Used the room upstairs which was perfect for my daughters 21st. Staff are happy to help and so accommodating. Room looks classy and has great atmosphere. Thank you to all at Pacifica.

We always go for the Sunday family "all u can eat" £25 a head + drinks where u can have as many starters/mains as u want! The food is lush and cooked to a high standard! Maybe more choice of desserts would be an improvement! Staff are v friendly and the service is fast and efficient! The restaurant always appears fully booked and busy. Parking for me is on the train disabled space just at the side so good for blue badge holders! I do know there is a car park very near for other drivers.... I would encourage anyone to go and eat here but be prepared to be full at the end!! 🥠🥡🥣🍤🍥🍽

This is a top class restaurant. The décor is gorgeous, the food excellent and the waiting staff very friendly and highly attentive. The toilets were pristine too. My only grumble is that vegetarian and especially vegan options were very limited. Otherwise, I am delighted to recommend Pacifa Cantonese.

As the trafford centre was so busy today, we decided to google Chinese restaurants nearby and came across Pacifica Cantonese in Eccles which is a ten minute drive from the trafford centre. I rang the restaurant when I arrived, before getting a car park ticket and the staff were very friendly and booked us in at short notice on a Saturday night. The food was excellent! I would highly recommend going if you haven’t been before. The staff could not have been more helpful. A very pleasant experience all round.

We had to ask for our order to be taken after 15 minutes as we knew we only had 2 hours at the table they was in no rush to take our order. The food was good but as we had a little bit left over asked for a doggie bag to be told we couldn't because it was beef ?? Needles to say makes me wounder why ?? Then when still eating dessert they decide to wipe our table down so felt very rushed to finish off and leave....

I Love this place. I usually go for Takeaway after ordering it, as live close. I am getting so Addicted, having about 4 now a week. Had a wonderful meal on Wednesday last at the Pacifica. The king prawns in ginger and spring onions are to die for. My husband had bbq'd pork Chow Mein and he loved it. BBQ spare ribs to start, yummy. The staff all very pleasant and helpful, particularly Max, the Manager, who is a lovely, lovely man. Will be back very soon.

The staff's dedication and attentiveness to the party's needs created a perfect setting for my sister's 50th birthday party. The food was amazing, we found no fault. They made special effort to ensure those on a special diet were catered for and would still enjoy the food. They created a VIP setting for my Sister's birthday, with staff supervising the karaoke. We had personal bar staff, all friendly and helpful. A great place to have formal parties.

Food was really good here. 10% automatic service charge annoyed me a little as this was not stated on any of the menus we looked at. So if you do the Sunday buffet its automatically £27.50 each (not £25 as stated) before you order soft drinks which are £5-7 each. Soft drink prices highly inflated. The place is a nice setting and the staff were friendly.

Nice service overall. Really impressed with staff, especially some guy with a squared off head. Bit expensive. Food was pretty nice, some quality beef and chicken. Sweet and sour sauce knocked me blooming socks off, never been so privileged and upset about a dish in my life. It was a blessing to the senses. A large Cantonese restaurant in Eccles town centre. Very smart exterior and an ultra-smart interior. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Extensive menu and a well stocked bar. Extensive parking within a 5 minute walk, including a car park at the rear of the premises that is free after 6pm. The male toilet was spotless.

Nice place and very busy with good atmosphere. We drove there but it's right next to Eccles train station if you want a few drinks. We were a party of nine and booked well in advance but still had to wait 30 mins before being seated. Service was polite, if a bit slow. Food was decent to good but not spectacular with smaller portions than you would normally expect in a Chinese restaurant. Would rather give three and a half stars but definitely not four.

Love this place. Came for dinner with the parents. The meal was delicious and the service was excellent as usual. Prices are good and the last time we had the Sunday buffet we just kept ordering the starters.

The starters were good but the whole experience was ruined by the fact that they were too busy to give each customer the attention needed. We booked the table for five pm and spent the first 20 minutes waiting to order drinks. After that we were kept waiting for the starters eventually over 2 hours later we had to ask for a mains to be put in doggy bags so that we could get our son home to bed. Maybe they were just having a bad day but I won't be going back in with my family again.

I was in here celebrating a friends birthday 10 in attendance. Although I was was happy with my choice of main course, there were some misgivings. Rice & Noodles served before food was ready, no hot plates or food warming stands on table. No vegetables came as part of the meal they are charged for separately. Members of my group ordered fillet steak found it unacceptable that the steak was cut up and not served as a steak. Best part of the meal was the starters. I felt overall it was rather overpriced and the menu seemed to cater more for banquets and there was a limited choice for individual meals. Some of the waiters seemed a little undertrained. The menu didn't reflect true Cantonese dishes. I've eaten better with more competitive pricing in Manchester's city center.
