D. A.Great food. Lovely people. Fantastic prices! A valuable resource, not only for the students but for local people who can experience, in my opinion, 'Michelin Star' quality food without the expense. Come eat with the chef stars of tomorrow.
J. M.This is a teaching kitchen and restaurant. Allowances need to be made as the trainee chefs and waiting staff are all students with adult supervision. However, having paid £20 for this lunch I was disappointed with the poor quality of the food, the discrepancy of portion sizes and presentation.
G. G.I am a big fan of the Brasserie at MK College. There are a lot of places in MK that serve horrid coffee, this is one of the great places that serves fab coffee. I have also had brunch very recently, it was faultless. I would recommend all day long, lovely people, great setting, wifi, free parking and gluten free friendly. I have client meetings here during the week.
J. k.We went last friday for a change. Love the atmosphere and great food. But this visit was quite different. When hubbie asked the waiter what are the seasonal vegetables as not mentioned on the menu. The response was 'does it not say?'
When ordering the drinks and asked for Belvoir lemonade for two. Was given ordinary lemonade. Hubbie was ok about just leaving it but i insisted on the belvoir. He went back to the bar and we could hear him say 'they have changed their minds'. What a cheeky little chappie. Surely its up to the chef to advise the waiters in advance of opening which vegetables are in season etc.
C. H.This is an absolutely fabulous place to eat great food at amazing prices. It is run by the college students and has won many awards. Don't think it will be basic food either. The students prepare excellent food of all types.
