J. M.This is probably on the top 5 burgers I’ve ever eaten and I like my burgers. Service was super friendly and chatty (just like we Spaniards like it) and we were given some bits to try before ordering. I went for the Mega Manc and it truly was cooked to perfection, pulled pork was incredibly tender and smokey, pancetta to die for and the fried chicken was just perfect, crispy and moist at the same time. Burger-eating experience at its best. To top it off they treated us with some spicy chicken chunks and dessert was on the house too (Glad to see businesses that treat their clients so well, big up!). Hats off to the owner and his team, be sure we’ll be coming back for more. Best burgers and smoked meats in Manchester for sure.
k. j.Owners are delightful. Cheeseburger was adequate, had some gristle :( The charcoal bun was a novelty. Dirty chicken fries stole the show. Delicious.

C. H.The food at this place is off the scale. Amazing burgers Jason the owner is so passionate, every element of his menu has been carefully mastered. It's a place you need to try and you'll be back to try the rest of the menu, my kids love it too.
C. G.I honestly tried to find a problem with this place, but the whole experience, from the warm greeting from the proprietor to the end of the food, you feel like it's a different experience.
The quality of the food is sublime, everything cooked to perfection and prepared with such precision and detail that you almost forget that you're having a takeaway burger in your lounge. The owner was very excited and happy to tell us the story of how he got the idea to start this business.
Upon hearing we hadn't been before, the owner, as he wanted our opinion on them, he handed us a taste of their Pitt beans, which were incredible. The taste is almost impossible to describe except "wow!"
Overall, if you're after an upmarket burger, full of flavors, and sides that will blow your mind, then this is the place for you.

The food is still just as amazing, there is now seating to allow you to eat right there! There is car parking and also, they are coordinating order collection times brilliantly to avoid gatherings of people at their premesis. Well done guys!

I've read comments about being overpriced but they aren't. Not when you consider the quality you get, free local delivery and even free deserts when they are on offer Flames is top notch. Portion sizing is more than generous.
When you consider other big, chain branches, the food and service far exceeds what they offer. I think Flames is the little gem tucked away which deserves more recognition.

Since coming back from an America trip a few years ago, I’ve been looking for a place that does amazing smoked meats like brisket, burnt ends, pit beans etc. I’ve tried a few places now but this is BY FAR the best! I travel from Warrington every other week for this food. Even takeaway is an option and it’s still delicious when I get it home, in its foil, with 10 minutes in a preheated oven.

The quality of food is just indescribably good, you have to come and try it to know what I mean. Smokebox Burger is absolutely huge but even then, the quality is brilliant.
K. T.I have just had the crackle burger, and I have to say it was absolutely amazing. Pulled pork was soft and silky smooth, and the pork crackling was crunchy and so very tasty. Just amazingly good. It is going to be enjoyable going through the rest of the menu.

Owner Jay knows his stuff and you can tell he only uses quality ingredients. Awesome selection of burgers and some fantastic smokeboxes which are my current favourite.
We ordered again on Friday night as a special occasion and we were not disappointed.
Highly highly recommended to anyone in the area and worth a visit if you are not local.

A family run business, from a family that obviously puts their heart and soul in to it. The food is INCREDIBLE, the portions huge, and the value for money is amazing.
I'm dumbfounded by the less than excellent reviews because we eat out A LOT and have never come across food as delicious and tasty as this.

L. K.Lovely venue. Welcomed us and our little pooch. Had some good banter with the owner. Family owned and ran, and a family they are too. The main man definitely puts his money where his mouth is saying 'if its not some of the best food youve had I don't want you to pay'. It was worth every penny and the price is reasonable for the quality you get.
The owner is very passionate about his business and it was seen and reflected in the food. The lady working was so lovely aswell, felt like we knew them. Down to earth people.

Burger was perfectly cooked, it came with pancetta but I didn't even notice it as I was fixated on how good the burger was, perfect might be an understatement.
We got the last order of brisket, so our fries came loaded with quite alot of it, that too was pretty great, fries smothered with melt in the mouth smoked brisket in gravy, nomnomnom.
Some of the best BBQ food Ive had, authentic, place is definitely a hidden gem, highly recommend.

C.After reading great reviews about this place decided to try it with my son and his partner who have also given it good reviews.food was good but had no flavour due to not having any sauces on our burgers accept for the burgers we asked for plain with just red sauce. The house sauce and barbecue sauce must have ran out because they didn't put any on the two cheese burgers we ordered. When spending £46 pound on burger and chips I at least expect there to be some kind of relish on the burgers unless stated other wise. This was an order so could'nt ask for it to be added. Spoiled my experience.

We've never had such a delicious mouth watering burger as we had tonight,the staff were exceptional even offering to cook for us when they were manic busy and giving us first class service,don't put off going you don't know what your missing!!
