Lovely bistro & restaurant Staff & chefs very warm welcome Had no problems parking all free around Tyldesley & on the front but only 1/2 hour unless disabled. Starter course very tasty & main delicious They have tables & bar upstairs to, good choice of menu. Clean & nice decor. Highly recommend & use again..

Lovley food, lovley service and nice cocktails. Went on a Friday evening and it was a really nice chill vibe. The owner made so much effort for my partners birthday and had the whole restraunt singing happy birthday. A really lovley evening, would deffo recommend.

I don't really dine out very often so, despite it being virtually on my doorstep, this was my first visit to Turkhan. I couldn't fault it - the spicy sausage starter and rustic meatballs main course were delicious. The dishes everyone else had looked equally mouthwatering - sea bass, moussaka, chicken a la creme, skewered lamb, all looked incredible. The staff were delightful too, very friendly and welcoming. It may have been my first visit to Turkhan but I can certainly say that it won't be my last! Time to start dining out a little more often I think! 😊

Been here a few times and had takeaways. We have had various dishes from the menu. Food is always fresh and delicious - we love their hummus but all lthe food is lovely. Restaurant is clean and comfortable with a nice friendly ambience and staff are very friendly. Well worth a visit.

A lovely welcome , great menu lots to choose from quick delivery of food to the table and very tasty good sized portions!! Only one down side 😲🤔 sorry but your Mojito's were not the best at all, very weak no mint or sugar taste, too much lemon not enough lime, please pound those ingredients together before you add the rum and mixer. But that is all I can say is bad please don't hate me. 🙄😘

Fabulous Amazing tasty food; mouth watering just thinking of the food now! Love the place; no starters for me next time as was full with just the sharing platter! Definitely coming back next week, cannot fault the night we had. One table complaining about the wait times for food and their party left as their food was about to arrive; we and others around us recognise the stresses a small business is under during these times and are happy to support you and will be back. Edit: still going back regularly, the food is divine 😋

Went on a Wednesday night place was quiet clean tidy and well presented the staff were excellent the food was great the lamb chops and chicken wings!!! delicious. had to bring home some of the meal as our eyes were bigger than our appetite. Will definitely be coming back top notch

I never normally leave reviews, but we ate here this week and had the loveliest experience that we plan to return with family. The server was so attentive and considerate, the menu had a lot of gluten free options (which you rarely see) and the food was delicious! We had starters and mains with two drinks and it didn't break the bank 🤤💙

Came here on a busy Sunday evening. We were told that there would be a slight wait on food due to it being so busy and we didn't mind this because we were kept informed and the staff were attentive. The food was really fresh and was really good. Would definitely recommend. Reasonable price too.

Service was great, the gentleman working today seemed to be very aware of his customers. I went in alone and he definitely picked up on the fact I just wanted to eat my meal and read. I heard him checking in with other tables but didn't bother me which is exactly what I wanted. I was a little disappointed that both the main and desert I wanted to order weren't available but I can understand it was a Tuesday lunch time and what I ordered instead was lovely barring the burger being slightly over cooked (I would just request burgers done medium in future) Definitely try the baklava, fresh and not over the top sweet as some can be. Will certainly be going back.

I love this place. Great ambiance, food to die for and a posh setting. Went with my twin nieces and friends, we all loved it. My favourite is the meal for 2 option. Way too much for 2 people, however its yummy. Only complaint is that the lockdown is stopping me visiting till December

Amazing food, brilliant, friendly service and great drinks. I had high expectations and they exceeded that. I can't find anything to criticise them, it was that good. Following covid guild lines well. Their meat is amazing. All cooked perfectly, juicy and great flavour. Who I assume was the manager made very pleasant conversation with us, we felt very welcome and had a laugh with the stuff. All the staff were professional and friendly. It's a shame we had to leave at 10 (covid rules) as normally we'd leave a restaurant and go to a pub but this time we'd have stayed put as the drinking experience was up there with the food. These people are clearly passionate about delivering the Turkish dining experience and it works well. I would recommend it.

We were a party of 8,food presentation looked amazing ,however rice was cold and lamb chops 2 of them were completely raw ,manager was informed ,but there was no apology...the other 2 were cooked to perfection ,so not sure what happened. .one person had salmon, the food came with out the potatoes, when questioned why, we were informed we dont have any I will get u some chips ....the turkish belly dancers ,only performed upstairs we were not given a choice to go up and see them ,we were all waiting for them to pop down stairs even for a few minutes....We asked one of the waiters if we could order coffee and was told in a minute,,, 20 minutes later still nobody took the order,so we left ...not a place any of us will be rushing back to. ..edit,,,, After reading this review the manager did phone me in person to offer an apology and also generously offered a sunday lunch for two with no cost .

I was slightly disappointed with my experience here. It maybe that we made a bad menu choice, but the main course of a sharing mixed platter just looked and tasted as if someone put a wrap on a plate, then dumped a few takeaways on it. Flavours were ok but the meat was a bit dry (overcooked) and some was quite chewy. Bar service was a bit slow, but the Belly dancer was quite entertaining. I would like to see this place succeed, as the town centre needs more investment of this type. I may give it the benefit of the doubt and risk a second visit, but definitely with a different main course.

Probably the nicest food I've ever eaten. Absolutely ridiculously nice! I've only been during the post-lockdown phase though so I'd like to experience this place when it is in full swing with more atmosphere and a bit more vibe. Can't be helped at this time though.
