Food was incredible!! The service was great, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Very clean inside and staff thorough with cleaning after customers have left. Have been to a few other wagamama stores but this is up there in my favourites. Great place to take the family for a meal just a shame it’s not halal but they have loads of vegetarian options. Was such a pleasant visit..

Friendly staff, seated immediately. The food was freshly made and very hot and tasty. The only downside was that the meals were not brought at the same time, in fact by the time mine arrived, my husband had finished eating. My wife and I visited here today after bowling, and I have to say the food, service and price was outstanding! We both love to eat sushi so we thought let's try something cooked instead and were not disappointed! We shared lollipop prawns, catsu prawns, tori kara age, chicken catsu curry and cod with black noodles. Please visit this place if you are in MK you wont be disappointed!

Placed order for Yaki Udon and 2 x Firecrackers Prawn online from Bletchley MK as they do not deliver. Website advised food would be ready by 13.20 however wasn't ready until closer to 13.30, which is still not that bad. Waiter was quick to welcome and I then advised my order. Take away containers were excellent as this was a office order, all cutlery was present, could of had seasoning packets which wasn't there. Been to Wagamamas several times and the take away was the same quality as eating in which was great. Would recommend.

Every time I go to wagas there's an issue, most recently it was food coming out super late & once again proteins cold on a Yaki Soba. I understand that the proteins are ore cooked before stirring in but they are reheated no? Would always go back as food is.nice, just issues every other visit

One of the best chain restaurants, good, tasty food served in pleasant environment. Staff are efficient and friendly and prices reasonable. There are some healthy menu choices and in general the food is much better in nutritional terms than most restaurant chains, even the higher calorie choices are not devoid of nutritional value. Ramen dishes are excellent and very filling. Bang bang cauliflower is a great side dish. The fried noodle dishes are also very good. Quality is consistent and I have never had a bad meal. Much better than most alternatives.

Queue maintenance was brilliant, staff member was relaxed and was conversing with everyone. Inside, i felt there wasnt much additional space but the screens made things a bit more comfortable and the food was great. Unfortunately, lacked ALOT of stuff on the menu, I had my third choice in mains (veggie), but the food was very nice. I assume this was due to the awkward time between Xmas and new year when business is hard to predict and not enough stock was ordered, so I don’t blame the establishment. Our waitress was really lovely and attentive, but other staff bringing over our food etc weren’t so much. Reasonable price for the food and would go back again for the fact the food is always very nice and I believe it is the least busy wagamamas in Milton Keynes.

We had bang band cauliflower, edamame beans, firecracker chicken. Soba noodles with amai sauce and vegan pad Thai for our meals. It was serviced fast, fresh and hot. We all loved it the meals were all made really well and seasoned to perfection. This is one branch where it’s consistent every time no matter if you go when it’s really busy or quiet you can always get a brilliant meal.

Went here as I’ve never been before and it was really good food, I tried filled buns which I’ve never had before and the noodles were packed full of flavour. I went quite late so there wasn’t many people in there and the food was well priced. The waiter we had was very informative on what the most popular dishes are and he was very chatty as we were from the same area. Over all it was very nice and I would definitely visit again.

Food is 95% of the time perfect but any issues have quickly been addressed. The recent renovation is fantastic and genuinely impressive. Top marks guys.

Absolutely love wagamama. Usually a very friendly environment with friendly staff. Great service where food will just turn up random in no particular order. When ever something is ready its going out. The quality of food is almost always perfect. Highly recommend Jaku-soba. A stir fried styled noodle dish with chicken and prawns. If your not a fan of ginger request to not have that sprinkled on the top.

I would of liked to give more stars purely for the fact we had a lovely server however I waited around 30 minutes for my meal as apparently they only have one wok and if allergies come in at the same time they all get priority... that’s disappointing. My friend has finished her entire meal by the time mine came. Waiter was lovely and very apologetic and removed my meal from the bill without me having to ask. Maybe something Wagamama’s can think about.

Had my first wagamamas last night and was fairly impressed. Starters was good had the duck wraps but felt portion was on the small side. For main had the sirloin steak bulogoi which was really tasty with very good flavours. Service was very good too 👍

You can’t go wrong with Wagamama- it’s got something for everyone, and absolutely delicious. Excellent selection of Japanese/ pan-Asian dishes. I’d absolutely go back to Wagamama, but not this branch - service was dire. The restaurant was busy but there were open tables, yet loads of staff members just standing around laughing and chatting. Staff members would casually walk by but total disinterested in customers and ignore the empty dishes piled up on the tables. We were not the only customers experience this - looking around you could see the frustration on fellow diners faces. The table next to us - the man actually had to physically stand up and waved his arm in the air to try and catch the attention of one of the many staff members.

Wherever I am, London or Milton Keynes or Cyprus, it will always be great-tasting. I had the chicken ramen and the chicken was succulent (not to tender) and had a mild coriander taste to it. You get a great plate (or bowl) of Japanese food by just traveling to this beautiful restaurant. Would highly recommend if you like Japanese food at a good price.

Amazing Food, Amazing staff. I see some other some what negative reviews on here...DON'T LISTEN to any of them. I come here most weeks when I'm snowboarding and even when it's been ridiculously busy, you can tell that each member of staff is working their absolute hardest. Excellent food and excellent service - this is one of my favorite places to have food. The Chilli Chicken Ramen or the Teriyaki Soba is what I would personally recommend with a side of Tori Kara Age (these are literally amazing with the sauce/dip!). It can get quite busy in here around 7-8 pm so keep that in mind if you decide to try them out (yes, I recommend you do!).

Chain restaurants can often be pretty hit and miss. I've visited a few other Wagamama restaurants and been less than impressed with their offerings. However! The Wagamama in Xscape is absolutely fantastic! The food is of excellent quality, always fresh, hot and cooked to perfection. My wife and I have eaten here a lot and we've never had a single complaint, every meal was thoroughly enjoyable. The team are very friendly and helpful and will make you feel at home. It's a fun place to eat, with a fresh and vibrant atmosphere to match the food.

This is my go to Wagamama in Milton Keynes, it is in a good location and you always receive a friendly welcome and fast service. I ordered a take away which, as usual for me, comprised mostly of starter and a Duck ramen. It took about 15 minutes for everything to be ready. The food was as lovely as ever, hot and fresh and utterly delicious. I highly recommend Wagamama Xscape for eat in and a take away.
