Had a really lovely meal out for a friend's birthday. Excellent service and excellent food. We went straight from work. The table we were given wasn't right for the birthday girl so she asked to change it, which they were happy to accommodate. Staff were very friendly too. Can't wait to go back.

I visited the Prezzo in Aldeburgh a couple of weeks ago and dined outside in lovely sunny weather. This week I was at Prezzo Maidstone and ate indoors (I don't think there was another option, but the weather wasn't great anyway). Very enjoyable food, and although there were only two front of house staff, there was no long wait to order etc. Nicely efficient and friendly service. If you like Italian food, then this is a good place to eat.

Just had our first delivery from Prezzo. Ordered at 6.30pm on a Sunday evening and the Calzone, Burger and Chips arrived less than 30 mins later. Loved the packaging boxes for burger and chips, this is the hottest delivery we have had (although no traffic on a Sunday eve probably helped!). Will definitely order again.

For my sons stag do about 20 of us went to Prezzo’s in Maidstone for a meal. The service was excellent, as was the food. The staff were friendly and attentive. I certainly recommend this restaurant 100%.

Walking into Prezzo there is still a sense of historic significance. Prezzo May have added a glitzy artistic facade, but building retains some of its former character. It is dark in parts and teeming with light in other areas of this capacious restaurant. Dishes are exciting and great for all the family. Quality is, what you’d expect from a chain Italian restaurant, good. Service was inattentive at times, I’m sure It was a blip in their usual regime. Good prices and great deals, be sure to sign up on their website to access these.

We went to Prezzo as a school trip to provide children with the experience of dining out in a restaurant. We brought 10 children over 3 days and the staff could not have been more accommodating of us! They were all so enthusiastic, kind and so patient with the children when they were ordering or asking for anything during our visit. Molly was absolutely fantastic and really looked after us, making sure the children all had an absolutely wonderful time. I can’t speak any more highly of our experience. The food was delicious, great value and portion sizes and there were lots of empty plates! Thank you so much! We will definitely be back.

Went for my daughters birthday. Whilst we can't fault the food, the service for drinks was slow. There were 20 of us so we expected service for food to be slower than normal. At the end of the meal we were told we could not pay in cash so I had to pay the bill in full and get the money off each person, this meant having to work out each person's individual amount. When doing this we noticed a £51 service charge added on to the bill. If I had seen it efire I'd paid I would have asked for it to be removed. Even though it was a Friday night we were told we could not use the blue light card despite them advertising they take it Monday to Friday. Like I said the food was delicious but be prepared for an expensive bill. And keep your eyes open for the service charge.

We had an early Mother's Day celebration at Prezzo in Maidstone this evening. It was a very enjoyable experience. The food was excellent, staff friendly and efficient, service timely. Special mention for our waitress Petya, she was BRILLIANT.

Just had a gorgeous meal at Prezzo in Maidstone. The restaurant has a cosy atmosphere with lovely low lighting. The staff were fab, greeted and served by Kelly and danielle , nothing was too much trouble, Paul, our waiter, even popped a candle in my father inlaws pudding and sang happy birthday which was such a sweet touch. All in all, fab night and we will be back! Thanks !!

This Prezzo was the best we’ve been to. From the moment we walked in the service was spot on - friendly welcome, knew us from our booking, helpful info about the restaurant (they put the heating on high because we were the first ones in and it was a little chilly). The manager and team were very willing to please - anything we needed they were there, attentive but not overbearing. Delicious food, especially the salmon and prawn risotto. So tasty. Everything served perfect temperature - chilled wine, smoking hot foodReally liked the house wine and chilli sauce is so flavoursome! Kids menu activities and crayons went down well. We will be back! We had such a lovely time at Prezzo's today. It was our first meal out with our newborn and the staff were extremely accomodating for us, especially Michael and Sonny. I was a bit apprehensive about taking our baby out but they ensured we were in a quiet part of the restaurant and we overheard them saying they'd wait until the baby was gone before they emptied the bottle bin which we thought was really nice of them. They reassured us throughout the meal to take our time and that we could stay as long as possible which is lovely because I feel so many restaurants are keen to get you out the door and to top it off the food was delicious. We have been to a few Prezzo's but this has been the nicest experience by far, we will definitely be returning! ☺️

Took my parents out for lunch and was so disappointed with our meal. We all opted for lasagna and when it came out was bubbling, so obviously super hot. To be honest the meat(if you could call it meat) was mushy and tasted like baby food the texture was not like mince at all. I like this restaurant and have been many times before tbh not sure I will go again soon.

