Cannot complain about the food I really can't. It's second to none really an I'm pretty sure most would agree, In my experience the service leaves alot to be desired, in that you're expected to have picked a table number prior to making it to the till for making your order... But the fact that there is no sign or person to inform you of this process is disappointing the excuse that there used to be a staff member for that but we have reduced staff. A simple sign can do the job anyway. Not good enough. Whilst it was very busy the food took 25 minutes from point of order to table service this is despite other customers who ordered before us and hadn't received there's until after us. Good food. Poor service.. 3 cold stars ❄❄❄

First time I visit an Archie’s. Service: it’s ok, 25 mins wait for food (there were only 4 couples in the whole restaurant at the time I ordered). Food: the burgers are ok, the fries are below average. The “salt” actually costs extra! The curly fries aren’t curly at all(see picture). I expected a little more for £25:/

One of the most delicious burgers in the UK, that was WoW. Juicy and perfect size burger. The French fries was awesome as well. There is options for drinks (mostly soft drinks however). You can order and pay by your mobile, and the order will come to your table. Generally speaking I loved this restaurant

The food was sooo good and came out piping hot! I had a chicken burger and my boyfriend had a beef burger. Both were gorgeous! Quick and efficient service too.

I had heard about this place for many years hearing that it was very good and so I decided to finally try it out for myself. I ordered a boohoo man burger which was a chicken burger in a blue bun which looked a bit like the blue nan from the curry in Birmingham sketch from the television programme John Bishops Britain. Witj the burger I also ordered two portions of crinkle cut fries , one with cheese sauce and peri salt and one with out as well as a gold milkshake and nashville wings. The wings and milkshake were the best part of the meal and we’re very tasty, however the burger was disappointing and was not very flavoursome and tasty and I have had much better burgers from other places. The pink lemonade was nice and having unlimited refills was also a nice touch. The cheese sauce and peri salt on the chips were very nice. Overall I was disappointed by the meal as the burger was not that great, however i will come back next time to try a beef burger.

Visited in July Last year. My boyfriend and I legitimately only came in here for a drink. We ordered two of the bottomless drinks to find that both the drink machines were broken which they failed to tell us when we bought the cups.. the girl at the machines said they would be 10 minutes. We waited almost 40 minutes and it was still broken. Eventually there was a massive line of people waiting for a refund as they kept selling the drinks despite being broken. We did get a refund from the manager, who was super lovely. It was a shame because it seemed like such a cool little place, we just happened to not get the cool experience.

Really lovely burgers! But for some reason customers were being seated in tables close to each other… we are still in a pandemic! Seemed silly when there was more than enough space to allow a little social distancing!

First time visit! Love the layout and style Service was great Food was really good! Loved the chicken tenders Burger was good but had a slight amount of gristle and one of the tenders had a sharp bone which they offered to replace Didn’t put us off but just make sure you use the very best ingredients and the breast for the chicken tenders Drinks are good, love the fact you have Irn bru on tap! I will come back! See you soon at maybe another store
