Service was fast (only around 3 people were in the restaurant at the time). Polite staff and good food. Free sauces and olives (see on the left). The kebab was a bit dry for my preference but still had a great taste. The food and place justifies it's price but doesn't excel. Would go again with other occasions.

I would give this restaurant a 5 stars for accommodating us and for the atmosphere. We ate here as a last minute idea for a friend's birthday. We had a dog with us and we weren't sure the place was dog friendly. It wasn't, but the owner suggested that we could tie up the dog in the back and they even offered him a large portion of leftover Shwarma, what a treat for the pup! Then, we ordered food and enjoyed some upbeat music. The food I would say is 4.0 because it was mediocre in flavour. It wasn't the best Turkish food I've had, but the portion size was huge and worth the value. The meat was not as flavourful as I expected and could have used more salt and spices. I did really like the sauces and the starter bread with sauces that they give on the house. They also gave my friend a baklava on the house for her birthday with candles on it! In addition, the owner and service staff was very nice and friendly. We had flowers with us and they gave us a bucket to place them in. All in all, we were very happy with the accommodations they made for us on our last minute birthday gathering and are really thankful to them. 5 stars overall.

Ordered delivery in February and was underwhelmed unfortunately. The portion sizes were a tad smaller than I’d expect given the quality, and some elements of the order were wrong or swapped out. For example, disgusting onion rings added to a mezze platter. No thanks! I imagine this place is better in person as it clearly has a great reputation locally.

We celebrated my friend's birthday last night and what a lovely time we had. The ambience was incredible i.e cosy/a touch of class/warm/inviting etc. The seating is so comfortable. The staff gave great service and were very attentive - from the owner down to Ms Hadia. The bread and sauces on the house was delicious and well presented. The food portions is very generous. This was my first time and will certainly not be my last. Thank you all for going the extra mile especially with the music to make the night a memorable one. Keep up the good work 👍

I will rate 3 stars this restaurant and takeout place I have visited on off peak and it’s a nice clean restaurant I did have a placenta time and very confortable chairs and clean facilities as the size of the place you expect a bit bigger the toilets facilities. Food wise well as I did eat inside I was expecting a bigger portion but wasn’t so it looks like I was charging for the entrance and sit than more than the food size. Service very good polite and professional. Do I do recommend mmm well I see than many people prefer takeout than eating in so is good but don’t expect to much food for the price Do I will return… no really I did have my experience and I don’t want to go back

Amazing food. The meat is to die for. Rice and couscous cooked to perfection. Excellent service. Varied wine list and several beers on offer. Clean and smart without being pompous. The food is just as good when you take away. They are happy to bring a cake out for a celebration. Edit: dropped a star because the prices have gone up massively.

Sat down in the restaurant side and had a great time. Service was friendly and enjoyed the complimentary starters (bread, dip, olives) before our meal. The mains were both great, I really enjoyed their Halep (pictured) and can also recomend the Chicken Shish. A real good local place, check it out and of course, place is great for a late night take away kebab too :)

Always a winner! Take away or dining in, you are always made to feel like family. Love all the extras you get like the moreish bread when dining in. Food is delicious. Always happy to a support local business.

First experience of ordering from this restaurant. Initially order was messed up. I complained and eventually got the manager/owner. He was very apologetic and honest about the mistakes made, offered me my original order, freshly cooked and had it delivered to me. Excellent and professional service, food tasty, hot and satisfying. This place is proper! If you're looking for authentic kebabs, this is it. They also just have the best charcoaled/grilled fish and really reminded me of home. One of my favourite Turkish restaurants in London! Customer service is fantastic and if there are any issues they fix it ASAP.

I must give it to them for staying open until 4am in the morning. That in it's own right is a plus. The service nor the quality of the food did not diminish regardless of the time we arrived. Great customer service and a lovely atmosphere. The price of the meals were reasonable and we had a great time. Large groups are easily accommodated due to the size of the restaurant

Been coming here for years especially early in the morning following a night out! From general sit-in meals to takeaways you can always expect top notch food. The staff, especially the owners are and have always been friendly and always have a chat and say hi. You can tell too that everyone sitting in the restaurant are regulars which tells you it’s good. Plus, I take my little girl in there now and she’s really fussy with food and they catered to her likes. Top guys.

Wow I was surprised by the negative reviews citing racist staff. I am a black woman and my family and I have been coming here for many years. We've always been warmly greeted and the food is delicious authentic Turkish cuisine that we always enjoy eating. The atmosphere is inviting and a must for anyone visiting Walthamstow!

Really love this place - I personally think it's the best Turkish restaurant in Walthamstow and the most reasonably priced. I've sat in to eat many times with my family - the food is freshly prepared and incredibly tasty, I particularly love the meze and the baklava. It's family friendly (my daughter is often given a free lolly) with a warm vibe, the waiters/ waitresses are always really lovely. I've also dropped in for a burger after a night out (burgers are great!). I've personally never seen any fights / arguments with staff (as a previous reviewer mentioned) and I've visited many times at all times of the night, and walk past almost daily. In fact, the staff are always very friendly.

Good food and the staff are amazing not to mention a very nice lady who worked as a waitresses she was very welcoming and helpful. I left my bag ,forgetting it was there and she came, running out the store and gave it to me. I am very grateful she did that thank you so much I don't know her name, though if I did I would definitely talk to the manager about her and attitude towards her work. Top notch kebabs and customer service. I visit on odd occasions to catchup with some friends and Yasar's is always the go to place for the end of night grub. The kebabs are absolutely amazing and the staff really know how to look after you no matter how you are using the facility. Take away or sitting in, the guys and girls look after you. Wish there was a replica restaurant/takeaway here in southampton. But they are worth the 250 mile round trip.

This has been since the 70's. I've known the owner since he was a young lad. Anyone will tell you this is by far the BEST Kebab restaurant....ever. They food is top drawer and all made on the premises. The staff are friendly and attentive. I simply can't recommend Yasas enough. Oh and it's a good resonable price

Though the food is tasty here & the owner is a really friendly guy I have to be honest the prices on the recently updated menu have gone up alot and everything seems really expensive now & no longer value for money at all given its not a gourmet haute cuisine restaurant but a kebab restaurant , also the portion sizes have become really really disappointingly small compared to other similar Turkish restaurants so overall I'd say tasty fresh food but very overpriced now but the waiters and waitresses are excellent and the customer service is good. If the prices become more affordable I will edit and increase the starts until then I'm afraid this is my review to encourage the owners to please make some changes to increase the portion sizes or lower the prices a bit. Thank you for reading & my intention is to provide honest feedback , not to be unkind
