Wonderful place with excellent and delicious food. It, understandably, takes a while for your order to arrive, but it's worth the wait and a treat to your senses. Cordial staff and if you are a first timer, they do everything to make you comfortable. They have even got a very worthwhile rewarding scheme which, when compared to that of Tesco and like, is exponentially valuable. On top of that NHS staff enjoy a special discount, too. Only thing we would have had differently is to have been informed of the rewards scheme prior to ordering.

The app ordering wasn’t working the day I went with my daughter. Between trying to order on the app and going to the counter to order I forgot to get my daughter’s burger without ketchup. As she could not eat the burger that arrived, I ordered her another which arrived very quickly. A fab member of staff noticed the untouched burger and queried if I had paid for another one. I said yes and that is was no problem as it was my mistake. She straight away went and got me a refund, despite my protestations. Brilliant customer service!!

Went in for a takeaway as it was busy everywhere due to the man city parade. The staff at door was good and directed me to the counter. Very quick service, got my food and out in 15mins! Got the double chicken pitta with two sides. Perfectly made! Even got the cutlery in the bag along with sauces. Thanks!! Shoutout to all the staff especially A***b! 👌🏽👌🏽

Some of these reviews Just show how dump people are… you order and pay on the app. You do your own refillable drinks. Sauces and utensils are all found on the side with drinks. If you don’t know this but yet write a review moaning about it then you really are a sad Karen. (Christiaan Kamstra)

Was good to just virtually place your name in the queue and get a text when your table is ready instead of standing around. Service and food was good as always.

Staff here were friendly. We were sat downstairs as the ground floor was busy, so the atmosphere is slightly lacking down there, but there was still staff members and a till down there so that made ordering easier.

Great Nandos and I’ve been to many. The staff is like a family and the manager treats them as such. Everyone helps everyone here. Additionally, first Nandos I saw the manager clear tables and help the front of house. Usually I see them delegating or overseeing. The service was excellent and the food superb. If you’re at the park enjoying the sun, stop in and grab some Nandos from good people here. Cleanliness 5 star too.

This Nando's was perfect for a quick bite in Manchester. Their menu is incredibly friendly for people with nut and seed allergies. The chicken is cooked perfectly and the side dishes are well-made and complimentary to the mains. Friendly staff and clean restaurant put this into five-star territory.

As it is in a very populated area, it is difficult to get a seat without a wait on week day evenings. Despite the number of customers, food is prepared quickly and to a good standard. Often all members of a table are served at the same time, so everyone is eating together.

You like chicken? Then you have to go there! In my opinion they have a quality chicken meat. You can choose from different sauces. The hot ones is hot enough - a try is it worth. I eat mostly the burgers, because they have a good flavour. If you are near Piccadilly Gardens go there for chicken!

Its self service need to order and pay at the counter then the Food is delivered to your table. They also had a combo meal with unlimited fizzy drinks. VALUE for money.

The downstairs area is so quiet and lovely. If you visit this Nandos be sure to ask if there are any seats downstairs because its a very peaceful and calming atmosphere in comparison to the upstairs. The downstairs area has no wheelchair access as it stairs that lead down there and the aisles/ areas between tables is quite slim there could possibly be a struggle for some wheelchair users. All staff are very lovely and you are served very fast.

A great nandos, the staff are honestly better than any other nandos I've been to! Restaurant is ideally located , although there was a wait at about 6pm on the weekend day I was there. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or bad thing but the chicken wings were falling apart when I tried to eat them

The food was good as you would expect from nandos, but the resteraunts itself didn't have the same clean, inviting atmoshpere as other Nandos I've been in. The staff were acceptable but weren't as welcoming as I'm used to from the chain and the upper floor of the resteraunt was a bit run down. The downstairs looked lovely, but the upstairs looked in need of decoration.

I love Nandos. This one is very busy and I do feel like the service suffers as a result, generally speaking I'm always pleased with the service and speed of most Nandos. I've noticed on several occasions now that the service here lets it down compared to the others in Manchester. Slow food, not always good - staff seem to be very rushed and show little to no bother about customers. I prefer Printworks or Oxford Road Nandos!
