This place was absolutely amazing! Here on holiday from Southampton. Went for the "Return Of The Mac" can safely say that it was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time! Staff were great and the place had a great vibe to it. Would recommend this place to anyone!

The staff were really kind and attentive. Me and my boyfriend order starters and mains as well as cocktails. The cocktail list was really good with a lot of variety. The starters were the best part (we had the chicken strips and deep fried Camembert). Mains were good but nothing compared to the starters. Would definitely go back but for a selection of the starters in stead of a main meal :)

Hands down best chicken burger I've ever consumed. Great atmosphere friendly staff well controlled being on Osbourne road. The sides are bang on and not bad at all price think it was just shy of £60 for three of us to eat and drink like kings 💪

Not been to this location, but they were at the Rockcliffe RFC site today for the Whitley Bay Beer Festival! Delicious burger reasonably priced! Just a single patty, though all tasted very fresh and the salad was good. Will definitely be visiting the main restaurant in Jesmond!

I visited here for a bottomless brunch. The food was wonderful. I had the full Jesmond but I wish I'd tried the pancakes because they looked superb. My only qualm would be the service for non alcoholic drinks was a little slower but obviously its far easier to notice the need for fizz refill because of their clever system. Really enjoyable meal.

Came in for bottomless brunch for my housemates birthday! Service was great throughout the visit, Nathan and Flo were amazing, looked after us so well. The food was also on point. I've had the dinner menu as well as cocktails and can recommend for any type of occasion. Thank you guys for the great time !

Proper little surprise this place, we weren't expecting too much when we decided to visit, i'm not too sure why... but the burgers here were absolutely fantastic! Perfectly cooked, a touch pink in the middle, extremely tasty! And the pork scratchings and apple sauce to start was brill! We'll definitely be back! Food and service is great! Definitely recommend the rib eye steak and the tempura prawns! Sticky toffee milkshake is amazing. Although food took awhile, the staffs are so sincere and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and happy while at their care. I feel this more than makes up for it.

Where do I begin, we entered the premises at 2:30 and through pure delight we were still sat making merry memories at 6:00pm. Furthermore, We owe a large amount of that to the mesmerising flo, the wonderful waitress who ensured the pressecos were FLOing. She was as attentive as agustas gloop to Willy wonka, amazing work ethic and attitude. No complaints we will return!

Nice food ... Rib eye, rump and fish and chips. Well cooked. Good service given the circumstances of covid restrictions. Only one small critisim... I asked for brown sauce but got BBQ in an unmarked brown bottle. I hate BBQ on steak.

Good food. Waited long time for food and meat centre was red. Next time I will ask to have it well cooked. Halloumi fries were delicious. Outside seating area had limited space but the inside was okay. A little overpriced. Haven't tried milkshaes because they didn't have it after reopening.

I made a very last minute booking for a charity group of 15 people on a Saturday lunchtime and the wonderful staff were really accommodating and arranged for us to sit in the cosy snug at the back of the venue for our meeting. The food was great, service was excellent and the place has a great atmosphere. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jam Jar.

Great little cocktail joint, with a hipsters hostel vibe about it, obviously everything is served in jamjars, because of course, why not? A menu of the selected cocktails is behind the bar on a large chalkboard, and there's a nice little beer garden The only real downside to this place is it's a little small and it's very popular as it's on the Jesmond strip, and due to the fact that cocktails take a wee while to make, you will be waiting ages if it's busy.

The food was excellent, but sadly that was it really, when we came in our reserved table was apparently not reserved, and getting our order took ages, after we ordered our food and drinks we were then told there was no more ice cream for our milkshakes, which is fair enough, if it didn't take another 20min for them to come back and get our new drink order, and the total wait for 3 burgers was an hour, the toilets were also put of toilet paper which took a while for them to put new toilet paper there, after we got our food we were allowed to eat in peace and enjoy the food, however after we finished and got the bill, we felt sort of rushed to pay.
