Ordered through Uber eats today, got a phone call from one of staff members to inform me the order I made is out of stock, the staff member was very apologetic and suggested an alternative meal, once the meal arrived there was a note apologising for the inconvenience. So rare to receive a customer service this good, it’s the little things that count! Will make sure to ring the manager and let him know how much of an asset to the team that particular staff member is!

Not sure if the floor is very highly polished or if they use the oils from the fryers as the floor on places was very slippery on my visit. The main in/out door was not working so everyone had to use the fire exit door which is located closevto the kitchen/serving area. Not at all reassuring if there's a fire and all have to exit the premises!! Apart from all this, for not having a KFC in about 15 years, the food was very tasty, if not a bit messy to eat, and if I do return, I might wear spilkes or soak my walking boots in a degreaser so I don't slip around as much! Haha! ... oh, and take a fire extinguisher and wear fire retardant clothing in case the door still isn't fixed, there's a fire and we're all stuck sliding about the place on the slippery floor with flames getting closer!!

I haven't been here for about 15yrs as it was not great. Today the staff were lovely and the food was perfect, old school KFC. I will definitely be back. *****

Food realy good atmosphere only 10 people in the place. Service had to ask repeatedly for milk and sugar for my tea.a bit poor realy.

This KFC they give proper size chicken wings always . It's my experience.. some KFC rotten wings ,may be because young educated staff ,, compare to other KFC I visited

Slow counter service, and missing large fries from one of the meals despite paying extra for upgrade not noticed till we got home. Not the first problem with KFC orders, but usually from the drive thru.

Pretty good quality and is the main kfc I go to. Inside is clean and is in a decent location. Some days the staff are super nice and friendly and others not so much. Overall a decent KFC

Food was okay. Preferred the old fries and chicken was a bit too crunchy on the original recipe. Food wasn't that great. Mike who served me was rude. Just got the app and he didn't help me with the free wings. Said they will be there for next time? Okay? And then I asked what drink options there were, he listed 4 and gave up and said did anything take my fancy so far. Well maybe, but perhaps the tango that wasn't mentioned would have if I knew about it instead I'm stuck here with my sugar free 7Up.

Staff seemed clueless and slightly rude, ordered a 4 piece boneless meal and there were clearly 3 piece when passed on counter to myself. This led to a 3 person investigation as the first person seemed unable to count three pieces. Once solved someone apologised and most importantly the chicken was hot and crispy. I think staff training is needed as the staff seemed clueless
