Visited here for my husbands birthday, the staff were so polite, they even went out their way and decorated our table with some ballons and banners I bought. Reasonably priced, great service and food is absolutely delicious! Can't wait to come back. Thank you team for a lovely evening.

This is by far the best Indian food that I’ve ever had without a doubt. Absolutely delicious, very fresh too.. it was impeccable! The restaurant was very clean, even the toilets were. As a bonus, they have baby changing facilities. What a beautiful and elegant restaurant with top quality service. The staff have pure pride within the business and work very hard. Best restaurant I’ve ever actually been to, never mind Indian. Thank you! I will be coming here again for sure.

There was 8 of us for our visit, the food, the drink and above all, the service, were top rate. I can't say enough about how well we were looked after from start to finish. We all got our food together, with 8 people quite impressive seeing how busy they are, from starters to the main. If I could, I'd give 6🌟

Was tasty enough but food wasn't that hot. We were a big table so partly understandable. Also couldn't serve is hot drinks as they were too busy apparently. More expensive than other places for what we got.

Amazing! We dined here for the first time having heard good reports and we were certainly not disappointed. The menu is very extensive however friendly staff were on hand to help you make a decision. In fact, staff were very knowledgeable and friendly with nothing too much trouble. The food itself was fantastic. Hot, tasty and well presented with hearty servings. My dish was presented at the table with a final dash of flaming brandy - very spectacular. Can't wait to go back. NOTE - review written during post lockdown. They had a good system in place to ensure the safety of all diners and staff.

The best meal we've eaten for a very long time. Large portions, fresh, tasty vegetables, meat cooked to perfection, so much flavour. We have ordered a takeout from them once before and it was so good we decided to order from them again and we weren't disappointed. I asked for a recommendation as we wanted to try something new, stating the items we weren't keen on and they were spot on with the suggestion. They delivered ten mins before the time they said they'd deliver. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Thank you guys for a fantastic meal, we won't be ordering an Indian from anywhere else, and would highly recommend you to anyone wanting to try your food. Would have included photos of the food but we were starving, sorry 😂🤷

I was blown away with this restaurant last night. There a few big tables in and they were short staffed but the service was fantastic. As soon as your drink was empty they would ask if you wanted another. Food was gorgeous. Cant fault the place to be honest. 😁

Undoubtably one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve been to a very long time. Popular and busy yet with very efficient and engaging staff such that service was excellent. A wide and interesting menu with a large number of speciality and novel dishes alongside old favourites. Everything was well cooked, freshly prepared, nicely spiced, flavourful and tender. Proper attention was also given to Covid19 precautions, cleaning and ‘track and trace’ without being restrictive in any way. Convenient public car park off nearby Fiddler's Lane. A great evening out and I’ll be returning soon.

First time dining here tonight. Food was amazing, one of the best Indians I’ve had in a long time The staff were absolutely spot on. We had our 4 month old baby with us who was asleep in her pram, the staff were really considerate when bringing the food to the table and put the food down as quiet as possible. Great food! Great service. Is fairly expensive but is worth it for the food. Also the temperature of the restaurant is always really warm and no open windows or air ventilation can get unbearable at times. The staff are chatty and so helpful and the atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely.

I have visited and ate at the restaurant twice, and had home delivery twice. And the food has been excellent. However, tonight at 1930hrs on 07/10/20 having spent £52 for a delivery the food was nowhere near as good. The chops in the mixed grill full of fat all bone and little meat, the poppadoms were not crispy, nearer soggy. The lamb was bland, and the hab curry was dry and bland. I can only assume either the chef has changed or the supplier is below standards. I hate giving this review as my past reviews stated how good they are. I think they have lost the enthusiasm when they first came to irlam. Now seems profit over good food is the order of the day. Its a shame as good food brings people back. Sorry guys I will not be.

Tried D’Grand Haveli just before lockdown started, can’t say how pleased we are that they are open for delivery service again! 3 meals, and 3 times they have delivered on taste and quality. The staff on the phone are polite and helpful, as is the delivery team. We can highly recommend the chicken madras (don’t think mouth burning hot), but think heat with depth of flavour, accompanied by the onion pilau. Give yourself plenty time for ordering because this place is popular, which is really good to hear for a new business. Keep up the good work and the high standards guys 👍🏼

Amazing food and service last night. We came in to take advantage of the eat out to help out scheme. And so did a lot of other diners. Not a table empty all night. We had to wait 10 minutes for the table to be cleaned and sanatized ready for us. We was a table of 3. The lads were absolutely rushed off their feet and was more than apologetic for the wait and slower than usual service. Totally understandable from how busy it was the phone did not stop ringing. The waitiers still served with a smile, always with a sorry. Our table order the chicken chat, stuffed vegetable pepper and sheek kebab to start. Very enjoyable. I had the lamb tikka Balti shaan, it was delicious nice and spicy how I like it, the OH had the Afghan Lamb, that was a very hot dish but he likes it hot too, our other member of the party had shashlick korai chicken tikka she finished the lot and never usually can especially after having a starter. All in all fantastic service a great night and the team should all be proud of the service they provided under such a hot, humid, very busy night, not one of them had chance to have a break or a drink. Thank you D'Grand Haveli for a lovely night you all worked really hard.

Fantastic food in ot out with really friendly staff. Order early or pre order for delivery it can take over an hour sometimes closer to 2 on a busy Friday/Saturday night but that alone speaks for itself. Always freshly made with proper ingredients, its the only Indian locally we eat from. Loads lf choice and always hot and tasty
