Right off the bat, the best burger restaurant in the North East. The staff are extremely friendly, and the restaurant (and the toilet) are clean. We ordered grilled onion cheese drop burger, cheese burger, and chilli fries. The burgers were extremely delicious, the chilli fries were not that good. The reason for not giving the 5 stars is the price and the chilli fries. I think the menu is a bit overpriced. We paid almost £22 for 2 burgers, fries, and 1 water. Other than that, it's definitely worth trying!

Tried Burgerdrop for the first time today and it definitely won't be the last! I was expecting good things and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Hands down the best burger around, the chicken so tender and flavourful the beef burger so tasty! Yes it costs more than your average takeaway but this place is not average your paying for an experience and you definitely get that from the food down to the packaging (the little touches make it) you get what you pay for and it shows. I'll be returning soon!

I went to this place after hearing good things about it especially from my teenage daughter who says it's the place to eat on Instagram. the pictures looked lovely and best of all it was new and also halal. I ordered a large meal about £35 and the burgers you could tell weren't frozen. they were nice and juicy and a little greasy but not overly so. the wings I ordered were spicy and had just the right amount of flavour and went down well with the garlic sauce. I'd give these 9 out of 10. All the meals I ordered were meals..as in I paid extra for chips 🍟 and a soft drink. my only negative part of burger drop was the chips. they were oily and greasy. to be sure I ordered the plain.. *see my photos* and also the spicy versions. maybe they were in a rush but clearly the family weren't too impressed 🤔 I'll definitely be back and hopefully if the chips are fresh and not like this time... I will take it up to 5 stars ✨.

Best Burger in Newcastle! Gourmet burger place with amazing quality beef and chicken burgers. Pleasant staff, simple menu, small place which I assume will have a few tables once Covid is history. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for, this isn't your average takeaway burger. More a 4.5 rather than 5 Stars. Bread bun could improve, fries a little greasy and portion is small, but the burger was absolutely fantastic. Recommended!

So I've been ordering since I saw there was a burger joint moving into where the Wingrove chippy used to be. I'm really shy, but I remember phoning up and asking for a burger and some pop and the person on the phone telling me "sorry we don't open for another month!" A month later me and my friend got the bacon drop and it was fantastic and it has been my go to burger since then. Yesterday we discovered you can triple and quadruple on the burgers and we both fell asleep on te sofa after putting ourselves in meat comas. when the wings were brought onto the online ordering menu I was super excited. I love the Caribbean challenger wings a lot and I swear they get spicier eery time, and I wholly want to have a day where I challenge my friends to see who can eat the most before grabbing the milk The chips have also improved a lot since day one and I really like the chilli cheese loaded fries I would love to be able to add chillies/order more spicy sauce to things like the bacon drop but honestly overall I really recommend Burger Drop 😃

This is a heavy burger place, Newcastle's finest Halal burger establishment. All the flavours in the burgers are very well balanced giving you just the right experience. It is a must go if you're a burger fan.

I came in on Saturday and had an enquiry regarding gluten and the menu on the whole, the chef osama came out and was great at explaining. Worth the wait! I've been salivating over this Instagram for a while now and finally got my opportunity to try one after a day out to see McFly. Great, quick service. Hot, fresh, crispy fries. Overall honest feedback Wow! Honestly really good. One of the best burgers I have had and the best in Newcastle - I would say compared to anything. Presentation of the burger was good. Nice seeded bun that was soft but also nicely toasted. So wasn't burnt but perfect level. Then two really good patties that were soft and succulent. Not burnt or processed junk. Seasoning in the burgers was good level. Cheese was really good amount so burger had good coverage. Chips were solid. They were good standard French fries but had that really good salt herb mix which was unique and tasted good.

Have now ordered about 4 times from Burger Drop even though we have to travel over 5 miles to pick them up! Started by ordering their Cheese Drop and thoroughly enjoyed the smashed burger. It was succulent and full of flavour. The house fries were also a hit with the family. We've now ordered a mix of burgers including their chicken burger which is also really tasty if not a bit too chunky! We were a bit uneasy with the initial pricing but this was picked up on by the owners and now its definitely more value for money. Looking forward to ordering again soon.

This is my second review at first when I went to burger drop there was a few issues with my order. However, the owner replied and offered to put it right. Since it’s a new business I didn’t want to put the owner out like that. I’m not normally a beef eater I don’t like beef at all, but them cheese burgers are just wow. They melt in your mouth and the quality of the beef is superb. The portions of the fries was very generous and the seasoning is really nice. I’m looking forward to when the loaded fries are launched.

Definitely lived up to the hype, burger was really good, fresh and of high quality..as good as any "gourmet burger" I've had in the Newcastle area, went with the chilli cheese fries which were also really good Service was friendly and food was cooked fast, restaurant nice and clean. Only down sides were the chicken wings (salt and pepper) were unmemorable, just tasted like standard frozen wings that had been fried and didn't have much meat on them. Also our food was served to us on a dirty-ish looking tray which was a bit weird..food like this you expect to be served in its own container/wrapper but this was just all heaped on a rubber tray. Other than that, would definitely recommend if you're looking for something different than the standard five guys/fat hippo offerings in the area.

I’ve been looking forward to this place opening for a while, I was very excited for a proper Halal burger place to be opening on the west road. So I ordered the cheese drop & the European chicken burger meals, cheese drop was delicious, best beef burger I’ve had in a while. The chicken burger was nothing special. Looked like it was cooked in KFC to be honest. The prices are way over the top for what the food is and the location the takeaway is in. £6.90 for each burger and then £3.40 extra for fries and a drink is a complete rip off to put it in simple words. I really do hope you guys are able to take this constructive feedback on board and work on your menu pricing a little better and fair because your burgers (beef ones) are definitely the best out there. Just make it a little more affordable and you’ll definitely get my repeat weekly custom. Thank you.

Ordered the European burger. It was nice but a tad bit bland and the fillet could do with more seasoning.
