, quite impressive.
D. B.
Wow a beautiful meal with very good service, my only let down was the food was not a big meal for the cash!
M. B.
Very attentive serves. It was extremely busy so we sat outside which was nice even though it was cold. I had a lovely time. Definitely would go back.
S. E.
Food was lovely. Service was a little bit slow. It was super busy but had to ask twice for a few things. Great setting, sat outside watching the world go by and the river.
R. Z.
Absolutely amazing service and such a delicious food. Literally everyone had to stop themselves from kicking their plates clean. 🤩
b. j.
The food was alright could have been better but the waiters were very nice and one of them was beautiful😍😍😍
A. R.
They are a great place to go for a quick bite, they also have the option of big plates reasonable portions, staff very friendly
A. G.
Great food and great portions. The appetizers are a little expensive for what you get, which is made up in part by the very filling mains. This branch is particularly good for its very attentive staff.
d. d.
Well done to all. The new norm is perfect.
A. K.
Eat out to help out is such a great idea I took my teenage Daughter here for a post lockdown meal absolutely delicious and female staff member who served us was really lovely! Will be back!
T. H.
Excellent food and quick service, restaurant was quite hot and uncomfortable given it was a hot evening. Outdoor seating is available but there were no free tables for my visit. Would definitely recommend sitting outside on a hot day.
D. H.
Great food, great service! Only slight criticism is that the bottled beer wasn’t cold, go for the draft instead. Still deserves five stars as the whole experience here is consistently great regarding the food and service.
D. P.
Good wagamama in a good location. Food is always pretty good and so is service. Normally there is a little bit of a wait but not too bad.
E.
I was very impressed by the food quality and the service. We've seated super fast and didn't wait for our food long at all! Will definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends!
E. S.
Went to Wagamama on south bank and service was good. They were effecient with the line and getting people sat quickly and safely. Only downside is we sat in the sun, wish the umbrellas were up but was a very windy day. Ordered the Katsu …
R. G.
Very tasty food and nice staff.
The place is a little bit noisy and the tables could be more cleaned.
L. M.
Usual offering so good food & atmosphere. It made above change from the burger g pasta options elsewhere on the South Bank.
S. K.
Very busy restaurant as you'd image from it's location, but due to the in/out nature of the food waiting times aren't too bad. That said if you are hungry it might be worth trying the street-food market that is often on the other side of the soutbank centre. If it's too busy and you have to have a Wagamma then a short(ish) walk down south bank will take you to the clink street one which can be slightly less busy.
T. C.
Decent Asian fusion of Japanese, Korean and Chinese. Good food and decent prices in the middle of a busy tourist area near the London Eye. Very big restaurant with nice and pleasant servers
S. m. D.
No need to go into a full review of wagamma it speaks for itself. Good service good food. Hits the spot every time regardless of its location. One of my favourite restaurants.
D. W.
Lovely food , excellent service received by Nicola . highly recommend.
G. A.
Had a minor delay on our order and without even talking to the staff they gave a huge portion of our order on the house. Really fantastic service, sensitive to customers expectations. Above and beyond.
A. V. C.
Took a while for us to get seats as it gets pretty busy during the day. The service is great, so is the food (as always). Great place to meet up with friends. The only thing is that it is really busy meaning that its is quite difficult to have conversations with friends.
K. G.
I used to be a big fan of Wagamama, but since living in London for all these years, I think I've been spoiled by all the other great opportunities for Asian food, as Wagamama just seems a bit boring in comparison. However, the food ain't bad for a quick pit stop. This branch is particularly busy as it takes in many of the tourists visiting the Southbank, so expect to have to queue at busy times.
A. R.
They are a great place to go for a quick bite, they also have the option of big plates reasonable portions, staff very friendly
A. W.
Good food and great service, seated quickly inside on a busy Saturday night. But don't expect a cheap meal, prices quickly add up
V. K.
Nothing special but decent service and great location
S.
Really nice vibe, and the staff were really nice and friendly, food was good too
D. S.
Fresh clean food. Tuna kokoro bowl was spot on. Dine outside with view of thames. Have enough choices for non meat eaters
v. S.
Loved this place. Awesome food and awesome servers. Their way of talking to you and serving is awesome. Would want to go here again!
R. G.
Very tasty food and nice staff.
The place is a little bit noisy and the tables could be more cleaned.
N. S.
As in all Wagamamas, the food is very good, as is the service. But this is one of the busier branches. Avoid this place during peak times as it is very noisy and with their bench style seating you will be very close to a stranger which makes conversation difficult without strangers hearing everything.
