Giving 5 stars cause I can't give anymore. Spontaneous pop in to the Trafford Centre for breakfast and boy was I impressed. The service was impeccable, the food beautifully presented and delicious and worth what you pay. Highly recommended

Found this hidden gem when I went for Frankie and Benny's but now they only do breakfasts Friday till Monday which I'm so glad of. My daughter watched pancakes on her birthday so types in pancakes Trafford center and it came up with bills checking the menu. It looked spot on, got there and was seated straight away. The stuff were absolutely incredible. So friendly and polite. Couldn't help anymore. The food I have had and seen has been top quality and I can say bills brunch is incredible! Would highly recommend this place

Great service and excellent food. Nathan the manager was exceptionally helpful. We were late for breakfast but he was so accommodating. The chef rustled up breakfast. The service was great. I have eaten at other Bills Will definitely be going back to this one. Thanks Nathan

Every thing was perfect ! We had a Sunday breakfast, place was full but we didn't waite for too long . Stuff were friendly, restaurant was very clean. Food was absolutely amazing but my husband didn't like his pancakes as they were tough , when she asked about feedback and I told her he didn't like the pancakes,she took it off from the bill immediately.

My first visit to Bills and it wont be my last from the moment I stepped up to the door (Tuesday September 6th 17:55ish) and received a warm welcome until the goodbye at the end the customer service was brilliant, warm and friendly! I commend both the front of house staff that I saw on my visit! The service was quick and efficient with my drinks brought out quickly! I opted for the super greens smoothie which was delicious, tea which was a good temperature and brewed to a decent strength. I was also offered complimentary water, I liked that touch. My food was also brought out in timely fashion! I ordered from the ‘set menu’ which I believe is available all day Monday to Thursday! The food itself was very tasty. I enjoyed my starter (chicken & sesame dumplings) which were tasty on their own, but the dip made it perfect! After finishing my starter the main came! Santorini Salad it was the tastiest salad I have ever had, and the portion size was very generous. To sum up! The customer service and food quality made it easy to score my visit 5 stars.

I don't normally do reviews but I had to because it was so good. We went into this restaurant on Sunday morning for brunch, there was a long queue that went down really quickly, so don't be put off by that. The staff are amazing, the food is delicious and I can't recommend it enough. I asked our server ( I am sorry I didn't get the young ladies name because she deserves a huge shout out she was fabulous) for a side order of broccoli with my brunch, she explained that this wasn't on the menu at that time of day, which was fine, and I told her not to worry, you don't know unless you ask, however she came back and said that the chef would make it for me. Absolutely amazing, she didn't have to ask but she went the extra mile thank you so much

One of the best places I've been too by far. Very nice atmosphere. Food was out of this world cooked to perfection. Staff couldn't do more for you very polite and very fast service. This is going to be one of our regular spots from now on.

Great atmosphere, good menu choices cater for vegetarians, vegans as well as meat eaters. Staff extremely helpful for anyone with food allergies and these meals are prepared separately to avoid any problems. Good prices and set menu also available. Also takes Blue Light Card which is an added bonus!

Breakfast - Perfectly poached eggs, great atmosphere and service. I had the garden plate which had poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, mushrooms, fried halloumi, roasted peppers, beans, pea shoots. Great value and filling 😊

We booked a table online and I recieved confirmation to my phone straight away. The venue was cosy and modern,the staff were extremely friendly and made you feel very welcome. We ordered breakfast and it arrived at our table within a short period if time. The food was delicious and the coffee was on a par with Costa, which was a bonus!! I have no hesitation in recommending Bill's for a tasty breakfast😁

Calamari white was good had a little spice, seafood linguine good taste reasonable portion, Goan curry with well cooked seabass was a nice treat again with a little spice. Immunity smoothie was good, coconut matche latte comes in a pretty glass cup. To round it off a lovely tasting lunch coupled with great service. Props to chef, management & front of house. Keep doing what you're doing.

Food excellent as was the service. I went to pay and only saw the 12.5% service charge as I was paying. Staff pointed out it was optional but nothing was mentioned upfront. Paid the charge but made the transaction awkward and the fact it wasn't mentioned means I won't be returning. I have little doubt it will be there in the small print but this practice is underhand.

It was my 74th birthday and just a month or so after our golden wedding when my wife and I went for a birthday lunch at Bill’s, Trafford Centre. We were greeted by Karoline, who attended to us throughout our stay. She was exceptionally helpful. Bill’s always has atmosphere, created by the food, the team and the ambience complemented by the diners. We had a complimentary bottle of birthday Prosecco and the lunch began. We shared a starter of ‘white’ calamari, which had a chilli aioli, and was delicious; a large platter shared just gets the juices going. Then we both ordered the seafood linguine, beautifully presented, rich and with plenty of fish. The attention by Karoline and the management team was balanced just right. We declined dessert as we were sufficemntly replete and simply took our time, finishing the Prosecco amid relaxed conversation. Everything was most satisfying and after thanking Karoline and the team, we continued our afternoon wandering the Trafford Centre.
