Am incredibly pleased with the overall experience here. I particularly enjoyed the tofu starter which was accompanied by a great broth and the udon noodle soup which was rich with flavour. The service was prompt, friendly and helpful in suggesting food. The decor was also lovely with beautiful japanese decorations!

Popped in for a quick dinner having never previously been. Had chicken, egg and prawn tempura soba hotpot, and a glass of plum wine, and it was fantastic! Perfectly cooked, very well seasoned and I enjoyed every mouthful. Staff friendly and efficient, and lovely ambience. Highly recommend it and would go back in a heartbeat if I was in the area!

Beautiful atmosphere. Quick service, and the owner is always so friendly. Sushi is the best i have had in London hands down. Chicken teriyaki and soba noodles super delicious. Don’t listen to these lazy people who can’t be bothered to get off their sofas and get to the restaurant. What do you expect when your freshly prepared food goes into your take away containers. Always best to go inside. Definitely spreading the word and telling everyone i know to come here. Best in town.

Nice cosy Japanese restaurant, some dishes are quite home style which I love and decent portion size. Owners and staff are very friendly. Overall it was a nice dinner experience.

We shared the small sushi and sashimi platters on a quiet Saturday lunchtime, and both were delicious. The maki had good sized fillings. Also, nice Miso soup and green tea. Pleasant and helpful service and the bill came to £40. Just fine!

Friendly staff and the food is good, however the portions are not if you're a big eater like me (200lbs weightlifter). Atmosphere is enjoyable and there's a basement function room that can be rented for private events.

We had lived in the area for years and stupidly never tried this place before...lets say its really really good. Gyoza very tasty, lovely chicken Yakisoba noodles and Yakimeshi rice dish. Staff are really friendly... and sitting in with the easy listening Japanese music made for a lovely relaxed lunch

The food is good though the portions are small, especially for the price. The sashimi was ok, but for nearly twenty pounds the quantity was simply insufficient - nine small pieces of standard fare salmon, tuna and yellow tail. Combined with the agedashi dofu (that came after my sashimi and rice?), and a beer, the total was over thirty quid. I'll have to return sparingly..
