Absolutely fantastic food and service. Pasha catered for a large event for us recently. The food arrived on time and was still warm on arrival. They helped us pick the menu to cater for children and those with allergies and suggested how much to order for the number of guests ( which was pretty accurate). I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.

Great Arabic food. Went last weekend for the first time, and already booked a table for today! Excellent quality, authentic flavours, top ingredients, wonderful service by Jade, very good value for money, and a chilled out atmosphere. I can't recommend it enough. We tried the maklooba, a flat baby chicken dish, the potato kibbeh, and the chef even made us an impromptu burger (not on the menu)... best burger I have ever had!

Must say …(the one man) …who served us scored 80%……of our first impression.The food was good and fine…Do have the Authentic Lebanese touch….compared to Lebaneses which we had in Uk before…we had our first taste of Lebanese food in Saudi Arabia….and in UK we found this place with almost similar flavour to it…and must say …single man service…. well he scored it…prices…it’s not cheap….but It’s a great place for a treat …

The place is nice & the venue looks actually good. Enjoyed the shisha and they play very good music. But what lacked was customer service which just made the whole experience just not as pleasant as I thought would be. The restaurant was very busy, but that didn't mean the host couldn't be more attentive. They also crack jokes and push each other quite alot, which isn't professional and leaves customer's with a bad taste.

There are a limited number of parking places available very close to the restaurant on the main road and we were very lucky to get one just outside the fire station. We were welcomed very warmly and the waitress immediately offered to open the wine we had brought as you can bring your own wine with no corkage charge! We were also offered a jug of tap water which came with ice and lemon. For starters we had the Pasha baba Ghanouj, Chicken Bourak and Kibbeh Makli and all of them were excellent with the baba Ghanouj being one of the best we'd had - even better than in Istanbul. For mains I had the mixed kebab, which was one skewer of lamb cubes, one of chicken cubes and one of minced lamb. All of the meat was lovely and tender with a lovely hint of spice and I would say they were all cooked perfectly. The sauces accompanying them was also great. We also had some rice with vermicelli and a portion of tabouleh which was delicious. The service was very friendly and helpful and my only slight gripe was that the tables are rather close together and it would be rather difficult to have a cosy, intimate dinner here. However, the food was excellent and I love being able to take my own wine as I know it will be good and I wont be paying way over the odds for it. Pity its not nearer home!

Had a fabulous evening at the Fat Olive, it was a cabaret night and the food and entertainment were excellent. The staff were very attentive and made sure that we enjoyed ourselves.Ate here on a few Tuesdays as they do a 2 course deal. Friendly service and a decent selection for the deal. Had a wonderful Moroccan lamb on one occasion. Portion sizes are large so make sure you are hungry!

Amazing selection of vegetarian and meat dishes in a Lebanese style. Great value and the service is amazing and friendly. This restaurant does not serve alcohol and you need to bring your own. The good news is , is that there is no corkage charge for whatever you bring drinks wise to the restaurant. Obs this means the overall cost can be less, the bad news is, is that the food is so good you end up buying more and more, so overall you can end up spending quite a bit. But not a bad thing really. Just don’t be greedy. Excellent. Recommend.

One of my favourite places to eat in Manchester. Some of the best Middle Eastern food you will try and always great, friendly service. The restaurant is BYOB and are always more than happy to provide wine coolers and put your beers in the fridge.

Went here with my wife and children as the first stop on our 12 food nationalities in 12 months tour. I have to say the food was good and the atmosphere pleasant. The only let down for me was not being able to buy alcohol with the meal. Although they do offer a corkage service if you take your own drinks along. All in all a lovely place to eat. We love Lebanese food but wanted to try somewhere different as we always go to the same one, so this was our first visit to Pasha but it certainly won’t be our last!The food was lovely, really tasty and I would say better quality than our usual restaurant. It was very busy which added to a great atmosphere. We sat upstairs which was pretty with lights everywhere. We also met the Manager who was really friendly. Great atmosphere delicious food wonderful service and the price is right. we traveled down from Morecambe to Manchester to pick up the last few bits of the son's stuff from university accommodation. It was also my wife's birthday so we decided to go to a restaurant for a meal in Manchester. We chose pasha based on the wonderful reviews elite got on TripAdvisor. we were not disappointed on entering the staff were very welcoming and we were overcome by the warm friendly atmosphere. we were taken to a table upstairs which was very well decorated and it had a real Persian feel. We ordered the food and the timings and it was serve was excellent it was a very enjoyable experience. The food came piping hot and very well presented. It was a complete table of food very colourful. The staff was very very attentive. I was like to guess the price of the food without looking at the menu and making much note of how much things cost and I put it around about £80 to £100 I was surprised and delighted to find it was only 60 for the four of us. Lasting impression will be the excellent staff.

