Brilliant food and wonderful service from staff at Wagamama. So swift in arranging table, taking order and serving delicious food. Though there are always queues at the entrance, staff are very organised and efficient in handling and making the experience wonderful.Would definitely recommend.

Wagamama is my favourite place to dine now! So much to choose from on the menu but every dish hits, never a bad one. People could argue that it is expensive but you get a lot of high quality food and is like a full course meal. Would recommend their fruit drinks!

I would say they are all amazing. Something for everyone. I always try something different and take a risk on style of food, but never disappointed no matter the disc ots always full of flavour and fresh. That is they key. Service is fairly prompt as well.

We usually get a takeaway here and yesterday tried to go in to eat. We have three young children and were pretty rudely told to wait outside in the cold. What a ridiculous system - it’s not Dishoom in Soho - change your system. It was such a shame because it was our daughters 1st birthday and we had planned to eat here and had looked forward to it. Lovely staff, great venue, 1st time we've been and I absolutely loved it. Didn't give udon for the spicy chilli steak ramen which was disappointing (Might of been able to get it with Udon, who knows) but the whole munch and yums was amazing all round. You can’t fault eating establishments like Wagamama. Back in its inception I’m sure many people were turning their noses up at it. I forgot how refreshing a concept Wagamama is. Meet and greet helpful, warm staff on reception and take a seat at a brightly down-lit bench crafted from a long single piece of wood. The eating space is on the ground floor only, with a “balcony” area towards the back. The drama is all centred around the open food preparation area. The menu is plentiful, offering new ideas on Japanese cuisine tailored for the westerner. As always I went for the Vegan food options, which is where culinary excitement is at. Were the dishes exciting? A defiant YES! The Vega tsu and vegan avante garden dishes were very enjoyable. The latter contained a vegan egg crafted from coconut. Hats off to you Wagamama for being so innovative.

Visited Maidstone area this weekend and decided to go for lunch at Wagamama’s. We got a table for two immediately (they don’t do reservations) which was great. You have to enter the restaurant with a face mask and you have to pay your bill via smartphone using the QR code on the table. The food was good although my main arrived much later than my partners.

Came here for lunch on a Sunday. We managed to get a table for 8 when a lot of other venues could not fit us in. Staff were very welcoming with efficient and attentive service. A family favourite Asian fusion restaurant in Maidstone's town centre food hub, Earl Street. Arrived without booking for 3 people, waited 5 minutes for a table. It's loud and bustling so don't expect a quiet evening but do expect very tasty food and friendly service.

How can I not love Wagamama, especially when I have their latest recipe book burning a hole on the table next to my chair? I enjoyed a kokoru dish today, called avant garden, which was totally vegetarian. It might have been vegan too, but please dont quote me there, get the vegan menu and choose off that, its safer. If you are in a wheelchair I would imagine there would be a place where you could sit, but I couldn't see one, sorry. The toilets would be accessible as there is a lift downstairs to where they are. All in all, the service was 5⭐, the food was 5⭐, and the atmosphere also 5⭐. What more can I say?

UPDATED 20.10.2020. I Ate the delicious Vegan Kare burosu ramen for the second. The ramen was tasty with thick broth that holds so much flavour. In the past the tofu was served cold but Wagamama's has started serving it hot with the rest of the meal. And they have a fairly large vegan menu!

Update 21.04.22 They changed their menus since my last review. Food is tasty. That's it. The portions have gone smaller and prices bigger. Expect a bill of 60+ pounds of you are a family of 4 and you want a starer to share, drink each and 2 adult and 2 child portions. Hmmm. I don't think I'll be going back that soon. Love waga. Always good food. We are regulars. Sometimes we noticed the portions are smaller. Probably depends on how the chef feels. Staff are nice and polite. Be prepared that you will leave about £35 lighter after an average lunch for two adults and a child.

Exactly what you'd expect from a this chain restaurant. Food is quick, hot and tasty with a good selection for vegetarians/vegans. Good for a quick lunch or dinner, but not good if you want a long relaxed evening dining experience! Toilets are on the first floor, with a choice of stairs or a lift to get there.

The food is always excellent and the new way of paying online for your meal means you don't have to sit waiting for the bill when the restaurant is busy, and, it usually is super busy with a queue to get in at peak times. However, the wait is usually worth it!

On this occasion, it was a family visit for a birthday. There were a range of good and bad things, but overall it's a great place to eat. Firstly, they provide non-gluten options which is essential for me; they have a separate menu and when you order, the manager confirms what you want which shows they are prepared for my needs! The building itself is also quite modern and clean, but also quite dark as the lights are more decorative than effective. Also, they forgot to serve a series of drinks which were ordered and they sat us on uncomfortable benches in busy areas of the restaurant. Other than these issues, the food was excellent and everyone was happy.

I feel this chain would be a good first try of this type of cuisine for someone very new to it. I felt a little underwhelmed and felt it lacked flair. The service felt lacking, and dishes arrived sporadically which I didn't appreciate. The food was however of a good standard and portion sizes appropriate. Me and the missus visited Wagamama around 3 pm. We gave it ago as the missus recommended it as I've not been there before. It is the same as most of the other Wagamama's you may have been to. Good service, very nice food. The toilets are a bit of a walk up some stairs, but they do have a more accessible disabled toilet downstairs if needed.

Incredible food and incredible service by front of house, the quality given by the chefs for the price was top quality and I was massively impressed.