J. B.
Very busy with a lot of customers. Good social distance set up. You can eat inside or out.
v. e.
First time in wagamama and it didnt disappoint. Excellent service and food. Will definitely be going again
F. X. N.
Food and service excellent 🤗
T. P.
Great location for Bankside , Westminster or Temple. Got great view of the river . Always busy at lunch time but service always quick. Love the Chilli Ramen
A. K.
Used to eat here often since it's a short walk from Waterloo station. Lovely outdoor seating and right in the heart of the southbank! This is a great summer spot.
M. Q.
Great place for enjoyable exotic food. Always love the pad thai here and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of healthy juice mixes they now offer!
T. N.
Friendly staff, AC inside was nice cause it was crazy hot that day. Food was good and Help Out to Eat Out made it all better
T. C.
A great location for a restaurant and there are many to choose from down at Southbank. Whilst Wagamamas service, delivery and products are near identical restaurant to restaurant however I felt both the service and food fell short of their normal high standards.
M. L.
Great like all Wagamama restaurants... seriously I have never been to a bad one! This one is consistently Awesome though.
J. S.
I took a girl on a date here only a short time after I moved back in to the city of London and it was a very nice restaurant with great food and I would take a girl back there in the future for sure.
R. S.
Ramen is a bit subpar to be honest. Noodle itself was overcooked and soup lacks flavour. Better go to your local unpretentious ramen shop for the real deal.
G. H.
Gyoza was great. Service good. Portions decent. Chicken ramen was flavourless.
m. (.
They had really good ramen and lots of places to sit. The service was also good. Generally this place was very very good
A. G.
Given it is in a very busy place there wasn't too long a wait for a table. Prices were excellent value & not inflated due to location.
V. K.
Nice location and environment, friendly staff and so tasty food. Definitely is my favourite Japanese restaurant of UK.
M. G.
Best service I have ever witnessed, and I’ve seen a lot. Love how they place the dishes down, the friendly smiles, and the bulgogi; well, it was to die for.
c. m.
Delicious food and very friendly staff. We enjoyed the time here
W. U.
Firecracker was on fire 🔥 and out of the world but other noddle dish we forgot because it tasted like the sewer. Definitely recommend the firecracker through.
J. L.
Wagamama is always a good choice if you want good food for a decent price. I particularly like this location as there is lots of nice outside seating.
E. H.
I'm posting here to say thanks to the waiter (sorry I didn't get your name) who waited to give me an umberella after I made a comment about how I was going to get soaked in the heavy rain outside. It was a really kind thing to do and made all the difference to my day. Thanks! :D I promise I'll pay it forward.
J. K.
Really nice food! But the server was a bit rude and seemed a bit unfriendly.
R. L.
Great riverside views. Although the place can get very busy, the staff here are always friendly. Food is brilliant, obviously!
A.
Great food, service was a little slow but it was very busy, so it was to be expected
Great table and friendly atmosphere
V. P.
Great food, excellent service. It was a busy night but we weren't rushed which is excellent.
G. H.
Fairly large Wagamamas in a great location. Not packed on a weekday, early in the evening. Ideal for a pre-concert meal. Service was quick and friendly.
A.
Amazing food and service. Left my phone - they made sure they got it back to me. Thank you :)
D. P.
Good wagamama in a good location. Food is always pretty good and so is service. Normally there is a little bit of a wait but not too bad.
D. S.
My favourite wagamama.
Staff and food are lovely.
Eat there usually twice a month
r. j.
Only chain food restaurant I eat in regularly, Lovely selection and service is always good however when busy i find their type of communal tables too crowded and starters are over priced.. free green tea is a nice touch
A. T.
I went there with a friend and the staff were friendly and the food was good nice for service on the day .
M. F.
I was charged full VAT on food and soft drink even though they are registered for reduced VAT. Very naughty.
N. R.
Tasty ramen and an extensive menu including kid's sizes of non-spicy ramen. Friendly staff and a good location make for a great time!
C. A.
Food is delicious in perfect portion sizes. Staff is friendly, attentive, and brings out the food quickly!
B. K.
Good service. Food not great. Chicken dish served with no chicken. Put right with no fuss.
E. K.
Honestly no words to describe it just I love it so much!
C. B.
Really well set up for social distancing. Lots of space between parties but without losing the friendliness or the vibe.
W. M. (. W. M. C.
Delicious food, really good attentive waiters, but phewwwwwww, those toilets stink of urine.....the lack of cleanliness back there is shocking!!!
Of course I’ll be back, but please clean those toilets!!! Gross!!!!