I have eaten here many many times. This is the best place to eat and it stands way above any other in Maidstone. The food is high quality with many different choices and presentation is excellent. There has never been anything wrong with the food. The service is brilliant. Staff are always happy to see you and know exactly how to serve. Them and the chefs are the true gems of the restaurant.

Enjoyed the evening, it was a gift voucher so not an expensive night out. Set 3 course meal with some choices, meatballs were tasty as was the pizza, but the best was the sticky toffee pudding. All in all it was a good dining experience. Staff were polite & very prompt with meals. Worth a night out in my opinion.

Menu was quite large and my while my pizza was fine (if a little near burnt) the flavours weren't very well thought out (goats cheese & pepper) and the whole effect was overall a little bland. Another guest had a gluten free pizza and it did seem to be assuredly gluten free. We were made to wait in the lobby even though we had booked and that seemed a little strange. Overall the restaurant was fine but not amazing.

We ate here for lunch with our one year old son. The kids three course menu was really good value, with decent portion sizes! The staff were fantastic, really interacting with him, which you don't always find in restaurants. We had two courses, the chocolate brownie dessert was really good. We used a Tastecard, if you are looking for a decent lunch using one then you can't go wrong with Prezzo, Zizzi or Ask that are all in the same street.

We had a family lunch here. We were welcomed quickly and efficiently. We were shown to our table and drinks orders were taken quickly. Food orders were then taken. I ordered King Prawn starter but had Baked Mushrooms delivered. My main was a Chicken and Asparagus Risotto. When this arrived, it was extremely wet in fact swimming and fairly tasteless. My son was completely underwhelmed by his food also. Service itself was acceptable but for the basic errors in cooking. I hope this was a one off rather than the norm. I will not be rushing back.

Visited in December 2017: Whilst the waitress was polite and friendly, the service was average. After we ordered our food the waitress asked us once how the food was within 1 minute of being given the plates, so none of the group had had a chance to take a bite (due to us gossiping.) We didn't see anyone until the end of the meal when we asked for the bill, however this wasn't a major issue as the food was fine. Wouldn't have minded if it was busy as this was two weeks before Christmas, but the restaurant was near enough empty.

Was okay for a chain. Not been before. A Saturday afternoon girlie catch up. Used a voucher for a bottle of Prosecco. Food was alright, nothing special. Overcooked pasta and dry pizza Wine glasses were dirty, had old lipstick stain on rim, meal not overly warm. We were a quite loud laughing at times which made some fellow diners move! We apologised and staff didn't seem to mind as our drinks bill more than made up for it. Not sure if I'd go back and pay full price, wasn't great. Not my choice of venue.

Food is ok but dining area cramped, we have been turned away once at sort of 5:30 time due to restaurant being full and when booked again we were on quite a small cramped table. The food was really nice however did take a little while to come out, our waitress was friendly but did seem a little rushed as it were her and one other only.

A beautiful building with excellent fit-out. It's a nicer enviroment to some of the usual italian restaurant chains. The staff were also extremely attentive, polite and smiley which makes all the difference. The menu (Wednesday evening) seemed reduced to the normal Prezzo menu. I may be mistaken but there wasn't a lot of choice. The food however was well presented, well cooked and very tasty. All in, very pleased!

We also had a very wonky table that they couldnt fix and didnt offer to move us (although was busy so understandable) but was so bad we couldnt even have our bottle of wine on the table and waiter had to place up on a ledge. Just about ok for us...we are easy going but that would have annoyed a lot of people.

Nice meal. We had 3 courses. The calamari starter was ok but I had recently had same in a pub and I must admit it was nicer there. The carbonara was nice. My wife is a conneseur of carbonaras and said it could have been a bit richer/thicker. The dessert was a honey comb cheesecake thing which was fine. With 2 rounds of drinks it came to £145 for the 4 of us. Those large Peronis are not cheap...
