Codi’s is hands down the best pan-Asian food I’ve ever tasted! The freshest sushi, and mouthwatering main dishes are all beautifully presented and look too good to eat! The poke bowls are seriously delicious and very generous portions. Normally get takeout, but dined in last night and it was superb... fabulous, welcoming staff and warm, friendly vibe made it the perfect place to dine out. Feeling very lucky to have this gem on our doorstep! ❣️

@codiskitchen The newest and latest sushi pan Asian cuisine to come to Prestwich. Now although Codi isn't new to the sushi game her kitchen is. She has been doing this for 2 years from home and has built a very loyal follow base. Codi, 24 is the main chef herself and a real good one. The menu has been created by herself based on her experiences and her taste. From working at Australasia to travelling to Australia and working alongside a local Prestwich/ Whitfield legend Celia Clyne. What we ordered: Salmon Bomb Salmon Tataki Korean BBQ Beef Bao buns Crispy Fried Chicken Bao Buns Salt & Pepper Sea Bass Everything is made fresh to order. The food was really tasty and flavoursome and presented really well. We were left feeling satisfied and really happy with the food. Codi has a halal friendly menu (minus 1 or 2 dishes which she will tell you). Codi's kitchen is currently open Tuesday to Sunday 12-11pm. Currently there is no sit in until June 16th where she will also be having a dessert menu. But you can call in advance for collection or walk in and order. What a pleasant surprise! most authentic take away I’ve had in a long time ! Had Korean beef Bao buns - packed with beef and sumptuous flavour and salt and pepper chicken with not a bone insight and super tasty. Looking forward to going back and exploring more dishes and booking a table in this smart new restaurant !

My partner and I ate here for the first time last night. So glad we did. The food was delicious, I had the beef bao buns and crispy beef teriyaki with the option of noodles. Amazing! My partner had a mix of starters including the bang bang cauliflower. We were stuffed. Will definitely be making this a regular, even if just for takeaway.💪💪 Service was great too, friendly and knowledgeable.

Tried this for a lazy Sunday lunch as there is nothing else like it in the Prestwich area. The ambience is very relaxed. The service was impeccable, and the food was amazing, especially the Bang Bang Cauliflower. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.

A new local favourite - food was absolutely incredible! The salmon bomb to start was superb, we followed with salmon teryaki, chicken katsu and crispy chilli chicken, and finished with a chocolate dessert. Couldn’t fault a single dish, and I look forward to visiting again soon!

If you are a foodie fan then this is a must place to go and try just in the Suburbs of prestwich. We think it might be our regular as it hits the spot across all levels. Came here for food, randomly - by chance on my lunch break, then came back for dinner tonight. The food is unreal, lovely staff and dog friendly (we took our furbaby). My partner is Gluten free and there is alot of options which is very rare with asian food. The owner is really knowledgeable on allergens which put us at ease. Will definitely be returning, next time with BYO xxx 10/10!!!

Love this restaurant in Manchester! Two of us shared a few dishes, the crispy beef teriyaki, duck rolls, edamame beans and Katsu curry, delicious food and good value for money. You can also take your own alcohol which keeps the price down

Wow. Where to start, the young man who answered the door was very polite and handsome (he was wearing chinos and a polo shirt). Then the food, just fabulous. Codi made beautiful sushi. The teriyaki chicken was very moist and melted in my mouth, my girlfriend nailed the sushi and had zero complaints (success from the fussy eater). Splendid food, a splendid welcome and all at a very affordable price. Would recommend to anyone in the Manchester area.

The absolute best sushi!!! Amazing service and amazing cooking, I wish I never moved from Manchester just so I can order from Codi every week! Can’t recommend enough - if you haven’t ordered from Codi you’re missing out!

Not really a local to Prestwich, however wanted to try this place out, so made an excuse to visit. Pros: the Wakame salad was very good (second best i've had in Manchester), and the Tuna/Salmon tataki was yummy. Cons: The sushi tacos didn't pop with flavour and the sushi was average (not as good as say Honi or Marvel). The salt and pepper chicken lacked that pepper kick and the crispy beef teriyaki was chewy and very salty (and I love salt). It is a real shame, I really wanted to like this one. I wish you all the best, but I don't think we will return.
