One of the best samosa chaat places in Manchester. I've ordered their samosa chaat a number of times and the quality and taste has always been so fresh. I absolutely love their chicken biryani, would highly recommend them to anyone. The service is always so friendly.

Fantastic experience. The staff are so friendly and truly do go above and beyond to meet your needs. Prices are reasonable. All food is made to order and is really fresh and tasty. The staff are always really happy to describe any dishes to you if you're not sure and provide recommendations. They always have a specials menu too so there is always something new to try. Great asset to the area and much better quality than other popular Indian cuisines in the area. Small venue with a small amount of seating but will always strive to fit you in comfortably

Been to Mumbai to London recently with my wife and had a brilliant experience and got to sample their delicious food. Tonight it's wet, rainy and horrible so we ordered a delivery. Absolutely top quality yet again. Food was tasty, well cooked and beautifully spiced. So happy we're able to get takeaway from here if we can't travel there

Been getting takeaway and eating in pretty much since this place first opened. Such a great change from your usual curry house. Indian street food done properly with a great range of unique flavours. The chicken Ruby is something else! Friendly staff too and a lovely cozy atmosphere.

We ordered a takeaway tonight from Mumbai to London on the internet. We are not the once or twice a week curry connoisseurs. However we were surprised to discover that there was no traditional curry’s on the menu, which is understandable as they don’t all exist in Asia. This restaurant delivers an excellent service and the food is five star. Just one observation, you need to make your order clear and ask them you make the curry sauce milder if that’s what you like. I don’t think you can do that when ordering your curry on the internet, and they do not use chili peppers to distinguish if your curry is hot or mild. Don’t let that put you off it is well worth a go.

After an issue with an order last week that was delayed, then cancelled, due to circumstances they couldn't control, I was fully refunded and received the order free of charge tonight as a gesture of goodwill. The food was really tasty, as always, and filling too. This isn't your regular Indian restaurant and every dish is probably different from what you're used to, but in all the best ways. Despite the previous mishap, I'll definitely be returning for more!

I order it online everytime. This is the only restaurant in Manchester which is so consistent with the taste. Each and every time they have impressed us. The food is fresh and delicious. I am Indian so this reminds me of real Indian food we get in India. No where in Manchester I have found the Indian taste so good so far. If you're wondering what to have for dinner - this is it! I can't get enough of this place. A lovely little cafe with friendly staff and always so accommodating, however we order takeout usually once a week and it never fails to deliver. I get the saag gosht which is a lamb dish and its like nothing I've ever tasted before. The lamb is so succulent and the cheese naan is the best I've ever had. My partner loves the lamb curry too. Some very talented chefs in that kitchen. Thank you for always making our evenings extra special with your delicious food! Ps, we have one on the way right now 🤣🤣

As someone who's visited India dozens of times work I appreciate how much better Indian food is when in India... but this amazing place has brought real Indian food to the UK. The menu is very different to your usual British 'curry house' but it is a real representation of proper Indian food. The staff are lovely, the food is delicious and we have never had a disappointing dish on the menu. If your unsure on what to have the lovely lady working front of house will help guide you through the menu.

Chicken Ruby was far too rich and the chicken was discoloured inside and chewy. The fries were inedible as they were stale and overcooked. Worst fries I have ever had. I’ve just moved to the area and have been trying out various takeaways (for research!) and came across Mumbai to London Cafe. After seeing all the great reviews me and my sister decided to try it out via Uber Eats. It’s a little more pricey than what you’d expect, but the food was freshly cooked and was quite tasty. However, having an Asian background does tend to make us more discerning when it comes to “curries”. The Daal Bukhara was LOVELY - so creamy and moreish, I just couldn’t get enough. The saag gosht was nice, but it was far too mild our taste (we’d probably request to have it spicier next time) but my main issue with it is that for £7.50 I was expecting more lamb in there - there were only 4 small pieces of it and the rest was saag - so that was disappointing! The lamb samosas were tasty, but I wish they were bigger (like mum’s samosas!) (Plain basmati rice was as you’d expect) But let me tell you, the chutney garlic naan was AMAZING. I’ve never had it before but I’m so glad we tried it because it’s delicious. Would definitely try this place again and choose some of the other things on the menu 🙌🏼

I started with the Lenny Wrap 🤬 why have you been out of my life for all this time. The garlic naan is unreal so fluffy and cooked to perfection. The best little place to eat in or take out I have ever been too. This place is a hidden Gem, easy to miss but make sure you don't! It has a great feel to it inside, modern yet traditional with spices pilled up on the most charming little sideboard and although a cafe vibe it feels really cosy and welcoming, I regretted just going in just for a takeaway and would have happily sat in there and enjoyed the ambience of the place. I placed my order and was handed a complimentary cup of tea from the owner's wife, probably one of the best cups of tea I have ever had, it was infused with lemongrass, ginger and other amazing sweet spices that got my tastebuds excited. I sat waiting for my order and enjoyed the great chat from a very lovely young man at the front of the house. The food, the food, what can I say, it's amazing, it's more than amazing its bloody gorgeous! This is what I have been after all my life, authentic, proper, home-cooked, delicious cuisine, cuisine you would find roadside in Mumbai, they don't just say this, it is! It's bursting with flavour, spices, and love. The menu is small and if you have ever watched Gordon Ramsey you know that's F******g key to a good restaurant and it works here, every dish was cooked to perfection and cooked fresh there and then. I am not going to lie, if it says spicy its spicy, the chicken wings blew my head off but were amazing. The Lamb is big, succulent and tender pieces of amazing, when can you say that about the lamb in a takeaway or restaurant around here! It literally melts in the mouth. The samosas are fresh and crispy, the sagg gohst curry is just filled with beautiful flavours, the Biriani has spices and flavours that will blow your mind and don't panic if you can't see your usual chappati on there, the Nan bread is amazing and you will not be disappointed. This Chef knows how to cook and knows how to get a menu right. This place, thank the stars, will be my new favourite Friday or Saturday night takeaway, or eat in, it's too good not to go and sit in and enjoy the cosy, relaxed feel of the place and a chance to try more things off that menu. They do a gluten-free menu too just ask. Droylsden needed this place, you won't be disappointed. It's 5 massive stars from me.

If you're looking for AUTHENTIC Indian food to take away or eat in, then you must try Mumbai to London. It's not your usual Indian fayre, so you won't find dishes such as Chicken Rogan Josh on the menu. I highly recommend the lamb curry and Chicken Ruby. Also, give the Mumbai Green Slaw a try, it's delicious. The place is run by Mumbai native, Vinod, and his family. It's definitely a hidden gem.

Thank you MLC! We've been in Manchester since January and not found our Indian yet. This has surpassed any Indian takeaway either of us have encountered. As foodies that's saying alot. We had to stop ourselves from calling during our meal to thank the chef :,D. We were going to watch a film but instead spent the short amount of time it took us eating nodding enthusiastically at eachother and murmering omg through mouthfulls of the most tender lamb!
