L. F.What a fab find, this was recommended to me by a colleague and it was such a good choice. The bagel burgers are huge and definitely hit the spot, the messier the better. Also have tried the Teppanyaki, so spicy and so good. The food is piping hot too and is ready nice and quick. Would gladly go here again.

G. S.I absolutely am over the moon this place exists. Both their prep food and takeaway menus are stunning. I actually wake up looking forward to my meal prep for the day. Its always something different so you don't get bored and I feel like I'm glowing on the inside coz its all fresh, healthy and tastes amazing. 5 weeks in and I'm sticking with it! Doesn't even feel like I'm dieting lol. I'll recommend this all to everyone. 😍☺👏🙌💪👌
C. S.Nutri Gains Kitchen provide the best meal prep plans I have come across and I've tried many. I would give them full marks for quality, value for money and service. I'm a particular eater with awkward nutritional needs, but they've tailored everything to what I want perfectly. Then the food itself is fantastic. Not once have I felt like I've got restrictions on what I eat and the flavours are amazing. I couldn't recommend this place any higher.