A. T.
Great service by Oscar. Amazing food. Quick service with top quality food.
Z. S.
Always delicious food can't fault any dish and the service is great.
S. B.
Always good food but currently quite limited menu
P. D.
A great meal at Wagamama yesterday evening! Fantastic. Especially the Katsu Curry - chicken! Wonderful.
B.
My favourite uk restaurant. Fresh food, super quick service. Relaxed environment.

Best 😍🙌
S. S.
Great food, great place ! really busy so waiters take a bit longer .
C. P.
A brilliant style of restaurant. Food is delicious and the informal manner of eating in terms of when everything arrives is refreshing.
R. M.
Great food selection, fun vibe, and location is super convenient. I had the chicken Ramen and it was amazing!
J. S.
Good location, tables outside next to river Thames, good fresh dishes & noodles. For about £9 or £10 a dish.
P.
Gr8 food.. must try. 🔥
M. R.
The most consistent. The best
R. p.
Excellent and good staff.
T. R.
Great place to eat. The food and the staff are amazing! Normal prices, big plates.
S. T.
Just wanted to say what excellent service and attention we received .. particularly by our waitress Sarah La Rose .. thank you
M. A.
Just another wagamama. If you've been to one before, you know the drill. Sit down.order your food. Good for vegi/vegan too. Fast dishes.
T. B. S.
Great food, even the usually reluctant kids tasted new things and enjoyed immensely.
D.
Had a lovely lunch here today Great food really attentive friendly staff.
T. H.
Standard chain. Service was a bit poor, but the food was OK. Good for a quick bite, but be prepared to wait in the evenings.
S.
It's a Wagamama, so pretty much a variety of oriental food.
Though is on Southbank, and therefore pretty busy, people working here is always very nice.
J. J.
Great service from Suzanna , lovely waitress very kind and chilled on such a busy fast paced evening , well done! 💕
M. I. G.
Amazing service and nice food
J. P. P.
I have eaten a Ramen and a Pad Thai . Ramen was superb but Pad Thai Regular.
J. P.
Decent sized but popular Wagamama in a nice location. Outside seating is definitely worth stopping for in summer.
A. L.
Good wagamama offer and service. Clean toilets
J. S.
Not as busy as before. Gr8 way to pay bill using the QR code.
D. S.
Great service and friendly staff and amazing food
A. L.
Friendly and really good place to take kids. Easy to get the dishes changed slightly. EG no sauce
J.
It's a Wagamamas, so in that regard everything is as you would expect it! Other than that, it's on the Southbank so, expect this place to be BUSY pretty much around the clock. Outdoor seating closes early.
T. S.
The Wagamama Ramen is excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a great time.
J. H.
Service was great at this venue and kid friendly. The food was great and a healthy portion as well.
L. L.
Good food, quick service (even while very busy) and ample outdoor seating.
I. H.
Tasty food.. Great service. Vegan options
R. S.
Food and service was great, starters were a little expensive and I didn't like being forced to sit with strangers, personally.
J. S.
Absolutely 100% delicious food, fast service and affordable, varied menu
E. S.
Good munch, cost is reasonably high but with the half price it's more than worth it.
J. C.
Amazing friendly service and phenomenal food
Z. C.
Good food, but beware the popular location leading to queues at peak times of day.
D. R. (.
Always good for a quick and healthy bite to eat. Fast service even if there are queues.
J. B.
Lovely to catch up with friends at Wagamamas. Lovely to be outside by the river.
J. M.
Great atmosphere, staff and food, definitely recommended for a pleasurable evening out
C. B.
Usual London prices (£13 per dish) but big portions , staff is usually very nice
D. S.
Feel a bit silly to be writing a review of Waga’s but it is a staple, and delivers time and time again. It may not be original, but it is a staple, and for good reason.
R. M.
Many vegan options, food is tasty and staff is friendly(:
I. T.
As always great food, great service and lots of support for Covid.
b. v.
They have a good service n good food. Me n my fly love it
J. T.
Good food, but we didn't enjoy being crammed into a long table next to other people
K. R.
Good food with good price. Relaxed feeling. Nice staff.
E. G.
We gave the staff a hard time with our restless kids, still they provided a great service.
G. Z.
A bit hit and miss here for me food wise but always good service
M. T.
The same, always good yaki udon from wagamama!
S. R.
Busy but worth the wait. Tasty food. Love the location.
A. C.
Decent. Props for vegan menu! Staff is really good and helpful.
J. A.

Outside fine. However seated inside: way to much noise to have any conversation while dining.
