S. A.Green Fork is probably the only place in Trafford Park where you can find a great selection on wholesome and healthy meal options. Quality ingredients and lots of choices means there's something for everyone.
I always recommend Green Fork to anyone who's new to the area.
In addition to that, they deliver a number of lunch options to our office. Not only is this an excellent additional service to offer, Matt the sandwich delivery dude also happens to be breathtakingly handsome, hilariously funny and one of the best kissers* in the Greater Manchester Area.
*Kissing optional but recommended.
t.Excellent home cooked food, by far one of the best take away food places I've been to, the staff are very very friendly. try the vegan curry you wont regret it. even thought the portions come in a small cardboard box they are so filling. also try a smoothie they are fantastic and made fresh. the salads and sandwich look equally as nice as well. the Chicken is lovely proper Chicken not the reformed stuff you get from the super markets.

Lovely place, friendly staff and very reasonable. Had the Vegan chilli with brown rice which came in a box stuffed to the top. Struggled to finish it, very filling and even more tasty than I had imagined.
Colleague had the sweet potato, coconut and chicken which he said was excellent. Only open Mon to Fri but if I’m off, I’ll make a trip.
To think, I nearly went in Greggs!
