The food is good and is what you would expect. It's a very busy outlet so speed is their priority. If you're wanting to sit inside, it's a little bit grubby as the tables aren't necessarily cleared and cleaned down so it's not a comfortable seating environment. The self serve screens weren't working so there was a lot of congestion by the counter, particularly with couriers a plenty.

Always quiter than most other KFC branches (especially early on) which is a bonus and food is consistently excellent. Sometimes a delay in receiving order when using the drive-thru but staff always helpful and friendly so worth the short wait!

Long queues for drive through, very slow service. Place really rundown and needs refurbishing with proper lights. We didn’t get what we ordered, it looked a bit chaotic. Food was fine though.

I order the boneless chicken bucket. Good price for the amount of food, but I would say the big pieces of chicken were heavy on the salt, and the gravy was too salty as well. The chips were fantastic, really nice ones. And the costumer service was really good, on both times I visited. Due to the costumer service and prices, I will come back, but I would order something else, because I just can't handle the amount of salt on the boneless chicken.

Great place to eat at if your looking to get yourself some quick food, I’ve been there many times and the food is great however the workers there sometimes get the order wrong. This happens occasionally so I would advice that you check your order before leaving to ensure that everything is correct. In conclusion I would recommend you go there if you are rushed and need some food.

Food tasted fine ,portions are poor for money but that's my normal view pandemic or not you can get a large pizza for same money & feel stuffed, due to pandemic traffic was chaos I realize it's been difficult of course for all businesses

They have ususally pretty speedy service and the food is nearly always great. It is local so I go often. Previously a while back I had issues with them missing parts of the order and not realising till i got home. I knocked one star off because they NEVER answer the phone. So you can't even complain unless you go to their head office. So I now always check at the window when I get my order. Best to do that to avoid disappointment! Otherwise everything else is good.

This a KFC Halal branch , So if you like KFC and want halal food you can visit this branch. There are Parking spots for customers. Also it serve drive throw. You can order using the app and come to collect it is more quicker than order from the drive throw.

Love the food here but I recommend you check your bag before you leave as I've gotten home with my food to find I have either been given the wrong food or I haven't been given what I've Payed for. & I had to have my car seat cleaned as the put my Gravy in the bag upside down & it soaked through the bag & all over my seat... that cost £30 to have done!!! Obviously I was not happy about that. But apart from that I love my KFC. Just wish the staff could get it correct as it is all on a screen clear as day what has been ordered. I even had to help remove a Pigeon from just outside the kitchen in the drive through. I don't believe it made it into the kitchen but I don't know for sure.

Got two 9 piece buckets for £4.99 which is available only on Tuesdays. Was still hot by the time I got home 15 minutes later. Its a great treat for our kids. They always love KFC. Great value for money and if you download the KFC app you can earn free stuff and even money off

bit of an awkward location to get to and leave from, the area surrounding is often full of teens hanging about, i wouldn't recommend walking here. Reviewed from the perspective of someone who likes KFC. Drive through is usually very quick. Not often big crowds here, can be a little tricky to get to/away from if not from the area. Staff are canny. Place looks clean from what I could see. Otherwise typical KFC chicken.

Drive thru not working, unless you're in a range rover then you can use it. The rest of us have to join the long queue inside. Only one till operating inside. First time the chips have actually been warm. Quick service once eventually reached the front of the queue. Zinger sauce only on a small part of the burger

Only Halal kfc in newcastle, the other being in metrocentre. Its decent for avid kfc fans but maybe not worth the trip to cowgate if you live close to the city centre or looking for halal fried chicken. Staff is pretty helpful and has a decent car park.