We were a family group of 9 going for Sunday lunch time. Two of our group had completed the Manchester half marathon earlier the same day and as a result we were a little later than our booking, none the less we were greeted with smiles and made to feel welcome. We ordered lots of different dishes and tried each other's too. Really, really fantastic food, so many lovely, different flavours, carefully and thoughtfully prepared. We visited this restaurant on a Sunday for lunch. We didn't need to pre-book. The ambience, cutlery and the food is certainly middle East cuisine. The staff were courteous and service was prompt. Very good food in a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Don't let the unassuming exterior put you off - this is a great place to try a bunch of new food, and the bill has always been surprisingly small. Don't miss that when it comes to alcohol there's a bring-your-own policy with free corkage, otherwise you'll be stick going to the off licence over the road!

We went to Pasha on Christmas day it was the first time not having Christmas dinner at home. The Manager introduced himself and staff were lovely. We had a lovely meal there last night . Sunday. Myself and a good friend. The food was cooked just right .And it's the type of food that me and my friend never tire of. So that we have been to this same restaurant quite a number of times over the past few years. We always tend to order the same food and drink. We always bring a bottle of wine with us . When we go to this restaurant. And the people who run the restaurant don t mind this. I think it may be the case that they don't serve alcohol themselves because the owners are Muslims. We eat as a starter pizza bread dipped into Mutaabel. And with an Arabic salad. Followed by chicken skewers and boiled rice. With coke and bottled water to drink. Followed by coffee. The management have managed to make the eaterie a lot more popular now than we had experienced on previous visits. Since there was a lot more customers eating at the restaurant last night. Than when we had visited the restaurant on previous occasions.

Great mezze/mazza. We came in off the street at 5.30pm on a Friday evening and the place was deserted. We smiled when they said 'Have you got a reservation?' But an hour later we knew why: the place was packed, and the food was wonderful- authentic middle-Eastern/Arabic cuisine, with fresh ingredients and wonderful aromas. Definitely worth a return visit. No licence, so bring your own wine.

I hve had to edit this as i wrote this review while eating and while waiting for dessert. A prime example of what can go wrong in the last second. Boss comes upstairs looking very stressed while talking to the lad server making him stressed then they changed the mood completely!! I ordered one dessert then while that was prepared i was thinking of getting a few of the dessert to take home too. Before i got a chance i was rushed and asked would i like to have it on the go !!! Whith his hand pointing at me and his staff looking awkwardly uncomferable.😖 which stopped me ordering more to take out and i was going to order one to eat too!!! And get a coke to drink.however we just payed the bill... i did tip but but no where near what usualy do . Mr boss .....chillout yeah. Any way thats my rant and the ....what i got before that was ..nice food , relaxing music and good atmosphere. Will defo visit again ...and customer service by the young labanese girl was spot on. Even bought more to take home with us!! Shame about the end. However will try again so hope hes had a xanax on that night! Or if ur about to have a resturant full then YOU should be more relaxed.The mood was gone in the room when u walked in that day. It should be the opposite as im sure u usualy are. The reason i bothered this much with the review is that food was great and server WE got was spot on ...a keeper . So dont ruin customers experience at the end. It all counts.

I was still drawing a blank and so Beston (the owner) brought out first a yellow consommé and then a tomato & okra soup for me to try. For £6, I've found I can enjoy rice garnished with noodles, the tomato & okra soup which serves as a sauce for everything, salad mezze and one tandoor naan bread - it's a good meal! I also tried a cold yoghurt and lemon drink which was refreshing, if a bit sour for my tastebuds
