Considering the location of this McDonald's, located opposite a University campus within the heart of Oxford Road, it's probably one of the safer areas to enjoy a burger. You're also right next to Manchester Royal Infirmary, ensuring that you're in safe hands if your fast food turns into a fast trip to a&e.

Small busy McD with limited seating, but clean and tidy and staff were really polite and working hard and well as a team. Had quite a wait behind a long queue of Deliveroo drivers... but food was hot and fresh.

Very busy but quick service. Odd covid decisions with areas closed off by 9pm. Average food (they got my order right this time). I've often had experiences with wrong custom burgers, always there during peak hours. Better OAT management.

This location is very convenient for most of the students to get there and grab there breakfast or lunch. What I'm more concerned is the food they prepared, the burger I had was a bit overcooked. Already let the employee knows, they didn't respond to it. The food came rather quick, but quality wise, let's take a step back and look at the photo I taken. Always super busy w students, but staff do their best. One day I was carrying apples from Morrisons & they spilled out of the paper bag. One of the staff helped me pick them up & saw that my hands were full so took my order (large black Americano) from the till as opposed to me having to use the self service tills. Really appreciated that extra bit of help. Losing a star just because it always feels grubby, the screens on self service tills always feel & look grimey.

Again, this is a McDonald's. Unless you have been living under a series of rocks for decades (due to spiralling house prices, maybe even rocks are going for six figures) this is like many others. Staff are quite friendly here and I see them often due to close proximity of work and coffee addiction. Popular with students. Probably due to being near where all th students are.

Nice polite friendly staff especially 'Rab' same name as the clothing i was wearing at the time. Place is indeed clean for a sometimes busy venue. The 5 stars are for the staff. I don't know whether it's because it's near the hospital but what a lovely team of people. You need to scrap the paper straws, I got a milkshake and had to abandon the straw and drink it from a cup. If one of those goes up a turtle's nose, it's not going to come out in one piece like a plastic straw would. You need to think about that. The food was tasty, my daughter got a spicy wrap, beautiful.

It's open 24 hours, which is great if you are a hungry student at 3 am coming back from a club. But since the place is open all night long, it gets pretty dirty. Expect to see fries all over the floor and tables after 12 am, as well as a bunch of druk people. But if you're ordering a take-out, it shouldn't bother you much. You will get your order in less than 10 minutes, so you won't have to wait for too long.

This location is convenient and probably the cheapest around but don’t be fooled, if you do go here it gets very busy and don’t expect good customer service here, everyone seemed fed up! If you can use the preorder machines, I’d advise to use them. I have been to many McDonalds in my time and as far as they go, this one is ok. The staff are friendly, the layout isn't too bad. The big downside however is that this particular mcdonalds sees heavy traffic from deliveroo/uber eats etc so sometimes you could be stood waiting in an empty mcdonalds while several drivers turn up and get their stuff before you. It's kind of annoying but not at all McDonald's fault, yet still impacts negatively in comparison to other locations that dont ha e that problem.

Great and quick service. Served within abiut 3mins, despite the shop beimg full! He asked if I want sauces and i just said. Ketchup will do I don't know what you have, so he gave me 2 of each so I could try them all. He asked if I was alone in carrying the order and made sure I had big bags to be able to carry everything. Walked out with a smile.

It's alright, got food poisoning here once. Still where else would you go in the dead of night looking burly after a night out with some wench wrapped around your arm who's name you won't remember in the morning, but you'll still call her beautiful to get into her pants. 10/10 always give you ketchup if you ask for it.

There are no long waits from placing a self order to getting your order. It's a rather smaller outlet compared to other McDonald's in the city. If your commute is along Oxford Road, this is a good place to pop in and fill up on those Big Macs.

Not the best of McDonald's but still a pass. The Oxford Road branch is on par (price-wise) with other McDonald's, but is a little chaotic due to high footfall. There is ample seating available and it's much cleaner than it's sister restaurant on St Ann's square. Remember this is a city branch, so there is no drive-thru and no parking. Staff are friendly and the place is open from 6am to 11pm. Cards are of course accepted.

It's a MC Donald's the food tastes all right but kills you anyway. Concerning this particular one, you should know that there isn't a lot of space to sit, especially at midday. If you want food without a 5 minute queue, go there at 11:30.

The flagship McDonalds branch in Manchester City Centre. I don't think I know anyone locally whom hasn't eaten here. The staff member who served me was very efficient - breakfast was served to me within 2 minutes of ordering. He also wished me a pleasant day. I couldn't ask for anything more.
